Excellent hotel. Staff were quite simply suberb. They made the stay really enjoyable. The branded drinks were suberb as was the entertainment. Air conditioning could be better and i little touch up of the inside would help. All superficial but just a comment. Do not hesitate to book this suberb hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located and offers good facilities. 3 Swimming Pools, Gym etc.

However, we had 2 rooms at the hotel, both of which smelt strongly of sewage for the entirety of our 2 week stay. We spoke to 2 neighbours who complained of the same issue, and heard many more complaining to staff about the same issue and nothing was done about it.

The 'entertainment' is extremely loud and goes on late into the night, you cannot escape it. Unless you're planning on staying up until 1am every night this might be an issue for you. It was for us. You might want to take some noise cancelling headphones.

The selection at breakfast was good, however we thought this was let down by lunch. There was not much to choose from and seemed expensive. For this reason we did not bother to try dinner.

Lots of complaints about the all inclusive option with drinks taking forever to be served. This seemed intentional to slow you down.

The last point for me, which seems silly really, but I have stayed in hotels all around the world and have never ever seen a hotel attempt to charge you to refill the tea and coffee in the room. Here you will be charged 3 euros for this privilege.

All in all we got the impression the hotel only really cared about making as much money out of you as they could. The staff seemed disingenuous and did not resolve the main issue of the sewage smell after multiple complaints. Pretended not to know what people were talking about. I would not recommend

I booked my daughter & I into this hotel for 3 nights, long story, but I had to fly out to Tenerife because she broke her leg; the staff in this hotel were brilliant with our needs; they leant us a wheelchair, and saw to all our needs & gave us a courtesy room while we waited for our taxi after checking out. It’s a lovely clean, warm & friendly hotel, all the staff are were accommodating. The pool area is brilliant too. I would say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

This hotel is frankly below average. We stayed here for 5 days and did not have overly high expectations. The breakfast and dinner were edible but all the food was distinctly lacking in taste. Even simple things like bacon were inedible. I would avoid the dinner. There are performances almost every night that are quite loud and not the best when you are trying to sleep. The shower drain was not great and the air conditioning was barely serviceable. The pool was lukewarm although the pool grounds were nice. The deck overlooking the beach was nice. Parking was not guaranteed—there were limited spots. The elevators were very tough to use as they were quite small and heavily used. I would strongly recommend you stay elsewhere.

H10 Gran Tinerfe is excellent, 3rd visit in 10yrs this July, and we loved every moment spent there. All staff are fantastic and very welcoming. Tony from the evening restaurant deserves extra special mention, he goes above and beyond and makes the stay much more special.

Rooms are in great condition, and kept clean throughout, we’ve stayed in high floor sea view, Mountain View in the past, and most recently the bungalows which is situated on the edge of the pool, these rooms were very nice and convenient.

There is entertainment on all throughout the day and night, plenty to do and see both at the hotel and around it.

Looking forward to booking next years visit already! When visiting Tenerife, we’ll only be staying in H10 Gran Tinerfe!

Very beautiful hotel, swimming pools, jaccuzi and right by the beach. But our room was old, flooring was coming apart and issues with the shower and air con. although they did come to fix it. Customer service is great. I would stay again but in a more modern room.

Be wary of taking a room to the side of the hotel as it’s very noisy with music from the bars until 3am.

Wouldn't recommend going half board if you’re veggie. We had to request they used different tongs and frying pan for veggie food as the ‘chef’ was quite happy to use the meat tongs and pan for veggie pasta :-(

Its a lovely hotel. But.... last time we came (also this year, in june), it was far more relaxed and staff were a lot friendiler.
Rooms and facilities are great but outside of this i.e. in corridors, stairs etc., all in need of much repair and a damn good clean.
Evening meal in the half board package is terrible, and you have to pay for table water. Breakfast on the otherhand, is pretty good.
Hot tib wasnt working on both visits.

Great 4* Stay!

The hotel and rooms were very comfortable and clean. Rooms were quiet, and guests were mature.

The buffet was excellent. The booking system for the buffet seemed unnecessary and was annoying; also, no coffee/tea in rooms was exascerbated by not being allowed to bring coffee from the buffet to the room. We understood there was an included a la carte restaurant, free to all inclusive guests; however, the only a la carte option allowed when there was a paid one. That said, this restaurant was wonderful.

Most staff members were extremely pleasant, with the exception of a few. Be warned: towels are randomly removed from sunbeds at 10am, which is extremely unfair to guests not made aware of this policy, and who've popped to the coffee shop for 10 mins! Rather than a fixed time, a fairer system would be to remove towels when guests are absent from sunbeds for 60 minutes+ as there were dozens of guests guilty of this throughout the day!

Evening entertainment and proximity to nightlife were fantastic, as was bar menu. Nightlife crowd is VERY young in this resort.

Could be a very good hotel

Overall the hotel was a 7 to me. The breakfasts and dinners were really good. Generally helpful staff and good facilities.
The facilities however are beginning to be outdated. The room we were in had a huge balcony which was lovely and we could keep the door open. However, no soundproofing at all! would wake up many times during the night. Also, they checked us in, like 1.5 hours late. Wifi is also very spotty and weak.

We stayed here for a week over New Year 22-23. The reception and general circulation areas are very tired and run down which gave a poor first impression when we arrived. We had a Superior Sea View room which was clean, well equipped and spacious with a good shower. We found the bed very hard and uncomfortable.
Pool areas were first class and huge with a very good heated pool, loads of room in the sun for everyone. The New Years Eve Gala Dinner and entertainment was very good. The Hotel is in a good location right on the Beach with loads of good Bars and Restaurants on the doorstep.

Beach Hotel - Superb Spot

This hotel is right in the heart of shops, bars, restaurants, and more importantly a hop and a skip from what is a wonderful beach. I was checked in by Beatriz and was given S36 but then was upgraded to S47 which was a ground level near the beach room with a lovely garden and view of the beach. The room was clean, and fresh had a Nespresso coffee machine and free wifi, as was the safe. The bed was comfortable and the air con was controllable but I turned it off and used the ceiling fan. The food was great, good choices, and numerous bars, and the sunset area was outstanding. The pools were great and warm unlike some hotels in that area. Highly recommended, would definitely return.

Great location, next to the beach, restaurants & bars. Our room was a good size with a balcony. There are three pools (1 heated) & a couple of jacuzzis. The animation team are really welcoming and put on activities in the day, including stretching, rifle shooting, table tennis & French boules on the beach. Evening activities include games and entertainment such as acrobats, comedians, dancers and musicians.
The breakfast & dinner buffets have a wide choice and are of good quality.

Location and facilities were great. Room service was not so great. Had to wait for ages just for some water and had to call them twice to remind them. Room was great but don't leave sweet or sugary things around as it will soon be covered in small bugs. Food was great, personally could use hash browns at breakfast, however the asian night was not great. Did not know how to make simple stir fry or udon or know the difference between them. Activities were fun and activities people very friendly. Would definitely recommend however as it is still a great hotel and a great experience.

My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay at the H10 Gran Tinerfe - it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we walked in and were greeted with cava to the end of the trip when our taxi arrived 2 minutes after calling it, the service was fantastic and reliable. With half board of breakfast and dinner, the buffet offerings were varied enough to keep us interested and the staff in the restaurants were extremely friendly and professional. We are not activities people in general, but we really enjoyed the entertainment at night in the theater, with everything from bingo to flamenco dancing to an Elvis impersonator. The pool area was huge, with enough space to sit in a different spot every day and not see the same thing (and one of the pools being heated was a big plus). The Sunset Bar was perfectly named and we did enjoy a beautiful sunset over drinks. Finally, beach access and walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants only a 15 minute drive to the airport made this a great, convenient spot to settle down for 4 days. We would love to be back!

Great place for inexpensive winter sun

Great south facing room with lovely views of the sea and of the mountains. Staff were great. I would definitely stay again as overall it's very good value for money. On one occasion during our 10 nights the room hadn't been cleaned very well. As soon as this was pointed out to reception it was sorted out immediately. We were probably just unlucky with one cleaner that we had. The there are 11 floors with at least 30 rooms on each floor and only 3 lifts. The lifts seemed to travel around the floors at random so we did a fair bit of exercise using the stairs due to not wanting to wait for the unreliable elevators. We paid about £100 per night for half board though so overall it was a real bargain. Great Staff. The food was great, there is plenty of outside space around the pools, would recommend asking for a south facing balcony, we had sun all day when we didn't fancy going to the pool. Well worth a visit great value for the money.

Very noisy building work. Management not bothered

The staff, food, the hotel were all good, so don't be put off coming, as long as there's no building work taking place.

If there is, do not expect any sympathy from the management as they don't want to know, in fact it seems they don't even acknowledge that it's happening.

We had paid privilege but unfortunately the building work was directly over the privilege area.

Our stay was marred by noisy drilling, banging and breaking of tiles, etc., for 6 days out of 7.
I had a meeting with the manager & said I fully understood that with it being a year round hotel, work needed to be done and the suite we had was testament to that (our bathroom was old and worn out), but had I been made aware of the building work, I would have switched weeks, having been at another establishment in Tenerife the previous week.
I asked how long the work would be going on for and the manager said I have her assurance that it would be finished by midday and that Monday it would be painting only, so there would be no more noise.

Sunday was a peaceful quiet day and we realised how good the holiday could've been.

Monday morning, 9.30 am the drilling, banging, smashing of tiles started all over again and continued until late afternoon.

Checked out the following day and met with the hotel manager before leaving. I was very disappointed with the attitude and needless to say we wont be back.

So after flying for 13 hours we finally got to the hotel. Which we booked in January, only to be told that they are overbooked and simply can't accommodate us but their sister hotel could which is a boutique hotel. We said ok no problem, but as we sat at the bar we realized more people were checking in and were given accommodations. We thought they were full. But to our surprise more people kept checking in. So,i got on the phone with Expedia and called them to rectify the issue and expressed that we were being discriminated based on the fact we were the only people of color at this hotel. We have our money, so us using the race card isn't something we do EVER!. They spoke with the manager that was there on April 4th 2019 her name was Maria or Marie. I expressed to her that you are indeed discriminating against us. She expressed that we have to choose and its nothing personal. So we then asked what criteria are you using for your decision. She couldn't give us a valid reason. Then my cousin interjected and said you do see how it looks like you're discriminating against us. The manager then changed her tone and said we have to choose base on the type of rooms but after speaking with expedia she confirmed \"We will have a room ready for you tomorrow April 5th 2019\". That was her excuse. We went to the sister hotel and had a great time. They welcomed us back at H10 and upgraded everything, we had no issues after that. We wouldn't return and will not recommend H10 brand to anyone.

Great Location

Great hotel for some winter sun. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has plenty of amenities including a spa centre, small gym and 3 outdoor pools one of which was heated. There was a handy entrance to a nice little beach that was ideal for swimming. To avoid the rocks use the left hand side of the beach to enter the water.

The breakfast option included everything you could want including beach side views. The room we had was described as superior and had pool side access and specified sun beds. It was a pleasant room with plenty of space and great water pressure for its shower. The frosted glass door to the bathroom was a novel approach but you got used to it. There were plenty of activities on offer durning the day ranging from Yoga to Cocktail making.

The hotel ran evening entertainment and the bars could get quite busy at night. The nearby restaurants provided plenty of choice ranging from Italian to great fish offerings and most things in between and all reasonably priced.

There were some great coastal walks, that were right beside the sea and offered great views of spectacular Surfing. The paths were level and well maintained. The area around the hotel and the hotel itself was spotless. The room was cleaned daily in an efficient and unabtrusive manner.

All in all we had a enjoyable relaxing stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Very hard uncomfortable beds, got hardly any sleep. When I complained the hotel could only provide a thin mattress topper, which didn’t help. It was also very noisy outside at about 4am due to rubbish lorries emptying bottles. I became so tired that I became sick and needed a doctor. Room service food was then really difficult to organise.

Fabulous end to a Holiday in Costa Adeje, Tenerife

Booked a standard double room with half board as a holiday extension, when we checked in the receptionist said the hotel had given us an upgrade to a Junior Suite.
When we reache the Suite the views were great as was the Accommodation.
The restaurant at Dinner and Breakfast had a great selection of food including a daily grill section with special dishes. The Staff were attentive and always helpful emptied crockery was removed quickly.
Would happily stay again, there was always a check each evening to see if we needed replacement towels, etc.

Booked a twin room, given a double. Hotel insisted the one bed in our very small room was a twin!!!??? No balcony - please be aware when booking at this hotel that the website does not specify whether or not your room will have / not have a balcony. Only two small drawers in room - very little storage space. Hotel was busy with guests from a cruise ship and the staff concentrated their efforts in looking after these guests. Food OK, but the dining room was absolutely stuffed with ignorant people who you can only presume have not eaten for days the way they pushed other guests out of the way to get to the food. Fortunately we only had a two night stay and we ate out on the second night. Pools and public areas were nice and clean. Good location right on the beach. We go to Tenerife 3/4 times a year and like to try different hotels. I doubt we would return to the H10 Gran Tinerfe in a hurry.

Fantastic hotel except for parking

Beautiful hotel. Very clean, modern. The bed was comfortable and the first room I was in was huge. Unfortunately, there was a singing lounge below it and they didn’t stop until 11:30 PM so I have them move me for the other nights. A smaller room unfortunately but it overlooked the mountains and was clean and comfortable. I found both rooms a bit warm, even with the air conditioning set to 16C. However, there was a safe in the room (2.5 euros/night). Not enough electrical outlets. The bathroom had a shower/bath combo, a bidet, too. On the premises were 3 pools, a beach right outside the hotel, and lots of amenities and things to do (2 musical groups at different locations in the hotel). Very resort-like. My breakfast and dinner were included and the buffet for both was huge with tons of variety. They did charge extra for drinks at dinner (no free tap water, either) which I found odd. The biggest issue for me was the parking. They have a place but only for about 20 cars and it’s easy for it to fill up. My first night, I had to park on the street and good luck finding a parking spot. Took me 3 tries of driving around and it was a good long walk to the hotel. The next two nights were easier as there were spots. But I’d say that if you do book this hotel, be very aware of parking. But it is a fabulous hotel and one I'd totally recommend.

Amazing fun filled holiday at H10Gran Tinerife.

As two friends we had an absolutely wonderful stay at H10Gran Tinerife..Denisa at reception had us checked in while we relaxed with a welcome drink.First impressions of cleanliness ,peacefulness and professional staffing continued throughout our stay..The rooms are well serviced and any minor problems were sorted on the spot.The Dining areas are extremely well organised and one is spoilt for choice on a nightly bases.plentiful delicious food and wonderful friendly chefs and dining staff.Evening entertainment was very professional and each bar zone encouraged a relaxing atmosphere.The pool area is spotless and verywell organised.A great hotel ideally situated.one is spoilt for choice on walking out of the hotel onto beautiful promenades.Well done to all at this hotel and I would definitely recommend a relaxing stay here.Looking forward to a return visit as soon as possible.The beautiful sea and beach views are an added bonus.

Nice Hotel, but not my favorite area

The hotel itself was nice. Great view and clean room, but that is where it ends. The staff required that I bring along a piece of paper to charge a drink to my room and they would not use my credit card. The same thing with the safe key and beach towels - cash only. They also seemed to do everything via paper trail - no such thing as data base, for example when returning the safe key on departure the staff asked for paper receipt and we had to go through all our own receipts to find it - Thank goodness we keep every receipt.

Can't fault the place!

Wonderful hotel with brilliant staff in all parts of the hotel - restaurant remembering your drinks order, reception remembering which room you are, blue team remembering your name. All makes a very personal experience. So many quirks to this hotel and there were always sunbeds available around the pools, the no towels on the beds before 10am rule was ideal. It was a very peaceful hotel and it was just the relaxation we needed. There were some great activities by the blue team who were encouraging but not pushy, and would understand if you were just wanting to lie in the sun. There was also a variety of beds outside - sun beds, cuddle chairs, double beds etc. I would go back to this hotel again, the rooms were so clean and the housekeepers really did a good job of the rooms. We travelled half board and anything else went on a tab for the duration of our trip (although you could pay it off at any point in your trip). This was great because you didn't need to think about carrying money around. Don't let that put you off because it was so easy to do! The location was great and we could go right on to the promenade from the hotel. Thank you Gran Tinerfe for giving us such a memorable trip <3

It was our first visit to the hotel and we were impressed. The only Disney thing was that the 'partying' in the pub,if places went on too long into the night disturbing our sleep. The food was excellent with good choices and stFf were polite. Men were allowed in the restaurant for dinner I. Shorts when it specifically said 'long trousers'. I spoke to the staff and they sUd it was oermissible?

Wifi was only available in the reception area and lobby not in the bedrooms. I feel for a 4 star hotel the glasses plus the tea/coffee tray should be cleaned dailysurprisingly our glasses or coffee cups were not cleaned or replaced on a daily basis nor for the full stay? Beds were real comfortable, sheets good quality, powershower great, towels great quality, I personally do not like generic shampoos so I would advise purchase or bring good quality shampoos ( a personal whim) I must say the majority but not all the staff treated me well but I feel the Privlieged Programme dilutes what could be a much better experience. My husband would revisiand enjoyed his time and I probably with a few misgivings would return compared to other trips. The pools the access to the beach and cleanliness make this in my opinion a 4 sTar hotel but could improve with a few minor tweaks. I feel the first few days were uncomfortable but purely because I am very sensitive Sea view rooms are just great and I feel we will return.

We enjoyed our stay. Location is very good with ease of access to the beach. Beautiful clean swimming pools, good fitness programme. Staff pleasant. Bathroom spacious with good towels and power showers. Comfortable beds with good quality sheets. I would advise you to bring your own hair dryer as hairdryer is very low power. Overall it is a very good hotel in my opinion. We were fortunate to have bedrooms with lovely sea views and we also received a complimentary late check out which was much appreciated. The hotel operates a Privilege programme at an extra cost and in my opinion it dilutes a good product. I found this confusing on many levels and I would not recommend participation.

H10 HOTEL CLEAN AND TIDY VERY GOOD LOCATION

HAVE JUST COME BACK FROM AWEEK IN THE GRAN TENRIFE HOTEL BOOKED LATE SO WAS NOT EXPECTING AGREAT ROOM SO WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR AT THE FRONT OF HOTEL SO COULD EASILY WALK DOWN FOR MEALS. THE LADY WHO CLEANED OUR ROOM COULD NOT UNDERSTAND USE WHEN WE ASKED FOR 3 LOTS OF TOWELS DUE TO THREE OF USE STAYING TRIED THE FRONT DESK THIS TOOK THREE HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO SEND THEM UP TO USE NEARLY MISSED OUR 6.30PM SITTING FOR EVENING MEAL..EVERY NIGHT IT WAS CHIPS WITH EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE FOR ACHANGE ONCE IN A WHILE. THE STAFF IN THE RESTURANT VERY FRIENDLY. THE POOL EXCELLENT BUT THE FLOOR IS VERY SLIPPERY THE GYM IS EXCELLENT LARGE AND PLENTY OF EQUIPMENT TO USE. THE DAY TIME ENTERTAINMENT CREW WERE EXCELLENT NOT TO PUSHY. THE HOTEL IS IN A FANTASTIC POSTION RIGHT ON THE FRONT WITH LOTS OF BARS AND RESTURANTS . STAFF ON THE FRONT DESK VERY HELPFUL WHEN WE NEEDED TO CONTACT TAXI COMPANY.

Excellent Hotel, close to beach

Just returned from our 2nd visit to this fabulous adults only hotel which we can highly recommend. It is basically as near to the beach as you can get and even has its own private back way out leading to the beach to make it even quicker for quests. It has three lovely pools and some fabulous sun loungers that are more like settees complete with pillows and cushions, the ultimate in comfort in the sun. It also has some double beds to lie on in the sun as well as your average sun loungers around all of the pools.
The food is very good and the choice is plenty. There is something for everyone at every sitting and two chefs cooking fresh food every evening at dinner where you can choose from their menu. There is an abundance of salads, fruit and a very impressive dessert buffet table (not very good for the waistline I'm afraid).
There are 4 bars around the hotel plus a poolside bar and a show is held most nights in the main bar and I must say some of these shows are very good and definetly worth watching.
Close to shops, bars, restaurants and overall a very good hotel, we will definately be back.

We enjoyed being there, we were close to every interesting places and restaurants. The reception and security staffs were too kind. Only thing the hotel must improve is the food, it was diverse however the it could be a bit more tasty but it is not bad at all ;)

1 week in the H10 Gran Tinerfe - hope to return!

Hotel location is excellent, very close to the sea and perfect for walking into either Costa Adeje, Porto Colon and Las Americas. A real treat to sit each evening sipping a lovely drink, over looking the sea and watching the sun go down. We hoped for a sea facing room and we're pleased with room 807, 1 balcony overlooking the sea and the second balcony looking towards the town and mountains. Bed was really comfortable and high quality bedding.

The hotel facilities were mostly great. Pools were lovely, plenty of sun loungers and really good to see staff enforcing the non towel reserving policy! We don't normally enjoy buffet style dining however the hotel do a very good job of providing a wide range of different choices, mostly well cooked.

Some less positive feedback - for our whole week one of the lifts was out of use. We used this as an opportunity to climb the eight floors to counter the food and drink, however given that the majority of guests are probably within the 55-80 range this created real lift congestion. Also I felt there was a lack of consistency with staff and information. The staff were very helpful and positive, but there was not a lot of information shared, upon arrival we had a very brief check in and were quickly sent to our room, seeing others arrive we saw glasses of Cava being given and lots of explanation about meal times, access to al a carte restaurant, upgrades etc.

Overall, we loved our week, the location was perfect and hope to return

In a good location, close to both Las Americas (but not too close) and Costa Adeje. Staff cannot do enough for you and the bungalow rooms are very spacious with a massive bed !! Food is good and even the most fussy of people could find something they like !

This used to be such a grand hotel, but now it needs desperate refurbishment and some life breathed into it. The extras too are a bit of a con. Beach Towels were expensive to hire for the few days we were there and they did not give you a fresh one everytime. You had to make do with it for the whole week! Grubby to say the least. Also room safe they charged too much for. For goodness sake its in the room already why not just include it. The food was good and we enjoyed our stay but would not stay there again. The locals say it is now located in what they call \"ghetto\". Sad really as it brought back fond memories of the many times I stayed there as a young child.

Good quality hotel - friendly and efficient staff

Good quality hotel with friendly and efficient staff. We were unsure about the ground floor room we were allocated with on arrival and spoke to the reception staff who couldn't have been more accommodating in trying to find us an alternative room on a higher floor. In the event we stuck with the room we started with. The room was in good condition generally with a very comfortable bed. The only criticisms would be that the bathrooms was fairly old fashioned and in need of modernization and the bath was too small. Also, there was no wifi in the room itself, which definitely needs addressing. Overall the hotel, its staff and facilities, enabled us to have a relaxing and enjoyable winter break.

Great location

This is an ideal hotel with a great location . Plenty of different places to sunbathe and plenty of sun loungers. I was upgraded to privilege class at 30 euros a night but I would have been very disappointed if I had paid for this as it was not worth it . The food was ok but lacked variety and was to 4 star standard although I thought the hotel itself was a close 5 star. My thanks to all for a lovely stay and I would consider returning.

Wonderful hotel with experienced staff

We spent 5 nights in the hotel towards the end of August 2014 and it was a wonderful experience from the moment we steeped in to the reception. We were greeted with glasses of champagne served by a smiling staff which took away all the pressure of the jet lag. Dinner was excellent likewise breakfast and lunch.
Staffs were amazing, ready to attend to all our demanding needs especially from my teenage daughter who wants to have dinner by the seaside every time.
Balcony view was so amazing as we're able to watch the whole of the island from our room with the mountain back drop.
A big thank you to Pepe, Jeorge and all the reception staffs such as Meme. We will definitely be visiting again and staying at H10 Gran Tenerife.

We spent a great time at this hotel, staff was very friendly. The food was good, the waiters were very nice and efficient and the location was perfect. Watching the sunset over the beach laying down at a sofa bed in the open deck was awesome. My only complaint was that there was no internet in the room.

We had a wonderful stay. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were always able to find lounge chaises on the beach or by the pool. The hotel was very clean and we felt safe. We took a few day trips to other islands and to the north of the island which the hotel helped to arrange for us with zero hitches. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Such a disappointing stay, hotel advertises as a 4 star but this is a 3 star at best. Food was horrible, very low quality - so bad even though meals were included we ate out! Location states Adeje but not sure that is accurate. Attached to a Casino so that should tell you something about the general area...would never go back.

Cute Modern Hotel in the middle of it all

We loved the overall first impression of the doorman, lobby, and welcome. The hotel is easy to miss right next to McDonald's on a walking street, but once you get inside, it's quiet and comfortable. The Superior room was quite smaller than expected (about 9 by 10ft), and the air conditioning didn't really keep the room cool, but it was clean, comfortable and quaint. The customer service was excellent, but one of the lobby receptionists told us to got to the wrong terminal, in turn making us miss our flight, so always double check that information yourself. Once you leave the hotel, you're right in the middle of a walking street that is busy with tourists and locals, and it's very convenient to walk to everything.

H10 Gran Tinerife Hotel, Adeje, Tenerife

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It was great to have a lovely sea view and watch the sunset and also the hotel is on a lovely beach with direct access. There is a heated swimming pool as well as other pools. They have lovely wickerwork sofa beds with cushions to lie in the sun as well as very good pool sunchairs. Rooms are big and bright with comfortable beds and the balcony is a nice size. Just outside is a lovely promenade for walks and it is near all amenities. The night entertainment is also very good and the restaurant, lifts and entertainment are near each other so you don 't have to walk miles. You can have your meals outside overlooking the beach if you wish and the food is excellent. We were on a breakfast and evening meal basis. They have a nice touch at breakfast, some mornings you can have champagne on the way in and other mornings freshly made smoothies. We were there for a week in early March and the weather was lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel, with an ecxellent location. 15 minuts away from the airport, and close to everything. Do yourselves a favor, an get the room with seaview! We stayed on the top floor, and had the most wonderfull sunset every evening!
The rooms are clean and nice looking, but the beds are a bit on the hard side. but that seems to be a general problem in spain.
We went there in january. Temperatures 25*C. Very nice!
The hotel is not suitable for children, which in our case was great. When you are lying at the great pool areas, you wont be disturbed by children crying or them splashing around in the pool.

All in all, a very nice hotel. Would gladly come back!
