Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely clean and relaxing pool area. Requested a pool view which we were fortunate to get. Also, as we stayed half board, enjoyed the choice to swap evening meal for lunchtime meal. Would recommend to friends and family.

Nice and quiet. Staff very good and friendly. Lunchtime food good, evening food poor. Biggest complaint is about pool area. People leaving towels on sunbeds for anything up to 6 hours some days.
People coming to the pool and not being able to get a sunbed because of this. The management need to enforce the rules that they have on the notice boards all around the pool.

Easy access to the beach, near to cafes, but no problem with noise from bars. Nice breakfast and pool. Very clean.
However the neighbouring building has a lot of parrot aviaries on the roof - and they squawk incredibly loudly! Try to get a room on the far side of the hotel from the parrots!

First time to Tenerife very enjoyable would come back again hotel was good clean good selection of food and staff very friendly as we came in December it wold have been nice if ghee where extra blankets as it did get cold at night apart from that our stay was very enjoyable

Hotel was on the middle of a hill which didn't bother us but maybe others. Food not too good but you wouldn't starve. Staff are fantastic and make a real effort.

Close to everything you want for a good holiday . Small hotel and pool area (beware of the pool rush for the beds) . Not suitable for young families as most of guests are aged . But if you want a quiet relaxing holiday and dont mind the early morning cue for the sun beds , this hotel is ideal.

Nice small Hotel in a good position .

Excellent check in,really friendly and efficient staff.Given a two bedroom,two bathroom apartment,very clean.The MAJOR downside was no air conditioning only a fan in the lounge and a fan in ONE of the bedrooms only,nothing in the second bedroom.
The food was well presented but only luke warm.no variation at breakfast.

Shocking Hotel, wish i'dd never booked it.

Small hotel but customers crammed in, no air conditioning in the rooms so very very hot !! Pool side paving cracked and lifting and dangerous for kids. A child was sick in the pool one day and neither the lifeguard nor the staff rushed to clear the swimmers out and it was left to us to warn people to get out. On another incident faecal matters (excrement) were floating in the pool and again no rush to clean. Noisy neighbours above young children trying to sleep at 2am and even after 3 alerts to staff on 3 following nights resulted in no warnings and was left to family members to knock the door and confront. Some of the female staff were excellent and without fault as was the German guy behind the desk (he was excellent) but Pedro was a waste of time and promised so much and delivered absolutely nothing. The Hovima does not accept cash payments for food/drink/etc anywhere on the premises and everything is put on the room bill which can lend you to run away with spending.

Pros:

Friendly staff that speak good english and hotel is in the center of everything.

Cons:

rooms are only cleaned 5 out of 7 days each week and they charge you for clean towels!!

Room was incredibly hot \"air conditioning\" was nothing more than a standing fan that struggled to get the room below 30 degrees even in the middle of the night.

Pool was on the small side for the amount of sun beds avaliable, allowed nothing in it (blow up rings/beachballs etc) also was a max depth of 1.5m which was disappointing.

Beds can only be described as what you'd expect at a hospital, like laying on just a matress, VERY uncomfortable.

Tv only picks up 2 english stations.

Breakfast is OK, but dinner and lunch are a complete disgrace, all the food smells and looks like reheated sick.

Personal experience:

+Very helpful and friendly staff.

+Possibly the best hotel for location, everything is 5mins walk away.

-One night during our stay a group of drunk lads decided to sit out on our balcony while we where asleep and trashed it aswell as throwing our towels on the hotel roof.

-Multiple times at night our patio door would be attempted to be opened by people walking by outside.

-Door stop in bathroom had been removed and left just a nail sticking through the floor which my girlfriend stepped on during our first night.

- Mix of overally hot room, uncomfortable beds and the hotel DJ playing at full volume until midnight meant we rarely got a good nights sleep.

The hotel is in the perfect location, hotel grounds are well kept, rooms are spotlessly clean ! The staff through the hotel are super friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome ! Only down side is no air conditioning on the rooms !! They can get very hot !

great area

the weather was great for November the food at the hotel was average and some days below,the rooms had a fan in the ceiling and a blowy thing to aid circulation, its that same old problem with the sun beds even in november,towels being put on them early and then not being used all day, be aware also that at least half the rooms are owned and these people seem to think that they have all the rights to the sunbeds. The area of Adejere was really great we would visit this but not the hotel in the future, this is only our opinion and our experience

Very disappointed.

We were very unhappy not to have had the chance to stay at Hovima Panorama, the hotel we had picked specifically for its location, as we were meeting for a holiday with friends. We were not warned that our hotel had been changed and arrived at the hotel to be told we were not staying there and were moved on to a much bigger hotel 10 minutes away.
I am aware that this is not the fault of the reception staff, however, he was not very helpful and did nothing to help us feel cared about in this problem. It had a big impact on the enjoyment of our holiday. Very disappointed.

Lovely room overlooking pool. Warm welcome from friendly, hardworking staff. Nice to have a kitchenette with kettle and fridge. Food was nicely prepared and always found something good to eat.

Room View on to the pool.

We were in room 142 which overlooks the pool. Sun on the terrace in the morning and shaded in the afternoon which I think would be very good in the summer. Hotel is a bit dated but clean and nice and quiet. Fantastic location

Lovely aparthotel

Panorama is a lovely complex with very friendly staff. It is close to the beach, bars and restaurants and an excellent shopping centre with a Mango outlet just up the hill. The complex has a very nice homely feeling with the pool area being the central focal point. The food is quite acceptable with something for everyone. All in all it is a great option for a reasonable stay in Tenerife and is very much recommended.

Stayed for 6 nights in November. Hotel was about 3 stars as advertised. We were given a room at pool level so bad to carry bags down 3 flights of stairs which was more of a challenge when departing. Room was pretty basis. No air conditioning. Got brought water and fruit basket. Pool area was fine with all day sunshine although people queued to get there towels down and then went off for met of the day. Breakfasts were excellent. Lunch by the pool also very good. Bar service excellent.

Great staff, great value for money

We enjoyed our stay, end of May 2015. Nice pool area, rooms were adequate, comfy beds with a great shower. AC would be required in the hotter months though. The food overall was great and well worth opting for breakfast and dinner. International hotel with international guests so great mix of people. The only thing that didn't appeal to us was the entertainment at night but it finished by 11pm and others might have enjoyed it just wasn't our taste.

Great location, 200m from the sea.

Spent 5 nights here in Feb 2015. Had used Hovima hotels before and this was similarly clean and the half board option was plentiful. The hotel is a great location right near the San Euginio shopping complex all the popular bars and restaurants. The sea is only a few mins walk downhill and from there you cam walk either way to Los Christainos or Fanna Bay, with some of the best beaches in Tenerife.

My first visit will not be my last one...

I stayed in Hovima Panorama in December and I loved the hotel, the staff, and the food they offered. The hotel is near a beach where you can find so much to do and shop. The staff remembered my usual coffee drink and would always bring it to me when it was lunch time. Out of all the trips I have went on this was the most memorable.

Nice time, location close to sea with easy walks all directions, even a walk alongside the sea to Los Christianos only takes 30-40 min leisurely walk. Clean rooms everyday, reception staff always helpful. Room suited the budget.

Average hotel in a very touristy area

We spend a week in this Hotel this November. We chose this Hotel and Tenerife mainly because of the price, so we did not expect a perfect location.

However, we expected more. First of all, the mattresses in our room were so used, one could see them bending without anyone on the bed. Next, as most of the guest we booked half board. This results then in a fatal combination between the average age of the guest (60+) and the urge of them to get their very early breakfast. In other words, we were woken up by elderly people chit-chat in the hallway at 7:30 every morning! On top of that, the cleaning personal started their job shortly afterwards, continuously coordinating themselves in the hall-way, so that there was no chance of getting back to sleep again! Therefore, I would really recommend that the hotel spends some money in better doors to the hallway. Please note, we did not spend each night partying or anything, we just wanted to relax for some days and get some sleep back to refill the batteries.

Aside from that, the half board meals were somewhat disappointing. First of all 90% of it were meat, with meat sides and meat sauce, so only little chance for vegetarians. In fairness, most of the guest would not mind about that at all. Furthermore, the menu (different each day) was always very average Mediterranean, British and German, so that there was no chance to get some local cuisine.

Finally, in contrast to all that, the Hotel's personal was always very friendly & helpful

Holiday with friends

The staff were good, the location is good and the amenities were good. My complaints are about the constant noises. The block I stayed in was mainly young people who came in drunk at 4:30am and made lots of noise and banging doors.
Secondly, I understand the cleaners have a job to do but at out 7am I was woken up by the noise. Last but not least the constant noise from the parrots directly above my apartment. They are very noisy 24 hours a day. I didn't get much sleep whilst staying here and as a result the quality of my holiday suffered. Everything else is fine apart from the view.

Basic Hotel, no thrills yet great location!

Had a happy time in this hotel as long as you don't expect anymore than a clean, safe place to sleep. We went as a couple, so was perfect as was out most of the time & excellent to return to for a peaceful sleep. Avoid with children, this isn't a hotel geared to hospitality full stop, swim in the pool or... go out? I'd recommend this hotel for couples or older friends who want a relaxed hotel in a great location!

At our arrival to Hovima Panorama we were moved in to La Pinta as there were no available rooms. To compensate us, we got a better hotel/room and extra half pension. The staff was very helpful and nice and the location was perfect. I would recommend this hotel!

Nice Apartments Close To Beach

Arrived at Hovima Panorama the day before my birthday, checked in relatively easy and very efficient even though we had a booking error. Location is ideal, very close to the beach. In actual fact it is about a five minute walk.

We were given a ground floor room, which faced the swimming pool. I initially was worried about being so close but as this is a family resort the noise level was barely noticed. The room was very clean, extremely spacious, with enough room for 2 adults and a child. I will agree with other reviewers about the comfort of the beds, these were extremely hard and very uncomfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised on my actual birthday as I was given a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit basket (I have been to more expensive hotels and have never been given this).

All in all, the staff were very friendly, my room was cleaned everyday and I was extremely impressed that I did not see one bug throughout my 6 night stay.... I believe other hotels should take note of the way Hovima Panorama does things!!

Hotel clean and in nice quiet location but within easy walk to bars,shops and beach, our first room was terrible number 043 situated next to service entrance where rubbish was emptied at 2 am very loudly !! preventing us from getting any sleep, with view of wall ! this room should defiantly not be given to any guests, we complained and were moved straight away another wall view but quiet, most rooms have pool view but one row have a view of a wall! When booking you are not aware of this, overall the hotel was clean, food was nice and staff were friendly and helpful just a shame a few rooms really let this lovely complex down.

We had a great 7day stay at Hovima Panorama. The service from the personel was exceptionel. Rooms were modern and clean. Pool area was well kept and clean. The restaurant staff was very service minded and helpful with my food allergy(Gluten).
If I shall say something negativ it should be that the rooms are not sound isolated. You hear the nereby trafic. In the building next door parrots are being held at the roof. You hear them as well. Which can affect your sleep.

la posizione è ottimale a 5o metri dalla passaggiata sul mare.A cena noi andavamo sempre verso le 20 cosi non dovevamo fare la coda al self service, il cibo discreto verdure crude sempre fresche,verdure cotte assenti,la pasta un po' scotta ma sicuramente non si và aTenerife per mangiare il primo piatto . I secondi a base di carne o pollo buoni ,in 9 giorni hanno fatto il barbecu di carne la prima volta con carne tenerissimala seconda volta un pò più dura ,il pesce sempre fatto al forno cosi così . hanno fatto una sera sogliole alla mugnaia buonissime . la camera con divano ad angolo enorme , materassi comodi .la pulizia su 9 gioni è stata fatto solo 6 giorni fatta bene , tranne per i sanitari non eccezzionale. ci tornerò ancora. simpatiche le cameriere di sala, anche se non ci capivamo molto..

Animations sympathiques pas envahissantes mais de qualité le soir mais aussi parfois l'après midi.

Хорошее расположение отеля. В 5 минутах ходьбы 2 пляжа - если повернуть направо, выйдя из отеля, в сторону океана, далее пройти вдоль набережной в ту или другую сторону. Ближайшая Меркадона также в 5 минутах ходьбы, из отеля налево за перекрёстком. При отеле есть бесплатная парковка, что очень удобно, если вы планируете брать на прокат машину. Неплохие завтраки и ужины, при необходимости ужин можно разово обменять на обед. На территории отеля (у бассейна, на ресепшн, в ресторане) достаточно устойчивый Wi-Fi. По уборке так и не поняли. То убирали стабильно каждый день, то могли пропустить 1-2 дня. Сейф в номере платный, пляжное полотенце можно взять на ресепшн под залог в 15€.

Mittelklassehotel mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Hotelanlage ist recht nett, da sie sich wohltuend von den Riesenbauten an der Küste unterscheidet. Um das Wohlfeeling zu optimieren, wären einige Verbesserungen notwendig.
Die Matratzen in meinem Zimmer waren sehr durchgelegen. Durch die fehlende Klimaanlage hat sich die Hitze im Zimmer gestaut und konnte auch durch Lüften mittels der kleinen Terrassentür und des Ventilators an der Decke nicht aus dem Zimmer vertrieben werden.
Die Bänke und Stühle im Speisesaal müssten dringend neu gepolstert werden.
Das Personal an der Reception als auch im Speisesaal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.
Der Pool war recht klein und durch lärmende und planschende (Klein-)kinder für Erwachsene nicht sehr attraktiv.
Positiv ist die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Promenade und nahe der Strände, der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch des Busbahnhofs zu bewerten.

Esperienze piacevoli: disponibilità di ampia camera con divano, TV, cucinotto e grande balcone, uso di piscina a tante profondità, bella vista di fiori e verde e possibilità di vivere molti momenti di silenzio anche durante il giorno.

Esperienze poco piacevoli: allagamento del bagno e parte della camera x rottura sciacquone, malgrado l'invito ad intevenire; richiesta denaro extra per cenone di Natale; scarsa disponibilità di tavolo x la cena in particolare, scarso aiuto del personale della reception per il nostro ritorno in bus all'aeroporto ( già pagato).

Lo salva el personal que tienen trabajando

Hemos ido de viaje una semana. Empezar diciendo que lo mejor del hotel son las zonas comunes, la ubicación y el personal (muy amables y super atentos). Lo peor es que las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado (servicio que me parece fundamental)y las noches son insoportables. La decoración de las habitaciones son de la época de Franco, además de que la bañera presentaba signos de óxido en el desagüe. Es un hotel hecho por y para los extranjeros ya que la piscina cierra a las 6 de la tarde, la cena es a las 7 y los menus están bien si quieres salir de allí con 20 kilos de más y con el colesterol por las nubes. Si no llega a ser por el clima pensaría que estoy de vacaciones en londres

11Tage wunderschöner Urlaub

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel in einer Nebenstraße. Bei meinem Aufenthalt überwiegend älteres Publikum zwischen 40 und 60 Jahren. Kaum Kinder in der Anlage. Essen sehr schmackhaft , abwechslungsreich mit großer Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr sauber. Rundum gut weiter zu empfehlen. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Viaje agradable, por un buen hotel q esta cerca de todo, con un buen servicio y muy tranquilo. Temperatura buena y sin humedad que apetece hacer cualquier actividad.

Po przybyciu przydzielony pokój okazał się ciemny, z oknem sypialni wychodzącym na ciemny, zarośnięty kąt. Poproszona o zamianę obsługa hotelu zaproponowała inny pokój, ale za dopłatą. Hotel nie był w pełni zajęty. Po zmianie pokój lepszy, z ładnym widokiem. Widać, że hotel najlepsze lata ma już za sobą. Smaczne posiłki, dobra lokalizacja, do plaży niewielki spacer. Blisko sklepów, knajpek i wypożyczalni samochodów.

Kleines familäres Hotel in der Nähe desHafen/Stand

Rezeption 3 sprachig engl spanisch deutsch, die Zimmer ab nummer ca 300 mit toller aussicht auf la gomera und teile vom hafen, das hotel hat apartments und suiten und die suiten sind sehr groß und mit balkon und meerblick...TOP
Zimmer sind spanisch eingerichtet, ist eher 90 er style...kinderpool gibt es und einen großen pool...der playground ist eine tischtennisplatte...die ist aber eher abgeranzt...aber man geht ja eh zum strand oder an den pool...ja ansonsten Lage ist eben top undman kann fahrräder ausleihen und um die Ecke 2 sitzige elektroautos, mega entspannt mit kind kann man die komplette promenade abfahren...persönlich fand ich gut das das hotel eher klein ist und kein klotz wie das iberostar mit 16 Stockwerken...wenn man es exklusiver haben will muß man nebenan ins Jardin Tropical....

Relax con poco sole

Una settimana piacevole, anche se non favorita dal meteo, in una località molto \"turistica\", ma altrettanto interessante dal punto di vista naturalistico e paesaggistico. Camera ampia, ma con letti scomodi e qualche rumore di troppo. Cibo abbondante, ma non molto vario e di qualità appena sufficiente
