We struggled with cockroaches and were told no other rooms were available. After they failed to deal with it after 3 days, I got Expedia involved, and suddenly there was a room available. We got a couple of free dinners as a courtesy, but the dinner here is not very good.

The only good thing this hotel has is its proximity to the beach.

Everything was excellent - ocean view from the balcony, perfect location - close to the beach and pedestrian walk that goes by multiple beaches both directions. Hotel has parking for extra charge, but it has good discount for hotel guests. Room was clean and hotel staff was very friendly.

We had to mop the terrace ourselves.

The Palm Beach is in a great central location, making it easy to get around and explore the local area. Great location for the beach as well. However, the rooms and furniture are quite tired and worn, and the whole place would really benefit from a refurb to bring it up to standard.
On the positive side, the staff are all very friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference to the stay. The food offered a decent and varied selection, though it could have been served a bit warmer at times.
Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay with lovely staff and reasonable food, but the accommodation itself could use some updating.

The room was spacious but the walls are very thin, and it is quite dated. They put us (a family with young child) in a room next to a group of young men who were up all night talking loudly and playing music. The aircon unit from the hotel nextdoor is also very loud all day/night.

I checked in on line as recommended by the hotel . They still wanted passports ( twice ). €100 deposit which displayed my pin on the card machine ! . Beds were good. Room very basic but did have kettle, cups, wine glasses fridge. Extractor fan by shower shower head was filthy. Spot light outside bedroom ( in corridor ) short non black out blinds. Room was darker during the day than at night !

This hotel was in a great central location. It is clean although some rooms are dated . Mine included
The teams are hard working and very profile.
The animation team put in lots of effort . Aarons yoga was amazing .
The pool is very clean and has a lifeguard.
Buffet breakfast has a wide choice
and again great staff as is the shop .
The room deposit was a surprise and not yet received back? Nor a reply to my email so not so.good.

Furniture in room unclean. Bed & pillows in comfy poor quality. Shower broke I pin arrival. Patio doors weren’t sure & worn. General appearance was that venue needed uplift. Pool toilets and changing rooms were not good unclean / out of order. Staff were friendly apart from 1 member of reception who was not inviting. Good location.

Room didn't have a beach view, we knew that before arrival, balcony looked onto pool area, issue on first night, patio doors didn't lock, power tripped 3 times. Both issued were fixed quickly. Sofa bed wasn't used, but was to uncomfortable to sit on as couch.

Hotel looked great when we arrived staff friendly. Then we got in our room smelt nice and clean. Looked over balcony and building site outside. Went to reception and asked about it was told they start around 8am. But dont work weekends .
No cleaner called all time we was there was told every 3 days. So no bedding or towels changed . Looked around room and was not happy with it. Spoke to reception and was told they would get someone to sort it out. No one come.

On arrival we got a really small 2 bedroom apartment but to be fair to the staff we moved the first morning to a much more spacious one albeit with a slight extra cost.
Rooms and hotel is a little dated and could do with a revamp.

The entertainment around the pool was very good and the performers were excellent!

The rooms are very old and dated bathroom door wouldn’t shut door frames coming away and split no real lock on patio door

The property was very dated and not very clean. Towels only changed once in a week and bins only emptied once. We paid for an apartment with a pool view, but we could barely see it were put in an apartment furthest away in front of the car park. The location was ok easy enough to walk anywhere. Not many English staying here but that was not a problem. Wouldn't return too dated.

Great location, with a shopping mall at the ground floor and right next to the beach.
The wifi didn’t work in our room “I’ll report it” was the answer I got and still no wifi.
So noisy at night just outside the hotel.

Hotel is dirty, rooms not up to oar, at least our suite was terrible. Both bacony doors (exterior ground level) did not lock, waited over 4hrs in room for maintenace. Roaches walking all over, moldy bathroom. Unable to ever speak with a manager, kept getting the run around. We checked out after fjrst night.

We had a studio with a beautiful sea view
The studio was a very good size with everything we needed for our 4 night stay.
Unfortunately the bathroom had a sewer smell which was very overpowering. As we only stayed 4 nights we just ignored the smell as only really needed the room to sleep in as out most of the day.

Hotel staff were lovely and very efficient we had trouble with noise from next door and I call reception and they sent security up and sorted it straight away they were also given a written warning saying if it happened again they would be asked to leave and we had no more trouble from them for the rest of our stay, Brilliant. Hotel is in great location, easy walking to beach and sea front, lovely pool with lots of fun for children so can get a bit noisy at times.
Apartment was a bit dated and could do with a make over especially the bed settee and the beds are a bit firm , the shower has great water pressure and there was always hot water. We had an apartment with breakfast included and there was a good selection of hot and cold food. We had a great week’s holiday and would visit again

Very dated property that really needs a refurb. Staff are very nice and it is kept very clean.

There was construction work going on in the hotel which was not advertised beforehand.

The kitchen/dining area is not big enough for the size of the property but the breakfast was good.

Best thing about the place was the location but felt it was not worth the money I paid.

Staff are not remotely friendly and extremely rude. No cleaning or towel change in 3 days. Have to beg for toilet rolls. Room in urgent need of renovation.
Woke up to a cockroach in my bed.

Breakfast is poor. Omlette ediable thats about it.
Location is the only good thing about the hotel. If you get 1 of the lower floor rooms you will have no view. Lifts hardly work.
Lots of water spilled roudn the place that was never getting cleaned up.

Check in staff are horrendous and need to learn some customer service skills.

You will not be allowed to check in till 5pm even if your room is ready.
Luggage area is not secure. The lock does not work.

Entertainment guy is the only decent thing at the complex.

Great hotel fpr both famlies, couples and friends. Peter at reception could not help me enough. I asked for a pool and sea view and i received what i ask for and peter made sure i was happy and asked me when i was next down was room ok. Loads of entertainment during the day for kids and adults. Location is great close to everything. Will be returning.

We had a great stay at the palm beach. Entertainment at the pool or in the evening each day we stayed which was a great bonus. Lots of amenities at the hotel area too, 2 mins to the strip and the cafe type shop that makes toasties/baguettes just outside the hotel was amazing!!

Staff were lovely and pool area was kept very clean.
Sometimes pool area was very busy and bagging sunbeds with towels remains a problem.Very noisy bar below complex -did not need to be that loud until midnight.

The location was great. Easily walkable to the beaches, the strip, Siam park, and the list goes on. The balconies were great. I watched the sunset over the beach pretty much every night. The bedrooms were spacious. The blackout curtains were also super nice. Only a couple complains. Parking was around 60 euro extra for a week. They also didn’t give dish soap to clean the dishes.

Room had a constant smell from the toilet, so had to keep the light and fan on constantly, bought lemons to rub on the wall ,cut in half and leave in the toilet
The pull out double bed was broken, along with a socket hanging off the wall and the kitchenette doors all loose
None of the patio doors locked but being up high you would have to be spiderman to steal anything
The food choice at breakfast was good, but only 2 coffee machines to cater for everyone - there was always a huge queue, so decided to bring our own coffee down in the end
The pool view from 5th floor was brilliant, at the end of the day we were only there for the Sun
Sadly all needs updating - but, you get what you pay for a week b&b in the 🌞

Holiday started bad. You have to put your baggage in an outside lock up, which to us was not safe. This led to us having to take all valuables with us. On doing this I personally got my bag pick pocketed and lost all my holiday money. The noise from the discos,pubs and clubs went on all night till sometimes 5 or 6 in the morning. This resulted in lack of sleep because the patio doors were useless. The one in the lounge area didn’t even lock. You get offered drugs as you walk down the street and they openly do it in the bars. The looky looky can be very dangerous.
Apart from all this the weather was great and we did try to enjoy our time

Cheap and cheerful. Tired rooms. You pay for towels to use on sun beds (that’s a first) you are not allowed to use your room towel so bring your own.
Breakfast: best thing is the omelette although there is an extensive selection of foods to choose from - hot and cold. The orange juice and coffee are truly shocking.
Very strict on check in - absolutely no entry to room before 4pm
A bit noisy for our liking but it’s in a busy bustling location so it’s not surprising.

This property made me very unwell. I stayed here for 4 nights from 28 dec to the 1 jan. It’s 2 nights put me in a 2 bed room which had been recently painted. The fumes and toxins made my vision. Blurry and headache and lost if voice sore thought. It was that bad I practically slept on a couch with my head out of the balcony patios doors. I complained and was told they were 100 percent full. I feel they put the safety of their guest for maximum profit and greed. A truly awful place. When o did get to move rooms the cleaning lady pointed at the walls and said that there had been more complaints. Ruined my holiday. I am currently lodging a health safety report with the local authorities. 35 years coming to Tenerife and the worst accommodation I’ve stayed at. AVOID

Surprise birthday.

Hotel very nice and new (think rooms are been updated) friends apartment had new shower,close to all you need but not to close to the noise!! We had a 1 bedroom apartment with mircowave,4 rings on hob,kettle and toaster. Great selection of TV channels (in English). Didn't use the pool but being used a lot (especially for water aerobics at 11am.....).
