Friendly staff, nice private pool and master bedroom. However there are huge gaps under the main doors meaning we had a few cockroaches in our villa; on the bathroom floor and in the kitchen sink, as well as inside the pool, which I guess is to be expected. There is a spacious daily bus taking you to nearby areas which is very useful. Seems to be a family friendly focused complex.

The resort is really great, especially for families. We did self catering (breakfast included). The breakfast was excellent, great variety, pretty much anything you can think of, and constantly refreshed.

The room and grounds were spotless and there always seems to be someone around fixing or tidying/cleaning things. The staff are lovely too, really helpful.

It's true there are plenty of sunbeds but the hotel doesn't enforce the 'no reserving' policy so if you need sunbeds where you can actually keep an eye on the kids in the pool then you have to put your things down before breakfast.

It is not really close to much, we had a car so not a problem for us, but if you have little ones and no car, you'd need to taxi down to the beach or out for dinner at the main areas of restaurants.

Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise!

The hotel, villa and pool was amazing. The entertainment was night was ok, but not fantastic. It kept the kids entertained. The food was a bit meh. It quite often didn't match the menu on the website, but was there was ok. Just not as much variety as we expected.
However the resort was quiet and there were always lots of loungers and space in the pool. It got a but busier over half term, but still not too bad.

Lovely villa in a perfect setting. We only had bed and breakfast and the only downside was that there wasn’t a snack bar only the buffet option.
The Sahara restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend. Would be great if they did a lunch menu at a set price.

Perfect for family trip

Excellent resort. Great for family with young children. Could not fault food or activities. Staff were all very friendly. The resort could benefit from a separate bar or restaurant as you end up eating breakfast, all dinners and having drinks and entertainment in the same room. A minor issue though. Overall lovely resort.

Lovely hotel

The hotel was clean and beautiful. The pool area was pretty and at night it was lit up to look like a tropical paradise.
Bought “all inclusive “ package when we arrived and this was we worth the money..
Staff were helpful and friendly.

The rooms had really nice rear verandas and the pool was brilliant. But the room was not very clean and we had to get it cleaned twice plus the lighting wasn't the best overall it was a good stay once we got the initial problems sorted

Really pleasant family resort.

Even with a few teething problems (our 5 year old son didn't want to sleep in a separate room in a strange place and we couldn't get his bed into our room) I would highly recommend this resort. The staff are excellent and made a point of asking for feedback (and acting on it) a couple of days in, so they could fix anything that needed fixing.

Lovely clean pool, spacious suites, aircon in bedroom and lots of kids activities to keep them occupied whilst the grownups got on with the important task of sunbathing and accessing the all inclusive facilities. Oh! and the Spa is exceptional too!

This hotel is perfect for families with young children. Unfortunately as a couple we did not feel it met our holiday needs. There is only one bar which is located within the dining area it is open between 1pm and 3pm and then from 6pm to 11pm. At other times drinks are self service but the quality is poor. Staff, room and food ok, but no quiet areas to sit out, the only outside space is by the pool which can get very noisy. Nothing around the hotel other than the golf club. We did go into the club for coffee and a late afternòn drink and it is very civilised and not expensive. The free meal in the Sahara restarent for those on AI was nice, but not really free as you can't choose a starter and all the meat and fish dishes had a supplement. We would not return

Winter Sun great location in Los Christianos

Fantastic Holiday, The hotel provides plenty of spacious rooms with one or two bedrooms, each have a kitchen and living area and a private outside space, our room overlooked the Golf Course with the mountains behind. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, we were on the all inclusive package which I'd recommend, the waiters even remembered what I drank and brought it without me having to ask at the evening meal. Not much in way of evening entertainment but this is more directed at young families and those wanting to have a nice peaceful holiday, although the Town wasn't far away and a free shuttle bus was laid on daily to the beach or one of the larger shopping Centres. If you're looking for Sun, a nice pool or 2 with plenty of sun loungers you won't be disappointed. Caution one of the pools isn't heated so fairly cold but the other is like a warm bath, lovely. The food was generally of a good standard the chef's seemed to take great pride in presentation, especially the sweets. There is a playground for the younger children and a good gym for the big kids, weather this time of year mid to high 20's. Thoroughly recommend the hotel and a big thanks to the staff, even took the time to check us in 24hrs before leaving, at my request. Go and Enjoy

Lovely September stay

Arrived for a 4 night stay to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends. Fantastic location and not too large a hotel. We were happy with the first suite we were given, until we saw our friends room which had very recently been refurbished. As it was my birthday, my wife had previously requested a nice room. She went to reception who were extremely helpful and moved us to one of the refurbished suites within the hour. All staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.
Well located for a round of golf at Golf Las Americas, only a 2 minute walk and the golf course surrounds the hotel.
Only minor negative was the all inclusive food option, it didn't quite match up to the rest of the hotel, but was fine for a short break.

Only suitable for families

This is a resort for families; definitely not for couples.
There are kids everywhere and they even have a partnership with tots to travel who have reserved areas by the pool where the other folk who have paid their money, can sit.
The beds are two singles pushed together and you fall down the middle if you even try to cuddle.
There are also a huge number of cockroaches that come out at night, and they are everywhere! I appreciate that this is beyond the hotels control but if you're someone that has an absolutely irrational fear of them, best to avoid!
If you're a family, you're fine, otherwise, somewhere else, probably Florida!

Lovely hotel

Hotel is fresh and clean, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Pool area is family friendly. Plenty of sun beds. Comfy sofa beds are reserved for guests with children. Food is standard. Always something to be able to eat but can get repetitive, rooms clean however double bed is on actual fact 2 single beds so often woke up to find I had fallen down the middle. Not hotels fault but as on ground floor has a problem with ants in the room so don't leave out anything sweet!

And bustle of main los christianos and playa, but near enough to be involved. Little slice of home comforts making resort Not too touristy. Nice decoration in spacious clean appartments. Fabulous.

Lovely personal hotel beautiful surroundings

Gorgeous surroundings; excellent management of the site, friendly staff.

Overlooking golf course to the rear. Beautiful warm pool and lovely toddler amenities (sand pit with toys, paddling pool, playhouse and ping pong) walkways set through fairy gardens!

Rooms spacious and well kept. Comfortable and very clean. Maid service excellent. Beds comfy and bathrooms modern.

All inclusive option worth doing; nice food, usual continental buffet style. Help Yourself drinks. Good entertainment at night ... outside shows visiting with good atmosphere.

Great hotel, very clean, strong wifi in all areas, amazing food, lovely outside dinning and entertainment wasn't too bad. Coffee and cava and slushes included were nice. Easy to get sunbeds. Let down by no air con in livingroom, charge for table tennis and spa and no BBC in rooms to watch football and Wimbledon.

Horrific sewage smell came from the bathroom which made it impossible to stay in the room (or rooms around it). After discussing with the staff, they first tried to spray it away to no avail, the next day they sent a technician which still didn't help. Since we were only staying for three days, we gave up trying to change by the third night.
Also had three cockroaches in the room during our three nights which was way too much for our standards.
When checking out no one asked whether we enjoyed the stay or not, which was unusual.

As for positives - breakfast is great, the facilities look very beautiful and are picture-perfect. The horrible smell may have been specific to our room, but it's a huge hit and miss in that regard.

Loved it!

The hotel was lovely, the accommodation nicely laid out on two levels surrounded by gardens. The pool was beautiful and all areas immaculately maintained. The food was of a good standard and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
The resort is within walking distance (15mins) but this hotel is such an oasis of calm I doubt you'll want to go anywhere else!

Sun seekers paradise

The resort was really excellent, good facilities, staff very friendly, food varied with theme nights i.e. Chinese, Mexican and was good to excellent and catered for everyone. The only thing that let the restaurant down was lack of pest control with flies and birds i.e. a good net, as the birds flew towards the counters to get the food, thankfully everything was covered with lids The apartments were clean and very accommodating for those who want a self catering holiday, but from a family of four points of view sharing a 1 bed apartment with put you up/camp beds in the lounge these beds were extremely uncomfortable and crippling for an adult to sleep on, please note that 2 bed apartments are available too. There is plenty of activity going on in the day and evening for kids and adults and the main entertainment hostess was absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone going to Tenerife, as we didn't want to come home.

Couple of days in paradise

Me and my boyfriend wanted a short stay in the sunshine and this resort was perfect for what we needed.
Our apartment was beautiful! The pool area was great!
We went all inclusive and the food was fab! There was even themed nights! We loved the Mexican night! There was a huge range of alcohol!
We can't wait to come back! :)

Apart hotel near the golf course

From check in onwards all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The 1 bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean and quite roomy. Situated ~2km.out of the resort we enjoyed the walk daily and a bonus was the excellent Chinese restaurant half way down. The only criticism was for non all inclusive guests we thought drinks were expensive. We would certainly go again

Nice hotel surrounded by the golf course

I really enjoyed the idea of the hotel which is not a typical xx-storey building but small cabanas surrounded by lots of green. Great pool, convenient store in the hotel allowed to get most necessary supplies. Despite it's quite close to the beach, the journey can get really long on a hot day if you are without a car.

Nice hotel, but away from beach front

Enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel. The 2 bedroom apartment room was on 2 floors and was awesome! Food was lovely too.All inclusive drinks only last until 11pm. Beach was a mile walk into town.

Nice resort not only forfamilies with children

While not new the appartments are very nice with fully equipped kitchen, large living room with balcony, spatious bathroom and bedroom. Good location for traveling around the island. Forget about the local beaches (20 min walk). These are O.K. for an evening walk, but not much more.
Free parking in front of the hotel.

Perfect hotel for a peaceful family holiday.

This place is a jewel and great value at the price.It is quiet, well appointed and very clean. great kids entertainment. Adults too--wonderful soul and motown night on the Friday I was there. and its all quiet by midnight!!!!!!!!! Can't praise it enough. even the gym was about adequate,which is rare out there.

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. The hotel was positioned well for all local activities, being only a short taxi ride away. The room we had was very spacious, well decorated and maintained and was very pleasant. We would recommend it for families. It can get a bit crowded around the pool at times. AI is the Norm for this hotel, but you can pay as you go as well which was a better option for us as the buffet style food can get a bit monotonous. Overall though a good hotel in a quieter spot but close to the action if you want that.

Amazing Experience!!

Most of the staff members were very hospitable and extremely helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much! The staff were only let down by a few individuals who I found very rude and unhelpful. The only thing that let the hotel down was the entertainment. There is entertainment for the very young kids, but nothing for kids aged 12+ and nothing for adults at all! Other than that, and amazing experience and would definitely visit again and have recommended to all friends and family!

Handy for golfers ; good basic accommodation

This hotel is a good basic hotel which I would use for playing golf at the adjoining course. If only there for vacation, you will need to get a taxi to town for nightlife or shopping. Having said that, if you just want to chill out by the pool, and have a few drinks, the hotel is fine and the all-inclusive package is good value. Service was consistently good and pleasant.

Städningen bra men en städerska missade att diska. Bra möblerad balkong där man både kunde sitta och äta samt soffa och en rund korgsäng.
Mycket trevlig personal.
Vi bokade en lägenhet som kallades ”adult” men det var väldigt oklart vad som var skillnaden mot övriga lägenheter. Det var skrikande småbarn i alla lägenheter runt om vår och i vår lägenhet fanns ett barnbord med små stolar och en hylla med barnböcker.
