We are retired and we’re only there because EasyJet cancelled our flight. However it was a great experience right from the start with Simone in reception. The buffet dinner and breakfast were really good. The facilities for kids looked amazing.

Cannot fault the room it was better than i expected. Its a nice hotal slap bang in the middle of everything you would want to find. Only thing was asked for late check-out which the guy in reception didnt sort when we checked in so had to replan the last day on the fly. All in all will be back

Only stayed overnight due to cancelled flight. £430 for family room. This is probably because of the last minute booking, if hope so anyway. Seemed ok. Grounds were tatty and grass needed cutting in lots of places! But otherwise staff were friendly and helpful and was a quiet night considering the location right on main road

Overall enjoyed our stay at HD Parque Cristobal.

Food quality and choice of options for breakfast was very good, and the main adult pool likewise was nice, clean and warm.

Downside was our apartment was a little tired, bedrooms were ok, however sofa was ripped and bathroom needed some care and attention .

Property advertises that car parking is available this is misleading, as they do not offer their own you have to take your chances with street parking, which whilst there in August 2023, didn't offer many parking spaces.

Wouldn't say the staff are the most friendly, but overall ok.

The quality of the hotel itself was surpassed only by the staff . They were all superb and couldn’t do enough. I loved the ground floor bungalows as opposed the the ghastly tower block I stayed in last time . Only thing that might put some off is that it’s a very family oriented hotel , hence lots of noisy little ones by the pool . If that would annoy you , maybe not for you

Really enjoyed the visit. Had a one bedroom apartment. Was cleaned daily and was spotless. Giant TV ( certainly compared with the one I have at home ). 2 pools which were at a nice temperature. Didn't use the on site bar or restaurant. Lots of nice places to go look locally. 5 or 6 mins walk from the sea.

I would recommend this hotel for families with kids up to 10 years old, or people with disability. My teenagers did not enjoy it as much as younger ones would have, as there was no teen hangout spot at the hotel but there were plenty of facilities for young kids. Also note that most people take the full board meal plan. We only took half board because we wanted to explore Tenerife and its various restaurants. The down side was that, while we could eat everything that we wanted at breakfast and dinner, we were not allowed any drinks (even water) at dinner. The food was ok but not exceptional and there were very few vegetarian choices (most salads had meat or seafood in them). I would recommend adding chickpeas or other legumes on the side. We had a good week but will likely not go back.

Nice bungalows and staff. Excellent food. One minor quibble- we are repeat visitors so we know what the place is like. There used to be a facility on the TV to change the language, but this has been shut down, hence only one channel out of 40 that was in my language. Mentioned this to reception, and they tried but failed to rectify. The facility should be available.

The hotel was just perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 kids aged 5,6 and 14) in every possible way. We stayed in one of the kids suites which was just next to the kids pool. 2 bedrooms, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and so on. Great food. Very good kids club. Evening shows were entertaining. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. One of the best hotel experiences so far.

I was given a larger property than expected which was great, however the doors were dirty as splashed with something and never properly cleaned, floors had stains and were cleaned on the second day, the bathroom tub was very old and could see it eroding, curtains missing from windows. Thankfully I was in the island for a family emergency and not for a holidays otherwise the position of the apartment would have been dreadful as on the back with no real space for sun bathing outside and because is so close to the street, the noise from the bars goes on till early hours in the morning.

Good and has the potential to be great!

Started off bad with bungalow 38 (I read tripadvisor on arrival and see that this room has had bad feedback earlier in the year too-disappointing to see that nothing has been improved). The room had a seriously bad smell of damp and evidence of damp on walls, not too mention ants everywhere!
Got moved to another bungalow the next day, this was much better, clean and fresh. If I was given this room to start with then I would have had no complaints at all. Rooms are spacious, have everything you need and the facilities at HD Parque Cristobal are pretty good (pool could do with a bit of tlc as there are many tiles missing). A great location in Las America’s for shops, eats and the beach.

Good stay....but room allocation key

Good family hotel in a busy resort. Nice pool area for kids, animation team did a great job entertaining our 6yr old in the kids club, and the mini disco was a highlight. Our second trip to this hotel. Only tip is the location of the room can make or break the trip. This time our room was in the corner of the resort looking directly over the front road, with a large hotel refrigeration unit next to us (that was frequented early in the morning by some kind of noisy cart) and as a bonus glass and rubbish bins over the wall. This meant that you needed to close the windows for any chance of a slightly peaceful night, which with the world's worst maintained ceiling fans that sounded like tractors made it a hot night. This isn't a reflection of the whole resort and our previous experience here was different, it is still a good family venue, but be warned that it makes a huge difference in our experience where your room is placed and room allocation is done prior with no option to chose - you can request the day after checking in to move but the hotel is normally full and due to pre-allocation our request could not be accommodated.

Excellent stay at the HD Park Cristobal

Lovely complex with 2 large pools which are in the sun most of the day and plenty of sunbeds. Staff were friendly especially Miguel at reception. We stayed B@B. the restaurant was clean and there was an ample choice of food. The bungalows were spacious and had all the equipment needed for self catering. if I had one negative comment to make it would be they play music through a large speaker at the pool all day. The music wasn't that bad but it would be off putting to some.

Staff were exceptional most notably in restaurants and entertainment, made to feel very welcome. Good standard and range of food on offer. Clean saltwater pools. Low level complex of simgle story buildings.Bungalows were comfortable, clean and fully equipped. Very quiet after 23.00 hrs. Great location 3 mins to beach/promenade. Plenty of restaurants/shops/pubs in short walking distance. Sorry I didn't stay longer, but plan to be back. Very good for families, physically impaired travellers , solo travellers.

Lovely little bungalows , close to beach & bars

Lovely place to stay , staff are lovely , nothing is too much trouble, you feel safe and the rooms are clean . The dining area has lots of options to suit everyone and the food is very nice .
They were maintaining as we left the white walls which had flaked a bit but apart from that and the bacon at breakfast I would definitely go back and recommend to a friend 8/10

Fantastic place for couples and families. The restaurant staff were excellent with the kids and the animation team were great. Being British we were in the minority but all the staff were great. The bungalow itself was well laid out and we were delighted to have a fridge in the room even though we were all inclusive. The location was also handy for additional nightlife and the shops but we were happy to stay in the resort where the kids had everything they needed. Entertainment was basic but good and only lasted an hour but after a 30 minute mini disco we were happy to go home. I always measure a place by the thought - would I return. You bet I would.

lovely bungalows in grassed grounds

Did not eat at hotel but lunch was a delicious smoothy from pool bar. All staff very friendly and helpful. Bungalows nicely furnished and kitchen entirely adequate and you will find your kettle and toaster in the sideboard !
Everywhere clean and well maintained with good space around pools and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas.
Although off the main street there no noise once one is through the doors. Many choices of places to eat and shops within a few paces from hotel Taxis always available outside Reception will book excursions for you. The sea and beach also just a couple on minites away.
Stayed with daughter and grandaughter looking for a quiet relaxing girly week and this is what we got. We did not go all inclusive as we tend to drink only water by day and have one early evening meal a day.
Evening entertainment amusing and any noise from it hidden as is in lower floor.Plenty to do by day if you want activity and children quietly entertained.
A little hidden oasis with everything you need just a step away.

The hotel was booked for a family of 2 adults and 1 teenager for 2 night stay (B&B). Nice swimming pools for both kids and adults. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast menu was like in a 4* hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.
If you rent a car, be prepared to spend some time searching for a parking space. On the other hand, the hotel is in a pretty busy location, so you will not require to do a 10 miles walk to find a nice pub or restaurant. During night time we had no problem regarding a noise coming from streets since busy night life (e.g. clubbing) takes place a little bit further away from the hotel.
One more thing: map at hotels.com is bloody inaccurate. It puts you in a mid of Avenida Rafael Puig while the hotel is located at the beginning of the street (no.7 of Avenida Rafael Puig).

We opted for self catering holiday @ Cristobal apartments.We had a good clean well maintained bungalow.Would maybe consider half board option next time,we like to do our own thing though.Our only complaint would be our apartment needed a decent cooker and not just a microwave. Other than that well equipped kitchen. Would like to thank staff in reception for helping us locate our suitcase which arrived 4 days after we arrived, They were so helpful. Cristobal apartments was a good holiday for our family.

Recommend this complex to all

From arriving at the Reception of the Hotel to our leaving was excellent. The staff were every helpful and courteous, the bungalows were in an excellent condition and very central to shops, bars, eating areas and most important the beaches. We are unable to make a comment on the restaurant on site because we where self-catering. The 2 pool areas were excellent and well kept. The washing machines and drier came in very handy. Overall my husband and I would highly recommend this complex to all, couples & families.

A bungalow hotel with a private, garden-like layout. Room condition is so-so for the price. Cockroaches in one of the booked bungalows, on several occasions during a one week stay. Some kind of small ants crawling around the kitchen counter – whatever the cause, this is something to consider when choosing a place to stay.

Dejligt sted og gode bungalows med masser af plads.
Kæmpe morgenmads-buffet.
Børnepool og voksenpool er afskilt - så hvis man rejser som par, behøver man ikke høre på en masse børn.
Komplekset er centralt placeret i centrum - uden at der er en masse larm fra de omkring liggende barer.
Vi kan helt klart anbefale stedet og bor der gerne igen.

Frábært hótel sem auðvelt er að mæla með.

Frábær kostur fyrir þá sem margir ferðast saman. Allt umhverfi til fyrirmyndar. Nóg hægt að gera í lokuðum garði, góðar sundlaugar, fótboltavöllur, sandblakvöllur ofl. Snyrtilegt í alla staði, starfsfólk upp til hópa vingjarnlegt og hjálpsamt.

Bungalow très bien propre et joli.
Le buffet au restaurant est trop répétitif et le restaurant ferme trop tôt le soir pour des gens en vacances 21h et pas une minute de plus .

Veldig bra! Vi bodde der 5 netter 11.-16.10.21, familie med to voksne og to tenåringer. Liker at det er bungalower i stede for høye hus. Alt var nytt og rent. Vi hadde inkl frokost, og utvalget var stort og bra. Nyttet oss ikke noe av aktivitetene på hotellet, men likte at det var sentralt med masse restauranter og shopping i gå avstand.

Our stay at this hotel was great. I loved the tidying up of the rooms almost every day. They even did the dishes!! Loved it. The staff was lovely and nice. Only thing I didn´t like was the food. We did not have all inclusive, just bought one lunch and i never did that again, specially for the price i paid. But, there is a fridge in the apartment and a stove so we always had lunch in there and went out to dinner in the evenings. It was a great stay!!! We loved that the apartments were on the ground floor. Very cozy. We would like to come back again.

Es un complejo renovado recientemente, se encuentra en pleno centro de Las Américas, a unos metros de la familiar Playa del Camisón y de la zona de práctica de surf de la Playa del Bunker. A destacar su personal, las medidas covid y la oferta gastronómica. Sin embargo, haría falta un socorrista más para la zona de la piscina con tobogán o en su defecto alguien que desinfecte las hamacas.

Todo incluido con buffet muy bueno, aperitivos a casi todas ñas horas y bebidas de maquina a tu alcance, coctails te los preparan. Apartamentos super equipados y bonitos y limpios con play 3 para los peques y juegos a escoger en recepción. Animacion para niños q los puedes dejar con ellos y recogerlos después. Animacion para adultos tb y super bien tanto para adultos como para niños, 2 zonas de piscinas... No se q ha sido lo mejor, repetiría seguro.

La mejor opción de alojamiento en Tenerife. Perfecta adaptación de sus trabajadores al Covid 19, el servicio de limpieza es continuo. La restauración es muy completa y variada, pero lo mejor sin duda ha sido el personal, siempre atentos y con una sonrisa en la cara. La ubicación en el sur también es perfecta. Sin duda, volveremos.

Hemos venido a disfrutar en familia en esta reapertura durante 15 noches.
Nosotros hemos cogido un bungalows con dos habitaciones en régimen de Todo Incluido.
Creo que es un hotel ideal para niños por la comodidad del recinto.
El bungalows es muy amplio con cocina-comedor grande, dos habitaciones muy amplias y un baño muy equipado y moderno.
El bufet es bastante variado y muy rico. Enfocado especialmente a la comida española. Los camareros y cocineros muy atentos y simpáticos en todo momento.
El Equipo de Animación son un grupo muy agradable y divertido. Tienen un mini-club para que los peques se entretengan con distintas actividades a lo largo de todo el día.
A nivel general, estamos muy contentos con el servicio prestado. Muy recomendable

Boa opção em Tenerife Sul

O hotel está bem localizado, tem acesso a boas praias e a playa Americas,é seguro e tem muito boas condições. O serviço de pequeno de almoço é muito completo mas o serviço de jantar devia ter mais opções, pois é demasiado simples. Falta alguma organização nos restaurantes e o atendimento na receção é pouco amigável, necessitei de alugar um carro e apenas me disseram que a Avis com quem trabalham, estava encerrada e não se preocuparam em me ajudar. Mas no geral o hotel é bom.

Schöne, saubere Anlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Super Lage. Einzig die Parkmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt, da es keinen eigenen Hotelparkplatz gibt.Jederzeit wieder, toller Urlaub !

El hotel nos encanto las habitaciones super amplias que tenga cocina nos encanto aun mas las instalaciones preciosas las habitaciones recien reformadas ideal para pasar unos dias de relax la recepcionista un encanto nos trataron super bien y lo que mas nos gusto fue que la llave del hotel no era la tipica tarjeta sino una pulsera asi no la dejas por ningun lado y no la pierdes sin duda alguna volveremos porque es uno de los pocos hoteles que hemos estado y hemos salido muy satisfechos lo recomiendo al 100%

Ett trevligt boende med egen marklägenhet och liten gräsplätt att sola på, städning varje dag, bra pool och god mat. Personalen mycket vänliga. 5 minuter till havet och strandpromenaden i Las Americas.
