This hotel is terrible. We felt so unsafe, there were a number of unsafe things in our room such as the bathroom window being broken, meaning member of the public could see when using the shower. When we approached Staff about this, they laughed and were talking about us in Spanish, the most unapproachable and rude staff we have ever had to deal with. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone it is atrocious.

I had a studio room. It was a very good size. Has BBC, ITV, Sky News on the TV. Shower room is a good size. Supermarket across the street offers a really good range. Room cleaned 5 days out of 7. 2 lifts to all floors. Plentiful loungers by the pool, never went without. Friendly staff behind the pool bar/reception. Beach short walk away. No kids = peace!

Door lock is a bit iffy! Safe is old style with key, would’ve preferred combo lock but no big deal. Laminate flooring on each floor (outside apartments) has seen better days and is all bleached by the sun!

Great complex, well located

First time here and could not fault it. Had a ground floor apartment looking on to pool area which was great. Powerful shower and kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, kettle, cooker etc. Comfy beds and ceiling fan. Pool area nice and chilled... the beauty of adults only and no screaming kids. Think we were the only english people here but that was not an issue at all. Hiper dino supermarket literally right opposite the complex which sells everything you could need at reasonable prices. Weather was 26 degrees which was a real bonus too... will definately be back.

Arrived to our accommodation to be told they had a burst water pipe and we were accommodated in their sister Hotel down the road.

Cannot comment on the facilities at this premises as a result.

Good stay

Room had everything you could need and was very clean. Shower and view from balcony was good. Bed and pillows could be improved but was ok. WIFI was extra but as advised. Plenty of parking which is important if you hire a car as it a busy area

Apt/hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Ideal for self catering and location was central with plenty of restaurants and pubs within a minute’s walk , also had access to main bus routes on the doorstep. Would recommend to friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely apartment, with an incredible view of the volcano. Excellent service from the lovely staff, thank you to Anita, Emily and Daniel and everyone else for being so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel really nice for the price you pay. Rooms really clean. Pool area could do with more beds. Please don't eat from the bar at the hotel entrance. Top Bar is the name, got food from here and there was a hair in it. Complained and got no where.

Hotel was lovely, very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Rather quiet around the pool area and a limited snack bar menu, but there was plenty of places to eat nearby. The only down side was you had to pay for Wifi

Clean, modern apartment. IKEA style decor.

Stayed 8 nights on self catering. Ate breakfast in - hyperdino supermarket across the street. Kitchen equipped to cook but we ate out every night. Hua Du Chinese restaurant at lower level from supermarket was excellent. Comfy beds and value for money, but no air conditioning so had to sleep with patio doors open. They charge for Wifi but we picked up Noelia's free Wifi in room.

Good central location with great staff, slow WiFi

Hotel is in a good location, easy walk to local beaches, restaurants and shops. Pool is great, with plenty of sunbeds.

Extras are extensive and expensive, you need to pay for internet, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and safe.

WiFi is too slow, often taking several minutes to load a webpage. For a paid extra it's not good enough.

well equipped - ideally located

Excellent central location, close enough to everything without being in the middle of it, as a regular visitor to the island I have stayed have numerous places, this was the 1st time in this hotel but best praise I can give is, it won't be the last, this was also the comment of other guests we met there.
Staff are friendly and helpful, the place is spotless, top to bottom, maids were in every other day, rooms were well equipped and spacious, pool area was clean and well laid out.
We got a great deal on this hotel which turned out to be an absolute bargain!

Arrived late and staff insisted we pay a deposit even though we'd booked and paid through Expedia. This was refunded the next day. Had to pay ten euros to hire a very basic hairdryer for three days which seemed a rip off. Also charged for the safe! But overall nice hotel in good location.

Great break on a budget

Lovely hotel, worth every penny! Small kitchen in the apartment was great! Great view from the balcony! We are a couple in our 20s and most of the other guests where in there 60s or 70s but it didn't matter, it was nice and quiet. Close to restaurants and beach! Would recommend!

Excellent hotel close to Veronicas Strip

The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean and decorated with modern furnishings. They had lovely fitted wardrobes with mirrored, full-length doors. The staff were helpful and friendly (without being over-bearing!), which was great! The hotel is a five minute walk from the beach and Veronicas strip (if you're interested in a night of heavy drinking and dancing). The only negative for myself and my travel companion was the fact the hotel was occupied mainly by couples, especially of the older generations (we are early 20s), but other than that, we couldn't fault it! Very happy.

Good centrally located value for money apartments

Very pleasing good value for money apartments centrally and conveniently located. Adults only, nice pool, room very comfortable (bed and pillows especially), although the room request I made as part of my booking reservation was not provided (high floor with balcony benefitting from late afternoon / early evening sun) - instead I was provided with a ground floor balcony which did have some late afternoon / early evening sun. Was unable to stay in room on last day due to other guests being booked into that room, which was an inconvenience, but not unexpected. Didn't have any food or drink but saw others who enjoyed the food at the complex. Overall really good value for money in the centre of Las Americas.

noisey but nice

this is a ok hotel but the noise from early morning returns can be a problen due to the accousicts of the pool area and the fact that with no air-con you have to have the windows open to keep cool but it would be the same in most other places with the same set up. the ony other noise that we had was form the fridge which we had to un plug at night when it became too much. One area of consern would be the pool area; the concreate flags arround the pool were saturated with sun lotion and became very slippy when wet, gettting in and out of the pool.
There is very resonable reseraunts close by (the Chifetian being one) that serves a good breckfast and a good evening meal i had a 3 course steak dinner for 8.50e.

The location of the hotel was excellent with a supermarket across the road, several local cafes/restaurants/shops to choose from all within minutes walk. The beaches are approx 10-15 mins walk from the hotel, very convenient! The high end stores/restaurants are also located here.
The hotel itself was pretty good with a good sized pool, friendly and helpful staff. It is a self catering apartment, however this does not come with a microwave or oven but cutlery, pots and pans, kettles and toaster are provided which is sufficient enough to make simple meals. The decor in the room is a little bit dated but not that noticeble, the only downside is that there was no air con which if your staying in the hotter months of the year this is something to consider. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would stay there again and would recommend this to others.

Olimme pari viikkoa hotellissa ja kokonaisuutena aivan tyytyväisiä.
Huone oli aivan asiallinen ja siivous toimi moitteetta.
Meille kuului aamiainen ja se oli valikoimaltaan aika vaatimaton mutta menetteli.
Kahdessa viikossa valikoima oli kyllä liian samanlainen, eli se olisi saanut kyllä hiukan vaihdella.
Ehkä henkilökuntaa voisi olla hiukan enemmän koska
ruokaa oli monesti odoteltava kun eivät ehtineet toimittaa
pöytään.
Henkilökunta varmaan yritti parhaansa ja he huolehtivat
asiakkaiden valvonnasta jotta kaikki käyttivät kasvomaskia. Siitä suuri kiitos.
Lähellä olevasta ravintolasta kuului turhan kovaa meteliä
mikä kyllä jopa häiritsi iltaisin.

La posizione è ottima.
Impianti idraulici da rivedere, nel bagno della nostra stanza c’era un attrezzo della doccia non avvitato bene e quindi fuorusciva dell’acqua. Ma per il resto, luogo tranquillo, personale ok e disponibile.

Le personnel de l'accueil devrait posséder au moins un personne comprenant et parlant le français...On accepte bien notre argent, nous pourrions avoir le droit de nous faire comprendre en français. A propos de français: pourquoi aucune chaîne francophone sur le réseau ? A Fuerteventura où nous étions en mai dernier, nous avions TF1, FR2 FR3 et Tévé 5 ! Ici rien et ce n'est pas la 1e fois que je le fais remarquer . Ensuite; lors de notre arrivée, le 16 septembre , nous avons été logé au 1e étage sans ascenseur (nous avons mon épouse te moi 80 et 82 ans ) dans un appartement que nous n'avions pas demandé...Nous avons dû attendre le lendemain pour avoir un appartement au 5e étage (TB) avec ascenseur ! Nous avons dû signer une déclaration par laquelle nous affirmions ne pas réclamer d'indemnités à cause du changement de catégorie...Je n'avais pas demandé d'appartement 3 pièces ...Enfin nos vacances se sont bien passées. Nous savions (pour l'avoir déjà vécu l'an dernier) que nos repas se prenaient à l'hôtel CORAL BEACH : c'était parfait .

Je souhaiterais que vous nous répondiez suite à cet avis . Merci

No estuvimos en este hotel debido a que al llegar a él, por un problema de tuberías en la habitación nos cambiaron al compostela beach. Por lo que no puedo opinar sobre él :(
