The room was spotless, modern and comfortable
Plenty to choose from the breakfast. The staff were really friendly. Although we only stayed for 2 nights I wish we stayed a little bit longer. I'm glad the sun loungers were not out all night for those that get up really early to reserve a lounger by putting a towel over it.
Only dropped a star as the walls are thin we could hear both rooms next to us.

I liked my room and location of my room as well, but my friends who stayed with me in their rooms was struggling more, because theire Ac wasn't working all 7 days and every morning at 8 am there was construction works start working.

Excellent hotel, really nice pool area and well monitored by the guards. Comfy sun beds and plenty of them. Had breakfast there and it was really nice with lots of choice and a great egg bar.
Good area for exploring los Cristianos, las americas and adeje if like us, you enjoy a stroll.

When we arrived the room allocated was extremely poor. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor brown grout. Bathroom was disgusting. Staff were brilliant and moved us into a premium room wirh sea view.Breakfast was very good plenty choice. Stay away from a standard room.

Reception staff were nice and approachable. The room was a refurbished room and good for a couple.

Going on to the bad stuff. We had a headset stolen from our room, The room was not serviced for the entire stay we had to keep asking for fresh towels and not always getting them.

The key to enter the room kept playing up having to go to reception at 1am to reactivate the Card

I liked the breakfast. I wanted to check out the buffet for dinner before paying for it but wasn't allowed to, so i didnt have dinner there. It would've been nice if they did let me check. My room was spacious but they gave me the one with no view (just looking at dirty solar panels from balcony ) All the others around mine had a view, so was a bit gutted there. I was only there for 2 nights so didnt mind it too much, but a view of the pool etc would've been good.

The hotel was under renovation, the elevators, and stairs in our sections were dirty. There were cartons covering the ac exits in the hall.

We got a newly renovated room, and it was really nice, it was a 4 stars room in a 3 stars property

I and my boyfriend had amazing one week in this hotel. Room was with gorgeous view for mountains and green area. Breakfast and dinner made us more than satisfied: a lot of different meals and deserts. Also want say thanks for tasty juice and nice coffe (for free). Another big thanks for reception job! One woman (I don’t remember her name) was very helpful and welcoming.

The hotel staff were abundantly friendly and very helpful. All around great experience on that front. On the other hand, our room smelled quite bad. We deduced it was a mouldy drain smell which never went away. Other than that, the breakfast buffet was incredible, the pool was clean and a good size, the bedlinens were clean. The location was a little further from central Playa de las Americas — about a 15 minute walk — but if you don’t mind that, then I’d recommend this hotel.

Very noisy, uncomfortable beds and staff very unfriendly,
We booked a double room and was giving a very small twin room with absolutely no room to move, went to complain and was told that was the standard rooms offered to put a two single beds together to make a double, but that didn’t work, the photos are NOT the rooms on the hotel
The worse was the hotel very noisy could hear conversations on both sides of the walls from the other rooms. Asked to be moved but was that same on a different door, In the end up we had to check out early and book another hotel because it was just unbearable.

One of the few good things about this place is it’s excellent breakfast service and overall service by its staff. The facilities are outdated but is compensated by the helpful staff and it’s good location. Situated close to both Veronica strip and Playa Americans which is where people spend most of their time. Rooms are in much need of updating.

Nice hotel around a ten/fifteen minute walk from the beach. Central location with everything you could need close by. Friendly and helpful staff who appeared to take covid precautions seriously, enforcing mask wearing in communal areas and ensuring a reasonably good standard of cleaning. Pool area was nice with plenty of sun loungers and a nice place to enjoy the sun. Bit loud of a nighttime but is expected with being in a tourist populated area. Room was a bit dated in design and could do with some cosmetic upkeep work but in general was good value for money. I'll definitely stay again upon return to the island next year and would recommend to others.

Disappointing treatment from the staff. Lack of care. No help. Rooms were basic. Wouldn’t be hurrying back. Locked out of our room despite adding an extra night and speaking with reception night prior to ensure same room was available to ensure no move of possessions was needed. Then forced to be charged to enter room again.

Generally quite a nice hotel, very close to the shops and bars, has decent breakfast choices, and a little bar for drinks and coffee during the day. The pool was nice and clean, and there was a luggage room where we could store items for no extra fees.

Overall the service was good, the hotel were also kind enough to let us have rooms early which was really appreciated.

However the property is a bit dated and could use a refresh. Some areas needed works and a good clean.

The property needs generally some drastic renovation work, we had to slam our door shut every time because otherwise it didn’t close, the window to the balcony was also partially broken, the closet doors didn’t properly slide, the lamps in our bedroom hung askew because they weren’t fixed enough to the wall. There was moulding in our bathroom, no windows and yet no ventilation.
Breakfast was good and rich, the only problem was the time, because the reception said it ended at 10.30 a.m., while it actually ended at 10 a.m. and some people almost didn’t get to have it because of that.
The staff was nice and helpful and we generally enjoyed our stay.

the old style airconditioning simply not working in the hot weather, the staff simply asked to keep the window closed to enable the sensor to work in order to turn on the air conditioning, but it simply did not work. Then I went to the front desk, the staff told me no other room available. There was a fan over the bed, but very noisy. At dawn around 3 or 4 am, it was very noisy with some young adults partying, yelling, screaming, and made me unable to fall asleep. The noise was so close as if somebody were in my room yelling. Horrible experience in this hotel.

1000m from everywhere!

Better than expected. Everyone gets up at the same time and converge at the resturant to eat. Breakfast good with everything to choose from. No none dairy products. Weren't aware of the cost for the roof terrace, however well worth paying a few extra euros. Would recommend the hotel to others.it seemed to be a 1000m from everywhere.

The property is a 3 star but it is very comfortable and centraly located.
Beds are super comfortable singles pushed together. Bathroom is ok but bath in need of renewing. Nice big pool and a new roof top pool but be warned they are not heated. Most staff were lovely( theres always 1 though). The food for me was ok, my husband loved the buffet. Happy with this hotel for the price we paid.

Pleasantly surprised with hotel facilities. My room which had a pool view was lovely and spacious, however friends room which was booked together was tiny. The hotel ammended this the following day. Huge selection of food available for the buffet breakfast. Some members of food & beverage staff need to work on their customer service while other staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. Room had recently been updated to a high standard .Only problem was we were unlucky to be in the very few rooms who’s balcany was the smallest I have ever seen it could just fit two chairs but no room to sit also the bathroom was small and the toilet got soaked every time you showered.
We tried to move but hotel said no other rooms available . Next time I will let them no I will not accept room 216. It’s a pity as I think only a few rooms are like this. There are loads of sun beds. Breakfast is also very good . Overall great hotel

Love this hotel, slightly worn but very clean and comfortable, staff are excellent, the animation team allows you to join in or just watch, the restaurant staff are very efficient and pleasant, the food is excellent. Lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers that are free to use. Why this is only a 3 star I don't know, this was the second time I stayed there and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Is in a great location to access all different resorts on that side of the islandZ nearest beach is 15 min walk downhill. 20 min walk to Siam water park. The rooms are clean however dated. Could not with some painting of the rooms. Fridge and TV in every room. Balcony had a semi view of the sea. Breakfast was yummy plenty to choose from.

Staff were excellent as we hadn’t pre booked, we quickly booked in faultlessly. The hotel was very good and comfortable for the price. Only fault was we needed to extend our stay and the difference between the ‘in hotel’ rate and online rate was massive. When I mean massive, it was 100 Euro difference for the same room just because they were nearly full. You could imagine my face when receptionist told me, then the look on his face when I booked the same room for the rate I had for the night before (embarrassment). Otherwise thank you.

Ok but could be better

A very basic hotel which is a little dated. My room had an ant infestation but security was my main issue. Balcony door was not very strong and the safe deposit box was an extra cost. Fine for a quick no frills stay but if you like a few nice touches go elsewhere.

Had a great 6 day stay at the Hotel with great Friendly staff, the main town centre is only a 5 minute walk. There is a shop 50 metres up the road to get any bits you need, ie milk, water etc the only minor problem i found was the lack of electric sockets in the room to plug phone charger, electric clock, iron etc, i only found 1 in the main room and 1 in the bathroom, but would still give the Hotel 10/10.

Great Location

From start to finish this hotel was fantastic, full of life, great location and lovely staff. So many large groups stay at this hotel, but again all were great. The food for being inclusive can normally be some what bland, but the food at this hotel was fantastic and the cleanliness standards were fantastic, cannot fault the restaurant at all. Loads of Sunbeds, never stuck for one. Overall this was a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel, it ticked a lot of boxes

it will cost 5€/day so you have always to look for a frre car Pk distance from hotel.
If you choose to take dinner in hotel you better check price carefully as for adults 12 euro and kids below 12 year 6 euro

The hotel was ok for a three star, clean and basic, needs a bit of modernisation, pool was great and buffet food selection was excellent, rooms were comfortable. The only things I would improve on would be lunchtime bar menu, was bit naf. Take pair of trainers,or comfortable shoes, as bit of walking, taxi to & from airport 23-26 euros,

Hotel displays it's pictures of poolside view. The other half of rooms face other hotels or busy/noisy street. We were given ròom on first floor facing road but moved after two days. There is a fridge in rooms but no coffee maker etc. The week we were there the hotels guests were mainly seniors who were enjoying the daily activities provided by hotel.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff!

Really pleased with our experience at this hotel which is situated towards the less rowdy area at the back of Playa de las Americas but still within a 6/7 minute walk to the beach. Although it is alongside a main road - we asked for a quiet room and were given one on the 8th floor with amazing views over the pool and out to sea. Staff were amazing - very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is kept immaculately clean. Food is good overall with plenty of choices. Dinner on Christmas day was amazing - they really pulled out all the stops! This was our first Christmas away from home and we were made so welcome that we'll always have very happy memories of our stay here.
Only negative point is that our room didn't have tea/coffee making services although I'm sure if we'd have thought to ask for it, it would have been supplied. More expensive rooms may have this service.
