Nice hotel pool area is small but in February we had no issues getting sun lounger. Lifts work well and a few on them so not much waiting. We did not have a balcony it was just a long window but the addition of full blackout shutters was excellent. Breakfast was ok but next time would eat out for breakfast.

The staff, especially Carlos was amazing. He went up and beyond for customer care. He was very professional, friendly and made our stay very pleasant. Any questions or inquires, Carlos always was there for me and my husband to help.
The hotel room was also very clean and always cleaned to high standard. The breakfast was good.
Minus point for the hotel was that there was no balcony. And also if you went up to the roof terrace pool, there was no pool bar or restaurant to have a nice lunch or a pint.

Third time we have stayed in this hotel and we have never been disappointed. Make sure you read the description, all the things other reviewers complain of are made quite clear. Rooms are very clean and the staff from the cleaners to the reception are always friendly without being overbearing.

10 min walk to busy shopping, eating area and beach front. Good location to walk to excursion meeting points.
Half board and breakfast choice could do with improving on variety and quality.
Reception staff helpful and friendly. We needed to check-out for 11am but flight not until evening, we were able to hold luggage in reception and use pool area, during interim and go out for lunch, on return use pool shower and refresh before taxi being called at reception to airport.

Best thing is the location, perfect for everything, walks to Los C or Adaje and Americas all directions close. Hotel is great for a few nights, we stayed five, but lack of any kitchen facilities other than a kettle and fridge restricted us eating in which we like to do to break things up. No balcony however we had a lovely see view, so no complaints. No hotel bar available, not a problem for us. Roof top pool was good. TV in the room was good, works with the firestick and decent 5g. Couldn’t access the WiFi. Busses from Zentral are great too.

My only complaint was that the n room tea/coffee facilities were poor, there was no milk and the tea/coffee was not replenished. There was also no iron and when we asked at reception we were told they were all gone. We ended up having to

Loved my stay here again! I got upgraded as ive been here a few times before, thank you 😊. Hotel rooms are very clean, has amazing views of the mountains and the sea. The pool area at the top floor is great for views! In a very good location too where you dont get too much noise but only 5mins walk away from main areas. A few downsides are that the hot tub doesn't get hot and the wifi in the room is very poor. So maybe top up on your mobile data before you go! But overall a great stay with friendly working staff at reception 🙂

Great experience at Hotel Zentral

This was my second time at Hotel Zentral. I like that it's in between Los Cristianos and Playa de las americas. About 5-7mins in both directions from the hotel.

Hotel was very clean and the receptionist staff were all very friendly and helpful.

It has a lovely roof top area, with amazing views of the mountain on one side and the sea on the other. It also has a small pool and hot tub/jacuzzi. They were both quite cold, so that could've been better.

Hotel room was very clean and again the view of the mountains, seeing the sunrise every morning was great. Room and bathroom were both very spacious. Bed was also very comfortable. Only downside was the slow wifi so if that could be improved, the room would be perfect.

Overall, I had a great experience at Hotel Zentral. Which is why ive been there twice already 🙂 looking forward to an upgrade next time I go 😉

Not 4* id say 3*.Over all I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. I received an adapted room cause of my disability 108, it had everything I needed. Tea and coffee and kettle, plenty of cupboard space, a safe €3 a day a fridge. I was half board, food was ok, basic really. Pool area was nice on the roof, though I didn’t use the pool as I’d struggle to get in and out. Got an outside shower, toilets nearby and small suna but I didn’t use it. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
My downside are no balconies in all rooms as far as I know. I know it’s not a big deal for some but I like to sit out there at night and read before going to bed and coffee in the morning out there to. Shower curtain could do with changing look old and faded. No bar at the pool area just a vending machine. A very quiet hotel I found to quite for me.

This hotel is within easy access to all areas. Taxi and bus stop right outside hotel. Walking distance to all restaurants, bars and shopping. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms very spacious, the decor is very traditionally spanish and comfortable. We stayed eight nights and never heard a sound it was so very quiet. Will certainly return.

The restaurant doesn't have a eating setting.

We felt like the hotel had gone careful with what they gave out to the residents during their stay ,compared from the last time we were there .
The breakfast was not as good (so value wasn't there) for saying that they are supposed to be a 4star hotel , they didn't supply milk ( or some kind of substitute) in the room and only with persistence, we got the right tea, it was never replenished each morning like usual, otherwise it was good

In the hotel, they gave me a room for people with special needs, even though we did not reserve it, not are we disabled. We had to give a deposit of 50 euros to get into the room.
The food selection is small. The location of the hotel is good.
At the reception, there is an awkward person who has to ask for everything.
I would never book this hotel again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Zentral Center. Stayed here now many times and find the staff very welcoming and friendly. The room we were given on the 7th floor had a good sized balcony. It was a good sized room and was cleaned with new towels every day. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a peaceful stay close to many bars and restaraunts.

Had a short break at Hotel Zentral Centre. I found the hotel to be as advertised with no issues. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect walking distance for the beach and local shops etc. Rooms were clean and spacious. The lifts were good and there was a nice rooftop terrace.
Only minor negative was the bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable but that was only a minor issue.
Would i stay there again? Yes definitely.

We were there for a 3 day break from a 2 week holiday elsewhere in Tenerife. The room was a great size, with lots of cupboard space.
Bed was comfy.
Hotel was in a great location for bars and restaurants.
Breakfast was okay, could be doing with a better selection of food.
Pool was on rooftop, it looked good but was windy the day we went up, so we just went to the beach instead.
Couldn’t get tv in room to turn on, the remote control seemed to be broken, but we didn’t have time to get it sorted.
We would definitely go back for a short break, but I wouldn’t stay there for more than a week.

The room was huge. The location was good. The staff spoke excellent English and were friendly and helpful. Free Parking nearby. Airport bus just a minute away. It’s part of a shopping centre and apartments. Don’t expect the usual it has a more business like feel.
Fridge in rooms. Rooms cleaned every day. I didn’t use the pool and ended up going to another hotel instead
Safe in room €3/day. Brew making equipment but I had to request more Coffee twice.

Lovely staff but gone downhill

We've stayed here many times. We always have a suite and were given the same one we had last visit 10 months ago.
As ever the staff are lovely and very hard working. The chef on grill duty is a great guy and very welcoming.
However it's disappointing to see its gone downhill. Young male guests smoking cannabis in their rooms (I did ask for hotel security to intervene) stinking the corridor out.
The ac in our room was leaking and obviously had been for a while. It got fixed, the large hole in the bottom of the bathroom door that should have been covered by a vent roughly 300mm x 150mm was left unfinished. The bath was chipped and the screen was rough.
I no longer think it's good value for money. It's not a business hotel anymore.

The air condition was non-existent! The staff tried to accommodate, but the system was too weak and didn't provide enough cool to the room, despite the technicians trying to investigate twice in two-night stay. At the end of the day, we were miserable during the night due to lack of cooling!

A super experience from start to finish. On arrival greeted by Ignacio on reception, who explained everything about the room and the services provided by the hotel and where they were situated pool, restaurant etc. The room was lovely and was cleaned everyday that I was there. I had breakfast on 2 occasions and on both the buffet style continental food was very nice. Nothing was an issue for the staff, they even phoned a taxi for me on several occasions. A very pleasant stay in a very nice hotel.

We had breakfast and it was okk. Awarage normal breakfast. We had very dirty room there was other peoples hair and towels was dirty with black stains even we were not used them. Reception fixed everything for us. We had late check out 50 €. Roof top pool and jacuzzi was was very nice with the view. Location is so good, everything you need relaxing holiday is near you. Area is quiet. Even hotel is 4 star hotel I would not say it is, cleanliness and no even water in the room maybe totally not 4. But because it's location in the end we were thinking to come back other time.

Good location and fantastic roof terrace. If you enjoy spending time sun bathing next to the swimming pool, it's a perfect choice. It's very close to the beach, restaurant and shopping area. It's overall clean and nice. The furniture in the room is a bit old, but it's so spacious that I really love it. The Wifi isn't really working decently, I wouldn't recommend it for working from the room.

Been here many times before, we like the hotel and it's location. It's adults only but there are always children at breakfast? WiFi is appalling for a business hotel. Many rooms have no connection, it needs upgrading. Bed linen is inadequate, old blankets are so unhygienic. I'm not a fan of showers over baths and for older people it is very difficult to step into.
On the positive side staff are helpful and friendly, the location is excellent and it attracts guests from many different countries. It is quiet at nights but close to lots of restaurants and night life.

A tired hotel. Strange room configuration with additional mini sink hidden inside cupboard. Plumbing made loud noises for a while at various times with toilet water level moving during these times. Mouldy tiling in bath / shower area. Brealfast good value for 8 euros. Ok for short stay.

I felt that my stay there was adequate. To me, the best thing about this hotel was excellent black out curtains and a very convenient location - very close to the beach and I was able to check out both Adeje and Los Christianos by walking there. The downside was very spotty wifi connection in rooms, although you could always use the strong wifi near the reception.

We received a lovely welcome at reception when we checked in and throughout our stay we found all the staff to be warm and friendly.
Our room was large, clean and comfortable. It had tea and coffee making facilities as well as a fridge and the air con was fab! They lady who cleaned our room each day was always very cheery and friendly and did a super job.
We were on a B&B package and enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning with a large variety of food on offer.
There is a small rooftop pool, which is well used but we prefer going to the beach.
This was our second visit to Hotel Zentral Center and we hope to be back.

It is in a great location, it has big spacious rooms and a roof pool, we have stayed there 4 times now and have seen a gradual deterioration in the maintenance of the building, things like cracked and loose tiles, patched up holes in walls etc, the breakfast is buffet style and the selection never changes. The staff are really helpful and very courteous.

This hotel ticked all the boxes.situated in an excellent location within walking distance to the beach,other amenities and all the nightlife,it is clean,comfortable,the rooms+bathrooms big and spacious and good air conditioning.the roof top pool terrace enabled a perfect way to spend the day with sunbeds allways available,and a magnificent view of the surrounding area and beach.free to use sauna and electronic massage chair(1 euro)offering additional relaxation opportunities if the weather not so good(which is rare)fellow hotel guests very friendly also so this hotel obviously attracts a good and mature clientele..will defo stay there in the future,and I look forward to my upgrades as a \"returning guest\" Patrick

We have stayed a few times always go back. Rooms a bit dated but very clean. Staff lovely.
