It is a family resort with unbeatable views over the sea. The rooms are very spacious and consist of a bathroom, a full kitchen, television and pay box, living room and terrace of 20m2 (minimum) facing the beach.

The hotel had a great atmosphere and it is pretty. Staff is not well trained and food is bearable.
reception: we had a terrible experience. Check-in was delayed. Staff was unfriendly. Didn't give clear instructions for spa and pool area. We kept asking about towels and they didn't have a clear answer. Turns out, you need to rent the towels, but they also did not say where or showed us the towels. We got a welcome drink for each person and when we order it, we had order all four together; it was non-alcoholic welcome drinks only; and there was only one option of drink, which was a mix of sugar syrups. If they are not welcoming drinks, just don't give it to people.
spa: Disappointing. It is paid to get in, even though it does not say in hotels.com and it is hidden in their website. It is only for 40m. Towels are not included. Spa was cold, and it is not a cozy spa.
main restaurant: Food was ok. You can always find something to eat, but far from good. Low end disney/cruise buffet.
pool bar: Food was really good at the bar (paid sandwiches). Service was not so good, but ok.
kidsclub: staff is great. timings are ok (could be longer). facilities are nice.

This is a very neat town, good beach. The hotel was comfortable. Checkin was the slowest I have ever experienced and with a coach load of older guests behind us, rather stressful for everyone. Breakfast was only fair but location on the beach and lovely pools. v happy with my room.

Hotel espectacular, el servido muy buenos y amables en todo momento, la única pega son las camas que a la hora de dormir si eres de moverte un poco suenan mucho y te hace desvelar cada 2 por 3, son muy cómodas para dormir pero sin moverte.. por lo demás genial! Intentaremos volver a repetir nos gustó mucho las piscinas!.

Tienen muy poco personal en recepción para la cantidad de personas que reciben cada día. Nos ha sorprendido que hubiese que sacar numero ( como en una pescadería) en recepción. Estuvimos más de una hora a la entrada y 45 minutos a la salida, de espera, para ser atendidos.

Nice views, right at beach, safe place to park, pool rather crowded (many families) and also quite loud until midnight (children programs till ten and evening shows till midnight), but from then very quiet. Also very quiet between 2 and 4 pm. Great choice of fresh fruit at breakfast, the rest ok.

Hay 3 piscinas, dos de ellas un círculo pequeño y profundo y la piscina más bonita aunque pequeña abren a las 10am y la cierran de 14 a 16 no lo había visto en ningún sitio.
