From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendly and helpful attitude, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, modern, and very comfortable – it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still being a peaceful retreat. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return for another visit!

The air conditioning was only in one room - the bedroom and very noisy. The beds were awful, very hard and I woke up with a bad neck everyday. The apartment was lovely though, the staff were very helpful and overall great facilities. The location is very quiet but also not far to bars/restaurants and the beach! Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Firstly the cleaners never cleaned your rooms and the bedding never got changed for the whole week. You had to pay for your Sun beds and the toilets were locked so you had to look for the lifeguard to get the key from him then return it to him! A lot of mucking about which I didn’t see people do especially the kids, so your guess is as good as mine where they were peeing!

A very spacious and clean apartment, with regular towel and sheet changes. All facilities in the apartment were provided (cutlery, plates, washing up liquid etc) which was handy. The apartments are well situated near the beach and promenade.

This was our 2nd stay at Paloma Beach and was just as good as our first last year. From check-in to check-out the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and the paying of sun beds of 2€ each works well as no reserving of sun beds so you can always get one no matter the time of day. Plenty of space around the pool area. Only disappointment was the pool bar was closed for most of our stay due to staff holidays. Please note that this is privately owned and not by Paloma Beach. It was worth the wait when it opened and the food was just as good as last year, ideal for that lunchtime snack. Our apartment was on the opposite side of the complex to last year overlooking a side road with side view of the sea, perfect for an hour or so in the evening before venturing out. Not a lot of balconies get the sun in Paloma Beach but it is a welcome reprieve after a full day sunbathing. The apartments are all very quiet and there doesn’t seem to be any noise during the night either. Our apartment was very clean and maintained. I can’t wait to book again for a quick get away at a very reasonable price.

Very impressed. Lovely apartment and terrace. Loved the location, some lovely bars just in front of the complex. Great pool bar, not overpriced. Nice food. Close to supermarket, not far from beach front. I measured it to the Market entrance was a third of a mile.

Decent supermarket nearby well priced.. 5 mins walk to prom and then another 5 or 10 mins flat walk to los Chris area. Lots of food places along the eay. No cardiac hill at this hotel.

The apartments are starting to look dated but are comfortable and a good size. The building could do with renovations where plaster is cracking or missing.

Our favorite apartment complex in Tenerife, kind staff all around, nice and convenient bar restaurant, lovely pool, it is perfect for our needs! We like to walk around Los Cristianos boardwalk and this is an excellent spot to base out of, still quiet yet close to everything!

We had a good time in the quiet end of Los Cristianos.The apartment was spacious and well laid out with a view over the pool to the sea. Check in was efficient, they let us in when we arrived an hour early which was helpful. The pool was lovely. The beds and pillows were a bit hard for us, but overall it was a very good stay.

Lovely stay at Paloma Beach Apartments
We had a lovely stay at Paloma Beach apartments. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We had to pay for a sun bed every day. The upside to that was we did not have to rush to get one in the morning and once we paid, it was ours for the whole day. The oven in our apartment stopped working after the second week. We contacted reception and it was replaced within hours with a new one. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great winter stay at Paloma Beach. It’s really easy to get to - only 20mins taxi ride (about 35 euro) from the airport. The apartment was basic but very clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the blackout blind plus shutters in the bedroom. All the balconies face towards the sea and had plenty of space.
The TV had the main UK terrestrial channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, C4 and Channel 5). The kitchen had most of the basics needed.
The pool was nice and had a shallow end for little ones. There were plenty of loungers and plenty of space but this might not be the case in high season.
The little restaurant/bar on site served very good breakfasts with a British style menu which seemed to have something for everyone. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Overall a super little spot for a cheap and cheerful break.

I enjoyed my stay at Paloma Beach Apartments and appreciate the friendly staff. They were doing some remodeling so it was a bit noisy at times and the workers placed building materials on the walkways, but other than that everything was great. I'm sure when they are done the place will look great. I recommend staying there.

This is the 4th time we've stayed at Paloma Beach. Lovely accommodation and great pool (and surrounding).
Particularly like that the sunbeds don't come out until 10am and that you have to pay €2 per bed/umbrella. This saves on a massive rush and means you can always get a sunbed/umbrella.

The staff members were very friendly and always helpful. What we didn't like was some rowdy selfish people, people smoking weed, and if you are non smoker then be prepared possibly have a smoker on the next-door as balconies are super close to each other. Would definitely recommend and reconsider.
