Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Food was OK. Not bad, but just very basic. I would say 95% of the guests are from the UK, so beans for breakfast was inevitable. The hotel could use some paint and renovation here and there. Did not like the restaurant. Seems it was in the basement with lots of artificial lights, super crowded with plastic chairs and tables.

Have been numerous times to Paradise Park as we live very close and enjoy a few days away. However we thought that the food at dinner was very limited this visit not enough choice too much junk food. But the staff always friendly and helpful. Disappointed.

Staff were really friendly and worked really hard to keep the guests happy. There was a great variety of food in the morning for breakfast and tasted great.
We stayed in a family room and it was large although on the lower ground so not a great balcony although meters away from the pool and the restaurant.
I would recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel is fabulous. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Ours had two bedrooms and a beautiful see view that we enjoyed from the balcony.
They offer a great variety of food across all buffet meals. It's fair to say that mainly cater for the British with roast dinners every night and full English breakfast in the mornings, but there was also grilled meats and fish, pasta and pizza stations, traditional Mojo from Canarias and lovely starters and desserts. My son really enjoyed the chocolate fountain!
But the best of all is the service. Across the board all staff went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We'll definitely be coming back. Thank you everyone for such dedication. I genuinely never been in a hotel were the staff was as caring and thoughtful as in Paradise Park.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Good room, quiet at night! 5 pools to chose from, SPA, shuttle to the beach takes 10 min. Great choice of food and entertainment. Friendly multinational staff. We'll definitely come back for a fuss free holiday!

Overall, a very pleasant weekend. However, as previously mentioned, the room was disappointing. It was on the first floor, and very close to the main pool. There were a large number using the pool, which inevitably caused a lot of noise. On checking out, the staff advised us to email them next time, and they will do their best to allocate a better room.

We stayed in the 2 bed annex for part of our honeymoon and it was amazing! We had a view of the pool from both of our balconies, a big living area, 2 bathrooms and a big double bedroom all spread across 2 floors. The staff were lovely and sent up a bottle of sparkling wine on our second day to celebrate. Thank you so much everyone!

Many positives - amenities, staff attitude, 10 mins to the promenade. Our fridge did not function properly, the hotel obviously had no intention of replacing it but did offer us a gratis massage and spa session which we appreciated.

The main meal dishes at dinner were awful and much worse than we experienced on visits before the pandemic. My school dinners in the 1970s were better than this. Needs fixing, on this showing we won’t be back which is a shame.

The room was really small for a 4 star. Most of the deco was quite outdated. No desk or table with chair inside. The room we had was loud as it was directly above a service yard of sort therefore constant delivery vans or servicing vans would be in and out from 6am until late. Acoustic wasn’t very good and smoke smell inside the room. Smoke marking on the ceiling which was not great as the staining was directly above your bed. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The staffs were really helpful and lovely but the facilities themselves were not worthy of the star rating. We won’t be staying in this hotel again on our return.

On my arrival day Saturday the hotel was overcrowded - very busy, long waiting for dinner, evening concert under my window in swimming pool area. When all weekend visitors left the hotel became more quiet and peaceful and I enjoyed eventually my stay very much. If you prefer quiet- take mountain view room. I had car and parking around the hotel was possible. Otherwise 20 min walk to the closest beach. Breakfast and dinner were included in my room rate and food was good with lot of choices. I can recommend the hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay here, it was my first visit to Los Christianos and found it a lovely resort. The Paradise park was exceptionally clean staff never stopped cleaning all day and night, staff were also very caring and helpful spot on well done. Food was very nice and had no complaints oh except for the coco pops at breakfast they were of the Neto standard but enjoyed everything else. Room was big enough and had everything I needed as a Billy no mates solo traveler, loved the shower. Check in was easy very good reception staff. I would definitely come back here.

Food served as buffet style was very good with reasonable variety during the week. Quality of inclusive drinks (wine/beer) was poor.
Hotel cleanliness ok but room for improvement.
Major refurbished works started during our stay on the floor above and below our room which was not good. Shower water pressure was also poor in our far block.
The room was dated but obviously modernization is currently ongoing.
Only 1 kids pool heated so largest pool too cold to use in Feb/May.
Evening entertainment typically of this type of all inclusive but not to my personal taste.

This was my 4th stay at the Paradise Park, for me the location, the extensive facilities, & the atmosphere created are excellent. I've already indicated by ticking the big smiles in the survey that I highly rate PP in every aspect. However, the Biggest Bonus at PP are the Staff. In every role required to run this Hotel I have found the Staff, pleasant, helpful , efficient, polite, knowledgeable, & above all Happy people, who obviously enjoy their work. They always go an extra mile with the Customer Service, for that I would always return.

A great stay.

A great stay - a really pleasant surprise for somewhere that was also a very good price. The food was always good - dinner better than breakfast but still good. The rooftop area is a great place to chill, with stunning views. The staff were great. The only downside was I had to pay 20 euros to get an iron and an ironing board brought in. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years and this is the first time I’ve had to pay to iron clothes. I know most people don’t bother ironing so it’s not an issues for most. But I travel with just a rucksack for a short winter break so I need to iron. But overall a great stay and we enjoyed walking down to the beach for beers or to the Hard Rock Cafe for a night out.

Hotel was clean with good facilities. Best part was the adult sections for people who wished for a quieter atmosphere. The rooftop area dedicated to this was particularly nice. Though probably due to space the pool was a bit small on the rooftop. Didn’t use other pools. You have to pay to use the sauna or steam room though which is a shame. Food was ok, typical 3* hotel buffet. Not Michelin star but ok. Staff were nice and accommodating. Hotel itself not far from bus stops and walking distance to the sea front in this area though a bit of a walk to the busier sea fronts with an actual beach. There was also a free shuttle bus at intervals to the beach from the hotel.

Had a wonderful restful week at The Paradise Park , the staff in each and every department are superb and really want you enjoy your stay.
Food is good and you are spoiled for choice especially at breakfast although I would imagine in the hight of the season that the cereal / salad bar area could become very congested.
Pool areas lovely and well maintained no problems getting sun beds.
Superior Double Room spacious with a large bathroom but very small balcony just one gripe consider changing the pillows, I found them too high and uncomfortable.
This was my 5th stay here although it had been a while before I got back , I would have no problem recommending The Paradise Park again and will definitely be back.

A long way from the beach.

I've already written about my experience. We got duped on an excursion to Mount Teidi. They took our money, but we didn't get to go to the top of the volcano in the cable car. A complete rip-off!

Don't go to Tenerife people, I've renamed it Tener-ripp-off!

Lovely hotel great facilities

Stayed at this hotel for a long weekend and it was great 5 pools with 2 of those being adult only. The rooms were clean and spacious as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful a credit to the hotel.
The food and drink offering was excellent something for everyone for those with kids they have their own little section in the restaurant with different dinner options and breakfast.
I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and am already planning to revisit next year.

Located at the top end of los cristianos not far from the bus terminal at the top of a hill.really you would find it difficult to complain about this well run hotel..the only minor complaint would be the buffet food served is to the functional rather than outstanding. This being the case at either breakfast .lunch or evening meal.this is the case no matter were you go these days

One Night stay before the ferry

Only a short stay before the La Gomera ferry so we did not use any faciities. The buffet dinner and breakfasts had a great range of food in a spacious dining room and the food quality was really good. The room was newly decorated in a simple modern style and the bed was comfortable. The room was close to the bar and a shop so was a little noisy in the evening but didn't keep us awake. The hotel was only a minute walk from the airport bus stop so was convenient and a 20 min walk downhill to the ferry so a great location for both.

Beach only 10min with car. Las Americas 15min. Great location if you have car, but hotel has free ride to the beach evry half hour.

PARADISE PARK: ALL YOU NEED FOR A RELAXING STAY

This was a pure fun in the sun solo getaway, suggested by my wife, while she was on family business in the U.S. Paradise Park was a perfect setting for relaxation in mid-winter. I was in an executive suite on the seventh floor which was very nice. The All-inclusive plan was more than enough for me. It was, however, nice not having to buy food or drinks once I was at the hotel! I personally do not need three full meals a day, however. I ran down to the beach front early in my stay and found it to be unviting which was a disappointment. As a result I spent the remainder of my time lounging around the various pools which was just fine. I especially liked the adults only sections of the pool areas as a break from families with children. The evening entertainment was fun and varied from Elvis impersonators to U2 and Queen cover bands. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. This hotel was heavily occupied with British citizens so English was the predominant language used by the staff. The on-site spa is amazing. I enjoyed a full body massage and a hot stone massage during my stay. If you are looking for a self-contained hotel stay as a family, couple, or solo traveler this hotel is great.

Fantastic hotel!

Great holiday from start to finish.
Very nice, well designed hotel with lots of different areas for sunbathing and eating.
The food was excellent and the staff were very efficient, particularly in the restaurant.
The rooms were cleaned and towels and bedding changed daily.
All areas of the hotel were maintained to a high standard.
The 'natural' pool was particularly pleasant as it was heated.

Generally a good choice for a relaxing holiday

Hotel is in a good location away from the town centre. It has a variety of areas to relax (both family friendly and adult only). The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is good with great variety & served buffet style so you can help yourself. I was disappointed in the equipment in the gym (it's ok if you just want to do weights), and unfortunately my room was on the first floor directly above the service area car-park. The noise each morning (from 5.45/6 am) spoiled an otherwise relaxing vacation. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in my room & I had to pay extra for use of the safe. There was a fridge which was very handy to keep bottled water chilled. This was a classic double room (a superior room costs extra) but it was sufficient for my needs.

From first entering reception to checking out the only downside to the holiday was the traffic noise as the room backed onto the road. However the plus side to having a room at the back is the sun is with you in the afternoon and evening.
The members of staff were all friendly and polite. The food was very good, and plenty to choose from.
Nearer to the beach and the hotel would be100% perfect. The walk down to the beach being fine however walking back was hard going for an OAP. Also I imagine for young families. So took to cheating and taking a taxi back. 3 euros well spent. Also used the courtesy bus which dropped you off at the beach further along. Will definately recommend the hotel and can fully understand peaople returning year after year.

I really like this hotel, staff are very friendly! it has its down sides as it is looking tired & worn in some places. We were in a Junior Premier Suite; would defo not booking anything lower than that has the standard rooms looked small. The suite was great, based over 2 floors, 2 bathrooms & baloneys & clean. Breakfast & lunch was loveley but not so keen on dinner. Very good parking around the hotel as we rented a car. Defo one of the better hotels/areas to stay in as you would not want to be based in Playa de Las Americas for your own safety! : )

Nice hotel, excellent staff

We stayed for 7 nights from 17-24th sept. The staff were all extremely helpful if we ever needed anything, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided each day. The adult only pools and sunbeds are a nice addition that give you somewhere a bit quieter to relax. The hotel is in a good location and has a supermarket a minutes walk down the hill. I'd recommend going into the main town for restaurants (only a 10 minute walk) as the ones nearby aren't great- apart from 'Olivers with a twist'- thats a minutes walk and is well worth going. It's the number 1 rated restaurant on trip advisor.

I'd definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family

Hotel typical of holiday hotel ... I was on my own for the w/e and found the size of it overwhelming. Good choice of food but tightly packed tables and too many people trying to grab food. Not great if a solo traveller, they didn't rush to help me get a table. Pool was ok, jacuzzi small. My rom was great but balcony small and overlooked a roundabout!

The hotel was actually ok, but I was very disappointed that the hotel chose to offer a free/ad supported internet service that basically did not work. The weekend I was at the hotel, my father became quite ill. My family was sending emails back and forth and it would sometimes take me 1 hour to read and respond to one email. That is because the cheap email service kept disconnecting, requiring me to log in, again and again. It was very frustrating. Probably not everyone will require internet as much as I did. But if you do need internet during your stay, keep away from this hotel. I would not return.

A great hotel!

Hotel Paradise Park was a perfect hotel for my girlfriend and I to get away too! Located to the east of Los Cristianos the hotel staff were very helpful on arrival and we both felt welcomed. A helpful information pack as also providing given info on everyting we needed to know! The room was great as well, balconey, good shower ect. The room was very clean. Going for the B and B option we discovered breakfast was very good with everything you could think of to eat cooked and presented at a good standard. The 3 pool options were also great and could accomidate families as well as couples such as us. Would recomend the roof top pool for something abit different, as it is adults only and with a nice bar too! The area around is very freindly too, with plenty for great places to go out for a bit to eat! Overall, I would recoment this hotel to familes and couples, but possibly not young larger groups as it too far away from the party area of Las Americas. A great hotel at a resonable price and worth every penny!

Fantastic Hotel !

A great hotel, four swimming pools, restuarant, bars, nightly entertainment, approx. fifteen minutes walk to the centre. Can't fault it and would certainly return. Very relaxing.

Good hotel but you can be misled

Having read previous reviews on this hotel on expedia, we went bed and breakfast in Feb10. Breakfast full English was fine. In evening we tried the indian and chinese restrurants down from hotel towards beach both were fine but skip lobster in Indian its frozen naff and meal was 38euro with no starter or wine. We discovered the aberdeen steakhouse walking straight along on the level from the hotel, their 3 course meal including 8oz fillet steak was only 8euro! we went there for the rest of the week.
Hotel suggested and booked our 1/2 day trip to mount Teide and assured us that company would tell reception the day before if the cable car was not working due to bad weather. We went on trip and coach went nowhere near cabel car (opposite side of Teide) and we were told by the driver that it had not been working for several days as the cables were frozen. The trip was rubbish and a waste of ot holiday so we claimed our 2x 25euro back from hotel which they paid. This seemed a bit of a scam that most people would except.
Rooms can be quite cold, the center atrium area is open so at night if you open the balcony door (to sit or smoke) a cold wind blows through. Note the pool is not heated and water cold. Entertainment was naff early and 10.30 was too late to start the better stuff. Curtesy coach was in fir service on Saturday and didnt run Sunday
The hotel was very clean, room sevice excellent and generally the hotel was good

Great Value for Money

This hotel had lovely grounds and fantastic pool areas, and a brilliant roof top terrace. Although the rooms were in need of a little tlc (some scuffs and scratches) they were very clean with everything you need for your holiday, air conditioning, balcony, tv, safe, fridge, etc.

The hotel is a little out of the main area, about 20 minute walk, so would definitely recommend for anyone who isn't looking for a party holiday.

Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sauber. Gute Auswahl bei Frühstück und Abendessen. Allerdings ist es im Speisesaal sehr laut, was bei der Größe des Hotels nicht wirklich überrascht. Es waren viele Familien mit Kindern da.

Groot hotel en het eten ging in 3 groepen.
Elke dag werden de kamers schoon gemaakt en het personeel was super vriendelijk.
Voldoende parkeergelegenheid rondom het hotel en het lag op loopafstand van de boulevard.
Het eten in het restaurant was divers en uitgebreid en veel gerechten werden klaargemaakt waar je bijstond.
