Our apartment was very spacious with 2 bathrooms, beds were comfy, rooms were clean on arrival. Note dont leave your key fobs near mobile phones as it drains them, we gad to change them a lot till someone told us lol. Worked perfectly after we kept them separate. Friendly sraff

Great value lovely family stay

Basic but very well equipped apartments lovely pool area and fantastic pool bar with very reasonable drinks and snacks. Lovely quiet area and yes it’s up a hill but lovely and quiet at a very busy time of year. Fantastic cheap on site supermarket and lovely bars and restaurants in immeadiate area. There is only ceiling fans and it’s very hot but you can buy an air con unit for it said from 75euro a week which is what you’d pay in some countries to work the ones built into the rooms. For what we paid I couldn’t fault it and anyone that does is being completely unrealistic. I was a travel agent for 15 years so I know the difference between good and bad nd this was by far one of the best value apartments we have ever stayed in and I would highly recommend

Enjoyable stay

Very enjoyable stay, lovely reception staff and cleaners. Great poolside bar with very reasonable prices. Apartment was comfortable with good kitchenette and wifi, however, there is no a/c and ceiling fans are useless so I'm not sure if it would be bearable in mid-summer. This is our third time staying here and the glass around the pool has been filthy each time, which is a pity considering the rest of the place is very clean.

This property is clean and the apartments are spacious. The pool area could do with some TlC albeit my children had a great time and enjoyed the holiday. Air conditioning would be a great attribute to the rooms

Nice basic appartment in a good location.

Enjoyed our holiday here. Some furniture was quite old, but the apartment was very clean when we arrived and serviced well once mid-holiday. Quite a large balcony, spacious rooms for the money and no-frills comfortable.
Location very good with a well stocked mini market next door and a few good restaurants and a food market within a few minutes walk. Beach a bit further but we had a car and on-street parking was easy close-by.
Pool bar was very good with surprisingly good quality daily food specials and great value drinks.
We arrived quite late in the evening and it was very quiet, dark and reception was closed. But the property had sent clear instructions for how to collect our keys.
I didn't have high expectations and my first impressions weren't great, but we all (2 adults, 2 kids) really liked this place.

Great Value Apartments

Apartments are clean and well kept. Great soundproofing, can't hear neighbours.
A couple of downsides, hilly location and hard beds.
Stayed in a ground floor room, great for access to the pool, but it meant the terrace wasn't very private as sunbeds are located directly outside.

It was rundown with broken tiles all over the place . Pool area very very dirty and was never cleaned in our 12 NTS stay . We used the port royale pool area because of the condition of club Tenerife . The sun terrace had broken sunbeds and was very uncomfortable . My photos will be put on social media in due course .

We stayed here for a 40th birthday celebration.
Before arrival we asked if we could have housekeeping completed on Saturday as we had friends arriving and the said this would not be a problem. Again we asked if there was a note on our booking and again they said this would be done. Saturday arrived and no housekeeper came. We asked reception and they said clean it yourself and gave us sheets and towels. Not once did we see a cleaner all week. The furnishings all had holes in them and the apartment very run down.

This was my second stay here. The room was very clean when we arrived. The reception staff are excellent, very helpful. Close to restaurants etc. Bed was clean and comfy but the bed settee had seen better days. Overall we are happy with Club Tenerife and may go back for a third time.

The girl on reception was fabulous. She was a wealth of knowledge and really helpful ad friendly.
The pool was lovely and the staff of pool snack bar were lovely.
The balconies were all very pleasing and sunny.
We were there for 4 nights , arrived xmas eve, and we did not get any change of towels or room cleaned. All they did was empty bins. I just hadn't been made aware of this. This was disappointing.
It is a 10 minute walk to Los Cristianos but there are some very good restaurants in this area.

I guess you get what you pay for, the location is ideal for cheap taxi fares From the beach but the actual hotel is extremely dated and is in serious need of help. The actual size is nice but The beds are the worst I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on , paint cracked and peeling everywhere.
I have stayed in similar accommodation while on tour in Afghan

The pool bar closed by 5:30 daily and left me and the family feeling like we on part holiday

Everything was good, the staff were all excellent and always happy to help. The pool area was nice for the kids with the added bar poolside. Rooms show a little being worn but other than that I can't complain. If you're old don't stay here as it's a big hill back up from the beach although taxis are available.

apartment was nice - had everything we needed. Kitchen area was good - big fridge, hob and cooker so we could eat in when we wanted.

sofa bed was so uncomfortable - could feel every spring!!

Cannot comment on the pool and snack bar , as we didn't use them. No bar in the evenings, but lots of choice close by for drinks and meals. A 15 minute walk to the beach. Up hill, so may not suit those with walking difficulties, although taxi's are relatively cheap.

We had a pleasant stay, although were disturbed by extremely loud neighbours one night!!

Club Tenerife pool dilema

Disappointing stay. Nice enough apartment after we asked to be moved from a basement that was very noisy right on the poolside that smelled of nicotene. The hotel staff were lovely as were the snack / pool bar staff. The most disappointing part was that we could not use the pool. It was packed all day with kids and inflatables of various shapes and sizes jumping / diving. I love to see kids having fun but this made it impossible for anyone who just wanted a quick swim or to cool down. Only time I seen any lifeguard was at reception when he came to report a child had been sick in the pool and would have to be closed for cleaning, never seen him again after that day. It was closed another day later in the week for unknown reason. Would not return again mainly due to the pool situation.

The apartment was spacious and clean, minimal crockery/cooking utensils, but adequate. Walk to beachfront downhill, but it was a climb back up, locally known as Cardiac Hill. Some inconsiderate noisy guests returning at 2am/3am. Overall, happy with accommodation and Reception Staff very helpful.

Home from home but in the sun

This place had everything we needed. We like to have the freedom to either stay in and cook or go out of an evening - this was like a little home from home. Beds were made every day and room cleaned and bed linen changed every other day. Good pool and bar facilities that closed around 11pm - no noise.
Very hilly.
Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Had a very relaxing time , we will definitely recommend hotel and area , great bar/ restaurants in the area, all very reasonably priced. Supermarket has everything you may need, located in paradise park. Beaches and streets very clean, locals all helpful, nothing too much trouble . Try the water sports if you can, very well organised, recommend ‘Big Fish Dive Center’ for scuba diving, amazing!! We did the ‘Try Dive’ , they were so good we booked and completed a course, so we are now qualified Scuba Divers !! We will be back as soon as we can to practise .

The apartment itself was lovely, great big terrace but unfortunately didn't get the sun. I think I'd prefer a balcony or a terrace in the sun next time.

The furniture in the apartment could do with updating but it did the job.

I had a great time, it's clean, the pool bar staff are fantastic. I had no issue with sun loungers but I did also use paradise Park across the road.

Walking distance to a strip of bars with good entertainment, and great places to eat.

I will be back to Club tenerife really enjoyed my stay

Great but a little noisy

Club Tenerife is a good place to stay but I personally found it very noisy. I was on a low floor near the pool and the balconies are very close so I could hear several TVs and conversations at once. Also the privately owned property above me was very noisy. I raised this with reception but as it is private they were unable to do anything. I would return but I would want to carefully pick my location in the complex. Also fans in the bedroom are a little noisy if put in full.

Lovely quite place to stay, very friendly

A bit hilly but if you walk up and down by road its no trouble (particularly if you come and go by the pool bar entrance!). Staff lovely and rooms cleaned daily. We had a lovely room with balcony overlooking the pool and with a lovely view across to Playa las Americas and down to the port - nice to watch ferries coming and going!

We feel cheated. The hotels .com website clearly stated that all rooms have ceiling fans which to our cost is not the case. We were given two freestanding fans which were hopeless. A very uncomfortable 18 days.

The hotel apartments where really great and the staff are brilliant. Has a English pub in the middle of the complex which is run by a friendly couple.

Just out side is a very nice Italian restaurant (Bella Ischia) and it's not far to go to Le PE Pa (which has multiple bars and food outlets).

All in all the hotel which is in Los Cristianos was a good place to stay

Stayed in better for a cheaper price

where to begin...the hotel could do with a good clean and refurb everywhere rooms and pool area especially. On arrival we got checked in given the room key directions to the room and the wifi code...no other information about the hotel or the surrounding area... the room was warmer than outside as the \"said\" air con on the ceiling seemed to be missing so we decided to open the balcony door only to find the door handle completely off!! Walked over to put on the standing fan and stood on a puddle off what looked like juice on the floor...the night porter cleaned the floor and \"patched up\" the handle...we left it at that as it was late ...didn't stay at the hotel much when we did the kids enjoyed the pool.. the bar was fine and friendly staff even the odd cockroach for company ..only seen staff twice when we went to reception and the twice they were very unhelpful ...all in all I've stayed in better accommodation for the price but it's Tenerife and your not likely to stay in the hotel all the time ...Quieter location than we are used to but lots of good bars for food and drinks near by ...would I return ..no thanks

We had a great holiday here. Apartment was a lovely size and very clean. Towels were changed everyday.The pool was small and sometimes very busy but we managed to get a lounger everyday. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the beach and is situated on a hill so it wouldn't suit anyone with mobility problems.

The pool area is noisy with everyone around it, noise starts early in the morning, not much area to have loungers, but a nice sun terrace you can lay in. Bar area nice and friendly staff, this hotel is up a hill, so don't stay there if you cannot manage walking up hills, although Taxi's are really cheap in Tenerife.

10/15 minutes from airport, clean and quiet apartments have everything you need. Ours a one bedroom apartment with twin beds and a double sofa bed. Sofa bed not comfortable and beds a little hard, however really clean bedding made up for it.
We were there a week and had bedding changed after 3 days. Towels changed alternate days and waste bins emptied and toilet roll top up daily.
Couldnt fault apartment, quiet location with a mix of nationalities. Its a 15minute stroll down to seafront and takes a little longer coming back up the hill.
Would stay again.

The hotel or Club is nice and quiet, a perfect place to spend a few days. The room is quite big and had a full kitchen, very convenient as we like to make our own breakfast. The room was on the ground floor so was a few steps from the (screened) pool accessed by key. It was used extensively by adults and children. Small pool bar, nice breakfast but limited lunch options

Lovely big apartment - perfect for two. Great local restaurants. Good 15 minute downhill walk to closest beach, which we love to do, but might be a bit more taxing on the way back if you're not a walker. Great location for everything, but pleasingly quiet. Staff friendly and helpful.

After an initial disappointment with our room location Louise on reception made every effort to relocate us which she did on day four of our 14 night stay. This made our stay much more enjoyable.
All you can ask is that people do their best to address your concerns and the staff certainly did that. Thank you very much.

We arrived at Club Tenerife Apartments on saturday evening and was welcomed by Javier who was very friendly. The apartment was clean and tidy and was south facing so we had the sun on our spacious balcony all day. The apartment complex is only five minutes in a cab to the beach of Los Christianos, which is a minimum fare of 3.5 euros. You are spoilt for a choice of local restaurants, serving all different foods and there are plenty of bars nearby. All the staff were very friendly especially Jesuis. I would definitely stay in Club Tenerife Apartments again.

Xmas 2016 had a wonderful time.

My wife required mobility scooter acessibilty, and the staff made sure that arrangements were always in place from the outset. A very helpful crew who made our stay a wonderful experience. A holiday to remember.

Had a great time the apartment was a good size and very clean although we had a balcony that looked onto the street and could be a little noisey if you left your bedroom window open at night . The apartments could probably do with some updating particularly the upholstery, but overall we where highly delighted plenty of clean towels and regular bedding changes. One of the best parts of the complex is the Pool Side Bar 'PABLOS' run by Ian from UK a super atmosphere very reasonably priced food and drink it made our holiday.
