Fabulous apartments

We couldn’t really fault our stay in these apartments. From the glass of bubbly and the welcome chocolates in the room on arrival to checkout everything was fabulous. The staff are friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast which was hot buffet style with pasties, coffee, fruit, yogurt etc. The cleaners seemed to do a very good job giving the sun loungers a thorough clean every morning. We looked forward to seeing the swans made from towels in our room. The area was perfect with just a short walk down to the beach either by steep steps or ramp. Great holiday - would definitely stay at these apartments again.

Great apartments in Arona

From check in to check out the staff couldn’t do enough to help. The area is perfect for walking along the promenade to Adeje or Los Cristianos. There are lots of good local and international bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Will be returning to the Marola Park.

Very good value for money. Great hotel!

We received a very warm welcome on arrival. Every member of staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The area has plenty of shops, restaurants, and is close to the beach. No problems with noise. We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets. The selection was great and varied each day. The food was delicious. All in all a wonderful stay. More than I was expecting. I would definitely stay again in the future. !Muchas gracias!

Thank you for a perfect stay!

Needed a short break away with my daughter, who ironically had her 22nd birthday during our stay. When we returned after a day out, a bottle of Prossecco and personalised trinquet box of sweets awaited, a gift from the hotel. We had not mentioned atall of her birthday, only give away were birthday cards which were in our room. This was a lovely gesture!
All staff were very polite always. We had no issues with getting sunbeds by the pool.
The purchased wifi (for use in our room) was hit and miss, having to relog-in each time, we were on holiday and had plenty of time to do this!! The hotel was spotless. We stayed for 4 nights, clean towels provided for 3 days, and clean bedding after our 2nd night. Hotel seemed very quite despite being full.
We stayed half board basis. Both breakfast and evening meals were good with ample choice, glass of wine and large glass of coke only €2.5 euros. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Good value apartments, centrally located.

Another excellent stay at Marola Park. They are constantly upgrading the property and the latest changes enhance your experience. This was the first time we had breakfast included. The restaurant is clean and the staff friendly. The hot items were topped up at regular intervals.

Happy friendly atmosphere and staff, all rooms have pool view and close to beach. Supermarkets on the doorstep, on site restaurant, helpful staff and clean rooms.

Great family hotel. 10 minutes walk to beach

Great stay at Marola for the 2nd year running..Great to meet up with with other families we met last year. Sunbed rush at 9am still the same...shame that others put there towels down early but did not come and use there beds till late afternoon

Checked in told not to reserve sun beds first morning there were 53 sun beds in total all with towels on them and 5 people. Every morning was the same. Pool opened at 9am people standing with bundles of towels from 8.30 waiting to take all the beds. Very sad

Fantastic place to stay

Arrived before check in time so left luggage in a secure room.
Room was spotless & a nice touch was how the towels & beds were made up.
Room was a good size.Bathroom with good sized bath & shower over head,also hair dryer supplied.Small kitchen area with microwave (with grill),2 rings for cooking,kettle,toaster & fridge.Good size single beds with fan on the ceiling.Sofa,tv,dvd player then out onto a balcony with table & chairs (had room overlooking the street but not noisy).
Pool area very clean and plenty of sunbeds.Large pool with small pool for kiddies.Nice bar area with happy hour (4pm - 6pm while we were there),also serves food.
Nice large room with free wi-fi close to reception.
Launderette on site also.
The Marola park is away from all the pubs & nightlife & is very quiet,nothing for kids to do so maybe adults only.
10 minute walk to the beach down a slight incline & about 15 - 20 minute walk to Los Cristianos.
Plenty of different areas to go for a drink so don't really need to find one area & stick to it.Taxi from the beach started at 4€ depending on distance.
Bus stops both sides of the road outside of apartments.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here & would definitely stay here again & recommend to friends & family.
Special thanks to all the staff who were excellent throughout our stay.

Lovely quieter love cation but with all amenities

Bit of a walk to the middle of las Americas but so many good restaurants and a great supermarket just around the corner. The apartment was very clean with kettle, toaster, microwave but no iron. There's a hairdryer in the bathroom. Mar ola was lovely and peaceful, no loud music but make sure your department looks out to pool and not the main busy road. There's no air conditioning but a fan above the beds. It was way too warm at night without it even in October. You can hire an air con unit for 60 euros a week from Mar Ola. A lovely location for our holiday.

The hotel was clean, food was good, nice pool area, had a problem with hotel guests in next room regarding noisy party/music, hotel reception seemed not to be bothered so this let the hotel down slightly although on the whole everything was good.

Value for money.

The hotel is close
to several good retaurants and only a five minute walk to Las Vistas beach. There are several bars nearby which provide a variety of entertainment. The local bus service stopped right outside the hotel.

Brilliant!

had a brilliant stay here and would recommend people to stay here, very clean, friendly staff and perfect location. the beds were a bit too hard however everything else was brilliant. if i come to tenerife again i would definitely stay here again.

Great Budget Apartments

Relaxing, quiet, resonable prices, Great little touches such as providing towels for the pool and having them changed most days. Great for kids, very quiet in the evenings so easy for the little ones to sleep, if they can bear the heat. You can have the option of using the restuarant for breakfast and/or evening meal and pay as you go which can be handy. Like all places there was the usual mad rush for sunbeds and it can be really frustrating as we noticed some people never even came back down and used them.

Situated in a great location

It's located in a great area, close to the beach, nearby shops and between Los Christianos and Playa De Las Americas so it's a short walk to either. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the facilities offered are amazing for the price. There is always a different selection of sweets and nuts when you come into the hotel. The receptionists helped us book everything while we were there and gave loads of recommendations.

One of the best.

Excellent apartments close to both la vistas beach and playa de las americas. There is a large supermarket 100 metres away with a bakery, fresh meat and fish counters. The one bedroom apartments are well equipped and have a ceiling fan in the bedroom. There is no aircon, but you can hire a portable unit for approx €75 a week.

Very clean and welcoming hotel in a great location

Stayed: 29th Sept - 10 Oct 2014. We booked the hotel based solely on guest reviews on another travel site, and we were not disappointed. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were greeted with complimentary glasses of champagne. Whenever we needed to ask questions of the reception staff they were always smiling and happy to help. The swimming pool again was kept very clean and the pool was a good size. The staff also scrubbed the sunbeds and the parasols which I was impressed with. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom and a fridge and microwave in the kitchenette. The only negatives to the room were the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable and the large ceiling fan did not do enough to cool the room. You can hire an air-con unit which costs 75 euro's for 2 weeks and a 20 euro deposit, which we did not do. We hired the room safe for 22 euros for the 10 days. The hotel is in a good location, with a small shop next door for essentials and a supermarket only 5 minutes walk away. We were self-catering and only had breakfast in the hotel once which was 8 euro's per person for an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. There was lots of choice but the quality wasn't great. Every other meal we ate at the numerous restaurants scattered along the beaches, less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel. As we visited towards the end of the holiday season, the beaches were not busy and there were lots of sunbeds.

Excellent stay

Just returned from 11nights at Marola Park. Over all I was extremely happy with our stay. Maid cleaned the room almost everyday. Lots of sun beds available and you don't have to get up mega early to get a good spot. Food at the pool bar was really nice and fairly cheap too. Great location, only a 5 min walk to lots of really nice restraunts with lots of choice. I would highly recommend staying at Marola Park :)

This was our second time staying at the Marola Park and will be going there again just love the place as this trip was for my husbands birthday we had our adult children with us and they were very impressed with the place and would go there again. The location is perfect for us walking distance to the beach, shops and night life.

Everything you need and some of what you want!!

This hotel has everything you need in tenerife. Starting with the room, the balcony is spacious and nice to spend a late evening on. The rooms have fridges which is good for storing drinks. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery aswell as a microwave and stove. The only downside to the rooms is there isn't any air conditioning, but there is a big ceiling fan, but the rooms stil get hot.
The pool is quite big and clean with a cold shower by the side of it. There are plenty of sunbeds and everyone just seemed to use the hotels towels from the rooms. Aside to the pool is a bar area which serves all sorts of alcoholic and soft drinks at cheap prices. Happy hour is actually 2 happy hours from 5pm til 7pm!! They also serve food up until late evening. there is a games room next to the bar where there is air hockey, pool, playstation and comfy sofas. Most at a 1 euro price (except the sofas of course). There is a gym room which has a ping pong table it aswell which I used a couples of times, mainly the cross trainer as the treadmill didn't work.
There is a supermarket about 2 minutes walk away. Into the main part of playa las americas takes about 5-10 minutes walk where there are tons of restaurants and bars. I recommend the 'Empire' restaurant, excellent food and service. All in all this hotel has everything you need and most of the stuff you want.

Very friendly staff and reception most welcoming. The hotel was within walking distance of the best beaches and there were plenty of local cafe/bars/restaurants on the doorstep. No rowdiness from any nightclubs etc. Excellent bus service right outside the hotel with a children's playarea just across the road. Excellent value for money.

We found Marola Park to be a very good location and a very clean well run apartments,linen and towels changed daily, apartment cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly and helpfull at all times. The pool area had plenty of sun beds with mattresses and hotel alowed use of towels from rooms. On 25th April as we left the Hotel was closing down for a month and the workmen were in digging up the pool area so it will be even better in future. We had a great stay, would recomend these Apartments and be back.

Staff are friendly and helpful. But the rooms have no air conditioning. There is just a fan on the ceiling, which does not cool down the room. The room is too hot and is like an oven during the day and at night. It's impossible to sleep in their room, because it is too hot and there is no air conditioning. There should be proper air conditioning in the rooms.
Room service should take place in the afternoon and evening when people are out.

Very nice place!

All the people in this hotel are very kind and helpful! Good location (just 2 blocks of the most interesting part of Las Americas), near enough for convenience and far enough for peace time.
Very good apartment (except for the smoke smell). Clean, big and with nice kitchen equipment (stove, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, plates, etc).
Have a nice supermarket about 200m (Mercadona).
Would stay here again!

Excellent apartment for the money. Spotless, friendly staff. Pool area quite with high quality sunbeds and cushions. Probably not suitable for chidren as not a lot to do and the hotel does pride itself on being quiet however the beach is only a 10min stroll and the rooms do have DVD players.
Although this is not a top quality hotel it is by far the best value for money apartment we have ever stayed and we would definately consider going back.

The Marola Park lived up to the good reviews it has had. It is in a nice location in one of the slightly less touristy areas of Las Americas with some nice restaurants on the doorstep. It is a 10minute walk into Los Cristianos and 5minutes to the Mare Nostrum resorts with plenty of shops nearby. Slightly further into Las Americas but buses are frequent and taxis cheap. Our 1 bedroom apartment overlooked the pool and was quite spacious and very clean. Rooms were cleaned and towels and sheets changed every second day, with bins emptied daily. Clean towels were available on request from reception on days when they weren't changed. Pool area was nice with lots of loungers available and again very well kept and clean. Water, fruit and sweets were placed in bowls at the reception and pool area which was a nice touch. Overall a very good hotel for the price paid and exactly what we were looking for.

Fint og rent rom og ekstra hyggelige ansatte. Vi fikk først et studio mot gaten, og den er det mye støy fra, men det gikk fint å få byttet til større leilighet mot basseng mot et tillegg. Veldig hjelpsomme ansatte og meget god frokost. 5-10 minutter å gå til Las Vistas stranden.

Posizione molto buona in 5 minuti siete in spiaggia (eventualmente c'è la piscina dell'hotel) vicino a supermarket, ristoranti, bar etc.

Przyjemny pobyt - niewielkie niedociągnięcia :)

Hotel w porządku. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanku autobusowego. Doskonale wyposażona kuchnia - gotowaliśmy zupy, smażyliśmy ryby... rewelacja. Niestety problem z obsługą: mimo wywieszonej kartki z prośbą o posprzątanie, po powrocie pokój niesprzątnięty, a kartka przewieszona: nie przeszkadzać. Brak mydła - kupiliśmy, został kawałek, który obsługa wyrzuciła. Po sprzątaniu otrzymaliśmy tylko dwa małe ręczniki, o dużych zapomniano? Obsługa (recepcja) nie wie, że kursuje nocny autobus na lotnisko (przystanek przy samym hotelu, warto byłoby zapoznać się z rozkładem).

Ogólnie polecam mimo wszystko, będąc kolejnym razem na pewno skorzystam z pobytu w Melora Park (chociażby, ze względu na wyposażenie kuchni) :)
