Great place to stay in Los Cristianos. The room and the whole property were spotless and well maintained. The unit was very well equipped and spacious. Close to many restaurants as well as supermarkets. Easy walk to the beach and shops (10 min) and about 5 minutes walk from local/airport bus.

The studio was spacious and well equipped, the complex is situated up a walkable hill , their is a taxi rank at the bottom of the hill which costs 4 euro.the pool bar is excellent value for money, One warning at the time of posting this review Tenerife sur airport was in chaos inbound and outbound

We spent six nights here end of February into early March. Our main reason to choose this location was because it had a heated pool and it accommodated a family of five and it worked out perfectly! Our kids age 7-12 loved the pool and it was warm enough for the adults too. The lifeguard who was there most days was super friendly and always came to say hello and chat with the kids.
The apartment was absolutely lovely - the furniture was all new and in great condition. Our beds and pillows were the most comfortable I've had in a rental, and the shower was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, though a welcome pack with some salt/pepper/oil would be a great touch.
Our room faced the pool and was close to the bar, so the music was a bit loud in the evenings, but it didn't even phase our kids at bedtime and we enjoyed listening from our balcony. The price of food and drinks are very reasonable.

Had a lovely break. Apartments was modern spacious clean and well equipped for all our needs. Reception and resort staff were courteous and friendly. All areas were well maintained and the gardens in beautiful condition. Our apartment was very clean and the towels and bedding were spotless. Pool towels were huge. The pool bar and entertainment bar were reasonably priced for drinks and staff were friendly. The nightly entertainment was good and varied. Definitely we will be returning as certainly suits our needs.

Our stat lly at Ona Los Claveles was exceptional, great location and a beautiful apartment. We had a townhouse type property which faced on to the pool, couldn't have asked for more. Staff were lovely and pool bar was great for snacks and drinks, all at a really reasonable price. Fantastic stay and will definitely return.

My only gripe would be the cost of a misplaced/lost key upon checking out to a an 81 year old gent who had been rushed to hospital only 48 hrs prior. €45 to have a key cut is shocking so anyone using this hotel look after your key!

Fab pool bar serving food and drinks during day with very friendly staff, good prices then evening bar and restaurant opens up. Entertainment in the evenings. Well positioned for night life but in a quiet area. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Already looking to book for next year .

I booked a one-bedroom apartment. The whole apartment was wonderful. The kitchen was really well-equipped, with a washing machine, full oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a good range of cooking utensils, so you could use the apartment for a self-catering holiday.

My only criticism is that outside the room I stayed in (room 89), the cleaners tended to talk quite loudly to each other first thing in the morning when cleaning outside that part of the complex, which woke me up most mornings. If you're an early riser then I guess you wouldn't find it a problem, but for me it was a little frustrating. Overall though a nice hotel.

Very pleasant stay for a couple and surprised it had everything you needed. Apartment with kitchenette, utensils etc. Cleaners came every couple of days to make the beds, change towels and a quick clean.
The property was basic however, in a good condition and you get what you par for. This was a cheap price for the area.

The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed. The hotel is in a good location with bars and restaurants 5 mins walk away, and 20 mins walk to the beach. The staff were all lovely, the bar was well stocked (and their homemade burgers were delicious!). The pool area was well maintained, and the hotel itself had a quiet, family oriented atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing break!

We loved the hotel, it is very pretty, very clean and well maintained, and quiet too. The rooms are small, but have everything you need for a pleasant and a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly. We had couple of requests which were handled right away. We appreciated a lot the on-site free parking. We loved the location of the hotel too. It is not in a busy part of the city, and in less than 5mins drive you can be to the port and downtown. We would love to go back to Los Cristianos, and would book the same place without hesitation. Thank you to all the staff!

Hello unfortunately we have a COVID 19 the uk we are in a lockdown area and can not fly also the island has stopped letting visitors good job I cancelled fit to fly test. Only letting in residents and nationals. Tried to stop the as it’s in possible to get there. Expedia came back with you cannot cancel it’s not a cancellation it’s a lockdown. And it goes around and around. They are impossible to deal with maybe that’s what they are trying for just piss you off no chance expedia

Love Los Claveles, stayed there a few times. Pool area is lovely and friendly service at the pool bar. Studio apartment was good, have also stayed in a 2 bedroom and couldn't fault either. Will be back to stay again. Quite a nice walk into town not so high up as some other apartments in the area, no killer hills!!
