Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs and shops. Taxi rank just down the street. Food was also nice. Rooms are spread out well. We had a room on the first floor and heard no noise.

Quite honestly, an all-inclusive hotel is best for families and old people. My wife and I loved this hotel but it was a little more than what we needed or wanted. If you have a family this is great.

Hotel staff was really great, I hope theyre being paid and treated well.

Food kind of got boring after awhile but like what can you expect?

Nice reset in good service

Week holiday. Hotel all inclusive, laguna beach apartment. So much choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner that everyone could find some tasty bites. Grill restaurant was 4 days closed but we could enjoy one evening and it was delicious. You can grab bottle of wine for dinner included in all inclusive. Swimming pool nice and clean. Laguna pool a bit cold but then quiet. Every night animation programs nice to see siping a drink. Animators are much active, friendly and supportive. Location of the hotel is great. 15 minutes walk to both grey and yellow beaches. Nice commercial area around. Free Parking sometimes difficult but always managed to find a space. Reception staff friendly and good English.

On the expedia website it says it has air-conditioning but when I spoke to staff none of their rooms were airconditioned. So please correct your amenities for club europe. Food is the same everyday. However staff were excellent and cleanliness of the place is superb in all areas.

Some staff were blatantly rude. Didn’t even get asked on checkout if I had enjoyed stay there and have a safe journey home as you would normally get. When I pointed this out was just asked if I needed a taxi.

All inclusive until midnight!

Single female age 46. Room 206 which had separate double bedroom, lounge area and bathroom with great size patio are that got the sun in the evening. Didn't cut off all inc wrist band after checking out. Lager, soft drinks on tap all the time with bistro food at poolside if you preferred or main restaurant for a wider selection. Hessian sun lounger and could rent towels. All inc until 12 midnight too. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, walking distance from most things. Rooms are basic and comfortable. No aircon, fridge, ironing facilities. Most things you will have to pay a little extra for. Wifi in rooms is terrible so not worth the extra. Free in lobby, when it works.

I didn't appreciate the free roaming birds, they were a pain when trying to relax, constantly coming up to you!

Food was fine and quite a good selection so suitable for all. I appreciated the fish and lots of vegetables on offer!

Coffee was horrible! Milk they use is awful.

So in summary you get what you pay for, a good standard of 3 star all inclusive.

There was no wifi as described, if you wanted to use the restaurant you had to share a table with at least 6 others! no choice at all. Same food everyday no changes for choice, ate out most of the time so all inclusive a waste of time

Family Friendly, clean, safe hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was lovely. The pools are amazing with a salt water beach type pool and another normal large pool to choose from too. The food was excellent, I only used the BBQ grill restaurant area, I didn't try the other one.
The room was as id expect, very clean, and comfortable. Use of safes are available for a price from reception too giving you that piece of mind. But no air con. The fan above my bed was quite noisy and rattling so didn't use it in the nights which was a pain thinking about it now actually, but apart from that the room was good.
Over all I enjoyed my stay here. Would recommend for families, as it is family driven with lots to keep the kids entertained such a 'Pet Zoo' within the complex in between the two pools with Rabbits and guinea pigs etc. There are aviaries too. Its a very a nice picturesque resort.

Great location, rooms super clean and tidy and beds very comfortable. Food is the usual mass produced buffet food however a couple of nights had some good choices. Staff generally very polite and welcoming but one guy on our last day at reception when we checked out (9/10/16) didn't ask us if we had a nice stay, how our holiday was or anything. He just took the key and turned his back on us in a grump! Also wifi is fairly slow and intermittent

Hotel located in a great location but it's quite aged and needs revamping. No kettle or fridge in the room and towel change was only twice in 7 days. Had to ask for the 2nd change. Very Spanish oriented. Meals are good loads to choose from but the snacks inbetween were horrible. Chips and fish fingers most days hardly any variation. Some bar staff could be a bit abrupt at times and you feel awkward asking for a drink. If you want a decent cup of tea you need to take your own teabags and no tea available in the restaurant at lunchtime as there no milk. Entertainment bit repetitive. Overall an ok hotel for 3 stars but wouldn't stay here again.

Lovely staff let down by poor facilities

There's two pools, enough for all customers, if only one weren't salt-water and surrounded by industrial grade sand coarse enough to rub the skin off a crocodile.

So, as everyone is at the one nice pool (which isn't the one with the slides, sorry kids), you won't find a beach bed unless you wake three hours before sunrise.

The hotel is German-owned, so their habit of reserving beds with towels is more prevalent than in regular hotels. The food is terrible, though I'm not sure whether that's because it's catering to German tastes or just to save money.

The beer is good, though.

Lovely pool which we used a lot, plenty of choice for food, would like to have option of ice cream available from snack bar, reception staff very helpful, found it very strange that we seemed to be the only English speaking guest the first week of our stay! Entertainment wasn't great- 15mins 2 actually get started with the number of foreign speaking introductions- then staff miming to songs! 4 girl dancers that could dance the rest were not great, out of time a lot of the time! - definitely expected more! Overall we had a good stay and enjoyed our honeymoon

Hotel is in a good location and away from the hustle of the strip. All inclusive element good, although seemed to be a lack of choice of dinner options from day to day. The AI at lunch was better than at previous properties.
My room didn't have a fridge which was inconvenient.

Hotel with great service away from the strip

Great service and very good food presented on a self service basis. Few British and mostly German and Italian guests.
Self contained resort. Plenty of activities but not pressured to join in.
Close to all resort facilities in easy walking distance but isolated from tourists hassle.
One minus points is the number of small children in the mix.

This was our first visit to this hotel and we could not fault the room, facilities or food. Some of the hotel staff were miserable but most were fine. My husband was injured on our third day by a branch from a palm tree which fell on him whilst he was on a sunbed. This resulted in him having stitches. The lifeguard administered basic first aid but then we had to fend for ourselves with no help or apology from the hotel. The next day I spoke to the manager and complained that we had received no help and he claimed that they \"could not find us\" despite U.S. giving our room details to the lifeguard and a female receptionist. This terrible attitude spoilt our short break.

Overall we had a great holiday the hotel location was excellent for a great holiday location the room was fantastic size for my husband and I and our 15yr old son the pool area was very clean and well looked after comfortable sun beds and plenty off them we enjoyed the outside barbecue area for dinner and breakfast despite this 2main reasons we may not return to this hotel the first is the set up of the dining tables which only accommodate 8 people therefore u have to share with other people. Most of which did not speak our language we ended up having dinner out every night due to this we enjoy having dinner as a family and found it very uncomfortable sharing a table also there was no air conditioning in the room and found it very warm at night

Great Hotel for children not for babies

Rooms were nice and having the bedroom separate from the living room was a plus. The downfall was the rooms had no AC and noisy at night with the shows. Kettles are not offered in the rooms which is not good when you need to make baby bottles and you have to pay for the safe. There is no wifi in the rooms and the wifi offered in the lobby was horrible. It was slow and more than half the time it wouldn't connect.
The all inclusive meals was nice but the quality wasn't where is should be. Breakfast offered the same food every single day (pancakes without maple syrup, fake scrambled eggs, and no pasteurized milk for cereal which is not good for pregnant women).The lunch and dinners changed each day which was good.
There were several pools to choose from and 1 was supposed to be heated, but if it was heated it wasn't heated that much more than the other pools and it was still too cold for babies.
The kid activities were fantastic, but nothing suitable for babies under 3. The playground offered wasn't even suitable for small children.
The staff was really nice and helpful. Most of them were always happy.

Great family friendly location

When we first arrived we were pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with the size and contents of the room as we felt the photos on the internet didnt do it any justice. A lot of activities for the children to enjoy and a very calm and relaxed atmosphere around the place made us feel very comfortable. The location of the hotel couldnt of been any better with just a short walk to the local shops,supermarkets and the wonderful beach.

A hidden gem!!!
From the street entrance you would never believe such a beautiful hotel is hidden behind there

Great location - everything nearby!

Slightly mislead by expedia information and google map searches, which lead to us confusing this hotel with Villa Cortes (sister hotel) opposite - but perhaps just our error?

On arrival very prompt and efficient check in. All staff very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Evening entertainment within the hotel - very good. Tireless and energetic effort by the whole entertainment team, day and night!

Food good, although the 8 seater dining table arrangement took a bit of getting used to - rely on the staff to 'seat you' as they seem to know where you'll be most comfortable! Only negative aspect of meal times is peak times can be quite noisy and there is a bit of an art to moving between food/table areas. Lunch food available at the poolside a bit of a disappointment, tended to be monotomous and often ran out of the more popular dishes.

Beautiful garden areas - all very well maintained. As was the pool.

Loads of inside seating areas within the hotel. Lots of quiet spaces tucked away - some indoor areas a little bit gloomy, but perhaps this is a matter of individual preference.

Two quite separate and different pool areas (one beach style, one typical poolside) was a really nice touch, giving a different experience at each.

Before discovering this hotel two and a half years ago i never used to like going to the same hotel twice , but the quality of the food the service from the reception , chalet maids, waiters and bar staff are superb plus the hard work put in by the animation team that keeps you entertained day and night ( they always have a smile on their faces when sometimes they must be physically shattered) make this hotel worth coming back to time and again .

Per il terzo anno consecutivo veniamo ad ottobre in questa struttura. Personale sempre gentile e cortese.
Tuttavia rispetto agli anni precedenti abbiamo notato minore varietà nel cibo servito ai buffet (comunque sempre tutto buonissimo), mentre si conferma una nota negativa la pulizia della stanza: troppo sbrigativa e molte volte da richiedere perchè arrivavamo alle 14.30 in stanza ed ancora non era fatta, non accettabile.
Anche se ci sono aree di miglioramento, in generale siamo stati benissimo e torneremo anche il prossimo anno.

Cleaning has ignored our room for three days in the row-we had to remind them to clean. Food was not good at all. We ended up eating out. Really typical 3 stars all inclusive hotel.

Der er ingen aircondition, og det var virkelig varmt. Desuden skal man vide, at rejser man med børn, så er det ikke lige meget om der er køjeseng eller to enkeltsenge. Ved køjeseng er der 3 rum - værelse, stue og soveværelse. Ved enkeltsenge er der kun to. Der sover børnene i stuen.

The hotel is well placed close to beaches, bars, restaurants etc in Las Americas, so thats great. The pool area is nice and always sunchairs available, the bar area is also OK. Beer is drinkable but wine and drinks are awful (as usual with all-inclusive).Beds are big and not as hard as usual in Spain, also a big plus! But what brings down the whole experience is the terrible eating area (all-inclusive buffet) which is crowdy, extremely noisy so instead of enjoying a dinner with family you just want to get out of there as soon as possible. Why the garden restaurant is closed is probably easy to understand from an owner point of view, but for a full-paying guest its insulting. So we are not going to come back.

Loistavalla paikalla, n. 200m merestä oleva siisti ja toimiva hotelli, jossa paljon lapsiperheitä sekä iäkkäämpiä henkilöitä. Paljon ohjelmaa. Ok tenniskenttä, jota sai varata ilmaiseksi. Pingis, lentis ja fudiskenttä. Paljon aurinkotuoleja kahden altaan ympärillä. Ruoka hyvää, mutta viikon lomaa ajateltuna liian yksipuolista. Pitsat olivat taivaallisen hyviä ravintolassa. Huoneet siivottiin päivittäin ja ne olivat kahden lapsen kanssa erittäin toimivia (kerrossänky toisessa huoneessa ja lisäksi toinen makkari + olohuone, jossa minijääkaappi).
Hotellin sisällä oli myös pieni mini-zoo, jossa lintuja ja marsuja, joita pystyi syöttämään.

Negatiivisena juttuna pulut/kyyhkyt, jotka aloittivat klo 7.00 huutamisen, jota jatkui siihen saakka kun aurinko laski. Meteli oli hirveä ja siihen usein heräsi.
Iltaohjelma oli varsin laadutonta ja jopa ala-arvoista.
Viinit, jotka kuuluivat hintaan, olivat hintatason alapäästä.

Mutta kaikkinensa erittäin hyvä perhehotelli!

Super vacances

Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille, l'établissement est spacieux à proximité de tout (plage, commerce) au niveau restauration c'était bien un peu répétitif mais reste correcte.
Petit bémols les animaux en cage perroquets oies jai eu mal au cœur à chaque fois que je passais à côté.

Séjour agréable ,dans un cadre superbe
Tout est prévu pour les enfants même les plus jeunes ,les piscines sont agréables et les animaux présents sur le site réjouissent les enfants
Les chambres sont propres et confortables
Les repas à base de buffets permettent de satisfaire les différents goûts ,
Le all inclusive permet de se restaurer tout au long de la journée
L’hôtel est situé près des magasins et près de la plage

В целом, отель хороший.
Из нюансов - полное самообслуживание (чемодан при заселении до номера дотащить, на третий этаж поднять, приборы/салфетки на обеде/ужине найти) + отдельно платный вайфай (15eur за неделю за устройство) - об этом просто надо знать заранее.
В остальном норм - чисто, аккуратно, еда хорошая. поставил 5.

Sehr schönes Hotel! Wir hatten All Inklusive und waren 9 Tage da, als Paar (25/26 Jahre alt).
Bombe Auswahl beim Essen - nichts zu klagen!
Sehr schöne Hoteleinrichtung und sehr sauber. Super Lage (Shoppingmöglichkeiten und Strandnähe). Animateure sehr freundlich und witzig, wie auch die anderen Angestellten. Die meisten Hotelbesucher waren Italiener, dann hat es noch Franzosen, Deutsche und Amis. Viele verschiedene Besucher, was toll ist. Wenig Schweizer.

Ist aber halt eher ein Familienhotel. Sehr viele Kinder und bei den Schwimmbecken eher laut, es kommt einem vor als wäre man in der Freizeitbadi.

Schön wäre, wenn es einen Pool hätte wo nur Erwachsene hinein dürften, dann kämen bestimmt auch mehr Päärchen in das Hotel. :)

Ein Stern Abzug weil:
W-lan nur bei der Lobi, wenn man an mehreren Orten haben möchte muss man pro Handy 16 Euro bezahlen. Badetücher darf man nicht vom Zimmer raus nehmen - muss man jedesmal mieten und den Tresor im Zimmer muss man auch mieten wenn man ihn benützen will - No Go bei All Inklusive (hatte bei den anderen Hotels die ich gebucht hatte immer alles inkl.)

Wir empfehlen das Hotel weiter.

Das Hotel wird allen Bedürfnissen von All Inclusive-Kundschaft gerecht. So verschieden die Menschen, so verschieden sind die Angebote. Wir hatten ein fantastisches Zimmer mit zwei Balkonen und entsprechendem Ausblick auf das Meer. Hatten wir mal genug von Ausflügen oder Pool, lagen wir einfach im Zimmer und genossen das WLAN oder den Sonnenuntergang. Das Hotelpersonal war aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Küche war erstaunlich gut für einen Service, der auf stundenlange Verfügbarkeit ausgelegt ist.
Gerne hätte ich für jedes Team als Ganzes Trinkgeld gegeben, aber es gibt keine zugänglichen Sammelkassen. So muss auf gut Glück jemandem, der/die gerade Dienst hat, das Geld in die Hand gedrückt werden. Hinterlässt ein ungutes Gefühl.
Die Tiere im Park führen nicht alle ein artgerechtes Leben, werden aber gut gehalten und bereiten vielen Freude.

Très bon séjour !

Le séjour était très bien - Beaucoup d'étranger (Allemands et Italiens), mais la communication reste simple en français ou en anglais.
Le cadre est paradisiaque et propre. Le personnel est professionnel et responsable.
