So we checked in and were told as loyal IHG members despite booking with Expedia we would get late checkout commentary from the hotel
When it came to checkout I was told I need to pay and this was incorrect info provided

I was unhappy with this.

Only downside for our trip here was waiting for lifts…
As able bodied fairly young people, we didn’t really mind walking up and down 7 flights of stairs to and from our room, but for two mornings of our stay the stairs were cordoned off for vacuuming / carpet shampooing… at the busiest time of day???? Bizarre behaviour?! So we HAD to wait for a lift and the waiting times were simply ridiculous, made worse by some of the lifts being out of service…

The room was basic but clean, view was of the dual carriageway. Food was good and varied. The pool area was very busy, difficult to get sunbeds and after 3pm was just dirty with left plates and cups lying around. There was no space anywhere, nowhere for kids to play football, no grassy area, and the music was non stop. Not a very relaxing holiday but the kids had fun in the pool.

The hotel was very central unfortunately the area is hilly. The room requires some new furniture and fridge as old, also a proper chair to sit and some pegs on wall to hang clothes to air at end of day.
Towels were hard and at times frayed, maybe fan in bathroom

As returning guests of multiple visits we can recommend the Hotel for its friendly staff with special mention to Sidi who always remembers us. The rooms are comfortable and well attended. Queues at the bars are limited to few due to some self service options. The food is varied and great quality. The pools are excellent even having to join in the madness of putting towels out and staying with them from pre 0730. But, it’s better than previously when you had to wait for chains to be unlocked. Another perfect holiday.

Decent hotel for a getaway

The hotel was good. The food was acceptable. Decent choices each day. Definitely a family oriented hotel. The pool area is over crowded although there were plenty of loungers as a result. Perfect budget getaway for an all inclusive option.

Our stay at the hotel is very good. Five star to the entertainment team and the staff. There are lots of activities for all ages, from kids to adults to the whole family. The furniture in the room need to be upgraded - worn table legs etc. The dinner food cuisine varies day by day which is great!

7 days at Las Dalias

This was our 4th stay at the hotel. Staff are amazing. Very hard working,friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clran and close to beach, bars and restaurants. We had a room on 8th floor with mountain view. Room was on small side and near to motorway,although this was not a problem when door was closed. The floor in the room had wide gaps in floorining, which is ready to be replaced.

A nice stay

Room is big and clean and comfy beds, the hotel itself is dated and needs a revamp.
Just a little Christmassy so a little disappointing, staff are all lovely and welcoming and work hard. lots of activities going on and the entertainment is really good.
Food is just ok but could be a lot better and alot hotter but lots of choice.

Fantastic hotel, lots of choice for food and drink. Having multiple pools is great and multiple bars open until different times. The entertainment team was fantastic, things for everyone to get involved with. Only negative a maid threw away our baby’s sterilising tablets on the 2nd to last day so that made things tricky - (assuming by mistake thinking it was rubbish)

The staff was the major highlight. They were very friendly and professional, making sure that my stay was pleasant. It's an older hotel, some of the furniture and the carpet needs to be replaced. Also, I found quite a few of bugs/insects inside the room. Overall I'd recommend it mainly because of the amazing staff and convenience to walk to the beach and shopping stores.

DELIGHTFUL AT LAS DALIAS

Excellent, as always at Las Dalias. Special praise for the staff and in particular a member of the entertainment team called Martha and also her friend whose name I don’t know. They interacted wonderfully with guests. One small observation - the variety of prepared. fruit at meals was less than usual. There were grapes, melon and watermelon at every meal but almost nothing else, for instance no grapefruit or pineapple. But that is only a small point in relation to the usual very pleasant stay I once again had.

Excellent stay, the room was fantastic, the all-inclusive experience was excellent, the only thing was the cocktails were not good.

The pre-made syrups and mixtures used are not very nice, training the bar staff to make the cocktails on the menu would definitely enhance what is already a great experience!

very clean, they clean everything very well. The food is plentiful and generally good. Great choice of bar drinks. The entertainment staff was small and limited. The pool was nice and the hot tub was good. Rules should be either enforced or just don't have them. Long pants for men at dinner were canceled for half of our stay? No saving lounge chairs at the pool was totally ignored. We had a very nice stay and I would stay here again.

I can't praise the staff at this hotel enough. The hotel is conveniently situated in the busiest part of the island, within walking distance to the beach/Siam park and Siam mall. Decor slightly aged but rooms cleaned everyday. Delicious food with a good variety.

On our last day we got given a courtesy room so could have a shower and also food before we left for the airport.

Would love to be back some day.

Fab hotel stay in Tenerif

Great situated hotel. Close to beach , restaurants and shopping mall.

Fab hotel , very clean , filtered water dispenser everywhere, great staff !!
Food was lovely, lots of choices and dishes changed daily.

Lovely big pool , also lots of activities like archery, pétanque,darts , acqua gym and night show , music , dance ….

All inclusive the best options I think … well worth it !! :)
will be going back for sure !!

Hotel recently refurbished, so fresh and clean looking. Pay the extra for pool view, as some of the cheaper rooms have disappointing vistas.
Food excellent. Wide variety to suit all tastes. Different theme of food each night.
Drinks very acceptable, and includes some of the named brands.
Location very good, on a bus route.

This was our 6 visit in 7 years. The hotel as been fully refurbished outside, including the balconies. Very well done. Also, the bathroom has been refurbished, very comfortable walk in shower. Staff is super friendly and cleaning is excellent.
We stayed there in phase 2 and phase 3 Covid. No problem at all.

Had a fabulous holiday from start to end staff were very friendly and there was nothing to much trouble for them. we enjoyed the various entertainment areas there was something for everyone. Dining room was a bit chaotic at times but the staff managed it fairly well most of the time.

amazing hotel. Nice all inclusive-easy on the mind for the drinks. The cocktail on the menu is not great but you can also ask them to make something you like.
The staff put a lot of effort in entertainment like karaoke night and mini golf.

Lovely friendly staff, brilliant entertainment team. We had a interconnecting room with our 11 and 14 year old. Good size rooms, toiletries provided are full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The entertainment team are great.
Food was good, lots of options, vegetarian dishes, kids food, fish, meat, cheeses, desserts, fruit, plenty of dishes to please everyone and continuously topped up. Drinks on tap.
The only downside was the subbed situation, guests start queuing over an half an hour before the pool area opens and then it’s a mad dash for beds, they leave towels and go off, it’s not controlled at all, one day people put towels on 6 beds, didn’t return until 3pm! The lifeguard will help you find beds but when they are gone they are gone, it ruined it for us as we didn’t want to Que every morning so some days we couldn’t get beds and had to just sit on the edge of the pool or in the pool bar area. We were there for October half term, We came back the middle of the following week, once half term was over there were plenty of sun beds so I guess it’s just a problem in high season or school holidays?
Other than that the hotel is great, we could park in the hotel car park no problem and the service is excellent. It’s very friendly, staff and guests

That being said the rooms and hallways do need a bit of an update but didnt detract from the holiday.
Sunbed situation was fine for us however when half term clearly started, there were people without sunbeds as all were taken or reserved by 9am!

I’ve been to many hotels in Tenerife this was average to good . The food was ok breakfast and lunch nice dinner not so nothing different from lunch . Rooms were clean tidy but corridors were gloomy . They have a huge sunbed issue most hotels I’ve been to have a policy where if sunbeds aren’t being used a note is put on and after 45 to 60 mins the towels would be removed but not here we saw beds not sat on all day This needs looking into . Entertainment seemed good day and night didn’t have children with me so couldn’t comment on this . We had a nice stay but was lucky didn’t pay at full price.

I understand a certain standard is expected at evening dining but feel tailored dress shorts should be allowed for men considering women are allowed in wearing the shortest or most casual clothing.

It was great the drinks were amazing and the food was good too different theme every night for example Canarias food, tapas, crepe night etc. Breakfast was always nice too plenty of selection like pancakes made to order omelettes , pastries everything. Rooms were clean, but plain and simple.. however how long do you need to spend in your room on a sunny holiday??
Plenty of food choices and drink choices on the all inclusive package. Entertainment was fantastic for children. The fun & fit activities I would definitely recommend but I think they need more evening entertainment for adults. With 3 bars to choose from, but only outside entertainment in one.. bit disappointing.
Location to beach, bars, shops and restaurants was perfect, right on your door step. Siam Park, Biggest waterpark was a 10-12 minute walk, slight incline.
