The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the buffet was hit and miss. Some days, the food was hot, some days it wasn't. Frustrating when paying for this expensive hotel.

We stayed in the Hotel Princess Inspire for Christmas. The hotel is absolutely clean, the rooms very modern. The main pool was heated. The food restaurant (buffet) has also vegetarian dishes and food for persons with allergies (lactose etc.). The staff is super friendly. The hotel is in the middle of Adeje Coast with access to numerous hiking trails (20 - 40 Minutes by car). The ferry to La Gomera can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
They had a gala dinner on 25th December, which was spectacular.
We would certainly come back to the hotel. Only point of criticism: We had a room with a view to the pool. Every evening until 11.00 p.m. there was music at the bar. For us, a bit too noisy.

Like: Staff were really friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean and fresh after the refurbishment. The large, heated swimming pool was perfect for us to do some serious swimming. Close to coastal walks.
Not to like: Too many steps! To enter the hotel, you have to go up, then down to the main lobby. Then take 52 steps down to the restaurant and the lift wasn't easy to find. The food was fresh and replenished quickly, but not that hot. The spa was underwhelming. The sauna wasn't hot, the massage jets in the outdoor pool were disappointing. There was no door to the bathroom, and a mirrored sliding door to the shower/toilet, which was somewhat transparent.

Great hotel , couldn’t really fault it. All the
Amenities you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. Staff were exceptional, friendly and happy to help. We were there for new year and they really made an effort with dinner and entertainment- pity they were a bit late with the 12.00 countdown! 😀 food was great with plenty of choice. We also ate in ‘the one’ which is there a la carte restaurant for gold members. Food was nice but nothing special and less choice than the food market. It wasn’t very busy either so not the same atmosphere. Hotel has a good location too near the beach and bars and restaurants. We had a side room because we asked for a quiet room but did hear noise from a neighbouring karaoke bar and late homecomers on the street below.
Just a note if you are less mobile there are 51 steps from reception to the restaurant! Keeps you fit if nothing else! Would recommend this hotel

Hotel was beautiful, we arrived the day after it reopened and it was perfect, staff are amazing and the hotel is beautiful. Only slight issues were that we weren’t made aware that the nightclub/bar in the hotel wasn’t ready which meant we weren’t able to use that facility that we were really looking forward to and missed out on the entertainment that was to be in that venue which was more our style. Hotel was super clean and drinks were great, the hotel started to get busier as the days were going on and the staff adapted, there were slight issues with food/capacity but this is expected when a hotel has just reopened. Overall lovely hotel and I would love to come back when the bar is open as I think it would make the experience perfect.

I visited Tenerife on a trip to the Canary Islands with my boyfriend. We loved the Bahia Princess. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and began helping the second we stepped out of the taxi. One thing that was interesting was that there were not a lot of kids at the resort while we were there. It was mostly adults and they put on a lot of great entertainment for them! With that being said, they did have a whole section for kids, including their own pool and an arcade area. Maybe it was the time of year, but it was definitely an older crowd. If I am ever back in Costa Adeje, I will most definitely be staying at the Bahia Princess again.

Hotel was good but there are too many steps involved to access pool and restaurant.there are 2 separate lift systems also needed to access pool etc.rear exit to beach area was locked which means you have to walk up from pool and out main door and around the hotel.this invlol es hilly streets and could be avoided if gate was open.
Wi fi in room was vefy good and good engljsh channels ie bbc 1 and 2 itv sky news.

A very nice hotel.

Our second stay at this lovely hotel. We booked half board, The food was really good a wide variety of choice for breakfast and also dinner.
The room we were allocated on arrival didn't meet our requirements and there was no problem changing it to a better positioned one.
The hotel is very close to Shops, Restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

Unbelievable that there was no free wifi anywhere in the hotel.Rooms well appointed comfortable spotless but lighting very bad and no reading lamp so it was impossible to read at night in the room.The dining room is a separate building to the hotel and quite a distance from the rooms this could present a problem on a wet day !!!!!Food average.Charged for fridge in room (unheard of)and no tea or coffee making facilities.

I was slightly disappointed, the staff was nice and the rooms clean but not overly comfortable, we had just one socket to charge something and just because we unplugged the lamp. The hotel had no sporting facilities except the 3 pools, they charge extra for WIFI, the fridge, the save and for the change of the pool towels, which I think is ridiculous considered the amount of money they charge for the room.
The food was almost always cold, the only chance to get something hot was to get it from one of the cooks who were preparing certain things fresh.
I wouldn't rate it any higher than 3 stars.

Malgré les 4 étoiles, le service n'est pas du tout à la hauteur.
Dès mon arrivée, j'ai demandé à ce qu'on vienne nettoyé le sol de ma chambre qui était poussiéreux (pas lavé depuis plusieurs jours je suppose). En marchant pieds nus, mes pieds étaient noirs en 5 minutes.
Le ménage est fait de manière partielle, le lit n'est pas complètement fait tous les jours (oreillers laissés de coté...). J'ai du demander deux fois en 10 jours à la réception une intervention spécifique afin qu'on fasse correctement ma chambre.
Avec le formule essencia, vous mangez dans un restaurant buffet + service à la table . Un matin, ils ont carrément oublié ma commande sans s'en excuser et en me demandant de commander à nouveau. Le restaurant se veut proposer un service haut de gamme, malheureusement la nourriture est trop salée. C'était mon deuxième séjour à Ténérife, mon premier étant au Gran Tinerfe. J'ai largement préféré ce dernier : en effet, même s'il est moins \"haut de gamme\", le service était irréprochable et le personnel était très chaleureux et aux petits soins.

Would I stay again…? Hmmm..

Outwardly the hotel looks pretty amazing. Inside surprised me, looking more like a cruise ship that has seen its best days. The rooms, beds, pillows, blankets, shower were all pretty ok. Lots of pensionare clients, who wake up early and go to bed early. That means slamming doors starts around 7am when everyone goes to breakfast and also that the evening entertainment is over by 11-12pm. I like to sleep late on my holidays but was woken up at 8:30 for ”cleaning”. My bad that I forgot to put up that ”don’t disturb” sign. The next day there wasn’t any cleaning even if the ”clean my room” sign hanged on my door the entire day. You hear 2 quick knocks and they immediately burst in if you’re not fast enough to run to the door yourself. Soundproof is very poor, so have your earplugs ready bc the cleaning appearantly starts at breakfast time, at 7 am, and you can hear all these cleaning trolleys and the cleaners conversations. For smokers: there are areas, but not on your balcony or terrace. Would I stay again? ….maybe when you give me the room with a balcony view that I paid for instead of some leisure area overlooking some terrace rooftop. Location nice. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets very close by!

Från den dag jag sattes min fot på hotellet var servicen perfekt. Välkomstdrink, en värd som tar hand om ditt bagage. Bemötandet från receptionen var fantastisk! Très bel hôtel, bien entretenu, quelques finitions à revoir dans les chambres. Personnel agréable mais aucun ne maîtrise la langue française. Anglais indispensable… Déçu qu’aucune boisson ne soit incluse dans la demi-pension, tout est payant même une bouteille de 25cl d eau à 2,60 euros. Parking dans l’hôtel à 15 euros la journée exorbitant , dans la rue impossible de trouver une place. Fin du séjour on vous remet la note à régler sans même vous demander comment le séjour s’est passé…. Superbe hôtel quand même malgré toutes ces remarques et mer à 100 mètres, emplacement idéal, je pense y revenir si mes remarques sont prises en compte.

Hingað förum við aftur sem allra fyrst

Frábært Hotel í alla staði. Mæli með að dvelja á Princess. Frábær staðsetning þar sem allt er við hendina, stutt niður á strönd, allar verslanir og stutt í hraðbrautina ef þú ert að fara eitthvað lengra. Hótelið sjálft er mjög fallegt að innan sem utan, vel við haldið. Frábært að hafa þrjár sundlaugar. Fyrst vissum við ekki að við ættum að panta bekki við sundlaugina í appi en það var aldrei til vandræða að fá bekk. Allt mjög aðgengilegt.
Herbergið var mjög rúmgott. Allt mjög snyrtilegt, stórir skápar og svalirnar rúmgóðar, sem var gott að sitja á til að vera á í sólbaði. Rúmin eru sérstaklega góð og með sæng eins og við erum vön.
Eina sem mætti bæta var að hafa meiri tilbreytingu í morgunmatnum miða við hótelið sem við vorum á áður þó að morgunmagurinn var frábær þarna líka.
Þarna voru glæsileg skemmtiatriði á kvöldin sem mikið var lagt í. Spennandi afþreying var í biði sem hver og einn gat valið um. Mæli algjörlega með þessu hóteli fyrir alla.

Receptionens personal var amatörmässig. Vid check-in fick den som skrek högst komma först i kön. Ankomsten till hotellet förstörde allt, känslan blev att det är ett hotell för typ lägre ”Svensson” gäster. I övrigt var det mycket gamla människor som var hotellets gäster. Inget fel på det. Men det är inget hotell för barnfamiljer. Frukosten var enkel, men det viktigaste fanns, men inget extra. Jag avråder att boka in på detta hotell. Ingen WiFi på rummet utan extra kostnad. Hotellet känns som en vind från 1970-talet.

Das Hotel ist in seinem Service, seiner Sauberkeit, den Angeboten in der Freizeit sowie den Freizeit-Möglichkeiten innerhalb der Hotelanlage hervorragend aufgestellt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, Tücher für die Sonnenliegen werden gestellt und können nach Vorlage eines Gutscheins auch mehrfach innerhalb einer Woche kostenlos getauscht werden. Im Zimmer ist ein Wasserkocher aufgestellt, und ein Angebot an Instant-Kaffee Tüten oder Tee Beuteln wird täglich aufgefrischt, ebenso die tägliche Flasche Wasser. Von Tisch-Tennis über Billard, von Animation bis hin zu den Abendveranstaltungen, alles ist sehr gut organisiert. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen kann man nur auf Basis von 5 Sternen beurteilen, es ist reichhaltig, überraschend, frisch zubereitet (nach Wahl direkt vom Koch vor den eigenen Augen) und ebenso hervorragend platziert. Keine 10 Minuten Fußweg, und man ist am Strand. Und wichtig, fast alle Ausflugs-Busse haben Ihren Stop auch direkt vor der Hotel-Eingangsanlage. Einen Tiefgaragen-Platz kann man kostenpflichtig anmieten und somit das Mietauto von den engen Strassen und wenigen Parkplätzen außerhalb des Hotels fernhalten. Wir sind 100% überzeugt von diesem Hotel und würden jederzeit wieder dorthin zurück kehren.

Kein gratis Internet im Zimmer ist meiner Meinung nach ein NoGo im 2019 und entspricht auch nicht den heutigen Erwartungen. Das Check-In dauerte mehr als 20 Minuten.
Positive Punkte vergebe ich für das Frühstück.

Kleiner als gedacht, aber schön

Ein schönes Hotel eingebettet in der Hotellandschaft der Costa Adeja. Etwas kleiner bzw. enger als es auf dem Bild wirkt.
Aber alles in gutem Zustand, sauber, guter Service, gutes Essen. Liegen am Pool waren trotz Nebensaison Mangelware. Zwei Drittel der Liegen waren mit Handtüchern besetzt, obwohl niemand da war und auch der Pool leer war. Es stand zwar überall, dass das Besetzen mit Handtüchern nicht erlaubt sei, aber die Tücher dann entfernt würden. So war es aber nicht und es gab auch keinerlei Badeaufsicht im großen Pool. Kann sein, dass an einem der beiden kleineren Pools ein Bademeister saß...Wir waren nur drei Nächte da. Das Essen war gut. Wie abwechsungsreich kann ich nicht beurteilen.

El hotel esta muy bien, mejor que esperaba. Teníamos desayunos incluidos son bastante buenos. Dormitorios amplios y limpios, en primer dia no cambiaron la cama, pero esto no afecta nada) actividades buenísimas muy divertidas para los niños y adultos. Seguramente nos volveremos y recomendamos.

Eine wunderschöne Hotelanlage mit drei Pools, ein passend ausgestattetes Zimmer mit genügend Platz und genügend Schränken, TV, kostenfreier Kühlschrank, etc.
Sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet.
Sehr gut gewähltes Abendprogramm aus vielen Genres- für uns war immer etwas interessantes und unterhaltsames dabei.
Sehr guter Service und äußerts freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an jeder Stelle.
Dass das WiFI nicht auf dem Zimmer empfangbar ist, fanden wir als Eltern im Nintendo-Zeitalter hilfreich, um so den Spieltrieb der Kinder zu reduzieren und besser zu kontrollieren.
Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Malo y escaso el buffet del mediodía. Las piscinas todo el mundo saltando y con colchonetas por lo cual era incómodo para estar con niños relajarte y nadar. Y solo un socorrista para tres piscinas

Echt een tof hotel, bij binnenkomst goede uitleg en ook gelijk naar de kamer. Betaling altijd in orde en ook ontbijt is mega lekker en veel.

Propreté excellente. Gentillesse du personnel. Adaptabilité du personnel de réception pour arranger au maximum le client (chambre de courtoisie possible et gratuite si besoin en cas de départ tardif).
Buffet du matin et du soir correcte. Localisation parfaite pour visiter l’île.
Architecture impressionnante, c’est Las Vegas!

Seul point négative pour nous est la qualité de la literie qui est moyenne et les chambres doubles sont deux lits indépendants. Pas terrible pour un jeune couple.
Un petit coup de jeune dans la décoration serait agréable mais pas indispensable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Bahia Princesse et y retournerons sûrement.

Merci à tout le personnel et en particulier à Carlos pour sa bonne humeur.

Nada que destacar positivamente considerando que se trata de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Negativo únicamente tiene wifi gratis en algunas zonas comunes y cobran por su uso en la habitación. Increíble que un hotek de 4 estrellas no tenga wifi gratis en todo el complejo
