amenities for being a kids friendly resort there aren’t toilet toddler friendly neither cutlery.

Sustainability: a lot of single use plastic cups which isn’t great for the environment.

The hours of the splash park aren’t kids friendly neither as it opens at 10:00 when more of kids are awake since 6am

Excellent staff, great facilities and a large and comfortable apartment. Food was excellent and a good variety, changing from day to day. Loved that some of the food was cooked to order and was very fresh. A few activities during the day and some good shows in the evenings.
Hotel accommodated our request to have 2 apartments next to each other.
Doors were a little sticky to open and we had a noisy local bar nearby, but in all very minor things.

Amazing hotel for families as it has lots of activities going on all day. Entertainment team were fantastic. Alot of steps around the complex though, so anybody with mobility issues may struggle. Food was of a good standard. Drinks, however were a little on the poor side. No dry white wine, only sweet & the normal drinks didnt appear to be that alcoholic, beer was ok though. Plenty of sunbeds although it was Easter, maybe in the summer could be an issue. Terraces & balconies are huge though & could easily have sunbeds on them, which would help! Overall a fabulous holiday where the staff work extremely hard to make it that way. Definitely would return.

I recently stayed at Tagoro Family & Fun Costa Adeje with my three children, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience for all of us. The kids were absolutely thrilled, and the hotel truly lives up to its name as a family-friendly destination.

The real gem of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. They treat you like family, always attentive, caring, and ready to go above and beyond to make your stay special. Their warmth and dedication made a lasting impression on us.

The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste and preference. We were fortunate to stay during the Christmas holidays, and the hotel organized a fantastic program throughout the day, filled with fun activities and festive cheer. The highlight of the celebrations was the special Christmas dinner, featuring a delicious turkey that delighted everyone.

Over the course of our seven-day stay, we fully recharged, soaked in positive vibes, and created wonderful memories. Most importantly, we left with a strong desire to return. Once again, I must emphasize how incredible the hotel staff are – they truly make your stay unforgettable and always go the extra mile to accommodate guests.

Highly recommended for families looking for a welcoming and fun-filled holiday!

This Hotel is not worth anywhere near what we paid. Rooms were tired and outdated. Old scabby blankets and bed sheets. Shower that you had to keep stopping or it overflows out of the basin. I requested a pool view months before travel and they didn’t even try to help. The buffet was basic and slapped together. We are breakfast and didn’t bother with other meals. DON’T GO ALL INCLUSIVE. drinks are watered down tripe. You’d put your towels on a lounger at 08.30 and go get breakfast only to return to a later saying’ your towels would be moved if no return in 30 minutes. 😡. The star status it gives its self is ridiculous. I would rate this 2 star at a push. We we return.. absolutely not.. staff of rude and arrogant. The only staff that are worth there wages are the cleaners as they have to try and clean what is already a broken room. I even roomed to find a new hotel on arrival I was that disappointed. You live and learn I suppose. I learnt that I won’t be retuning. Not for a good pig.

Good hotel but the low price/value ration

Stuff is very friendly and trying their best during covid. Furnitures were worn out and the tiles were extremely slippery when wet which happens if you have the hot tub on the balcony. Also, the glass decoration on top of shelves have sharp edges which I think dangerous with small children. Normal food, plenty of things to do with kids 15 minutes walk from the beach. We had a nice week there.

Fab stay here. Rooms kept exceptionally clean. Staff were fantastic. Food was to a good standard and had sufficient variety. Beds quite hard but this by no means ruined my holiday. Good selection of activities available. Pool was clean and well kept. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was great in every way except the lunch and dinner timetable which is very short considering we traveled with 2 small children. 1-3 pm lunch seems short and dinner starts quite late at 7pm. Also staff was great and helpful except for one person from the restaurant who told us we can not take any food to our room even thou our children were sleeping and we missed out on 4 dinners from 8 nights because of this and 3 lunches.

Just back from a week stay at Tagoro and would recommend. Great family hotel, close to all amenities and attractions. Hotel itself was great; pool areas and kiddies pool and club were all fab, loads to be doing. Staff were all lovely and food/all inclusive was great. Always loads for kids during the day if they get hungry between meal times.
On our second last day some maintenance work has started to be carried out around the pool, a huge area sectioned off to be re-tiled which was quite noisy more than anything. Personally it didn’t bother us as we were leaving but I can see how it would upset those who were just arriving as the work was unexpected.

My family and myself all really enjoyed our stay at the Tagaro. The staff were really friendly, food was great and rooms were also good. Only downside was entertainment for kids was good but no adult entertainment when kinds entertainment finished. So nothing for us adults who wished to stay up for another drink when kids went to bed.

We stayed here from 10th February to 16th February 2019 .We are a family with .two teenagers.Our booking was for an apartment with balcony and city view.We were given an apartment (003)with no balcony no view and no sunshine.We were moved next day as an appartment came vacant with a pool view and sunshine.The staff fwere exceptional. There was not one person you could find fault with. They work really hard and nothing was too much trouble. The selection of food was excellent,my wife is a vegetarian and never had a problem with food, the entertainement staff were brilliant. We recommend thi hotel and will definetly would like to go back, the all inclusive is excellent, We have stayed in alot of different hotel and resorts and can honeslty the nicest staff are here and they go way out of their way for you to have a good holiday. We have already recommended a few friends to come here,. The manageress is extremely helpful and again nothing is too much trouble,

we found the Tagoro a good family hotel, not bad for couples but would not choose the location again as it was too far from the coast and main entertainment. Although we had no children with us we were very dissapointed at the amount of smoking going on around the children. The hotel would be a better place if it had designated smoking areas, all inclusive finishing at 11pm not so handy for any people without children, but it is a family hotel , plenty of good food for all ages, staff hard working, really nice little area with mini water park for the little kids

Lovely, vibrant family friendly hotel

This hotel is suitable for everyone from a girly holiday, to a couples getaway and for family adventures. We had a really bad first night stay at another hotel so was looking for something alot better so we called expedia for some help as we didn't know which hotel to go for and they suggested this one. The lady was really helpful and told us about the facilities here as well as customer feedback and we decided to go for it straight away. We travelled as a couple and when we got there it was everything we was looking for plus more. All members of staff from the receptionists down to the clearners were very friendly, welcoming and polite. The hotel has great views as it is on a hill but is in a great location, its about a 10min walk to the beach and there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants all within walking distance and the siam shopping mall is right on their doorstep. We never had to walk anywhere as we hired a car but even the world famous siam waterpark was really close the the facility. I could go on all day about the good points of this complex as it has so many. We were extremely happy staying here.

Exactly what the name suggests

Food was excellent throughout andthe staff are really nice and friendly as well. No issues getting drinks on an evening and we were there over the busy Easter period as well. Plenty of activities for the kids and adults to do throughout the day as well. The kids club is great and to be honest we started to feel a bit guilty half way through the holiday as they wanted to go every session which gave us quite a bit of free time as well.

Would definitely recommend staying here. We had 1 small issue with our initial room but the hotel staff were more than happy to move us when we asked. Would definitely go back again.

Just returned, fantastic. All Staff from cleaning to front desk are a credit to the Hotel. Special mention for Francisco in the restaurant, who always made you feel so welcome and provided brilliant service. Kids loved all the Entertainment Team and they really engaged everyone around the pool. Rooms and whole Hotel were spotless.Cannot recommend highly enough, will be back next year.

We had a lovely 10 days staying at the hotel. The entertainment was brilliant, kids always enjoyed the kids club and the splay pool.

The all inclusive food was good, with lots of choice and the staff were extremely helpful.

My only complaint would be that although we got a sun bed everyday, even in the Easter holidays, people were allowed to leave towels on some of the better ones and not sit on them until late in the afternoon!

There is nothing wrong with this hotel but I think it best suits families with children 10 and under. My kids are 15 and 18 so not enough going on for them. Staff were friendly, rooms clean and spacious and food quite good for an all inclusive. Takes about 15 to 20 mins to walk to beach but we like walking so that wasn't an issue for us. Nothing really going on in the immediate vicinity. Good value over all but setup for families around the pool.

Really nice stay. room cleaned everyday. Food was ok but gets boring. children's lilos can only go in the pool from 1.30-3.35 and can only get icecream from 5pm. Nice walk to the beach about 15 minutes but very hilly walking back up. taxi oby a few euros. this has a little indoor area which is good for littke ones when they need a break from the hest and the pool.

The Vila Tagoro is catered apartments, rather than a hotel. A choice of basic apartments surround a central pool, and smaller children's pool and play area.
Ideal for families with children from 4 to 12.
The only bar is the pool bar. At night plastic pool tables and chairs are arranged around a stage next to the pool. The only coffee available is in polystyrene cups, very disappointing for an after dinner coffee.
Entertainment is available around the pool, much of it for children.
The buffet meals are very good. A good choice, and plenty of change from day to day, and from lunch to dinner.

We booked a superior room as it was more roomy for 2 adults with a 13 & 11 year old. However upon check-in we were informed there a been a computer error resulting is us being booked into a standard room for our first 3 nights. I had received an email confirmation from Expedia a few days before departure confirming my booking. I feel the problem was over booking with the Hotel itself.
Saying that the standard room was more than adequate for our needs & would of happily stayed put.
Overall a lovely hotel, great food, excellent, friendly, accommodating staff. Pool was a little hectic at times but always something for the kids to do, so they were happy.

Lovely hotel with modern rooms and friendly staff. €5-10 in a taxi to Siam Park. 10min walk downhill to the town centre and another 10 mins to the beach. Something for everyone in the restaurant and a Burger King on your doorstep. Kids club (for 4yrs and up) kept mine entertained everyday. All inc stops at 23:00 and the entertainment is over and everything finished at 23:30.

This is my second time at the Tagoro, the first in 2014 and again a wonderful stay. Took the kids this time and we all had a really good time. Hotel has a lovely friendly intimate feel and all staff were extremely helpful. Kitchens have been refurbished since our last visit and the new look and set up is a great improvement. Ana at the restaurant is absolutely lovely and never without a smile every day. Always something good to eat and drinks are always flowing well at the pool bar with a great choice available including cocktails. Rooms are lovely and big and cleaned every day. Entertainment team is hotel based but not too intrusive and pushy. Good location and a 20min walk to the beach. My only down point is that they need new toasters! :-) queue for them in the morning as you have to put your toast on them about 6 times to get the bread brown, but if that's the only bad point - I can deal with that!!

THE BEST HOTEL IN TENERIFE.

We have been to Tenerife on numerous occasions the Dream Villa Tagoro is seriously the best we have stayed at it was just fantastic.

I can honestly say that everything was perfect from the free wifi in your room and yes english channels BBC1 and ITV channels all for free.

Food was excellent and all staff very friendly and helpful even when we arrived at 2am in the morning 1st day we were given a welcome pack lunch and the reception was so cheerful brilliant service.
We cannot wait to go back next year.

Receptionists were very friendly and informative. Room was spotless and spacious. Lovely living area and separate bedroom. Had our own patio and garden that looked over the small pool. Food and drink a plentiful, lots of selection to cover all tastes. Bit of a hill to walk down the the shops, beach etc only 3 euros 50 in a taxi to get back to the hotel. Would recommend and would go back again.

The room that we had was fresh, modern and safe for my family.
The resturant looked newly refitted very nicely & the range of foods available/quality
was excellent ..
The Kids mini club did keep our children entertained well.

too many rules!!!

A very rude man went round the pool area telling people and children off he seemed to enjoy it . Actually seen him pull a very small child out off the pool cause he was in a boat out of the time floats les was allowed . He was extremely rude and let down the hotel . This being the only reason why I wouldn't go back. Seemed to pick on the English more. I'm nearly 50 and got shouted at by him in front of people for sitting on the side of the pool drinking

Had a lovely holiday - booked on the Sunday arrived Monday! Most things were great, food was good although gets little bit repetitive (as with all AI hols), drinks good, never any hassle getting sunbeds. Rooms were huge (separate living/bedroom)and very clean, kettle and microwave in room. Staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly.

Wifi was ok - comes and goes but sufficient for holiday.

My only gripe would be not getting coffee in a proper cup by the pool (polystyrene!) You get coffee in a proper cup at breakfast but that's the only time of day.

We would definitely go back.

We stayed here for 10 nights. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly . The rooms were clean and having the maid service every day was nice. We were all inclusive and the food was excellent with plenty of choice. The children spent most of their time in the pool, which could get very busy (that would be my only criticism). Awful experience. I had booked a superior room through Expedia as it had a hot tub on balcony. Was given a jacuzzi in room and told this was a superior that they regraded and the one with hot tub was now called a premium superior room! We booked this in January and had looked forward to it only to be greatly disappointed at check in and was told I had to pay a further 200 euros if I wanted the room I had already paid extra for!! Food was horrendous resulting in us having To eat out every mealtime. The queues for dinner meant your food was absolutely freezing by time you got to end of line and queues for bar were just as bad.

Fantastic staff, lovely rooms but all down hill from there. Pool area - flip flops stick to floor as you walk around from kids spilling ice creams and drinks and keep getting a smell of sewers every few minutes. They do not hose this area every night like other hotels I have stayed in so still the same in morning.
Restaurant- old tables and chairs , wood rotting away at bottom of walls, saw 2 cockroaches on the only night we went in .One of these was actually crawling just above the food and could have dropped in a any time. It was on the top of the food counter which for some reason had tablecloths draped across it. Don't know if this was hiding more cockroaches or just because it was falling to bits like everything else in there. Food was ok but nowhere near as good as 3 star resorts we have stayed in in Majorca.
We went to reception and explained we could not eat there and could we have refund so we could find somewhere else to stay.
The lady there was very apologetic and explained that the restaurant is very old and that there will be a refurbishment over next few months.
They transferred us to their sister hotel Noelia Sur which was 5 minutes away, also 4 star but worlds apart . Immaculately clean , food exceptional, can't believe these two are same company!!!

Would I recommend to a friend definitely not Villa Tagoro but Noelia Sur 100%

Great holiday!

The hotel 'apartment' style of rooms was perfect for us as a family of 4. We had a nice big balcony but there was quite a difference between ground floor terraces and first floor balconies in terms of privacy. Its worth going for a superior room. The food was quite good but long queues. The pool was big but we preferred to go to Aqualand very nearby which was great fun.

Great Stay, Just One Problem

Overall, this was a really nice place to stay for our first visit to Tenerife. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day, the food was plentiful and spoilt for choice. Drinks, as all inclusive, a little less quality but nothing awful. The beer was OK! We booked a Superior Room (premium) with a Jacuzzi/HotTub on our own balcony. Unfortunately it didn't work hardly at all during our 5 night stay. We made 3 calls and 1 reception visit and it was repaired twice in the first 3 days. Didn't bother days 4/5. On checking out, I mentioned that it was still broken, we didn't ask for any refund and none was offered, fair enough. But then the receptionist gave us a bill for 1 drink we'd had 'after hours' anything beyond 11pm is apparently chargeable, for 6 Euro. No card transaction allowed so we dug around and came up with 5.86. To which the guy said, rather sarcastically, he'd take it but didn't see why they should subsidise our bar bill! Excuse me, after we subsidised their lack of facilities. Weren't happy with that and felt a little embarrassed TBH. But didn't let it take away from a lovely few days in the sunshine, relaxing in pleasant surroundings.

Based on what we paid I don't think you would get a better hotel! The pros far outweigh the cons.

Recommend a superior room for couples especially ! Food fine wIth a good variety and staff friendly and helpful mostly.

Fist impression looks ok.

We were allocated a room on the ground level which had a view of a brick wall. We paid extra to be upgraded to a higher room. The room had a separate lounge area to the bedroom and was well appointed and spacious. The terrace was spacious with its own Sun lounger. No view to speak of but it was more private. The dining room is tired looking and needs an upgrade however the food was ok and plenty of choice. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The evening entertainment was pretty poor most nights. The animation team did try hard however there were two evenings of Karaoke out of the five nights we were staying. As there is only one indoor lounge area so if you feel you want to be out of the room taking advantage of the free bar you had to sit and listen to Karaoke.
Would I recommend? The hotel was at least a 10 minute walk down hill to the sea front so I personally would not stay there again because of its position and lack of view so would not recommend.

Great all inclusive hotel

This was our first time staying at the hotel in Tenerife and we really enjoyed ourselves.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was great, as there was always something we liked being served. It is a great combination of the best aspects of a hotel and a villa. It is all inclusive, which included breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks and drinks at the poolside bar during the day.
They put a great deal of effort in keeping us entertained and 'merry' during Christmas, even creating a magazine with our photos on the cover (Note: this may not happen every year)
All in all, a great time and place to spend the Holidays! Sunny throughout our stay with not a drop of rain in sight :)

Our Family Holiday at the Villa Tagoro

My partner, I and our 2 children ages 12 and 2 all had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were excellent and the entertainment was fab both in the day and night.
There is not one thing that I could complain about and we would definitely go back to this hotel.
What a fab holiday to remember.

A Value for Money Fantastic Familly Holiday

All members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful; Cleaners, Waiters, Chefs, Receptionists, and Management - all would make eye contact and wish you well. Rooms are maintained well, and deep cleaned on the change over of guests. A lot of effort goes in to the food preparation to provide variation, plenty of choice and high quality. Themed (cuisine) evenings were well received. Another blessing was the packed lunches (or picnic lunches) available in the morning for those long days out; yoghurt, water, fruit, biscuits and sandwiches certainly helped to stave off those expensive cafes at the parks.

The staff involved with the entertainments continue with the \"work hard theme\" whilst being helpful and pleasant. Evening entertainment appears to be rotated on a 2 weekly cycle, and those external acts brought in proved to be good/enjoyable. Children of all ages enjoyed the organised children's entertainment - adults enjoyed theirs too.

Whilst we have previously had many fabulous and at times lavish holidays (5*+) - this was the one that ticked more boxes than most and the first one where we all agreed to the statement \"we'd go back tomorrow\". Ever wondered why some people return to the same place? We did wonder, but don't any more.

Had a fab time at this Hotel.

Arrived at the villa Tagora on 29th Jan for a short break with my husband and granchild aged 4 years. The reception staff were very efficient no waiting around, the room was very clean and the pool area the same. All staff were more then pleasant and the animation team were fantastic with the children.
Plenty variety in the restaurant and the pool bar was well equipped with food such as burgers and hotdogs for everyone. Sunbeds and parasols are plenty oh and they are chained up till 9am.
Will defo be going back to the Villa Tagora.

Nearly Top Class!

The Resort is very nice and has one of the best Swimming Pools that I have experienced at any resort, large and very clean. The Pool Bar and poolside tables make a very pleasant alternative to lounging on the patio areas.
Although the alcoholic drinks at the bar are all local produce, they were of a high standard.
We were a party of five and the only criticism, we had, was the food quality of main courses, at lunch and dinner. Although, obviously the quality of the produce used was good, the cooked food was very bland tasting almost inedible! We spoke to a Senior waiter, who agreed with us but would not inform the Chef, as he would shout!
Having said that, breakfast was the best meal of the day and Starters/Desserts at lunch/dinner were excellent. If the overall taste quality was improved I would say this would be a high quality resort, with nothing to spoil your stay.

I stayed at the Dream Villa Tagoro from Monday to Friday morning and my sheets where not changed throughout the period of my stay, The room was cleaned ok but the furniture is dated . The food was in abundance for those who like fried foods but I don't think there was enough variety to cater for all tastes. They claim to serve Spanish, Italian and French styles of food but I didn't see the other varieties. The tours were not explained to me on arrival. When I went to ask, the woman at the reception became quite abrupt with me as a result I didn't take advantage of their guided tours but used the private organisers instead.The rating should be 3 star not 4.

STAYED FOR A SHORT 5 DAY ANNIVERSARY SUNNY BREAK .WE WERE GREETED WITH A CARD AND A BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE IN OUR ROOM FROM THE RECEPTION THAT WAS A NICE TOUCH,THE STAFF WERE ALL VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT ,THE COMPLEX WAS IN GOOD ORDER AND WE ENJOYED OUR STAY VERY MUCH AS IT WAS WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH, WE BOOKED THE ALL INCLUSIVE DEAL AND IT WAS WORTH IT AS FOOD ,DRINKS AND EVENING ENTERTAINMENT WAS VERY GOOD AND EVEN WHEN WE WENT OUT FOR SIGHTSEEING THEY PACKED US A FOOD BAG.THE ONLY COMPLAINT WE HAD WAS THE BEDS WERE NOT COMFORTABLE
TO GET THERE BY CAR FROM SOUTH AIRPORT JUST GET ON THE MOTORWAY TOWARDS ADEGE AND GET OFF A EXIT 30 AND KEEP GOING UP THE HILL

One star hotel

Terrible experience - not even close to 4 star level!! Hotel room had very old and had badly maintained furnitures, one of the beds collapsed during night without any reason. Doors were swallowed and difficult to close. Fridge was noisy and tv could not be shut off without taking plug out of wall. Highway was next to making morning sleeping challenging. Terrace door did that could not be safely closed. Dinner quality was below all standards...despite our extensive travel experience even we do not remember worse. Only the pool and service was quite ok. We were happy to stay there only one night.

Definately NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL

The hotel was very shabby, it was definately not I repeat not a four star. It was the worst all inclusive hotel I have ever stayed in, and it was one of the most expensive in Tenerife. There were steps up and down everywhere, and with a buggy it was really difficult.

The kids club was run by ONE MEMBER OF STAFF, she was left alone with all of the children in the hut/ play area, she brought a child back to her mother at the pool and left all of the other children alone in the play area, my child was only two and she fell of the climbing frame whilst the lady was on her mobile phone in the toilet.

The buffet food in the restaurant was a hit and miss of find something that goes with something else, and the food was usually warm, the selection of fruit and deserts were limited to say the least. The childrens section of food was fish fingers, onion rings and sausages. There was the same selection of sausages and chips at the pool bar every single day, there was no variety whatsoever and the cakes at 4.30 were the same every day. Needless to say we ate out most of the time. The pool was not heated at all, the floor around the pool was an ice skating rink when wet, also broken tiles around the pool were dangerous. the sun loungers were filthy and mostly broken.

The entertainment was kids club, quiz and karaoke most nights, drinks were available til 11 on all inclusive.

I went to Dream Villa Tagoro with my partner in October this year. The hotel was excellent - very clean and all the staff were very helpful. Room was large and there was a kitchen area with fridge (but no plates or glasses etc). Room was air-conditioned, could have done with a bit of upgrading but clean and served the purpose. Food was excellent - best I've had on an all inclusive holiday - and always plenty of it. Fifteen minute walk to bars and beach. Good local market weekly too. Pools were clean and plenty of sun-loungers. Couldn't fault this hotel and would certainly go back either by ourselves or with kids next time

Recommend Hotel for Family entartainment

Had a very good week staff very helpful ,Hard to get sun loungers people put Towels on and not use until later in day. Some rooms have Ants every where but staff will clean if complain would tell others to use,
