Long story short.

One staff member with curly hair was rude and judgemental due to us being two young lads. We were asked to leave reception on the first day due to me slightly laying down on one of the sofas while we waited to go to the airport. We were asked by her to go outside, yet 2 females,( doing the exact same thing) were not asked to moved. However, totally left to themselves and not bothered at all. I have never ever gone out of my way to make a review but she really did make us feel uncomfortable. Other than this the hotel was decent with decent pool and room with big balcony. No air con for some reason, yet a ceiling fan was present. Nice bakery within hotel. Positioned at other side of the motorway and a lot of uphill walking back to the hotel, scooters had to be used everyday due to this.

We visited this hotel last year and had a FANTASTIC time, room was lovely with a great view, etc.
We decided to stay again as we had such a lovely time previously.
This year was the complete opposite, we entered the room, the oven was on with the door wide open? Weird start.
The duvet cover had been put on top of the duvet rather than covering it. Ended up making our own bed.
The floors were FILTHY. The bedding had clearly not been actually changed as there was dirt, stray hairs and who knows what else in the bed. The only thing I expect from a hotel is walls & clean bedding. It's the bare minimum.
We put the card outside for housekeeping to please clean. Came back to it being turned around to Do Not Disturb and the room clearly untouched. Gave up at this point.
The staff at reception were lovely, very welcoming and accomdating.
The pool staff are very chill, not friendly, not rude. Just chill. No complaints :)
The room had a beach facing balcony and the overall property is very nice
My recommendation would be to get a new housekeeping team as it is the only thing holding back the hotel.
Also, there were weird stains on the floor. See photo. It was partially hidden but just added to the whole vibe of filth.

Great Apartments, clean & modern, not too far from all the hustle and bustle however is on top of quite a steep hill, we just hired e-scooters for the week and was fine but would definitely stay again, did t try the hotel food other than the toasties at the pool so couldn’t comment on the food but the toasties were great! Top tip get your drinks from supermarket at the hotel pool bar more than triple the shop

Nice apartment doacious and has most things you need in a self catering apartment...bathroom wasnt great the gloor round the edges was mouldy and we had cockriaches coming out the floor at the corners, also spotted a few rats of an evening around the complex where food was thrown down by people for pidgeons, the staff on reception were gelpful foundvthe cleaning sraff a little abrupt and not so friendly, didnt ear at the resturant so cant comment, entertainment was awful and not something on every night, wouldnt stay here again and a little out the way of the main areas for us andd the steep climb each day was too much.

The staff were amazing, friendly,helpful and they sorted any issues straight away. There were always cleaners around throughout the day. The housekeeping was brilliant.
The view's were beautiful. The only downside for us as a family is the hotel is up a steep hill. Its withing 25 minute walking distance to Fabàbe beach and then into other areas which is a decent walk. But we would have preferred to be closer to the main areas if Costa Adeje etc. The food choice was very limited so we ate out most days.
We would definitely come back but for a long weekend to relax.

I meant to stay at the Sunset Harbour Club with friends but accidentally booked the wrong place. Luckily this was only a 15 minute walk from there. I found the room excellent and staff friendly and helpful. I can't comment on the facilities as I was meeting friends elsewhere each day so didn't really use them, but what I saw looked good. Lots of things going on if staying on site. Would recommend.

The good:
- Staff are really nice, especially in the restaurant and bar
- Pool not too busy, easy to get a sun bed
- Rooms are a good size with a huge balcony
- Food was okay, nothing too exciting
- Santi in the shop was always smiling and happy

The bad:
- Rooms are aging and are showing signs of significant wear
- No aircon
- Electricity in the room kept resetting during the night, up to 6 times in one night, which results in the lights turning on and the fans turning off. This was a terrible experience, totally broke our sleep
- Tiles around the pool were super slippery, we saw 2 people fall and get badly hurt
- Entertainment was meh, the staff really tried but due to the small size of the complex, it was the end of the barrel when it came to the acts
- Cleaning service didn’t touch the bed sheets for up to a week and we had to ask for extra towels on multiple occasions
- Bins being collected at 2am kept waking us
- Don’t park at the front of the hotel, about 20 cars got tickets on our last day and it’s a nightmare to pay the fine

Spectacular Views

The hill up to the resort is a little steep - but the views are worth it ! We checked in speedily, had a great room, views SPECTACULAR from the balcony and property, the grounds are really well laid out as is the pool area. There is always something happening with the Animation team and subtly .. Rooms very nice and were spotless, WiFi was a little patch at times. Great stay - highly recommend.

Wouldnt recommend this place at all. Staff are so rude and abrupt. Not child or pram friendly. Doesnt have half the facilities they state on their website. Pool chlorine and PH levels are extremely high and caused sever rashes to all children. No entertainment at all. No kitchen or food services. Kids arnt allowes to play in the pool or have any pool toys. Life gaurd sits on his phone with back to all the pool. We witness 2 accidents at the resort not 1 member of staff came over to help or support. The apartments are completely standard and not really liveable. There is no air con you will just be provided with q desk fan which does not work. There is no WIFI at all it doesnt connect or work. There are broken tiles all around the pool. There are doors that are smashes in, moul and dirt inside the rooms. There isnt an ounce of atmosphere in the resort at all. The staff really are so rude it is uncomfortable. I would avoid at all costs. We traveled as a group of 13 people with 7 children.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. The hotel is in a quiet location and has a nice pool and well maintained gardens. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk down to the seafront but walking back is very steep. A taxi back costs about €5. There is a bar, restaurant and supermarket in a nearby commercial centre but not much else locally in terms of entertainment. I couldn’t connect my devices to the hotel Wi-Fi. An engineer came to check and he could connect his Android device but my iPad and iPhone would not connect. This was the only real problem I had while staying there.

The apartment was spacious and airy, but the bathroom smelt of damp and drains! The pool area was nice, as was the bar & reception area. We didn’t use the restaurant. Unfortunately it is located up a very steep hill which is quite challenging climbing up after a day on the beach, also going down the hill (about 20 mins to the beach, bars & restaurants) was somewhat scary at times as the tiled pavement in parts is very slippery. (Would be lethal if it was wet!) Having said this it didn’t spoil our stay as we got taxis back from Fanabé seafront whenever possible!

Only negative is the last 200 yards to hotel up a steep hill, however, taxi from seafront back is only €5 so not a major factor.

Lovely aparthotel complex with swimming pools, terraces and bars. Mini supermarket and bakery on site very convenient. Apartment very clean and delightful cleaning staff. Clean sheets three times in a week plus clean towels most days was very much appreciated. Comfortable bed and well equipped apartment although some aspects need updating - window frame in shower needed replacing, front door stuck and some outside tiles on stairs needed repairing or replacing. Overall though this was a very good place to stay at a very reasonable price.

Surprisingly noisy in room from around 6.30 in the morning if on Madrid Road side.

Checking in, no info was given to me by the staff member on duty. About amenities at property, or close by. About how to get a safe hire. Towel hire. Zip!

Pool area was good. Pool nice, not heated, but not cold either.

Changeover staff when I left seemed far more up to scratch.

When Key stopped working, was waiting at the desk for 5 mins while the Staff member was too busy outside having a cigarette to come and see what I needed!

Mugs in apartment, all bar one chipped. No instructions for the microwave.

Overall good but the studio is badly laid out and the bed uncomfortable. Not at all suitable for disabled guests and while there is an excellent bakery and decent small supermarket within easy walking distance, there are no restaurants or other bars nearby so you have to factor in the cost of taxis. The hotel bar is good though.

Great family break, clean comfortable apartments, nice quiet pool area no issue with sun beds. Danish bakery and supermarket onsite, pool table and darts entertained the older kids. Stunning views! a little further away from the front where we usually stay but we hired a car so the steep hill wasn’t an issue parking is limited throughout the area though. We would stay again - great value for money

1 bedroom suite - good size. Most of basics in kitchen but no oven shelf so wouldn't have been able to use it if we had wanted to. Decor needs some attention, looks a bit tired. Cleaning was good and more often than stated on website.
It is a steep uphill walk from town, but there are small walls most of the way for a rest!
Pool - nice area, pool fairly small, with an area for children to one side.
Parking - not as stated in description, off street parking is somewhere nearby and is payable NOT free. On street is tight, always managed to find a legal spot. Some people got caught parking on the wrong side of the road on the day we left and got tickets.

We found the Hotel was a good uphill walk back from the centre so not a location, which we would not chose again. So a beach day and then out for a meal in the evening was either exhausting or a taxi. The hotel staff were brilliant and very helpful and made the stay very good.

I would say it's a great location for a getaway at the end of February with really lovely views, the Employees are all really lovely and helpful and I would definitely return here. Loved spending the day by the pool the Drinks were really well made and the bakery at the hotel is fabulous, coffee is fresh and 10/10.

Perfect birthday trip

I booked a sea view room for my partners birthday. The room/apartment and grounds were beautiful. We regret not having more time just to chill in the hotel. It's a very beautiful setting up in the hills but an easy walk to the beach and restaurants- no noise pollution here. The staff are great and really helpful to get you taxis and the facilities are well thought through- there is a post box, extra showers by the pool and hair dryers and lots of outdoor games. The only things I would recommend is a mattered topper as we had two single beds in our room pushed together and that would have made them more comfortable.
The restaurant was running when we were there but there is a supermarket a few doors down and the room is fully kitted- you could make a full Christmas dinner with that kitchen! The pool bar plays nice music and very good value drinks- nice to sit in the jacuzzi and look out to the sea with a cocktail. You could easily stay and not leave the hotel.
We will very much look forward to coming back because it was a very nice place to stay, we will definitely book in massages next time- we forgot to pre book and ran out of time! We stay in hotels constantly (sometimes every week) and this is one of the ones we have enjoyed the most.

Lovely friendly hotel close to all amenities

This was our second stay here and we weren’t disappointed. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and a spacious pool. 2 convenience stores selling everything you could need within a couple minutes walk and a lovely bakery which served us well for breakfast most mornings!
About a 15 min walk into town (which we tended to do instead of catching the shuttle bus) and you were in the middle of everything. Even hiring a car with them was easy! Would definitely recommend

Found furniture to be tatty - cushion covers ripped, bathroom tiles dirty old n chipped. Toilet seat had cracks in n bowl was rusty . Also no one observed the rule of no towels on sunbed - & no-one enforced the rule - not once did we get a sunbed by the pool in our 7 day stay - some days nobody in pool & yet all sunbeds had towels on and no guests !!! Very annoying !!

We've stayed here several times. It's a lovely hotel, rooms are great. Walking distance (20mins) from the beach but there is also a free shuttle or a bus stop on the main road (walking back up the hill is a bit of a killer). Ex timeshare hotel so the apartments are roomy and well equipped. Our room was a little tired looking in places this time but overall kept in lovely condition, friendly staff, great pool area - we love the Bali beds. Highly recommend eating at La 3.60 nearby, great meals for €3.60 plus tax for a main. We will definitely be back.

I booked the Regency torviscas as we stayed there many years ago as an RCI member. Was told we were in Neptuno building which I ASSUMED was the name of building we had been allocated! WRONG! It was a totally different complex across the road which was less than a two star! Appalling!! Dirty fridge. Dirty blankets for the bed and no clean towels for 3 days! Despite complaining at reception. Took FOUR days to get clean blankets and someone to clean fridge from yellow crusty stuff! Some of Plug sockets
Hanging off the wall. Sullen/rude staff at the pool bar and lifeguard was useless. When he was at his post (which wasn’t often) he did not enforce any of safety rules in place making pool area unpleasant. Tried to walk to regency every day but by 8.30 the few beds that were available were reserved. I’ll be honest I am absolutely devastated as our longed for weeks holiday was a disaster.
Expedia really must tell guests that they will not be staying at the regency even though they’ve booked it.

Regency Club is absolutely lovely place, its situated in quiet area with lovely sea view, just 20 mins walk from busy bars, shops and restaurants. Restaurant offers very good food, and theres few shops around if u want to cook for yourself. Staff is more than friendly, happy to help You with all the question. Big big big THANKS to Lovely Animation Team, Luca and Beatrize, who kept us busy at the pool with plenty of activities. Your kids will be delighted with company of so warmheart people like them, just unforgettable. In general, u will not be dissapointed, so pack Your bags and head over😊

Recently stayed at the Regency Torviscas and was thoroughly impressed! excellent service at check in (even got in earlier), apartment was spacious, had all amenities, beautiful balcony and wonderful quality. Premises were beautiful, lovely pool and entertainment area. Even a free bus to take you to and from beaches, it was a 10/10 and I would definitely stay here again!!! excellent

We were there as a couple. However, we seen that it was an excellent stay for families, as there were great activities for kids all day aroumd the pool area. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The only thing that we found as a bit of a negative was it's location up a big hill. However, the property did put on a free courtesy bus everyday to take you to different locations around the vicinity.

Great few days away

Loved staying at the Regency, very clean, lovely food, great Spa and staff very helpful, slight negative was the hill. Only 10 mins walk down to the front but would advise getting a taxi back up late at night, only costs around 5 euros and worth every penny. I would definitely return to these Appts.

Вид на океан вдалеке, через несколько рядов отелей. Солнце в первой половине дня на балкон не попадает, не позагораешь.
Комната довольно чистая, аккуратная.
Бассейн подогревается. Полотенец бесплатных возле бассейна нет, можно взять на неделю за 3 евро с возможностью менять на чистые через день.
До пляжа минут 15 пешком, есть бесплатный автобус от отеля, ходит по расписанию к расзным пляжам.
Завтрак шведский стол 10 евро, выбор скудный, из горячего яичница есть.
Парковка! пишут что бесплатно -- имеется в виду не своя парковка, а общественная вдоль дороги. место находилось, но не всегда рядом. Но есть и платная парковка за 5 евро за ночь, талоны дают на рецепшн.
Бесплатный wi-fi в номерах есть, но иногда лагает.
Предлагают бесплатно спа -- халаты в номерах, в них идешь в спа -- это две бани (типа русская и хамам) и бассейн небольшой с зонами джакузи и струй воды на спину), в спа есть бойлер с водой.
Каждый вечер какое-то мероприятие возле бара, посредственно, но бабушкам-дедушкам нравится, самое интересно для нас было -- это киноквиз, угадать мелодии из каких фильмов. Возле бассейна днем бывает водная гимнастика и какие-то еще мелкие активности.

Fabulous hotel very friendly

We had an amazing time at the Regency
Well what a hotel this is. It’s amazing in every way. Studios are lovely well equipped kitchen and spotless, and ours had an amazing sea view.
When we were checking in Sara the hotel manager made a point on welcoming us
The staff are amazing very friendly and helpful.
Every day Sara would make a point of going round the pool area to talk to the guests to make sure they were happy.
Honestly she couldn’t do enough for us.
We would highly recommend this hotel
It’s like home from home very relaxed atmosphere.
Much better than some 5 star we’ve stayed in before.

Excellent check in very helpful with local area free bus etc
Room although slightly dated was excellent with everything and more you can require plenty plates cutlery pans utensils
Pull out sofa bed very nice and easy to assemble
Balcony looked out to sea over pool area lovely
Spa and gym very very good

No facilities...pool time was random..93 apartments and they have only 63 sun beds...spa and gym was open only for few hours...there were small ants in kitchen area. No usb sockets in room....toilet flush was broken...need to call reception for many times to fix this...poor wifi connectivity...this place is terrible for family. I will not go there in future...infact to take printout you have to pay 10p per page... thankfulky we spent only 3 nights there..later we mive to Malibu park hotel apartment which was way better in all aspects and less expensive.

this hotel was brill. Check in fast and all explained very efficiently. Poola rea nd bars great. Staff relly friendly and helpfull. Although the hotel is way up the hills and away from everything tghere is a Free bus takes you to the Americas etc...About 6 euros in a taxi to return late.
Breakfast although really good is a bit steep at 10euros per head. Better to head into town and get one for 2.5euros. I think it is becasue the hotel is so remote they can charge high prices as you cannot walk to anything near by in a short time. About 45minutes to one hour to walk into the Anericas Troya beach area.
Although remote I would stay again but use the free bus for everything.

We had a great stay and Regency Torviscas. Very clean apartment and complex. Just a 10 minute walk down the hill to town. It also has a great shopping centre just a couple of minutes away. Also the on-site bakery is a big bonus 😁

Room wasn’t cleaned for three days & had no clean towels .states property is near a beach which it isn’t ..we was asked for late check to pay for it out as check out time 10am was told hotel full when it clearly wasn’t

It was very far away from the beach. It gave misleading information as to how far it was and the shuttle bus was not up to standard. One of the bus drivers was very rude and would not communicate. There were not enough schedule trips to and from the hotel.

If you book the promotional priced rooms you don't stay at Regency Torviscas Apartments Suites, but at a sister complex 50 meters away.

The free parking is on street parking, but you may have park 10mins walk away up some very steep hills.

If you have very young children (under 2) there are a lot of stairs to navigate, so can very difficult with luggage and pram.

I absolutely loved my studio apartment here. Super clean, everything in great condition, huge balcony.
The standard of everything here is high, from the lovely staff, to the cleanliness of all areas.

The view from the room was great. The location is good but the parking was horrible.

There were a lot of few bugs in the room in the drawers and on the table. If u r afraid of them, b careful. But for the money paid for this room, it’s not bad.

Spent 2 weeks in the Neptune apartments with the full use facilities at regency torviscas suites across the road. I loved the place....it's not 5star but it had everything we needed and more for an enjoyable stay. Kitchen area was well stocked for self catering, big fridge and proper oven . A little shop and bakery are on the premises, then there is a bigger supermarket right in the cul de sac. In addition, there is a shopping center with large mercadona and burger king 5 mins down the hill.
The staff are excellent, cannot do enough for you and they are all so cheerful and friendly. Sarah and Kate helped us a lot.
The rooms both had quiet electric ceiling fans and we had beautiful sea view from our balcony. Our beds were comfortable, nice pillows and regular room service with loads of towels. There are 3 pools, 1 heated 1very cold but refreshing and 1in between and hence a variety of areas for sunbathing. You can take the courtesy bus down to the sea front but it finishes around 6.30pm so you have to make your own way home. A taxi is about 4euro but most times if we were in fanabe we walked home but it is uphill. The indoor spa area with sauna, steam room and water therapy experiences was also a very pleasant area. I would love to stay again...we had a great time!

Lovely place to stay

Great place to stay .and the staff were so friendly and helpful - especially Kaathy, Kyza snd Sara. Also a lovely surprise to receive a bottle of fizz on arrival too. Would definitely go back . Only downside would be the walk up the hill - but that’s good excercise and the view definitely compensates!
