The room wasn’t a studio like I booked and paid for ,i was out in a basic one bed room.my kids hated it .
One of the barmen from hotel bar hounded me and my family members to take free shots and we caught him hiding a bottle of blue window cleaner behind the bar where the glass was that he was gonna put the shot in and the shot was also blue so he was trying to spray window cleaner into the glass and laughing and talking Spanish to his workmate so that we didn’t know .
I complained about this and asked could I speak to hotel manager only to be told that there is no manager on site and the girl behind reception desk laughed at me when I told her what happened. She then told me to call manager through Expedia and when I stood at reception door and did this ,the same girl from reception answered the phone and said hello I am the manager of the kn panoramic heights hotel only to turn her head and see that I was the person at the other end of the phone then she told me again I am not the manager!
She then called the police to come and speak to me and said that I threatened her and her staff “ which I didn’t do as I was with my kids and other family “

I had to leave hotel and book somewhere else very expensive as there was no where near by that had any vacancies.

I will never stay in that place in my life again and neither will the other 16 of my family members who were also on the holiday with me

Positives - clean and basic, shower is great. Pool and bar are clean and friendly, lots of space to sunbathe. Ac in rooms were great.
Negative - sofa bed was really uncomfortable and noisy if sharing. Kitchen not up to much and fridge was really noisy at times. Food I found poor, chips were decent. Cheese on nachos was some sort of tube cold cheese, pizzas were fine. Do not eat there KFC original chicken, absolutely vile.

Overall, great for price, clean and friendly. Was good base as we drove, taxis required if travelling, although as a positive they were reasonably cheap

I was a bit skeptical after looking at reviews. But this hotel is great, it is a bit of a hike down to town but its €7 in a taxi for 4 of us, not alot really, and kinda enjoyed being away from the madness.. i also rented a car which was handy also..

Wonderful views from the property! Disappointed the restaurant was closed (and not advertised when booking). The pool was nice, but absolutely freezing water temperature. The room was tidy but the pillows were yellow and a bit disgusting, there was water damage, ants and residue in the bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

The hill will dominate your daily decisions

Overall it’s a nice place our room was a little tired beds a bit uncomfortable and shower room flooded because drain was blocked, reported to cleaner but nothing fixed. The views are great we enjoy long walks but prefer level ground walks. I booked fully aware of the hill but it did dominate our decision on what to do and when.

Shockingly terrible.

I stayed here with my 10 year old daughter, brother and brother in law. My brother in law had stayed 5 times previously but after this stay it’s fair to say non of us will be back. Upon check in we were made to sign terms and conditions - something which we didn’t oppose to we felt it was great that the measures to protect us all were in place. However on the Friday a bus full of Spanish residents arrived for a “party weekend” which was total hell, music played from 8pm friday until 9am the Saturday morning, security done nothing about it, didn’t get any sleep at all. All beds around the pool were reserved - but no one was using them tried to take a couple of beds and ended up in arguments with the Spanish residents, no social distancing/mask policy being enforced, the pool had over 50 people in it at one point - my daughter couldn’t get to swim, complained to reception and we were told there was nothing that could be done, they knew it was over crowded and loud but the “management” had allowed it. We ended up demanding to be moved rooms as the noise was unbearable and the hotel staff weren’t doing anything. The room we moved to was nothing short of filthy and run down, balcony doors wouldn’t open properly, wardrobe doors were broken, filthy - hadn’t been cleaned in months by the looks of it. Utterly appalling for 4 paying guests to be treated this way - all because the management wanted to pack the hotel with local residents to cash in for a party weekend. Won’t be back.

We booked a 3 bed apartment and it was lovely. One double bedroom with separate toilet/wash room downstairs and 2 further double bedrooms upstairs along with the main bathroom. the main bedroom had a lovely balcony with a table and 4 chairs in which we watched the sun rise and set every day. beautiful sea views and on a clear day you can see La Gomera.
This hotel is as previous people have said, on a hill. we walked down to the beach which took us about half an hour, and walked back up again after. that took a little longer but was still a pleasant walk up.
The hotel pool was lovely, check in and check out was a simple process, we would happily stay here again.
There is no entertainment which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel in the first place.

KN Apartments. Good size family 4 apartments with hob fridge and microwave. Saved a ton of money on breakfast lunch and dinner. Beautiful pool and views. Clean and friendly.. No on site evening entertainment whatsoever, no bar. Games room usually closes at around 9 pm so kids on phones for night. If you want good value and quiet, this is the place

The property was very modern and spacious although beds were not the best as they were on wheels and moved apart every time you moved even though we were told we were getting a double bed. The amenities were good but unfortunately it was very windy and with its location we were unable to use the pool area as it was far too windy so were up and down the hill everyday to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay in Panoramica Heights hotel. For a start we have been upgraded to apartment with great views overlooking Adeje and the coast. Although this hotel is right on top of the hill this was not an issues as we had a car to travel about. The food is to die for, big variety and fantastic flavours!

Comfortable Self Catering

Comfortable, spacious apartment for family of three (dad & 2 boys). It was cleaned and beds made daily. We self catered and cooking facilities only good enough for simple food: 2 pans, 2 hobs and a combi microwave grill.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool area was great, although more parasols would be a bonus (you need to be quick to bagsy one in the morning). Great view across Costa Adeje - we hired a car, but as others have said the hill up to the apartments is big.

the hotel isnt such a terrible place to stay the staffwhere ok apart from one lady dreadful women not helpful at all in anyway the cleaners didnt change beds once did clean i think twice out of the whole 10 days we where there. there is no entertainement at all which would be great for the kids the hotel is a nice hotel but in wrong location to high up not for the old or unfit or even very young kids all in all wasnt a bad holiday but wouldnt stay here again

hotel looks ok in pictures but you dont get the same standard, room did not get cleaned once in my 10 day visit but cleaners attend daily to make the bed and empty rubbish bins. fresh towells you have to keep reminding them.
its very hilly which was not a problem at first but you need taxi which is impossable to get at meal times with some waiting atleast a hour for a taxi.
the daytime staff are very helpful but after 6 its a waste of breath asking for anything.
lifeguard doesn't watch the pool which is deep if you have small children.
poolbar beer is horrible but food is ok and fairly priced.

didnt ruin my holiday in tenerife as prefer to visit places.
if you are slightly unfit then this is not hotel for you. with a family of young children its about a 40 min walk to beach down very steep hills. the beach btw are very child friendly

on a plus side the views are amazing and i didnt see any cocroaches

Excellent stay at fantastic hotel.

Stayed here for 6 nights at the end of June. We had a fanastic stay. Room originally given didn't have a sea view so as this was requested before we left we asked at reception and they upgraded us, room was lovely. One of the reception staff was unhappy to help. Bed was slightly uncomfortable but everything else was great and a lovely balcony. Pool was excellent with plenty of sunbeds. A lovely 20 minute walk into the centre where there's loads of bars and restaurants along the seafront.
Overall a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Incredible Views.

We loved our stay at Panoramica Heights. the apartments are so spacious and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Communication of staff in the restaurant need to be improved as twice we stayed for dinner and when leaving were called back to ensure we had paid which was very embarrassing. We were there in the school holidays which wasn't ideal if you wanted peace and quiet as the studio apartments are all on the lower floor so that means families are up above and you can hear all the noise.

It's ok, I guess,

I expected more, it is a nice enough apartment it is in a quite location, but you need a car or taxis really as it is at the top of a hill.

There is a nice outdoor pool.

The wifi hardly ever worked.

The walls don't shield the noise and several times I was kept up by noisy neighbours or people in the street singing in the early hours of the morning.

Some of the staff were very helpful but not all.

Hotel was great and room lovely! Very spacious and lovely waterfall shower. Only problem with our room was no access the beautiful view - we were on ground floor behind another row of apartments. Very convenient supermarket. Walk to town was pretty steep but we knew that would be the case and didn't bother us. Mainly got taxis up the hill (€4-5). Didn't eat in hotel so can't comment. Was lovely and quiet and overall we had a great stay.

Genuine nice staff, especially Laura (Reception) is really helpful, professional and friendly. Would love to go back! Quiet room, few UK telly channels, very relaxing stay.
At the top of the hill, away from the tourists but only approx. 25 min walk away from the beach. Going back is a bit longer uphill! But the cab is only 5 Euros.

The rooms had all the basic amenities and were smart and clean enough, however the floors were not swept or mopped and bed sheets not always changed! There are great view from the balcony and it was nice to sit out there and relax and watch the sun go down, however the bed wasn't too comfortable. At times it was a bit noisey as we were situated directly below the pool area. The pool area and bar seemed quite busy at times but we didn't really spend time there anyway. The restaurant was a little expensive and not fantastic quality but the on site shop had all the basics. It is about a 20 minute walk down to the town and only 5 Euros in a taxi, so maybe worth it for the hotels views. Overall the hotel is good value for money if self catering is what you want.

Lovely out of town hotel

Great place to stay if you don't want to be in town.
Shops and bars are about 20-25 mins walk from the hotel, beach around 25-30 mins but that is walking down hill. Add another 10 mins for walking back to the hotel as it's up hill all the way!
Beautiful views from the pool/sunbeds and from room. Sunsets over the sea can be watched from your balcony.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms, pool and hotel in general is clean.
Beds not the most comfortable and pillows are small and lack stuffing.
Good onsite shop and food (pizzas, sandwiches, salads) are very good.
Would definitelycome back again!

Nothing round about this hotel restaurants, bars etc. No bar open in the evening at hotel so dead from 18.30 onwards when the pool bar closes. We were self catering but you do expect facilities to be available in the evening. If you want to eat at the restaurant in the evening you are €15 each not including drinks and the menu is in Spanish so you do not know what you are paying for. The hill what can I say............not for the faint hearted!!!!! I don't class myself as fit but I'm certainly by any means out of shape, I could not manage the hill. We spent a lot of money on taxis to and from the hotel as there is nothing in the complex for you to do. You would think that being so secluded that they would cater for this. Towels were changed everyday.........and your bed was sort of made....covers thrown over!!!!! No cleaning apart from that. The supermarket is overpriced but this is your only means to eat from inside the hotel. Would not be going back.....on the plus side the view was stunning.

the resort needs a good clean ,,stairs was very dirty not with building work but spills from drinks. I asked to stay in my room for two extra hours and would pay 30euros but 3 receptions said yes and then the morning to leave they said no,, very disappointed.. was shocked they don't have washroom or changing rooms.. stayed at side of pool till 5pm waiting on taxi to airport and nobody went into my room 104 ...

Not what was presented by Expedia, no air con in room so had to hire fans at 20 euros a pop, food poor and mostly cold. They also wanted 20 euros for the privalage of using a TV remote and another 15 euros to hire the safe. Location was high up giving great views over Costa Adeje but beware if you book a transfer as the bus cannot get up the last 500m of the hill so drops you at the bottom luggage and all for you to make your own way up, not ideal if you have young children. Used the sister hotel Columbus most evenings to eat as the choice was much better.
The one big positive was Laura on reception who was very pleasant and went out of her way to help as much as possible, unfortunately her talents are wasted at this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was awful. The room was in terrible condition — damaged furniture, high humidity, and overall it felt more like an abandoned space than a proper hotel room. I was traveling with my 1-year-old daughter, and the broken furniture was even dangerous for her due to sharp edges. When I raised my concerns, the hotel staff told me this was “their standard,” which was unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel.

Bra lägenhetshotell med suverän utsikt

Bra lägenhetshotell med fantastisk utsikt ifrån aĺla balkonger/uteplatser. Vi bodde i en studio men hade en läcka i taket som vi upptäckte efter ett dygn men vi fick en ny större lägenhet samma dag. En liten nackdel är att om man ska åka in till centrum så är det lite för långt och brannt för att promenera. Vi hyrde bil så det var inget problem för oss. I mitt tycke saknades det lite köksutrustning om man vill laga sina egna måltider. Dock finns det kyl/frys/spis/mikro/brödrost som räcker rätt länge. Även det mindre minimarket på området användes några gånger. Det bästa var nog utsikten man hade ifrån lägenheten.

Kun huoneesta reklamoitiin, hotelli myrkytti koko huoneen aineella joka otti keuhkoihin yli 2h päästä huoneeseen mennessä, päädyimme vaihtamaan hotellia oma kustanteisesti, älkää menkö tähän hotelliin, lisäksi huone ei ole mainoskuvien mukainen

Rien il ce trouve très loin de la ville surtout ne pas le propose enbience nul et manque de gentillesse comme nous avions demander une vue mer afin de voir la mer il fallait ce metre debout car un mur était a hauteur de 1m j ai demandé un changement de chambres il nous ont mis tout aux fond si vous le désirez je vous envoie des photos

We hadden een vierkamerappartement nummer 051, die was iets hoger gelegen. Daardoor heb je een prachtig uitzicht over Costa Adeje en de oceaan. Het zwembad is daardoor wel iets verder weg, maar dat was ook nog prima te doen. En als bonus hadden we in de woonkamer en alle drie slaapkamers een airco, dat was echt super! In de beschrijving stond dat de vierkamerappartementen geen airco zouden hebben, maar die van ons dus wel! Alles bij elkaar een heerlijk verblijf, al was de schoonmaak wel matig, alleen her hoognodige werd gedaan.

Hotelli oli kyllä hyvä! Miinuksia oli että hotellilla ei ollut kunnon peittoja tarjota, ainoastaan vilttejä. Lisäksi päivittäinen siivous oli surkeaa verattuna aiempiin hotelleihin missä olen vieraillut.
