It's an older hotel true! But the staff is outstanding. The staff is attentive and courteous even whein I struggle with the language. The hotel, dinning area and rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable and the shower water pressure is amazing. I only eat breakfast at the hotel. However, they offer a nice selection of hot and cold food. And the food is replenished until late morning. They have nightly entertainment! When I go in February...they tend to cater to a mature crowd. It's 5-10; walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants. Additionally, you have several restaurants across the street and two affordable supermarkets.

kettle /tea coffee took 3 days to be put in room even asking at reception twice welcome pack was 2 days late and put in hot room through the day when i was out went off . was first put in room at back off hotel that was noisy had to pay 105 euros to move it was take it or leave it /

The hotel was ok for the price we paid. It is stretching it to call it 4*. The hotel appearance is a bit dated. The concrete exterior doesn’t give you a feel good factor. Whilst the rooms are of a decent size they need modernising.
We were B&B. The food in the restaurant was good. I’m glad we were not AI. The entertainment of the evening was outside at the front of the hotel which seemed strange. The Sun only gets to half the pool, but there is the roof top area that is a blessing in disguise.
Checking in could have gone smoother with 3 visits to reception.Its ok having technology to open the door and the safe but it’s a nuisance when it doesn’t work. All in all the hotel was ok.

Eventually we were given correct room. But was a struggle
To make matters even worse we declined hotels offer to attend their Gala night immediately as we had prior engagement yet we were charged €300 which they refused to return Hotels.com stepped in and refunded us

My only gripe was being on the first floor above the bar & cleaning staff moving furniture at 7.30 am every day . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend other than that . Would definitely go back

Staff were excellent. Rooms were a decent size. Our sliding door lock was broken which meant opening amd closing it was a pain. And the shower screen seal was perished so after each shower the bathroom floor needed mopping. Great other than that.

We stayed B&B. Lovely choice for breakfast and served till 10.15 am.
Room was large with air con. Excellent facilities. Balcony with a sea view . Couldn’t fault hotel. Entertainment every night but we chose to go out for evening meal and to try different restaurants. Roof top terrace a bonus . Room cleaned daily.

Nice hotel in a good part of Adeje.

Friendly staff, Well equipped , appointed and comfortable rooms. Cleaning was regular all around the hotel. Breakfast was a good choice, downside was hot food wasnt very hot under the heat lamps.

Swimming pool nice, adults only roof terrace was good can get a bit noisy at times. Sun loungers not allowed to put your towels out and leave which is good.
Animation team are great and lively with lots of activities.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We have been to the GF Fanabe on many occasions as this hotel suits us very well and we would have no hesitation in returning. The hotel retains many of its staff over a number of years and it is always good to see them again and meet new ones. We love the adult only roof space but it is becoming increasigly difficult to find a sun lounger. People put their towels on them but dont use them for most of the day, and while this is not the fault of the hotel, it should perhaps be monitored.
The dining area is large with a number of food stations but can be quite busy. The food is varied and really should suit all tastes.
I do think that hotel must be due for a refurbishment as it is looking a bit dated now

To be honest the pictures does not do the property justice. No it's not the most modern hotel, but it doesn't look as old as the pictures present. All the staff on all levels are professional, courtesy and attentive. The beds and showers are amazing. Their breakfast provide a lot of options and was always full even when I came down late on my whole 8 nights. It's located walking distance from the beach ,10 mins and all the restaurants. It has two supermarkets across the street and buses I. Front of the hotel. I was there for an event so I was out Nightly. They also offer nightly entertainment. It's great for s mature crowd and family. No it's not the Hot spot for partying. THANK YOU!!! But that is close by as well.

Food was plentiful and very good quality apart from giant prawns which unfortunately on one evening were not cleaned inside. This can be dangerous and is a health hazard. Apart from that cannot fault hotel. Staff very courteous and helpful.

Beautiful views from the rooftop solarium. Great location, close to the beaches of Fanabe and Playa del Duque. Beautiful surroundings. Great breakfast.

Did not like the noise level at night, with room facing the pool it was impossible to go to bed early and get good quality sleep! Music blasting until 11:30 at night!

For some reason this hotel is full of seniors, felt like I was in a senior home. So for those younger who want to meet and spend time with people your age, this is not the place for you.

This was a return visit for us, stayed pre pandemic, rooms are a great size large bed, sofa, table and chairs, along with balcony equiped with table and chairs, bathroom well equiped, shower over bath, could do with tea/coffee making facility in the room, the rooms a spotlessly clean but are a bit tired, we enjoy the roof terrace with bar its great space to relax, its equiped with plunge pools, sitting areas/sunbeds the views are lovely, they have nightly entertainment within the hotel, food was fine, different choices each visit, unfortunately not all guests respected personal hygiene when using the buffet and i dont think its acceptable to handle food that is for sharing, but this can be problem at any hotel, but expect the staff to advise the cleints otherwise, most staff were welcoming, approachable and happy to provide customer service, its not an area of the hotel we used but the childrens play/pool area looks alot of fun.

Very good value hotel in the centre of Fanabe.

Large room with partial sea view was very comfortable. Overlooking pool where entertainment held. We were very tired and wanted an early night so didn’t really enjoy the booming music below. However, it would have been a different story if we’d been less exhausted and I’m sure we would have enjoyed it!
Staff are all very pleasant and helpful.
The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
We chose the half board option and it was well worth it, the food choices were plentiful and of good quality.

Lack of empathy and flexibility

Although the workers in the swimming pool, restaurant/bar and cleaners were great, the hotel direction and reception showed were a big let down. One of us had an emergency and had to leave. We said it straight away but there gave us a series of different reasons/excuses to being unable to change the booking for the following days. They asked me to come back to reception just to waste my time. They need to improve customer relationships before I am able to recommend it. Shame

The hotel is excellent, the food is top-notch, catering to everyone with its variety of dishes. For breakfast, there are freshly squeezed juices from natural fruits, and everything is cooked on the spot when you want to be served. The terrace is spacious, offering a fantastic view of El Teide.

Evening entertainment provided at the outdoor pool bar. The stage was quite small, temperature quite chilly and most people resorted to wearing coats. On a previous stay entertainment took place in an indoor theatre facility which was far preferable.

Great fun - we had a blast there. I went with my son for 4 nights and the weather was of course fantastic. We pretty much spent all our time in the pool.

For almost €200 our one-night room included a cockroach which reception were not at all surprised (or concerned) about, a balcony view of a public car park/abandoned trolleys, no sheets for the sofabed, no drink facilities. Breakfast was stressful as allergy information all wrong and no one available to help (e.g. products labelled vegan but also as containing milk). Room key stopped working part way through our stay. No parking available on-site, contrary to the booking page. We regret staying here.

We had lovely stay.Entertainment and activities for all age group. Near to the beach. Breakfast was good. Dinner was ok, limited options for vegetarians. It would have been good if there were few more vegetarian dishes ever day.
and salads and veg food needs to arranged separately.

Bedding were good had good sleep. We had road facing room which we felt was best.

Hotel needs refurbishment. Easy access to public transport.
over all very good stay will definitely go back.

We have been to Tenerife south many times and this hotel was by far the best experience. Our suite on the third floor was excellent with a big balcony and sun loungers and parasol. There is always something small that needs attention. We could not find the control switch for the AC for three days and it was annoying at night time trying to sleep.A booklet in the room explaining where everything is would be very helpful.

We were rather disappointed with the decor of hotel. Rather 1990s so in need of a refit. We upgraded to a suite & was somewhat saddened by its appearance. Whilst clean it was very dated. Our bath spa was only accessible via a 16 inch step. The bath was cracked aswell as creaking when you got in. Transiting after the high step were tiles which when wet were slippery. Not safe. The towel rail was at the back of bath via same route, so you could not reach towels from bath. Shower in bathroom was a retractable hose on edge of bath altho 'shower' was described in room details
This hotel feels a need to charge extra for a safe in room manageress is restaurant needs to learn manners. Very curt lady. Starters & sweets in restaurant good & well presented but main course was very very school dinner ish. Breakfast good.
General restaurant staff good & efficient. Reception staff good & friendly. Bar staff were good. Some entertainment was good too but others cheesy. Be prepared for kids running around wildly when acts on.
All in all location was good room clean & some food was good. Drinks not too expensive. Dont think we would go again tho

Lovely hotel but needs a wee bit tlc but didn’t affect our experience. Entertainment was fabulous one of the best teams we have experienced. Ana, Jonny, Ali, Alina, Patricia and Mikel are all fabulous and are all happy to help with anything. Shows were good and always entertained. Food was fine for a week everything I ate was fine and drinks not too bad either if u like stronger just ask. Overall great hotel and would return.

We are a family of 4 with 6 years old twins. Just returned back from GF Fanabe and we really had a good time.
The hotel is well located to many shops , malls, beach. The check in and out super fast. All of the staff work very hard and try their best but the really makes this hotel work is the entertainment team. They are all so lovely and friendly our favorite Alexandra was but really a big thank u for all of u to make my kids so special this week. They loved every moment.
The disappointing unfortunately is the food option , and not much choice for lunch.
Sometimes the same sausages from morning for lunch too.
The pools were cold only thr kids pool was warmer so we stayed there lots of sunbeds no rush to get them.
The coctails were nice and served us fast from bar from outdide a little wait we had.
The shows were nice too . So all total this a nice hotel onlh need to improve with food .

Just not good enough this was not a disabled room, not enough bars in the tiny shower we thought we were getting a wet room area the shower should have been bigger for a person dependent on a wheelchair she had to try to have a body wash after the first day. Was told the wrong room had been cancelled,then were told the room we had was a disabled room I don’t think so.

All was good. The hotel has 5 pools and the solarium is for adults only which we appreciated. Animation activities in the main pool with aquagym, darts, etc was great. Breakfast buffet was ok, variety and cooked food. Can’t comment on lunch and dinner. Overall is quite good.

Supermarket 2 mins walk away too.
Lovely hotel with everything you will need (i brought a travel kettle and iron but you can rent/hire one from reception).
Breakfast fabulous with a huge selection.

1. Good location next to supermarket/shopping centre, taxi rank across the road, good transport links.
2. Decent breakfast
3. Clean (although rooms and bathrooms looked a bit more dated than in the pictures online)

Cons:
1. Although beach is 5-10 mins walk away, it is an uphill walk on the way back which is not easy for anyone with mobility or health issues especially in the heat.
2. No kettle or cups in rooms - have to pay to hire a kettle from reception and get cups from the bar.
3. We did breakfast only which we’re glad about - there were no vegetarian options at all for lunch or dinner.
4. Drunk guy woke up our whole floor second night in at 3.30am, trying to open bedroom doors and shouting at the top of his voice to a point that the police had to be called.
5. Fridge in the room barely worked. We bought milk which went off quick within 2 days.

Excellent property in Fanabe area. East walk to beach and boardwalk with lovely choices to dine. Hotel is clean, reasonable entertainment every evening and very nice staff, particularly at the bar. Restaurant was average

While visit this property, we really enjoyed how close it was to many of the activities around the area, beach, restaurants, and shopping center.

One of my caveat is the lock of sanitary in the property. 1) Lack of well cleaning bathrooms in our room, unwell washes dishes, and falling paint of swimming adult pool.

Have a clear and better organization for check out and check-in.
