Day 1 we checked into the room and was extremely satisfied, however, this changed after a few hours. My child got a bug bite on her leg. At first we did not think anything of it. Then later she started screaming that there are bugs on her bed. We searched the room and found lots of tiny dark colored insects(I’m not sure if these are ants, but they do not look like the ants from the U.S.) then my other child starts screaming that there are these other white colored bugs crawling on the coffee table next to the beds. I looked closely and these are different from the dark colored ones on the bed. These are white, almost clear and very tiny, they look like some kind of mites. They moved us to another room that. We stayed the night because it was very late and would be very difficult to find another hotel and move with 2 little ones. We slept in the new room. The next morning, in day light, you can see a layer of dust covering the entire room, all over the furniture, baseboards, TV, lamps. This room clearly has not been in use for some time. The condition of this room was also not up to par with a 5 star hotel.I reported this and they cleaned the room. I also asked them to wash all of our clothes because we had unpacked in the first room with the bugs and mites. They did not charge for the laundry, and gave us 1 free dinner at the buffet. I wanted to leave and find another hotel, but my children and husband thought it was too big a hassle since we were only there for 4 nights.

The hotel and experience from start to finish was 10/10. We ate most of our meals at the hotel because it was soo good! The staff couldnt do enough for you and everyone is so friendly. We loved that we could get fresh pool towels daily and that we were served at our sunbeds all day! We were even given access to the thermal journery in the spa for free and it was such a lovely and spacious spa, highly recommend using it. Even though the hotel clearly has lots of guests, it never felt full due to how big the hotel is and theres so many different areas to relax.

We only had one lifeguard refuse my 5 year old on our last day, the others allowed all kids on the slides otherwise the holiday would have been spoiled.

Family trip to Tenerife was amazing and the GF Victoria was instrumental in delivering a great experience as well as providing a variety of fun experiences for our family. Breakfast was delicious and full of options.

The rooms are beautiful with a great patio. However for a 5 star hotel the service was poor with everything seeming like an inconvenience. We requested an iron and ironing board to our room, it was a death trap! Around the bars and reception we were ignored on all occasions. The exception being the cleaning team who were great and friendly.

The food in the hotel is exquisite, with some of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel, you could easily stay for 2 weeks and have a different meal each morning.
We didn't personally use the spa, but talking with other guests and they loved it.

Excellent hotel with lots of activities for children. Animation team were varied - some great, some not so much. Would avoid leaving children in the baby room. Rooms were the best I’ve stayed in when travelling with children. A bath and kitchenette were exactly what we needed. Hotel will also provide any additional things you may need - we asked for a bottle warmer and high chair. Treated my son’s allergy seriously and cooked all his food from scratch in the kitchen.

Modern hotel, great central location right opposite the shopping centre and a few hundred yards from the beach. The gym is the only facility that doesn’t meet up to the five star standard, it’s small and doesn’t offer much. They could do with a more sociable bar, the one in the foyer lacks atmosphere and the Sky bar, although impressive lacks ambience. Rooms are great, big suites and nice views. Breakfast offered a huge selection. Kids and teen clubs are excellent and included in the price. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall a nice property with good rooms. Breakfast buffet was varied and good quality. If you're seeking adult space, it can feel as though it's a bit over run by kids. There is a separate adults only area at breakfast but the 'quiet pool' area does allow children. It would be nice to have an adults only area here, in additional to the other family pool. The pool is very shaded by the hotel building until late morning and even into the afternoon, there are some significant areas that never get the sun. Hotel location is good with lots of amenities and restaurants within easy walking distance.

I like the hotel a lot. It’s clean and the staff are very good. I use this hotel as it has a quiet area pool. Unfortunately on this occasion the pool staff allowed children into this are making a nucence of themselves the pool staff in the past have been quick to stop this, not this time. I may change hotels due to this.

Fantastic hotel for young families. Splash park, family pool, short walk to the beach, great kids clubs, nightly mini disco and nightly high quality varied kids entertainment from magic shows to acrobatics, all excellent. Would suggest better for younger kids rather than teens though, and certainly wouldn't be my choice of hotel if we didn't have kids. Few small issues with the room and the quality of food and price in the on site bars and restaurants which marked it down a star, but overall a decent stay.

Just returned from a weeks stay and couldn't be happier with our hotel selection. It was the perfect family destination. Everything was so easy and fun for the little one. Also, I am surprised this isn't a new hotel as everything seemed to be in great condition and very clean. Food was good, and although they are always talking about booking through the app, we never booked anything and never had any trouble getting a spot. Would highly recommend.

This hotel really deserves 5 stars. From the minute you walk in then door, the staff are so friendly & helpful. No standing at desk to check-in, taken to seats while sorted & luggage taken to room. Everything spotless, fridge, microwave, coffee machine. Free water & chocolate every day at turn-down. Coffee brought to table at breakfast although test is buffet, excellent choice. We were hit with the gales on 1 day but they had furniture stored away in no time, pool had to be closed for day but that for customer safety as even metal chairs being blown across terraces. Lovely area. Would come back on a shot. They said it was busy when we checked it but you never felt that. Usually ended night in Skye bar which is lovely at night & very (too) generous measures.

A great welcome by Jose. However it went downhill from there. This is a very large hotel but a clinical feel. Arrived about 5pm, unpacked and showered for dinner as we decided on half board. Buffet is the only option which was personally like school dinners. My husband and I were decided on wine choice but waitress got impatient and told us she was busy and didn't have time to wait on us. We were schooled to receive such service after paying so much money for a 5 star hotel. Lettuce and salad was limp and food certainly not 5 star. May I add that breakfast was very good.
We did complain about the ride obnoxious service we received and asked to go bed and breakfast. However Gasper sorted everything out. He is a credit to this hotel and very understanding.

Lovely hotel close to the beach and promenade. Good size room with space for a 4 year old to sleep and sliding door to main bedroom so TV, reading can continue without disturbing.

For a hotel that prides itself on being eco, there were very few vegan options on the menu in the restaurants for my girlfriend.
Also, the segregation at breakfast of adults only or families could be better.

Stay only if you like the sound of children.
Stay here if you like the sound of screaming kids at 7am if not don’t stay. The acoustics of the hotel are terrible and even in the breakfast canteen (and it is a Canteen ) the sound of children echoes. We do like children but you can’t get away from the echoes and we stayed outside school holidays. Overall a good hotel rooms generous the adult pool was in the shade until around lunch. Would we stay again.No. If you have kids great you can put them in clubs 12hrs a day which is my belief most did.

We always stay at this hotel as we love it so much. However on this occasion during covid there were some breakdowns in service provided from staff in the reception bar, pool bar and overall helpfulness. It felt as if maybe they were short staffed.

The hotel was spotless we felt safe all covid restrictions were adhered too and the staff were very attentive and friendly. I would have no hesitation in staying again. Fabulous place. Food good room very large all rooms are suites bedroom, lounge, and two bathrooms. Not all the bars were open but that was expected as not many people there, which helped the social distancing rule.

This was a 5 star experience for our family. The property is beautiful, the kids’ and babies’ activities were terrific and there were plenty of activities for the adults as well. From umbrellas to baby strollers to a 3:45 AM private breakfast the morning of our very early flight home( at no additional charge), the staff surprised us with kindness at every turn.

For starters this property is not on the beach which was a little disappointing. It’s actually the farthest away on the main boardwalk and there aren’t really many good views from the hotel. The hotel is more family oriented for sure. Their pools are not fun for couples or younger people so don’t waste time there. The gym is sooo tiny for a “5-star” hotel and not worth even going to. I expected some decent weight equipment. The room was very nice (except it’s the only hotel with a hotel phone In the room where you can’t press 0 to get to the front desk, strange...) and so was the breakfast buffet it was delicious. They were to be commended for continuing the aqua aerobics even when a very few people took part. Facilties for kids were great. Our 8 year old boy loved the football pitch and our 2 year old loved the small water slides. Buffet Breakfast was probably one of the best displayed. Absolutely Marvellous. Even before we arrived the hotel relations team (Valerie) was magnificent arranging a perfect room location.
The room was spacious and of high standard.
Pools were freshwater and heated. There was always lots of sunbeds free by the pool whatever the time of day. Waterpark, Teenclub, Activities, PS4's and tons of other things always available.
Gym was free to use and really good quality, new equipment.
Food was exceptionally good. I had a different type of fish everyday for 10 days. Steaks were brilliant. Loads of other food too.
Only minor grumble was that lifts are slow and not really enough to go around. Our nearest lift was (frequently) out of service, but really not a major issue and just made us choose another / take the stairs.
