Friendly staff, grounds tidy. Large apartment for two of us with sitting area and a balcony overlooking the pool. Excellent value for money based on what we paid for a winter break. Food was probably the weakest part of the stay. It's OK but not much more than that. We enjoyed the fact the pool area was quiet and no one was reserving sunbeds. We had a great stay.

Friendly helpful staff!

Travelled with husband and father and we all had a lovely stay. Really impressed with variety of choices at each mealtime and staff were superb. Special mention for the young lady who organised entertainment. Her enthusiasm and energy were amazing.

let's start with the positives.
The apartment was a great size, nicely set out and clean. There was a fridge which was an added bonus too.
The staff were fantastic, any questions they were very helpful and assisted above and beyond the reception ladies were brilliant. The cleaners thorough and pleasant.
The hotel area was aesthetically pleasing, lots of plants and trees and again the areas were clean.
Close to the beach, shops and also a bus stop right outside too.
The location is quieter away from the main madness too, which we prefer.
private roof balconys are awesome too

The main negative for us was the food. To be honest it was poor, not great quality and a very limited selection. The drink availability and bars were poor and the snack bar we looked at and turned away.
Tried the food a couple of times both lunch and dinner but it just wasn't great.

Now a few little points worth noting for any review readers looking to see if this is the right place for them and not what I'd mark down against the hotel at all.
The pools are blooming freezing, not heated. Even in 30 degree heat outside it was just too cold for us personally.
The rooms while light and airy do need modernising a little. Being a hotel they obviously take a bit of a beating but tatty doors and frames, kitchen units ect are present. If that bothers you then it's a point to note, once again our perspective it didn't really bother us, it was clean and functional and for what we paid tatty edges made no odds.

room was comfortable but dated, cracks in tiles and paint work and no Outlook on the balcony, so however it was cleaned daily, so I food was lovely and had a good fresh choice daily, and pools were lovely and the staff were fab. I all in all we would most certainly return.

Nice winter sun holiday.

Nice holiday, hotel is in a good location to access the beach front and shops. Room was a bit tired but cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. Food you can get by for breakfast and Lunch but we went out for evening meals. In general we had a nice relaxing break.

It does what it says on the tin!

Firstly, for the money this was very good. The food was plentiful, albeit a strange selection laid out in a random fashion. The service was excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is ‘a bit worn out’ although there are signs of refurbishment happening around you.

If you are looking for table service with a vast menu open to you and every drink and snack you desire, when you desire it then you will be disappointment…but you also shouldn’t expect it for the money.

You get three meals a day, self service buffet style.

We eat out a lot just because of where we were at the time (out and about).

Would we stay there again? Probably not. There were too many kids running around screaming…and our three kids are grown up so we are looking for something a little more luxury and more adult only. However, that is no reflection on the resort.

paint comes off from every corner
Area around pools dirty (simply use powerwasher and job done but seems so nobody care)
tilles comes of and loose in some places

Staff very good working hard quick no complains
Food not bad but very repetitive breakfast very good
Rooms good size but again needs refurb
Aircon starts badly leaking next day of stay after ringing to reception and they said as tech man on da way immediately he comes 3hour later! Was told as its fix and surprise surprise after first turn on in evening when come back from town its again starts leaking room starts flooding in room hot as in hell cant sleep normal as no aircon and cant use it
Wont reccomend go there for price they asking for night

Thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel exceeded our expectations, for the price we paid I genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything else. The hotel staff were always friendly and happy to help. The all inclusive package was more than fair, the the food was always good quality and relatively varied.

We ventured out in the evenings for drinks, but never ate out due to the quality of food within the hotel.

We loved our stay here and it worked really well for all ages. The site is pretty in a great location with delicious food and really friendly happy staff - both with guests and one another which is nice to see!
Our apartment could have done with a bit of updating, but was so super clean and incredibly spacious with a fantastic rooftop terrace (as well as one off the living area) that we didn't give it a second thought!
We would actively choose to return.

Some areas/ room slightly dated but cleaners seem to work 24/7 so could not fault the cleanliness at all.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this hotel, the staff on reception were really helpful, food was great and the apartment was really spacious and clean. The pools were lovely as well and plenty of sun loungers. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The entertainment was a nice added extra and we especially enjoyed the flamenco! Only thing I would say is that the soap dispensers in the bathroom sink and in the shower were empty, I bought a bar of soap but these really should be filled.

The whole resort need updating. Unfortunately the pool area luck of sunlounges. Not happy with the fact that some of the residents were allow to put their towel on loungers that were predominantly in the sun and never came out until after the lunch period, which left people like myself without the opportunity to sunbed. The food also need to be looked up. I have no problem with the fact that the quality was not at 4* stars however to find the same vegetables from the evening meal served at breakfast its definitely not on, not to mention food not been covered which allowed flies to sit on it. All of the staff was very friendly and lovely people, but my top marks would go to Erman that tried to accommodate some of our needs and made the whole holiday very pleseant. I will raccomended the resort because my overall stay was good but please make some adjustment in the above areas and pass my Thank you to whole of your staff.

THE HOTEL IS NOTHING LIKE THE ONLINE PICTURES.
ITS TIRED & NEEDS A TOTAL REFURB, YES ITS A CHEAP HOTEL BUT I WAS GUTTED WHEN WE ARRIVED (I'm truly not a snob) on check in there were 3 ladies demanding to be moved as the online pictures were a mis-representation of the hotel.
There sister hotel LABRABDA SUITES on the opposite side of the road is beautiful, we upgraded & stayed there (for no extra charge) :)
I rarely leave a review but this hotel needs one.

Also, the staff at this hotel are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Especially Concepción at the reception. She was so informative and friendly!

Hotel was a basic all inclusive, good choice of food and drinks, lovely pool area, and some limited evening entertainment. Easy stroll to the beach and shops, longer walk or short taxi to the main strip. Would book again although basic All-inclusive it works out every good value.
Things hotel could possibly improve on. Airport transfers, (€30 taxi) shower /changing facilities, kettle in room.

Family of 5 staying April 22. The hotel staff work extremely hard to keep the hotel clean and tidy. The restaurant is very busy at all meal times but the staff work very hard to clean your plates away and clean tables. My only criticism of the food is the choice for younger children. Travelling with a 5 year old... There was very little choice to tempt them. Chips... Chips and more chips for the week.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment, it was a little tired in places but so was the whole hotel. We had to have our shower repaired 3 times across the week but when I discussed this with the manager, they very quickly wanted to apologise and rectify it. With courtesy they offered us our room on our final day until 7pm due to the problem we had endured with the shower.
The pool area is lovely and lots of little pools to use. Although we loved our holiday, we wouldn't use this hotel again as I would imagine during the summer it would be even more busy than this April which the sunbed brigade would be out in full force!!! We were unable to get loungers one of the days and it was prior to 9.00am. But 10 min stroll to the beach was great and a 20 min stroll further along the coast to Playa Torviscas beach was beautiful, 6euro for the day for a lounger. Definitely a 3 star hotel and with some beautiful plus point and a few negative, all in all a good base for a budget family holiday. Which is exactly what we wanted! Overall location 10/10,

Good hotel for the price

Very large apartments, ours had 2 balconies and a massive roof terrace. I think if you want a roof terrace you need to specify an upstairs apartment.
One balcony has a BBQ/pizza oven but is redundant as it is all inclusive, the same with the kitchen, no utensils or anything, obviously before being all inclusive it was self catering. Had a decent size fridge though.
The hotel is showing its age with cracks here and there but nothing to complain about, everything was clean.
Food was OK, some days better than others, there was always something to find to eat.
Drinks were usual all inclusive, beer, local spirits etc. The beer was quite good, they stop serving at 10.30pm though. Didnt try the wine but I saw one woman filling up three 500ml coke bottles with the stuff so she liked it, although not sure why she was doing that, its free!?
There was entertainment on week nights but pretty poor.
If you have a hire car, the hotel only has about 8 spaces which they charge 10 euros a day for, but there is a car park round the corner which is free
Good location, close to beach, shops, restaurants etc.

Average. Obviously the prices were high because it was New Years but didn’t feel it was good value for money. The vegetarian options were very repetitive and the wifi atrocious. I was stuck from a cancelled flight so that was a huge inconvenience as I was trying to rebook. ( I’m Canadian so having our phones on over here is very expensive) but large rooms, there is a kitchenette but it’s not stocked ( no utensils or pots etc) . Lovely staff all around. The grounds are a labrynth!! Prepare to get your bearings!

Really quality stay in Labranda :) satisfied

We had an amazing stay in Labranda hotel in end of May :) We stood for 9 nights with all inclusive and we were very satisfied. I got a good offer on Hotels.com and for that money was absolutely perfect. We didnt expect so much, but we were more than surprised in a pleasant way. Apartment was really big and spacy, new bathroom, nice bedroom and balcony. Food was really good for a 3* hotel. Every day various choice for lunch and especially dinners were very good. Breakfasts were more or less every day the same, but everybody would find what they want. Really friendly staff, from bartenders, waiters, cleaning ladies and receptionists as well. Three big swimming pools and cosy area with sun loungers. Every day no problem to find empty loungers. Hotel was not overloaded with guests, which was nice, maybe because of covid, i dont know, but for nice and relaxing holidays was cool.. If i can advise, is better you go during the week, not for a weekends.. Weekends were more busy, lots of families with kids and quite noisy, also appeared queues on dinners or behind the bar.. But nothing tragic.. Room was always clean, cleaning lady was cooming every two days, always nicely cleaned and new towels, really good service for 3* hotel, i must say. In summary, i recommend this hotel to everyone, who likes to spend quality days in nice location in Tenerife, very lively around, close to beach, good service, very good value for money. Happy stay :) would come back, thank you :)

The staff were all very friendly. The swimming pools were very nice and both bar areas had a pool table. The hotel food was initially ok but started to get a bit tiresome and lacked in variety. In the end we got so fed up eating buffet food that we ate meals out for the remainder of our holiday. The hotel room were nice enough, spacious and clean. The beds were not very comfortable, we only had one pillow each and every time you slightly moved the beds made a creaking noise. Externally the villas and hotel ground are comfortable and attractive to view. It's a very carm and peaceful atmosphere around the gore and not much way of entertainment at all. The hotel experience was generally good and I would perhaps recommend to a mature couple who wanted to relax and go off site. It's not really family oriented.

L’état général laisse à désirer mais le personnel est là pour nous faire oublier cela.

Hotel assez vétuste, notre chambre était en contre bas ( impression d'être en sous sol)
J'ai demandé à changer de chambre et le lendemain nous avons eu une chambre spacieuse à l'étage avec un immense balcon, merci à la réceptionniste d'avoir pris ma demande au sérieux.
Peu de choix au buffet souvent les mêmes choses,mais pour un séjour de 4 jours ca va.
Le tout inclus ne comprend pas toutes les boissons, pour la plage tres bien placé à 3min de la plage. Lanimatrice de la piscine super sympa.
Le changement de chambre a quand meme énormément joué sur notre séjour dans cet hôtel, sans cela nous aurions moins apprécié c'est sûr.
Quelques travaux seraient quand même à prévoir dans les chambres,et la deco du bar également, lambiance est un peu glauque, des murs blancs et des vieux fauteuils en cuir

Hôtel avec plusieurs petites structures en îlots qui lui confèrent un environnement agréable sans impression de tourisme de masse . Très propre. Les chambres sont simples mais spacieuses et propres .Seul petit inconvénient, les douches qui manquent de pression.
Petite terrasse agréable. Personnel très sympathique . Les piscines sont propres .La nourriture est simple mais variée et bonne .
Seuls inconvénients : pas de wifi dans les chambres uniquement dans le hall de l’accueil et pas de parking privé dans l’hôtel, il faut se débrouiller pour trouver une place ce qui n’est pas simple.
Nous étions en famille de 12 personnes de 4 à 70 ans et tous ont été très satisfait de cet hôtel !

En vacances avec ma fille enceinte et mes 2 petites-filles (2-5). Premier jour, nous avons dû changer de chambre car le chauffe-eau était cassé. Avons eu une chambre similaire donc à part le fait de tout re transporter, c’était ok. Le 2eme jour, plus d’électricité . Après avoir attendu 2heures, je me suis mise en quête du tableau électrique et ai remonté le disjoncteur moi-même. 3eme jour, je constate que le climatiseur coule (sur la lampe, d’où électricité qui disjoncte). J’avertis la réception. Tous les jours jusqu’à notre départ, j’en parle à la réception, mais à notre départ, ça coule toujours. J’ai aussi extrêmement été déçue quand nous avons demandé si nous pouvions avoir un peu d’aide pour descendre nos valises et qu’on nous a répondu par la négative
Sinon, les petites-filles ont été enchantées par la mini-disco. La nourriture était correcte et le personnel sympathique dans l’ensemble

Resort definitely need renovation at some point, so if You are looking all the unfixed table corners or painting that is falling off, this is not your place. Out of that topic we didn't have any complainment. Staff was friendly, buffet was ok (vs. the price of the staying), and pool areas were good. Largest pool was heated in decent level, other pool areas were a bit more refreshing. Location at top of Fanabe beach was good.

The location is absolutely excellent, the food was really good, of course, in buffet meals, quantity sometimes replaces quality. The staff is absolutely wonderful, e.g. the faulty air conditioning was fixed immediately. A spacious apartment, its own roof terrace is absolutely luxurious. Nice activities for children too.

Ruoka- ja juomapuoli olivat hyvät, eikä pöytää tarvinnut jonottaa. Ison uima-altaan vesi oli kohtuullisen lämmintä, muiden kylmää. Suurin osa henkilökunnasta oli ystävällistä, mutta eräs lyhyttukkainen nainen oli kerran töykeä ja se pilasi tunnelmaa. Huoneet ovat vanhoja ja lattioiden siisteys oli niin ja näin. Vessan katon maali oli rappeutunut ja kuivaa maalia putosi jatkuvasti lattialle. Sohvasänky oli erittäin epämukava, samoin tyynyt. Lasten minidisko oli lapsille hauska, taikuri oli taitava. Sali oli vanha. Pienille lapsille ei ollut leikkipaikkaa. Hyvä ranta on kävelymatkan päässä ja muutenkin hotellin ympäristö on miellyttävä. Plussaa hotellille siitä, että saimme jäädä lähtöpäivänä vielä lounaalle.

Toinen sänky vähän natisi ja puoliso ei pystynyt nukkumaan siinä joten hän nukkui toisen yön sohvalla. Muuten oli oikein hyvä hotelli ja upea allas alue.

Très bon hôtel, emplacement idéal, le personnel est très sympathique et a toujours une petite attention. Les repas sont variés et de bonnes qualités, les chambres sont impeccables avec ménage tous les 2 jours, animations tous les soirs. Les 2 piscines disposent de sauveteurs, assez rare pour le souligner.
