I purchased a room with a sea view I was not granted the view. I also went to the bar to order a rum pina pineapple and the bar gave me pineapple juice twice. The people was not willing to serve us. A lot of racism. We paid for an all inclusive and didn’t not enjoy any festivities of the hotel. If your black don’t waste your time… Especially in November….

The food buffet was the best part, everyday they had different foods & the quality of the food was extremely high, they made fresh croissants every morning which were amazing.

This is a great resort. It has everything you need. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, and not over crowded. It's also in a beautiful, walkable area. The app system for booking lounge chairs, activities, and dinner reservations is excellent. The food at the buffet is varied and delicious. The only thing that could be improved is the drink selection. The coffee at breakfast is not good (sweet and small), and the pool bars should have more \"resort\" drink options, like frozen beverages. Overall, it was an amazing stay! I will be returning.

This property is great except for the constant loud music playing. If you have a room overlooking the pool, you won't get any sleep until after 11pm and if you have a room overlooking the beach, you won't get any sleep until after midnight due to all the restaurants playing non-stop music. Not a peaceful, relaxing place at all.

An excellent hotel to stay. Less than 5 min walk to the beach and next to the boardwalk. Very safe area.
We did the half board which allowed us to have breakfast (coffee, water, juices free) and dinner (water, soft drinks and alcohol comes with a charge). More than enough food.
Pool was nice. Had a heated and non heated.
Front end, cleaning, restaurant, pool staff were great.

This is a very nice hotel. The food at the main restaurant is by best barely edible. It is a shame because the hotel is very lovely and has a chill relaxed vibe. We at most of our meals of site. I would have appreciated some carpet in my room and better towel/mini bar service. The staff is above helpful and friendly. Great ocean view and accessibility. Many local drinking spots very close by that have wonderful views of the ocean and tasty cocktails.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything is amazing from the staff to the breakfast to the pool area. The system of reserving sun loungers is genius. No leaving towels out. We had a great stay all staff were very nice and friendly the hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and outside with plenty of entertainment at night, only thing I didn’t like was having to book a sun lounger was a right pain but we managed to get a lounger and the room the beds were very soft to soft I couldn’t really get a good sleep but over all enjoyed our time thanks

As you approach the hotel and its grand entrance, you're filled with joy and excitement. The hotel is stunning. The rooms are very comfortable. The food is delicious. The location is fantastic. The only thing to keep in mind is the crowd at the hotel - it's fully targeting the retired and not so much the young. The activities are all designed for those born in 1950s to 1970s. So if you're a young couple looking for a happening place, this ain't it! We loved it anyway because old people are awesome and a complete treat.

This property is in a perfect location. It’s facilities are excellent. Spacious rooms with massive, comfortable king sized beds, safe at no extra cost, bottle of water left in your room every day, good hair dryer in bathroom. Food here is also excellent,plenty of choice fresh and delicious. The staff are extremely efficient and helpful with so many people there at breakfast and dinner, the whole place runs like clockwork. Pool area is fabulous, huge, you will always find a sun bed in a great position where you get sun all day long. Spotlessly clean area with palm trees and views of the beach and Puerto Colon. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall a pleasing stay.
Bright, spacious, modern hotel in an excellent location with friendly staff. Hotel fairly full but no problem with space, sun loungers, public area seating & access.
Unusual (& annoying) not to have tissues available in the room.
Room had a fast dripping tap on arrival & for 2 subsequent days and was only repaired after bringing it to management's attention. Supervisor? - tap had probably been dripping throughout the stay of previous guests.
Except for those items of food which were cooked to order, the remainder of 'hot' food was only warm; not appetising.

The location was excellent, the rooms were spacious and clean, the pool area was fabulous. Some of the staff were not so polite and we found at breakfast time and dinner time is was very regimental not a relaxed atmosphere, we went to get an orange juice only one morning at 11:05am and a staff member advised us breakfast was over at 11am but did not reiterate it in a pleasant manner. The atmosphere when evening entertainment was on was very stiff and didn’t provide a fun feeling you should feel on your annual holiday.

An absolutely beautiful property in a great location. My room was so clean and spacious. The shower was amazing and bed very comfortable. I had a nice side view of the ocean. The staff were friendly but could have explained a few more things at check in like the day spa, how to use the key tag which was also used to pay for things at the hotel. The pool was lovely, it is a shame it closes at 6.30pm. Great views from the bars. Not sure how the platinum club worked. I would stay here again. No kids made it nice and quiet. I travelled alone but it was more suited to couples.

Payment for everything...

This is the first four-star hotel where, on top of paying the four star price for a hotel room, you have to pay extra for room safe and fridge and everything else. The hotel seems to be used mainly by pensioners, so it is not the place for someone wanting a bit of night-life in their hotel. Breakfast is good, pool area is lovely. There is, at least in March 2018, construction going on right next door, and the loud construction noise is there from 8 in the morning until midnight, and the dust gets everywhere. Rooms are quite comfortable, except the beds - they are quite hard. In checking in, the reception person was almost rude. Other personnel were helpful and polite. All in all, I would not stay in this hotel again.

Enjoyed every minute of the stay!

Hotel is an easy and short taxi ride from Tenerife South, in Adeje, with the most beautiful beaches in Tenerife. 10 meters away from the sandy beach, restaurants, promenade, bars. Has fantastic views over the ocean and the Gomera island. Steps away is the for free buses to Siam Park (best waterpark in the world) and to the Siam Mall (with playground for children)
The room was very clean, made up every day, the bedsheets being changed once in 3 days I suppose.
Were given a warm welcome by Mario, whom we give extra credit for giving us an excellent room over pool with a fantastic views. Overall, the staff was very nice. it is advisable to ask for the rooms on the level higher than the pool and the restaurant. Some weariness visible, but in reality hotel is much better.
The pool was nice, with two parts: warm and cold water. Strangely the balls, kids water games staff etc were allowed in the part with cold water. There was an elevator taking from the pool directly to the promenade, and beach.
Food: Very nice variety of food in the restaurant. One can always smth he/she likes.
Very nice animation for little kids in the evenings, minidisco, etc, which was loved by our little daughter. Nice selection of adult animation also, with very dedicated performers, even stayed for several nights in the hotel for the animation.
It was our third time in Tenerife, second time in Adeje, and first time in Guayarmina, and we will definitely return to this hotel in the future!

The Hotels proximity to the beach, restaurants,shops was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area is immaculate and the facilities excellent. Down side for us was the hotel is very family orientated and ours was a couple holiday. In the evening this was more of an obvious issue than daytime. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and you have to rent the fridge at €4 per day. Safe and WiFi are also on a per day basis which is more usual than the fridge rental and seems a little excessive. Otherwise a great hotel and would highly recommend for families.

Feeling Like a Princess in Tenerife

The Guayarmina Princess Hotel is more of a Timeshare experience, with a twist on options for eating/entertainment. As with most Timeshares there was a lot of entertainment for the children, lots of laughter and joy for the children (an awesome experience for those bringing children). The all inclusive was for a buffet, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not a lot of options inside, but outside there were many and the food excellent. The most awesome thing is the view (waterfront) and some of the Staff (Sophie and Sonja, front desk) made it special. There are charges for just about everything (safe/refrigerator/etc...).

Skønt ophold. 2. gang jeg boede på hotellet, denne gang med venner. Maden endnu bedre, end jeg husker den. Udvalget enormt. Personalet venlige og imødekommende. Ofte for høj musik ved aftenunderholdningen, man vil jo også gerne kunne tale sammen. En af elevatorerne virkede ikke i flere dage, hvilket skabte komiske situationer i alenlange rækker foran den anden. Ellers et fantastisk ophold, vi kommer gerne igen.

Beautiful hotel in Costa Adeje

Just spent a week in this beautiful and majestic hotel in sunny Costa Adeje. The location of the hotel is great. Our room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable; unfortunately the aircon in our room didn’t work properly, so it was really hot (it was only in our room; our friends’ rooms were perfect). The food was good, the drinks as well. Staff service was mixed; some were very friendly, a few were quite rude, but most were professional. The hotel app was great; it was easy to book sunbeds and all the fun activities, and it was good source of information.

La habiitacion, la cama era muy fofa casi te hundias en ella, la taza del baño se movia, no estaba bien sujeta al suelo, la nevera del minibar no enfriaba nada, lo mas importante que es el aire acondicionado no enfriaba nada y con una ola de calor, horroroso.En el comedor mas de lo mismo el aire no enfriaba y eramos los clientes abanicandonos pork era imposible comer a gusto.Solo destacar y muy positivamente la amabilidad de todo su personal q siempre estaban con una sonrisa y preguntando como lo estabamos pasando, chapo por el personal q tienen

L'hôtel est magnifique. Nous avons eu la surprise d'être accueillie en mode VIP grâce à notre réservation suite platinium, belle surprise. Cependant nous nous sommes fait volé notre téléphone dans la zone rooftop platinium, accès limité ! Nous avons signalé cela à la réception. La seule chose qu'on nous a proposé c'est de faire venir la police pour signaler. L'hôtel n'est après cela plus revenu vers nous pour au moins savoir si nous passions un bon séjour malgré ce vol dans leur établissement. Mis à part ce fâcheux incident, nous avons passer un bon séjour.

Wir haben ein verlängertes WE gehabt. Da wir weder viel trinken noch essen, haben wir nur Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. Mussten jedoch feststellen dass die Preise für das Essen und Trinken im Hotel überrissen war.
Leider hatten wir nur ein Zimmer auf Strassenhöhe und Aussicht auf das Trottoir, bzw sie auf uns….

Rundrum ein tolles Paket taxi vom Flughafen ca. 26 - 30 Euro, modernes grosses Zimmer mit fantastischem Blick, alles sauber, nur die Sitzmöbel im Zimmer könnten bequemer sein. Reichhaltiges Frühstück Buffet, schöne Aussensitzplätze und super geschulte Mitarbeiter. Einziges negatives, die Aufzüge, überall achtet man auf Abstand, nur nicht in den Aufzügen. Das liegt vorrangig an den Gästen, aber ein kleiner Hinweis könnte vielleicht helfen.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Mittag- und Abendessen war wirklich sehr gut. Auch das Personal war immer sehr freundlich.
Einziger Nachteil ist, dass im Hotel mittels App das Essen sowie die Liegestühle reserviert werden müssen. Das ist zwar aufgrund Corona sicher sinnvoll, aber man ist halt zeitlich gebunden. Würde dieses Hotel trotzdem wieder buchen.

Hyvällä paikalla ,hyvä ruoka ja ravintola palvelu, tyylikäs iso hotelli, sviitti olili mielyttävä, ilman suuhta parvekkeella ok iltapäivä aurinkoon.
Huonoa oli se että rakennuksen edessä olevasta ranra ravintolasta alkoi viimeistää kello 17 kuulua kovaäänistä musiikkia, olisin vielä halunnut olla parvekkeella myöhempään kosta aurinko paistoi lämpimästi aina kello 18,15
Toinen huono oli että kyseessä on kuitenkin katekoria sviitti hune niin terassin koko oli aika pieani ,erityisesti syvyyssuunnassa.
Lattia oli kokoajan likainen ja pyysin sitä ajoittain pesemåån , mutta se olisi pitänyt pestä oikein koneella. Jääkaappi oli sijoitettu tiiviiseen kaappiin , kaapin ovea piti pitää aina raollaan muuten kaappi olisi ollut aivan kuuma ja jääkaapin teho heikentynyt. Tämä ei ole ainoa hotelli missä näin on , Oveen vain ilmastointi aukkoja ja kaapin takaosaan samoin, sillä korjaan paljon.
Hyvää oli sänky . Riittävän jäykkä isollekin miehelle. Samoin pieni kulma sohva oli hyvä istua. Uima-altaan vesi oli juuri ja juuri tarpeeksi lämmin. Hotellissa oli rauhallista korona -ajan takia tammikuun 3 ensimmäistä viikkoa.Otelli on kuitenki aika kallis , vaikka tasoakin osittain oli hyvin.

En rigtig god oplevelse

Junior suite med havudsigt og platinstatus var en fantastisk god oplevelse. Dejligt moderne værelse med flot udsigt. Der var musik fra sportscafeen nede på strandpromenaden, men det tog vi som ekstra underholdning. Et flot hotel med altid venligt personale.

Siisti, hyvä aamiainen, checkoutin jälkeenkin oli palvelut käytettävissä saman päivän ajan. Ainoa miinus oli, ettei uima-altaan vesi ollut lämmitettyä.

Das Hotel liegt gut, viele Zimmer haben aber kaum Meersicht. Unser Zimmer nur ab Balkongeländer. Schöne Gartengestaltung mit Kakteen.
Morgenessen eher dürftig und gesamthaft laut.

Nice relaxing holiday

Great hotel, and the Platinum Club is highly recommended! The staff working are great, although the young people in the reception where not really helpful with any of our requirements. Service in the restaurants/bars was really good.

Une grosse structure

Le Guayarmina Princess est un gros hôtel avec ses avantages et ses inconvénients. De belles installations neuves et donc en excellent état. Un personnel charmant et toujours à votre disposition. Malheureusement, une salle des repas bruyante, des repas un peu expéditifs (surtout au nouvel an...quatre services en moins de deux heures...un peu lourd pour l'estomac) Une chambre un peu poussiéreuse, bien que jolie. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de La Costa de Adeje.

I was there for Christmas Dinner (25.12) and New Year’s Eve (31.12) where they chose to serve a plated dinner. Table was reserved for both nights and the request for a Vegetarian meal was made. The Dining room staff had no clue what table had a special meal. Ibadan to remind them with each course. This comes from an unorganized Dinning room. Christmas dinner was so bad, I got up after the soup and left. During the week the meals where ok, great selection for Breakfast and Dinner. I just don’t understand why a 4* Hotel serves so much food out of cans!
The Room and Hotel facilities where nice and clean with friendly Staff.

Grösse des Zimmer ist I.o. Das Personal immer freundlich. Besonders der Kellner Tena und der Gästebetreuer Juan Manuel stachen sehr positiv heraus. Das Essen war im grossen und ganzen gut. Die Galadinners sogar sehr gut. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel à part un problème de chambre à l'arrivée. Une première nuit dans une chambre de catégorie inférieure sans vue sur mer qui ne correspondait pas à la prestation payée pour le séjour de 7 nuits.Dommage d'avoir eû cette surprise contrariante à l'arrivée dans la chambre! Localisation, services, personnel au top!

TRES BON RECEPTION

Emplacement très proche des commerces et de la plage
Je dirais même un peu trop près des odeurs de restaurants
Mais il est vrai que l'on avait la chance d'être en première ligne plage
Les transats et lits de piscine du 7 eme étage sont vraiment trop resserrés. En arrivant au 7 eme on a envie de redescendre .... Restauration et réception au TOP
