Sunset Bay Club is situated in Tenerife's Costa Adeje near local shops and just a short walk from Fañabe Beach. It features two large outdoor pools, a children's pool, whirlpool and fitness centre.
The air-conditioned apartments include a well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. Each apartment has a private bathroom with bath or shower and balcony or terrace.
Satellite TV provided. Las Américas Golf Course is just a short drive away.

Our aortment was exceptionally clean, towels change every 2 days even though we was only staying for 4 nights cleaner still offered to clean our room, reception staff are always pleasant welcoming and helpful. Pool area well maintained overall great experience

The position of our room made our stay very stressful and unable to relax. The front door kitchen and bathroom windows were basically in the pub sitting area if you opened them you could pat customers on the head.the noise from the pubs started from 8am and continued until midnight if you thought you could escape it by going on the balcony think again we were directly above more bars and food outlets so more noise and food smells all day and night.

Cleaning could have been a lot better. There was a smell & couple of cockroaches in our apartment. They came and sprayed what smelt like air freshener? We bought a plug in and some peppermint essential oil to deter creoles and smell. We did report it & mentioned a couple of times.

I couldn’t find a fault in this place it has everything a good British holidaymaker could want. Air conditioning, private large balcony with cushioned loungers, a refreshing pool, bars and restaurants on site. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Great apartments in a great location, very close to beach and bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful and property kept clean. The only downside was the sunbed situation. People queueing from 7.45 and pool only open at 9am. By the time the gates opened there were about 40 people queueing for beds. You would be lucky to get a bed as people at the top of the queue had about 20 towels between 4 people and ran in throwing towels on each bed. Ridiculous situation, it was very off putting, so we decided to use the beach, which comes at a cost of €48 for 4 beds

Absolutely the best location in Costa Adeje, within walking distance of everything and 5” from the beach. The complex is spotless, all staff are super friendly and lots of bars and restaurants also on site. Rooms are also modern and spacious, all well equipped and maintained. A very comfortable apartment. Well equipped full kitchen, including dishwasher. Large balcony/terrace with table & chairs for 4 people & 2 sunloungers. Two great swimming pools, but sunloungers get busy, with guests queuing from 08.15 (open at 09.00). Top pool has aquafit, bingo, darts & pool. Both pool areas have good pool bars, with snacks.
Apartment floors only appear to be cleaned weekly, which could be improved to prevent the cockroach issues (ours & other family member's apartment were effected), although treatment was dealt with swiftly, preventative measures should be taken within the grounds. Restaurants & bars within complex & entertaintment in square, with well stocked supermarket. Laundry facilities (charged). Pool towels provided with deposit. Free use of safe in apartment.

I liked the complex the pools area kept really well clean and the entertainment really good engaging all ages also the ladies at the snack bar extremely friendly and welcoming. The down side was I had been made aware no lifts to the apartment but didn't reslise there would be so many steps I counted 53 and found it quite steep to climb felt my creaky knees if I returned would need accommodation better suited I struggled to carry my luggage down the stairs at the end of my stay.. Staff were really nice and overall I had a lovely visit

First time staying, seen the complex walking around, rooms spacious, tip get ones with a terrace got sun beds on. Pools ok but think if this place was packed not enough room around pool areas. Eating couldn’t ask for more choice surrounding area and complex full of different bars, overall very pleasant stay.

Avoid D block if you have noise, great location
I really enjoyed my time at sunset Bay. It gave a lot of great childhood memories when I was there and still an amazing place to visit with all the upgrades I've noticed to the place over time. I would definitely go back there again in the future. However, they only 1 snag I found was if your sensitive to noise I do recommend you avoid D blocks. You've noise on front from the bars there and then they is noise on back from the restaurant/ bars there as well, handy if you don't want to go not to far as they is so great place to venture too, but if your an early sleeper. This place is not for you. If I'd known this, I would have spoken to the reception and moved me, so I'll know for next time I visit the island.The apartments was also a great location and handy to get around that area too.

Slightly disappointing as this the 3rd time we stayed here and we booked the biggest most expensive room and it wasn’t as good as the others we have stayed in. For a family room it was not in a family friendly location and a little tired. The WI-FI also didn’t work in some rooms which didn’t go down well with teenagers

Very well situated about 1/4 mile back from the seafront. Nice walks in either direction with some good bars and restaurants. Our apartment was a recent refurb- not sure if this applies to all of them. Resort has 2 pools on different levels. The only downside is that there are some pubs tucked away at the bottom of the resort which can be noisy. Otherwise a good place to stay.

2 bed apartment, very large, spotless, comfortable with all you need for self catering etc. The entire hotel was also spotless and very family friendly. Lots of bars serving food in the complex and nearby loads of options. Beach about 6 min walk. As a family we would definitely come back here.

As a returning customer the Sunset Bay met our expectations. It is well positioned for access to beaches and restaurants.The 1 bedroom apartment has adequate dimensions for our needs. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are well appointed. The balcony/patio space was a good size and saw lots of sun.Though the slopes and steps present a challenge for those with mobility issues, we think its great location. We will return.

excellent service. great location. we stayed there just for a few nights but I would definitely come there again. very impresses with quality of service. we arrived a bit early for the check in. the hotel offered to change the clothes and take a shower while the room is getting ready. front desk desk was very helpful. called us few times to get our feedback as to the quality of the stay. also they helped to arrange transportation back to the airport. there are bars and restaurants with mini supermarkets inside the community. we did not us them as much. but I can see them as very convenient option to spend some time outside of the room.

Return to the reception and asked to move nothing available and some of their customers love a room so close to the action. I should have emailed ahead if I wanted a quiet room( pity I’m not psychic and would have known the room position)
If it had been earlier I would have moved to another hotel but traveling with others I had to pay for an upgrade to a family room.
The family room was fine the complex resembled a slightly dated butlins.
The hotel management never made any effort to see why I upgraded and address my concerns.
I’ll not be back but it’s a big complex so make sure you get a room that too get to your door you have to push through the bar tables.

But sadly our room was right opposite the Irish pubs which were noisy with singing & football daily, we also had to endure the continous smell of fried food & baked beans which was most unpleasant & such a great shame
