The hotel, was very spacious, welcoming and clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Pool area was spacious and clean, couldn't fault the place. Great for families. My kids a older now and found plenty to do while on site and in the surrounding areas.

When we arrived we were really impressed with Lobby and pool area - it’s a beautiful hotel. Check in had quite a big Q - not sure why they haven’t introduced on line check in as that would have made the process quicker. Rooms are a little dated but very clean with plenty of storage. No water in the room and we didn’t see any water filling stations - which is disappointing for what we paid. There’s loads of sun loungers and a lovely heated pool - we had to pay a deposit of 40 euro for pool towels which I think is a bit much I’m sure guests staying in this hotel are not looking to steal the towels - haven’t experienced this in similar hotels elsewhere. We were half board - food was ok - breakfast was best but we never tried dinner. Overall the location is great - the staff are lovely and the pool areas are really nice!

The hotel and grounds are beautiful.
My first room was exceedingly average - aging decor, smell of ?old cigarettes lingering, some mould in shower. I reported in the morning that there was an issue with the shower water going hot and cold, reception staff were really helpful in upgrading my room which was much better.
However, there were ongoing issues with shower also in new room not being very hot - I must have made seven phone calls in total to reception.

Absolutely beautiful settings and the staff cannot do more for you! The only thing that I haven’t experienced before being all inclusive is that you have to use the same pool towel for the duration of your stay unless you pay €1 per towel per day to change it. Other than that highly recommend

The staff were friendly and the choice of food was outstanding. There were enough sun beds and five pools. The pool ranged from one suitable for toddlers up through one suitable for parents and slightly older children to two deeper pools suitable for more relaxed enjoyment. A beautiful beach was about 5 minutes walk away. Good entertainment also!

Hotel is really nice, the beds extremely comfortable. Plenty of options for breakfast, lunch a bit repetitive but still nice. Only negatives are the aircon in the room was not good at all and the sun loungers are uncomfortable as they are just metal with no cushion (unless you have upgraded to the privilege package)

Overall a great hotel for a great price.

We treated ourselves to a night here while visiting my mum who lives more inland. I remembered how kind and friendly the staff were the previous year when we had a day pass, and they were kind again this year.
Our standard room was gorgeous with a huge balcony that the older kids loved.
Beautiful grounds, but only one warmer pool..nice chilled out vibe. Felt classy and no queuing for anything, food and drinks of good standard.

My friend and I went to Tenerife for his birthday. I booked a 'family room' and requested in advance that there should be 2 beds. We were disappointed to find only one double bed and a sofabed. We paid around 850 euros for 3 nights, which had to be paid at check-in before we saw the room. We requested that the hotel add a second bed on the first day, but nothing happened. We asked again on the second day and were told something would be done. We were under the impression a single bed would be added. We were disappointed again to find they had only made up the sofabed. For what we paid, this was a very poor level of service.

The room we were allocated was not very nice. It had zero view, blocked by overgrown vegetation. The room was in need of modernisation. For example, electric sockets were old and loose and there were no USB points.

The food was very average and not up to the standards of other H10s I've visited in the past.

I would not recommend this hotel, there are others that are far better and that take customer service seriously.

We really liked the location but the hotel was lacking tlc. We had a junior suite which was spacious, but no sun on the terrace; the TV had only 2 British channels, the fridge/mini bar was emptied which was fine, but it wasn't working so we couldn't use it for keeping drinks cold. The bed had a mattress topper but it was too small for the size of the bed so very uncomfortable and so we had to have it removed after the first night. The breakfast was still self service buffet which concerned us as they were relying on other guests following the hygiene rules which many weren't so all the serving utensils were being shared. Check in was a shambles as the person who checked us in didn't seem to understand the new covid requirements and was quite rude.

Hotel ok however if your not inclusive then it’s not worth booking, be cautious to take water etc to room. Nothing at all is provided on arrival or checkin. We were told on booking we would be given complimentary wine as gold member and upgrade if hotel quiet, neither was even discussed or acknowledged when I enquired. The booking system for breakfast didn’t work either. Hotel ok but if not inclusive you do not feel very welcome.

Overall, a reasonable stay

This is a great property with a convenient location and the half-board option is a great value. The quality of the food is mostly high (some dishes overcooked - eg. prawns) but great variety. The only downside were the beds - the rooms were beautiful, but the beds were very uncomfortable and hard.

I would have reviewed this H10 more positively if it hadn't been for the gym. The gym room was in a deplorable state! There were only a couple of cross-trainers, a treadmill, an old set of dumbbells and two old mats that were falling apart. I visited this 'gym' on 5 days during my stay and the area hadn't been cleaned. The water dispenser was empty most of the time. Also, the two big outdoor swimming pools were always empty as the water was freezing. It might help to have the water a bit warmer in winter. Other than that, the food was amazing, the staff great and the room was clean!

Worth it if you get a good deal/discount

Firstly this hotel is not in Costa Adeje but further along in la caleta Tenerife - so a bit of a walk to get anywhere and hard to get your bearings.

The hotel itself is very grand, as you’d hope/expect for 4 stars. The room was tired and needed redecorated. You were also expected to pay for everything from tea/coffee in your room, an iron or use of a safe - all things I’d say should be in a basic hotel let along a 4 star.

I did not find the reception staff helpful or friendly. As the hotel was so vast I asked different members of staff where the closest restroom was and kept being redirected to one that was two floors and a walk away. I realised on my 3rd day there was a restroom across from the reception. It felt like they wanted you dealt with and away as quick as possible.

The hotels saving grace is its food. I
Went HB for an extra few pounds and the quality of food and service within the restaurant were outstanding.

I would go back but only if I got a good deal.

A great hotel with enough facilities to ensure a pleasant stay. Some simple things were not included, such as bath robes and tea/coffee in the room, without extra charges which made it feel cheap. The pool bar was very low quality, serving everything in plastic cups or trays and all the bars had a limited range of drinks.
The entertainment was very boring. But overall, it was a good place to stay and the food and service in the restaurant was fantastic.

I must say I had great expectations for this hotel, I have seen it a few times and always thought I would like to stay in that place..
so we booked it for our winter break 15th-22nd dec, great big open reception and the room was great, we were in 126 above the restaurant-the private one, not the buffet for breakfast/dinner. the hotel itself is a bit hard to find your way round, lots of levels and dead ends but that aside, its a nice hotel. so what was the let down? food, breakfast was fine everything you would expect to be there was, but the queues, you would wait for the bacon to be cooked go put it down, go back up to queue for toast, come back to your table, wait to catch the eye of the guy that does the coffee....and so on- so consequently everything was always cold. on the evening- the same, with the added extra of quite steep prices for a drink to go with your meal. this large buffet hall has all the glamour of a large factory canteen with staff that never smile. maybe they just didn't want to be working there that week being the run up to xmas I guess they drew the short straw.
on my last night we had to suffer being above the private restaurant they had let out to a private party with the music basting until 3am, complained to reception along with our neighbours and were offered move to another room. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

very clean and tidy, couple of staff members i.e male pool attendant with i.e bald with tash and beard bit rude to my husband because the tickets for our towels got too wet to use for others and was told by the attendant that we cannot get towels until we bring our tattered tickets, another man who worked between waitering in diningroom and bar table attendant was rude to me because I was going to sit at a table of which he had just wiped. left diningroom and went outside to please him.
all other staff especially all other diningstaff., domestic staff, bellboys and reception staff were fantastic, excellent children attendants, cannot fault anybody or anything else.

Nice hotel in quiet location in North of Adeje. Close to beaches and just across the road from local shops and bars. Three pools, pool bar and restaurant, and entertainment for kids and adults through the day and at night. Our second holiday at this hotel and delighted once again. Great holiday, excellent hotel and staff. Felt the evening food choices were lacking a bit this year mainly due to trying to provide cuisine for so many different nationalities and cultures. Not a minus for the hotel as quality of what we did eat was great, just an honest review for those who may be fussy eaters. Breakfast buffet top class every day though and caters for all tastes. All in 5 stars though.

Lovely hotel near the beach

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with a large balcony and great view. The food was varied and there was plenty of it at the buffet. Even the fussiest person will find something - I have a number of intolerances and managed to eat a range of different things. The pool is lovely, clean and large. Most of the time nobody was in there so it was great. There is a hot tub which was a nice bonus. The hotel leads right out onto a rocky beach with lovely views. Ultimately would stay again and would recommend.

Lovely spacious hotel with excellent grounds. Rooms are looking slightly dated and tired. Cleaning very good and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner quite industrial due to large volume of people all sitting in straight rows but the food was good and plenty of variety every night. The crazy golf is looking a bit dilapidated.

Great facilities and friendly, helpful staff. Clean, bright, modern rooms. Close to the sea and a 15 minute walk to a nice beach along the new promenade.

Could be better facilities for toddlers - a bigger, better playground and perhaps a bigger kids pool. The kids pool was heated and even in a cloudy February was warm enough, as was a section of the adult pool. You are allowed to take kids to the heated indoor pool if the weather outside is too wet/cold.

Buffet food was of good quality and wide choice of cuisines. A few restaurants and bars outside and some very nice ones further along the coast towards Adeje, with beautiful outlooks to the sea.

This is quite a large hotel but well run and it never felt crowded even though I think it was almost full.
It was clean throughout and staff were very freindly and helpful.
The gardens and pool area at the rear of the hotel lead down to a coastal path where you can access a lovely beach bar and village with good restaurants one way and a sandy beach and bars the other way.
There is also a small precinct opposite with a good supermarket bars and restaurants.
The breakfast selection was excellent and nothing seemed to run out.
We had a standard room due to last minute booking but it was large and well equipped and clean with a good size balcony to sit on.
We will definitely return to Tenerife and hire a car to explore the interior.

Nice hotel in Adeje. Nearer Caletta than Americas. Lovely pool area. Nice breakfasts with lots of choice and a good sized bed and bedroom plus big, private balcony. What’s not to like? Price reflects it’s a bit out of the way, but we like to walk, so no problem. Taxis cheap and plentiful. Supermarket over the road for water and snacks. For the price, hard to beat.

Definitely not worth a price

Our room (as about 30% of all rooms in the hotel) came to the backyard - it smells awful from the outside because of the garbage cans and we waked up early in the morning from the noise of the trucks. The only good thing in H10 - the food is very good but you need to spend time to get in the restaurant because of the personal that checking your status in the hotel 100 times a day.
Also no preferences for Expedia+ Gold members as advised.
Stay somewhere else - there's many quality hotels in Tenerife

Lovely hotel with access to the beach

We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. Staffs were very friendly. Love that this hotel has direct access to the beach where we spent two evenings watching the sunset. We rented a car to drive up north to visit Loro Park (approximately 1 hour drive), definitely a must go. Siam Park is only 14mins drive away. There were activities available on this hotel but not all are maintained well. Games room are just a few gaming machines and requires a small fee to operate. There is a huge swimming pool and abundance of sun beds for use. Very spacious hotel and overall a lovely stay.

Ok so it looks great in the images but it’s a tired and old hotel. The room we were assigned was really old and we encountered cockroaches so they gave another room which was a disaster so it was not accepted, before switching to another room. The bathroom had mould in the corners. The beds are really uncomfortable and please don’t lift the protectors as the mattresses are yellow stained and disgusting. Good points are breakfast, nice pool, but don’t eat lunch there (say no more)! Breakfast on the terrace is lovely but make sure you queue on the left to avoid any confrontation!

Good half board hotel

We were welcomed kindly to Costa Adeje Palace. Our room was clean and spacious with a view of the beach. we also had clear views of para-gliders coming in to land on the beach. Unfortunately we also overlooked the bins which were emptied between 2.00 & 4.00 each morning disturbing an otherwise good nights sleep.
The buffet meals are very good and varied. the gathering of food is a little frenetic however. Pool and facilities also good but some surcharges for facilities such as the safe in the bedroom smack a little of budget airline behaviour.
We enjoyed our stay and thank the staff for their help care.

Cannot understand why only Privilege guests had coffee and tea facilities and they wanted to charge 4 euros per day to have a kettle! Only other comment is that there was a very noticeable lack of staff at the poolside bar/restaurant and many people walked out because of lack of service and queue to get drinks.

My wife and I have recently stayed at H10, i have to say over all have been impressed with the hotel and facilities. The staff have been great and put a lot of hours in, good food and nice ambience

Only small concerns, a couple of the staff that distribute the towels ( older gents) are very argumentative and dare i say blunt and rude. i returned two towels and was asked if I had finished, I said we may come back later to sunbathe. The guy started shouting saying you cant have more than two towels a day. I said no worries at all we would sunbathe without them, he was still shouting and waving his arms around, no need for it but my wife and i laughed it off.
Secondly, you have to pay for the use of a safe in the room. It isnt expensive but for a 4 star hotel i would expect to this to be a standard feature

Will definitely stay again, overall a very positive experience

Quiet location. Beach just outside of complex.

Nice quiet area in Costa Adeje with beach front walkway to La Caleta or to Los Cristianos for the more adventurous.
Hotel was adequate for our needs. Large rooms with plenty of space. We chose a room with a seaview from the balcony. Bathroom could do with updating but could see works being done in nearby rooms so assume plans in process for this. Would also have expected to have a kettle in room for price paid but had to stump up 28 euros to hire one (fortunately had taken my own coffee as would have had to pay 4 euros per day extra to have these provided and replenished). We were on B & B basis only and found the selection of food provided was more than adequate and plenty of it. The pool area was well laid out with no shortage of sun loungers but despite having labels stating these couldn't be reserved with towels we found that the prime spots were always reserved from first light. The grounds of the Hotel are well kept and always neat and tidy. The interior of the Hotel is well maintained and the staff are very polite and approachable.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here and will likely visit again in the future. We prefer to stay at this part of Tenerife as it is much quieter and relaxing.

A little luxury but pricey

Although the name suggests Costa Adeje, it was really in La Caleta. Nice views and a lovely promenade but a stony beach and not one to sit on really. We stayed in the best room in the hotel (670). Fantastic outlook, lovely spacious room with bath and big walk in shower. We stayed for 4 nights all-inclusive with privilege service. The privilege guest only beach was just superb. Fantastic sun beds, Bali beds and cabanas. There was a special bar and each hour we got served a little treat. The staff were lovely and friendly. There was a privilege lounge but it felt too much like an airport lounge, pity it didn't have a terrace where you could sit out and chill. We had breakfast every morning in the privilege la Tosca restaurant which was lovely, great breakfast and lovely views. We didn't eat in the Japanese restaurant as it's just not our thing . La Tosca evening menu was varied but as we are both fussy eaters we were glad we were only staying 4 nights. Tried the buffet once, plenty of choice and nice but you had to wait if you wanted a table outside which was good otherwise being in doors felt a little like school dinners. The best place to eat was a la carte lunch at the pool bar. Plenty of variety and just enough food. The pool was huge, with a few jacuzzis dotted about and a baby pool. I did enjoy the hotel but it needs more restaurants to offer choice. Glad I went, a little taste of luxury. Costly place so not entirely sure it was good value.

Lovely hotel, staff were all very friendly.stayed half board the breakfast was great plenty of choice and all well cooked,dinner was probably one of the best we have had in a hotel of this size ,always well cooked and well prepared we hope to go back next year .

Good family break

A really busy and popular hotel. The highlights were the reception staff who were efficient, friendly and really helpful- and made the stay easy and enjoyable. Facilities were good and geared around a large busy hotel in the height of season, and to their credit the hotel was always kept clean and tidy

2nd visit here, just as good as last year! Staff are fantastic, always willing to help.

Room clean, good facilities. Always able to get sun lounger by pool. On a dinner, bed & breakfast rate - food fabulous - huge choice. Restaurant staff in particular must be mentioned. Sat outside for both meals every day.

Can't really comment on entertainment as we went out after dinner, although had a good crowd it seemed.

Grand hotel in great spot

Has seen better days but the staff were brilliant. Definitely needs to looks at food offer and maybe focus on some more local type offerings. The pool side bar food was really basic with not such a great choice of fresh foods. . Staff were excellent but it feels as though it needs a loving touch here and there as soon it will just look a bit shabby and dated. The location is great if you want to avoid the busier more bar led areas like las Americas.

The hotel had improved over the last few years but the service around pool area was slow and the life guard was rude to a lot of the young children around small pool area. Food was better but rooms where very basic for the price.

Great Holiday

The location was great. We did a half board stay and exchanged the dinners for lunch and explored the surrounding area in the evening and ate dinner out. We found some gray local restaurants nearby. It is very central with a lovely boardwalk in the back. The food we did eat at the hotel was cafeteria style but good. The pool area was nice with plenty of sunbeds available. Overall, we had a great stay.

Brilliant cycling holiday in the sun!

Came to Tenerife with my husband for a few days in the sun to ride our bikes. This hotel is fantastic! We normally go self catering so we don't have to conform to any particular timescale regarding meals etc. but it wasn't a problem in this case. Breakfast is served 7:30 - 10am and dinner from 18:30 - 21:30 (22:00 during summer months!) This gave us plenty of scope to work bike rides around meal times. There was nowhere specific in the hotel to keep bicycles so they had to stay in our room but the balcony was secure and spacious enough so that we could leave them there when not in use. Food was amazing! You couldn't ask for a better choice, genuinely something for everyone. The dining room is a bit clattery and like a huge canteen but there is the option of eating outdoors which is very pleasant indeed. Everything is clean and well maintained, staff are brilliant and the location is superb. The beach bar across the road is well worth a visit and you can walk along the coast all the way to Las Americas if that's your kind of thing - not mine though. It's like Blackpool but with aggressive street vendors!

Great hotel, highly recommended.

Hotel was fantastic, great location as we enjoy a daily walk. Food was really good, plenty of choice and great variety each night. The entertainment at night was of a high standard and would recommend it. Plenty of room around the pool, no panic over sunbeds.
