Great service and staff were friendly and courteous. Also, rooms were decent size and clean. Breakfast was included so that was a bonus with plenty of options for various food items. The building next door was being renovated so workers would show up early but it wasn't too big of a deal. Also, the water would leak from the stand-in shower into the bathroom but again nothing too serious.

I loved my stay at this hotel. It's so close to the main areas which was very convenient. Although it is an inner street it is very lively. The room was very modern, clean, and spacious. I was surprised by the amenities it was super thoughtful and kind of them to provide us so much. But I have to say the best part of my stay would have to be the breakfast. The food was amazing with such a huge variety of spread, the rooftop was beautiful with an amazing view, it was so so relaxing, and overall loved the vibes. The staff was so kind and helped explain the activities and help us with anything we need. Would definitely recommend coming here and I would come back for sure.

Last year we visited Istanbul and it was an amazing stay at Seraglio Hotel. This year, their open buffet breakfast is very basic and less variety than before. Air condition noisy and room service can be improved. Receptionist very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the old city. It's situated a couple of minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We enjoyed staying in the family suite and 5 people stayed comfortably. Lovely greeting from the hotel staff. Room was clean and tidy and was serviced daily. Great view from the roof top looking towards the sea in one direction and Blue Mosque in the other. Very close to restaurants and tourist areas. A little noisy if your room is close to the street but white noise such as air-conditioning helps. Breakfast is nice and staff are always helpful with cooking fresh eggs etc.

The hotel is over rated and over priced. The location is convenient but everything around is so expensive and they are not even keeping the promises. We have been promised a two bedroom two bathrooms with the view. But it was ground floor very old apartment for a price of expensive hotel.

I think the hotel is over rated. The location is good. The staffs are friendly and accommodating but the building is old. We asked for two bedrooms two bathrooms but we only had one tiny washroom for 5 people. We asked for additional beds and we paid for it and still my son had to stay on the floor for a week. Then we rented deluxe terrace but the view is very limited. It’s a nice place to stay but overpriced for the city

We stayed at Seraglio Hotel for 7 nights. The best points about this hotel is location, friendly staff and view for the breakfast area. However, we lost our power a couple of times which had to wait for the conditioner to restart. The elevator fan was not working and the mattress and pillow not very comfortable. Also, there was a occasionally sewer smell in bathroom which was very unpleasant.

I am very keen on cleanliness, and this property was very clean. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. Walking distance to attractions and the metro line. You will not be disappointed. Awful reception at front desk by one personnel who made a comment of \" Are you sure you even have a room\"? After waking to be at the Cappadoccia airport at 530am and a noisy flight to Istanbul, this is was a horrible statement even if said in jest. All i could say was\" I have paid in advance to Hotel.com over two months ago...they have a lawsuit waiting for them including you if I don't have a room\". Can you imagine how awkward this situation was that i paid for with good money.

The rooms are nice and modern. The extra bed for kids is great. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Parking is just like the rest of Turkey: you have to hunt for a spot or use one of the 'OTOPARK' paid parking lots. There were plenty in the area.
