What an amazing little hotel, so close to all of the sites of old Istanbul! The staff are so lovely and accommodating with lots of tips and answers to questions. They even took the time to show me to the room and explain the amenities.

I saw the room w two singles and I wouldn't hesitate to choose it next time, if need be.

Very convenient location to Sultanahmet with Tram stop just 5 min away and lots of restaurants and coffee options in the Main Street. The staff were very nice and helpful and it almost felt like you are staying in your friends house. The only slight negative was the noise on the street below as it’s a busy area with restaurants and some music being played but it got all quiet roughly after 1 am. For the price I paid it was good value!

We had a great time - the location is fantastic - a couple of mintes from tram stations and major attractions. The service was excellent and the owners were very friendly. The room we stayed in was a bit small, but this is quite normal for hotels in the old city and definitely great value for money.

The hotel is strategically located walking distance to visit most of the attractions of Istambul. The people who work there are very friendly and love helping the guests. Nice breakfast in a petit area they have at the entrance. The hotel is small but comfortable, it has elevator in case guests need to go to the Upper floors.it better to stay in the second floor upwards, since it is easily heard the noise or conversations in the lobby if you are staying in the first floor. Finally, the área is sorrounded by good restaurants.

Bathroom is enough room. Shower did leak a bit but hot water was always there. Great restaurants right out of the door. Close to blue mosque, Sultanahmet square and grand bazaar. Also the airport. One of the amazing hotels that I’ve visited, yes the room was a bit small, but everything was good, for example the area, and the hotel is near the tram, and the cleanliness of the rooms, they clean the rooms every day with changing towels ,soaps and shampoos, the breakfast is also good, the treatment of the workers are amazing, they were lovely with us.

Overall a very nice place to stay. The bed was so comfortable that sitting on it made me sleepy. My room was very clean but there are corrupted parts on the wallpaper. Noise from neighboring restaurants and pubs isn't an issue if you go to sleep at 11pm or later. The staff were all very friendly and I was offered a cup of hot tea everytime I came back to the hotel at night.

My five night stay at the Arife Sultan was made perfect by the staff which ran the hotel. There was a morning breakfast set up in the lobby downstair which doubles as the check-in desk and main office. There was a good selection of pastries as well as cheese, olives, yogurt and fresh veggies-small and intimate. We became acquainted with some of the other guests who were from Georgia that were staying here.

Very small room and even smaller shower. The breakfast was small and a bit awkward with three staff members just standing behind the counter watching us. The beds were comfy and it was well located. Wifi worked well. On the whole it was a okay place to stay for the night but the night was plenty.

Great service and location. The entire hotel is meticulously clean and inviting. Beds were one of the best we ever slept, firmed mattress with soft high quality sheets. Air conditioner was quiet and efficient. We loved the neighborhood. It's within walking distance to most major attractions. Staff are very accommodating, courteous and helpful to all our inquiries and needs. Our thanks to Cemal and Mehmet, and a special thanks to Ingine for contacting our driver when we left one of our bags behind. Stayed here whislt in Istanbul and it is a great hotel. The rooms are on the small side, but that personally does not bother me, and they are beautifully decorated.

Highly disappointing
As soon as I reached the hotel, after 2 hours in traffic, the hotel informed me that they had NOT received my booking! Wasted 4 hours in administrative hangups for them to learn that infact they did have my booking!! Service overall was ridiculous. Would not recommend a stay here unless you want your time wasted!

Hotellet ligger perfekt - kort gåafstand til samtlige seværdigheder. Der er masser af restauranter rundt om og det er tæt på metro. Personalet er fantastiske søde. Hotellet er ældre model og værelserne er små, men der er hvad der skal være og med begrænset brug af værelset da man er udeblevet dagen, så gør det ingenting. Det er anden gang vi bor her og vil vælge det igen.

しかし、設備には老朽化が見られ、清掃もあまり行き届いていない印象を受けました。
また、夜間はナイトクラブやレストランの音楽が夜遅くまで鳴り響き、睡眠をとるのがかなり難しい状況でした。

Está en la mejor zona, puedes ir caminando a los principales lugares. El hotel es muy sencillo y las habitaciones pequeñas, pero lo mejor es el personal muy amable. Desayuno incluido básico. El único inconveniente es que escuchaba todo en la habitación, gente platicando en el lobby en la noche y ruido de la calle pero solo fue un rato después pude dormir. Lo recomiendo para estancias cortas y si lo que quieres es un lugar seguro para dormir

아주아주 친절한 직원분들. 언제 만나도 인사를 건네주시고, 이스탄불의 여행 정보를 주십니다. 방도 아늑했습니다. 오래된 방이라고 평점 낮게 주신 분들 있던데, 오래된 숙소라는게 느껴지지만 오히려 오래된거 치고 관리가 굉장히 잘 되었구나 라고 느꼈습니다! 관광지와 아주아주 가깝고, 트램과도 가까워 공항 이동에 아주 편리합니다. 유일한 단점은 숙소 바로 앞이 식당인데 새벽 1시까지 음악과 웃음소리가 난다는 것입니다. 그러나 여행지에서 음악과 웃음소리는 땡큐라고 생각합니당ㅎㅎ
