Another enjoyable stay at Langshott. Staff was friendly, efficient, and kind. They allowed us to check-in early after along flight, and a little late check-out. Go Team Rebecca! A wonderful few days at the manor
Rebecca and her team went above and beyond to make our stay really magical - from the perfect room selection to the fluffy white robes, it was a gorgeous few nights. If you’re flying into or out of Gatwick Airport around the time of your stay, the hotel also offers a reasonably priced and safe car parking service, and with a bus to the airport around the corner I’ll definitely be doing it again. Again, Rebecca is wonderful - give her a payrise, as she is a big reason I’ll be coming to stay again! Thanks, Langshott Manor. You were gorgeous x

Have stayed multiple times, this trip was 2 nights, excellent as before. Dinner one night, was excellent, nice young man server, food excellent. Ladies at front desk were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

Whilst I know this is an old and historic property, the entire place (restaurant, bedroom...at least mine, bathroom) are all very, very dated. It does feel like the whole place has not had any investment or refurbishments for 20 or more years. It is tired, old and feels like it is on a steep and steady decline.

I bid for a room upgrade which i won and was really disappointed that the room we had was exactly the same as we had in November without paying for an upgrade. Paint peeling of the walls, lights out in the bathroom. Such a shame to rip you off like this as it is a nice hotel.

We had a very brief stay here, just overnight. It was dark when we arrived, and dark when we left early in the morning. I was looking for a stay in an antique room, and that is exactly what we got. The building is old but sound, and cozy. Would stay here again if we could stay longer.

Lovely stay in a charming manor. Well maintained grounds and good breakfast buffet for full English breakfast or cereal and juices. We stayed in the Epsom and another suite that were separate to the main manor. Both were well appointed and charming. The only negative was one of the rooms was not made up on our 2nd day, and we ran out of shampoo and toilet roll! The bar staff were excellent and amazingly accommodating. Very happy with our stay!

Potentially and probably used to be an excellent hotel. The food fully justified the 2* AA rating but the staff, who were lovely people, were not professionally competent for the quality that the hotel aspires to. For example the room was not serviced at all on one day and lounge drinks were not clleared away after use for long periods. The gardens could have been lovely but the whole place felt as it were being run down Potentially very good but....

The property is old, which is great in terms of ambience but means that facilities such as air conditioning are not available. Parking is limited when events occur at the hotel. That said, all the staff whom we encountered were friendly and helpful. Dinner in the Mulberry restaurant was excellent, albeit the wine list is adequate rather than extensive.

I had a wonderful time staying at the Langshott Manor. It's such a beautiful hotel in Surrey. The staff were very friendly and professional and the room was very beautiful, clean and cozy. This hotel makes staying at the airport seem far from a hardship. What a historic, lovely gem! It would be wonderful even if we weren't so conveniently located next to Gatwick. Not that you even know the airport is even here in this tidy bucolic pocket.

Langshott was a wonderful stop on our trip across Southern England. A friend recommended Premier Inn, but I wanted something a little more B&B. Langshott was perfect. The staff were very friendly and really worked to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The property was beautiful and clean. Overnight stay before flying to Turkey. Arrived early,as we had been staying in London for a few days, and was delighted to be allowed to check in straightaway as our room was ready. Zoe was very helpful on reception and happily carried my husband's heavy suitcase upstairs in the Langshott Mews. A spacious and comfortable room. Lovely big bath too! Lovely gardens to explore. I was disappointed to be told at check in there was no room on the restaurant most hotels keep tables for people who are staying over that said a table did become available, the restaurant had an odd ambiance due to the lack of tables!! Langshott Manor is a hidden gem. We stayed at the property based on its proximity to Gatwick Airport, however the hotel is a lovely destination in its own right. Our room was charming, the restaurant was exceptional, the grounds were beautiful and best of all the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. This is an incredibly beautiful manor house converted into a luxury boutique hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the food delicious and the property itself exquisite. The hotel is very characteristic and both the hotel and grounds are well kept. There is a need for air conditioning in the hotel and rooms. The staff on our day of arrival looked so drained and uncomfortable, albeit they continued to provide outstanding service. It made us feel that we didn’t want to ask for anything as we didn’t want to be responsible for making the staff any more uncomfortable than they already looked.
Hotel was clean, our room which was the Wisley, was very well presented, just unbearably hot. We obviously appreciate that the temperatures we have been experiencing, are way above the average, but even a regular summers day would result in a poor nights sleep. Not helped by the radiator in the bathroom being extremely hot and on all the time.

This is a lovely, picturesque place. Unfortunately, we were there during record heat wave and they don't have air-conditioning. Zoe and her colleague did all they possibly could to make us comfortable - so, kudos there. Lunch there at Mulberry restaurant was pretty awful service and food but dinner and breakfast were much better.
