This place has all that is needed for a \"budget\" if you want to stay in London. It is practically less than 10 mins walk from the major train stations (St. Pancras and King's Cross). It's located in a very clean and neat neighbourhood. While the room may be considered a bit on the smaller side, one has to note that this is London. The beautiful thing about this place is that you have the power of doing what you want, it's like a home away from home without the AirBnB prices.

Also staff is so lovely and accommodating. If I'm ever in London on a short stay I would definitely go back here again. Absolutely nailed it!

The room turned out to be much smaller than the photograph of the room in the advert and in the confirmation booking - leaving us feeling like we had been mislead, particularly seeing as we paid a premium for the booking.
On closer inspection the decor was very tired and shabby. The bathroom was tiny.
The appliances were elderly and the television was cheap and had limited functionality.
Overall very disappointed with experience, which was definitely not value for money

Great location for visiting the markets. Room was nice with a pretty outlook over the tennis courts and the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. Shower was also really good and the bed was much more comfortable than we had expected due to other reviews. Only downsides were the level of maintenance in the apartment, for example leaky shower head , peeling ceiling paint in the bathroom and squeaky hinges, also the reception staff for the check out were disinterested and inattentive. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but only because it had more amenities than we needed for just a short stay.

Overall everything was fine with the stay - I would just say I was slightly underwhelmed with the rooms and the size of the rooms for the cost. I also paid an upgrade free which I was promoted with on email and not quite sure what difference that made as I did feel the room was very small. It was however very clean, nice kitchen area and patio.

The room was extremely small and difficult to move around in. The bathroom sink was tiny, comparable to an airplane sink, with a shelf directly above it that made it barely usable. The shower was so cramped that I could hardly move, and the entire room felt more like the size of a walk-in closet. This was definitely not the room shown in the pictures. Additionally, there is no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow and steep, making access with baggage to the second floor quite difficult.

Staying at Studios2Let in Bloomsbury allows you to live in London, not just visit. The accommodation consists of serviced flats, each one containing a bed, chairs and tables, TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and on site laundry facilities. The staff are always welcoming and accommodating. Any issues are dealt with promptly and pleasantly. The Bloomsbury location is equidistant from Euston and St. Pancras train stations, just blocks from Euston Road. The buildings face a quiet park and tennis courts. The facility is lovingly maintained. During my recent visit the entire building was receiving new hanging planters. There is no elevator, which can be problematic for those with mobility issues or luggage that is large and heavy. Studios2Let has become my home away from home each and every time I visit London and I look forward to staying again!

Starting with the reception, the two staff members I met were pleasant and professional. The common areas, stairs, etc, are well-worn, and I was unsure on my way to the room. The pictures are accurate; it is simple and no-frills, but it has the essentials and is very clean. There is a hob, fridge, and microwave, all of which are clean. A crucial point: the bed is comfortable, with good quality pillows and linen. The bathroom is tiny but has good hot water and decent towels. The location is great, being just a very short walk from King's Cross station and also easily accessible from Euston. It is a little tired, but it has everything you need, ideal for a couple of nights. I would stay there again.

It's a very good option in Bloomsbury, especially for anyone who is going to be staying a little longer and needs a bit of additional space beyond what a typical hotel room would provide to stretch out a bit. I didn't make use of the kitchenette, but it was there. Very centrally located. The place doesn't have the common space or amenities that regular hotel has, but that's really okay because it isn't a regular hotel.

( difficult getting in and out) and knees practically hit the wall sitting on the toilet. Also, Nowhere to set anything in the shower.
Definitely needs updating but is close to St Pancras/ Kings Cross if that’s your goal.

This is an ideal spot to stay in London if you want to live like a real Londoner. The studio has a double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and a nice little kitchenette with a full oven and cooktop.

The neighbourhood is great - Marchmont Street has groceries, restaurants, and a couple very good pubs. If the weather is nice, it’s a half hour or less walk to the West End, the National Gallery, or Camden Town. If not, the tube or buses will take you everywhere.

Just be aware - the studios are small. If you need a king bed, it’s not there. Your bed will have to double as an easy chair. The shower isn’t designed for big people. You may need to walk up two floors to your room.

I’ve stayed here three times now, for a week at a time. To me, it’s a great spot. From breakfast in the studio to the post-show glass of wine, it’s my London home.

Overall it worked out okay, but there were some annoyances:

- They were oddly stingy with the toilet paper. We stayed 8 nights and they did one room refresh mid-week. Every time we ran out of toilet paper, we had to go to the reception in the building next door to ask. I tried to get more than one roll so we wouldn't run out at an inopportune time or have to ask again, but staff were reluctant to give us more than one roll at a time and made comments like 'toilet paper is expensive' and 'this is an exception' when they granted us a back-up roll. Never experienced anything like this before. Truly bizarre.
- The warped mattress sloped down on both sides.
- Annoying design choices: a kitchenette sink in a corner that you have to stretch your arms to reach; a little shelf right above the tiny bathroom sink so you couldn't duck down to splash your face; no hooks immediately next to the shower; utensils in a drawer located above eye level when there was a perfectly fine drawer at a normal location at the hip. None of those are a big deal, but as a whole it just feels like a total disregard for how people actually use spaces, most easily remedied.

Positives: Location: safe, quiet, walkable area & close to stations. Ample shelving in the room.

We chose this hotel based on the reasonable price, room size and location. We booked the Executive Studio. The room size was great and we liked having the small kitchen. The down side was the very small bathroom. It was functional, but the shower was tiny and the sink was small with minimal shelf space to put your accessories. Also, there wasn’t an electrical outlet in the bathroom. On the plus side, the location worked out great, with good restaurants close by, and easy walking distance to three subway stations, which we used a lot. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.

Nothing to see on the patio, it's covered by 3 walls and on the basement floor , NO KITCHEN in this room, hotels. com sells it as it has kitchen but it doesn't, the bed is extremely small, hardy fit my husband and I , it's barely a full size bed, no cleaning service and we were there 6 days, the chairs in the patio were rusted, this room is only good for 1 person, it was really difficult to fit the luggage.

Person on reception was nice. Room I booked should not legally be allowed to be rented out. Required climbing over a double bed to get to the kitchen bench. Second room most uncomfortable pillows I had in all the 12 accommodations I booked whilst travelling. Two fridges in the room with the one I choose to use not working, ruining my food before realising there was a second one. Tired, run down. Dirty laundry bags regularly left in the hall. Cleaning person pushed past me in the tiny hallway whilst chatting on her mobile rather than letting me get through. Disappointed and not what I expected, particularly given the photos shared on Hotels.com and how nice the street is.

Well, the room was tiny and semi-basement but ok in principle for 1 night. The place was quiet. There was a Henry vacuum cleaner left on the stairs half-landing which might have been a trip hazard to anyone with very poor sight, like my wife.

The first issue with the room was that the safe deposit box was locked. We said nothing as it didn’t matter to us. However,at 5 a.m. this morning we discovered that the shower was unusable as the temperature was extremely hot and could not be successfully adjusted. So a quick wash had to suffice. I want a partial refund for this. When i mentioned this as i handed backthe keys at about 6 a.m. I was basically told it was our fault fornot working the controls properly. We know all about how to adjust showers and pressing buttons etc! It was broken.

Great location for this price point

Great location, convenient to shopping, restaurants, lovely quiet street. Kitchenette with refrigerator and oven/stove, etc. was handy to have for heating leftovers, making coffee/tea, etc. No A/C, and room was stuffy so we kept radiator turned off and opened windows to cool off, small fan supplied was not very powerful but helped to move the air a bit. Water temp in the shower was hard to control. Otherwise, a decent choice for the price!
