Hotel was just okay. The staff was nice enough, but left a lot to be desired. The location is fairly far from the train station. Google Maps will tell you to get off the ferry boat early, then walk for 30 minutes. Instead, board at the Ferrovia stop, and take it to Giardini. Then it’s a 5 minute walk to the hotel through the park.

The hotel itself was decent and clean. The lobby smelled a little funky, like sewage, or someone was hotboxing it with farts. It smelled different with different staff. We had two twin beds which were weirdly close together, and smaller than twin beds in the United States. Around 7am, people would be outside moving carts and making a lot of noise, so be aware.

The real downer was breakfast. It was terrible. The scrambled eggs were likely powdered, definitely not fresh. The assortment of meats, breads, and cheeses were all cold and the toaster was broken. There are several decent cafes nearby that had better options.

I contacted the hotel the night before arriving for transportation from airport and Mustafa at the front desk was great to give us directions :) We had an issue with the lock and the key broke One guy at the front desk was annoyed by it however someone else assisted with replacing key the fallowing morning Not ideal room next to dining area where breakfast is served every morning and you can hear everything The bathroom had drainage odor and we cover drains with towels to keep smell from coming out not successfully :(

Rooms are somewhat small but very clean and very attractive. Hotel was somewhat difficult to find at first but is near markets, gardens and quality restaurants. The staff was always courteous and helpful - a night clerk named Mustafa helped us immensely with early morning transportation - we remain very grateful for his assistance.

Great location just a 15 minute walk from St Marks Square, Bridge of Sighs and the Rialto Bridge, we had a fantastic 5 day visit so we were able to visit everything we wanted to see.
For breakfast there is a lovely continental breakfast buffet. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend this hotel

First night they gave me a terrible room I couldn’t sleep on that night because of bed , they put one of the bed on uneven floor( two bed base was on step )and there wasn’t any space to move it
Room was for 4 people air condition wasn't be able to cool enough, when I reserved the room photos of the-room was different, I complain at reception and I asked for change the room but he told me we don’t have any other room till tomorrow

I've stayed in Venice quite a few times and this is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
The area is lovely where visitors mix with locals and enjoy very good food.
The hotel has been refurbished and the rooms are comfortable and welcoming.
The breakfast buffet is excellent, considering it's size, and the ladies who look after it are welcoming.
Best of all about this hotel is the staff. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful especially all the reception staff. Mustafa was a breath of fresh air and extremely helpful with our planning to visit the islands.
I'd wholehearted recommend this hotel and when I return I will stay there again.

Our stay was amazing! The service was top-notch, and we were delighted to receive a newly renovated room. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet part of the Castle area, yet conveniently located just a one-minute walk from a supermarket and several excellent restaurants. They give us all the way on 3 floor there is no elevator to bring your luggage to 3 floor. When I ask the someone to help us to bring the luggage down stair they don’t have any help to bring it down. I request for 1 floor they say no don’t have other rooms. And I see the lots of room was empty.

The hotel was great. Moustafa at the hotel is amazing, he helped us with so many things and advised us with so many great ideas to do in Venice.
If I will go back again I will do it the same and stay at the same hotel because of Moustafa and the rest of the team.

Could not fault anything about the place.

Immaculately clean, especially the en suite.

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. They literally could not be kinder.

Breakfast was excellent, even catered to our gluten free needs.

Even after check out, held our bags for as long as we needed.

An Absolute Gem

Everything about the hotel was amazing. We were well taken care of by the staff upon arrival. The breakfast was fantastic, the room was impeccably clean, and the beds were comfortable. If you want to stay in a neighborhood in Venice full of locals and not day tourists, I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more. I would %1,000 stay again.

Great location away from the tourist mobs

Anna, Mustafa and the woman who prepares breakfast and cleans all the rooms are delightful and so helpful! There was a problem with the hot water but the location is terrific. It’s Venice so one must take a water taxi but it’s followed by a lovely walk through the park. Thanks, folks!
