The hotel was an average stay overall. The location was okay—nothing particularly great but convenient enough for basic needs. The breakfast options were fairly limited and below average compared to similar hotels.

One issue was that there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival, which was inconvenient and should have been checked beforehand.

Overall, the stay was fine but nothing special. It works for a short, budget-friendly stay, especially given the good price, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.

I have yet to be disappointed by any aspect of this Days Inn. Best value, hands down. Great location, excellent staff, free parking, breakfast, indoor pool, cardio facility, wonderfully appointed rooms... and so much more. It continues to impress, no matter how many times I come this way.

Our room was a right fit but was clean except for the used bar of soap on the bathtub. Three smell of weed was overpowering late at night. The heater/ air worked very well. The morning front desk staff were incredibly rude and hateful! I asked if they had any kind of juice with breakfast and their response was "what do we look like a grocery store?" I was appalled at that response in and of itself!! Upon arriving the trash outside the side door facing QT was full with a small sack on top..... when we checked out on our second day it was still full (HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED) several small bags were on top of the van and several more on the ground. Finally, as we were loading into our car one of your housekeepers was sitting in her car getting high! Summary: Room, grounds (except for trash on 1 side) was nice and clean. Breakfast options good. STAFF EXCEPT FOR NIGHT........ HORRIBLE!! How I'm treated where i go is most important always.

This hotel needs to be shut down. The first room had gum on the floor covered in ants. There was dust all
Over the floor the sink and tub was full of hair. I asked for a second room that roomed had a small of mold and the sheets had red stains. There were people hanging out in the halls I didn't feel safe. Asked for a refund from the hotel and hotels.com and was told no. Stay away from there it's horrible

First and foremost they did not have a defibrillator and the possibility of a life being saved with the defibrillator in the building should be addressed. There was the smell of marijuana throughout the hotel Even though it is posted that anyone smoking will be asked to leave the premises and a $250 fine. It was obvious that people and children are living in the hotel not just staying for a few days.

The tub was stained/dirty and the shower curtain wasn't long enough so lots of water on the floor. Only one bath towel for 2 people. Dust bunnies on floor. Too much light through window at night. Longer drapes would help. Argument in hallway/nearby room broke out at 2:40 AM. Feared violence might ensue. Poor breakfast.

It was a disgustingly filthy dirty site. Th bed linens were stained and dirty. The towels and chair were stained. The bathroom sink had a black ring around it. No one should stay at that hotel - ever!

We stay here every 3 to 4 months because it is very close to where our family lives. They offer super comfortable beds. (Please tell me what the mattress is so I can purchase it!) Clean rooms at a great price. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only downside is that some of the clientele are noisy and bad mannered but you get that anywhere you go these days. That is not the fault of the business. We will continue to stay here and recommend it to others.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and I accidentally booked it again by mistake!! We were in the same room as the last time, next to the elevator. Only had one towel and washcloth for two occupants. Left to go see family and when we returned housekeeping had cleaned our room and left again only one towel and washcloth for two occupants. Had to go to the front desk on both occasions to get extra towel and washcloth. Informed front desk I would have put a sign out for housekeeping NOT to clean room but there was not a sign. He told me do I need a sign, I told him no because we are leaving tomorrow. The breakfast was AWFUL, gravy was watered down, biscuits were hard. The heat/cool unit ran most of the night. It made it hard to fall asleep or stay asleep due to the fact that it was loud. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

This hotel has went downhill!! Everytime me and my family in town we usually stays here. Oh not anymore unless there's changes. They only serve biscuits and gravy for breakfast toast and bagels and cereal. Toooo many homeless people living there making alot of noise all nights kids and babies crying, alot of people living in cars outside up walking threw out the day and night! The week was paid for or else we would've checked out i know we would've had trouble getting a refund!

To start the staff was what really made the stay the best. The heated pool was a great experience considering its winter. The original booking was a single queen; it was very small (minimum walk space around the bed) with water dripping issues in the bathroom. The staff was understanding that was an issue to which they switched us to a different room. The second room was two queens; it was nice, clean, had a decent amount of space to walk, great pressure in the shower, and was great.

Worst hotel stay of my life. The room was infested with roaches, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the shower didn’t work at all. The lobby smelled like marijuana when I went to check in and in roughly 30-40 mins, the 2nd floor did as well. I left for a couple hours and came back to the outside smelling of marijuana too. I packed and checked out.

They offered to move me to the 3rd floor but at that point I wanted to leave as I’m asthmatic and my chest was hurting. The reception desk apologized for the “inconvenience” and I left. This was a smoke free hotel with signs everywhere advising on the cleaning fee cost for smoking in the hotel or your room yet they didn’t offer me anything but a sorry and to move to the 3rd floor (only had 3 floors), when the smell was simply rising throughout the hotel.

Laminate on the floor was just slapped down and there were spots it felt entirely possible you'd fall thru to the rooms below. One bed completely engulfed a small teenager (she is not heavy and the divit left in the matress was ridiculous and affected her quality of sleep).

Heaternot working, toilet not secure to floor, roaches coming out of the bathroom sink. No pressure from shower, dirty floors and counters. Back door propped open for anyone to walk in. Fire alarm set off from people playing in the hallway by our room all night long. What didn't go wrong? Not recommended especially if you need to get a hold of them because they don't answer the phone!

the key cards kept deactivating regardless of precautions and when we went to the front there wasn't regularly a person there. They acted afraid of my service dog, the wheelchair accessible room I was put in was not, you had to ask for everything(towels, blankets, a light bulbs as the lamp was missing one). But it was relatively clean, overall quiet except the misc pet dog barking and check in was smooth

⚠️ WARNING: BED BUGS!
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The place looked like it hadn’t been dusted or painted in over a decade — that alone didn’t bother me much. But when we checked in, I noticed another room being fumigated. I figured they were taking care of a problem. Turns out, the problem was in our room too — bed bugs.

I went straight to the front desk to switch rooms, but they said they were fully booked and basically shrugged it off. My stay was supposed to be from October 10th–12th, but I left immediately and requested a refund through Expedia that same night (October 10th). Still no refund.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The room was completely unlivable, and the management couldn’t care less. Absolute nightmare.

Absolutely horrible. Mold in room. Door wouldn't lock. People were smoking Marijuana next door and whole place smelled strong of marijuana. Nothing was done about it and the front desk person occasionally joined them in the room for a long period of time and could not be found.
Ended up leaving and finding a different hotel and hoping to get money back because our door wouldn't lock and front desk person was too busy getting high to help us.

Friendly staff. Looks like it was updated within the last 10 years, but hasn’t been maintained well. One room had a “condemned” sign on it. Definitely mold in our bathrooms along with used shampoo and no soap. Hair clumps in the shower. Strong smell of weed in the hallway. Will not be staying again.

When I woke up the next morning and sat on the bed there was a bedbug. This is the first time I actually saw a bedbug. I’ve seen photos so I knew what it was. I left the room immediately @ 7 or 8 and reported to front desk. I will never book again. I had to make sure I checked my personal items to include washing my hair when I arrived home. YUK!!!

Our stay was horrible. From the dirty bedding to the bugs that came up out the shower. Honestly if we didnt need a place to stay we would have left. Ive never been so disgusted with a hotel in my life. When you flushed the toliet you had to stand there to make sure it didn't come out at you as the whole bowl filled with water and barely went back down. The bathroom floor is broken so as you go in and out the floor snaps and goes with you. By far worst stay ever.

Hotel .com sent us there for a handicap room. Had non. Basically called me a liar because his screen didn’t show it. Said we booked a two twin bed room. Went out to get luggage in an out parking lot since nothing was close to checking area. Came back in and miraculously he had a cancellation at 7:00 on Saturday. Put us in a handicap room. Went to front desk for ice bucket. Got ice and went to room. No glasses gave up took pills at sink cupping my hands. Breakfast was good.

Not a fan. The place smelled like cigarettes, substances (green) that the review won’t let me say, incense, and mint. My sheets had lubricant stains. The rooms were very small. Shower curtain was stained. The roof in the bathroom looked like it had water stains from leaking. The thing where the ac unit was had wood broken away off it. Most of the issues with this hotel are the owners fault and not the staff there’s fault as they can only use the supplies that the hotel supplies. And if the owners will not buy clean sheets or pillow cases to replace the stained ones, the employees have no choice. I also had issues with my tv at first that thankfully a kind male employee helped to fix that was caused by a previous guest. Wasn’t a fan they the woman at the desk when I came down about this concern cut me off to answer the phone.

upon arrival, I asked the desk clerk for extra pillows, the clerk went to the back to look for some and said "I'll have to check, never received. Went to use the pool, very cloudy. Someone was slamming their door several times between 10 and 1130pm. The sheets were "thin" If I needed to iron something, I would've had to call down to have an ironing board brought to my room. There was a "whinning" sound. almost a siren sound coming from somewhere on the second floor.
