Would not stay again. Walls and ceilings are paper thin. I could hear every word from the person above me’s phone calls at all hours. Also got woken up at 1230am by a small child screaming for ten minutes in the hallway. The bed was very uncomfortable and the towels were thin and tiny. Definitely not worth the money.

Very clean, safe, lots of dining around. Freeway near parking lot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. They let me know that they were would be a bit of construction but I did not hear a thing. Walls are insulated very well. Beds are super comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained.

Tried to go swimming in the morning but the staff had shut down the pool with no warning or explanation, however a couple hours later it was open. Overall it was a great value and clean restful stay.

The complimentary breakfast was easily one of the best we’ve ever had—we were truly impressed by both the variety and the quality of the food. The front desk worker in the evening was incredibly kind, especially to the little one with us, which we really appreciated. We were also pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of snacks available at very reasonable prices. We would absolutely stay here again!

Furniture in rooms are chipped and look shabby. The paint job does not look professional where the wall meets the ceiling, messy.

The bathroom had dried brown spots they looked like blood on the hairdryers power cord. There was hair all over the shower curtain. There seemed to be a sought leak in the water line from the toilet to the wall.

The biggest issue I have with this property is the lack of soundproofing. You can hear what your neighbor is doing and room doors slam frequently.

The breakfast was good. Enjoyed the spicy breakfast potatoes. The orange juice dispenser quickly ran out and produced juiced tinged water .

Beds were comfortable and bedding appeared clean.

The breakfast was good. Parking was free, which was nice. An electric charger was advertised, but NOT available. The air conditioning was not working correctly and we had to sleep in 80 degree heat. They provided a fan, but it was not enough. I informed the staff about these two things and they weren’t very helpful.

Our stay started off with the front desk not being able to find my reservation even with a reservation number. If you are booking this motel from a third party site, be prepared to stand at the desk for up to 30 minutes while they try to find your reservation. The manager had to get involved just to find it in the system. The room was adequate, they are very small rooms. The bathroom was old and dirty. My children enjoyed swimming in the pool other than the loud high pitched noise coming from the maintenance room that caused a headache within 20 minutes. Again, the stay was adequate, we probably won't stay here again.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff was courteous and helpful. Hot tub was very relaxing and manager was quick to assist when it was not working properly. There was a mechanical issue which caused the AC to not work at all during my stay. The hotel provided fans and gave the option for a full refund. My room was on the 4th floor but it remained at a comfortable temperature for me. The warmest it got was 76 though it didn’t feel that warm. Overall, a nice stay and I would stay here again.

The room was very clean, bed comfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work that well. It got very hot in the room, by the second day my room reached 80 degrees and I had the air set to 69-70. They had a moving fan but it only helped a little if left in place. Also, one of my rooms tubs began to overfill while showering, not draining properly.

We were there when the air conditioning was broken and the elevators were knocking. (An elevator repairman was working on the elevators as we were checking out).
The front desk clerk failed to mention that it would take days for our room deposits to be refunded (it's been a week and I haven't received notice of the refund yet).
It was a nice place, but needs a little TLC.

We were on the 3rd floor and our room was 80°. We told the front desk and they said there's nothing they could do because the hotel controls it and that its on heat. So we asked to be moved to the 1st floor because my daughter has asthma and couldn't breathe. They did move us and it was 75°. It was a little better.

When we arrived, there was no mention of an AC problem. The room was at 77 all night. We ended up getting a refund because of the air. Also the windows that opened were extremely close to the floor, which a small child could fall out of. Not to mention there was a tornado warning and there was no plan in place for a tornado warning. The front desk would not give us a lot of information about the situation. Please never stay here, ended up having to change hotels at 2am. Worst experience you’ll ever have.

Upon checking in we knew we were expecting severe storms and possible tornados. We asked the check in staff where we go for shelter. First they did not understand what we were asking. Finally they asked another staff and she responded we have a basement but it going to be fine. However, at 11:40 the tornado sirens sounded and they did not have shelter for us. Did not tell us anything. We stayed on the main floor in the hallway, however there was glass everywhere. Very unsafe. Then our room had no cold water at all. Nothing happened when you you turned it on. So no shower as they water was so hot you could not stand in it. Our phone to call the front desk was also broken. Then when we tried to adjust our heating/cooling unit it would not adjust. Our room stayed 75 degrees all night. I did call them and they came an changed 1 of the 2 batteries in the thermostate then told us they hotel does not allow you use the a/c during winter? I am requesting a refund. This place needs closed down.

Our room did not have AC. Was told by staff to turn heat as low as it could go to get the blower to at least blow the coolest air it could and also for us to open our window.(Didn’t help) All guests had their windows open as well. Other side of our window was where all the smokers walked outside to smoke, so that was not enjoyable.
Our TV was set to a certain setting that could not be changed because the replacement TV remote did not have the proper buttons for changing the settings. (TV had no buttons other than power) So we watched a dark blue screen filter on tv.
Plug in that was in the bathroom didn’t work properly either.
The place was pretty clean and had super friendly staff though.

Nice hotel, staff was nice at check in. Room was great except temperature control. My room was 89 when I got in there when the temperature outside was 50. I turned it down from 74 to 60 but nothing happened. I tried again an hour later and changed the configuration to see if that worked. Nothing worked. I sweated all night at 83-89 degrees. When I told the staff, they were not helpful and wouldnt let me talk to a manager. They just said \"its an old building and the heat is finicky\". Not good enough.

There were wet towels and wash cloths behind the door in the bathroom. Called the front desk as soon as we saw them and let them know we sat them in the hall way. They said they would have someone come pick them up. They stayed in the hallway our whole stay. The elevators are also kind of sketchy. One has a door the wiggles back and forth the whole ride and then one shakes a lot when you get to the top floor before the door opens.

The staff was quick and friendly. The place was clean and smelled good. The pool was a bit to cold for me but the hot tub was amazing and noone was there but me so that was a plus. The room was roomy, bed was very comfortably. I was traveling alone and felt safe. The shower water got hot and pressure was good and there was body soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower if need. I bring my own but its nice if u dont have any.The breakfast wasnt my cup of tea but many was enjoying it and there was several options. This isnt a high end hotel but its definitely not a low end one either. For the price, location, and amenities its well worth it. This is my second stay. And if ever in the area again This will be my stop every time.

I tried asking for a room where the ac worked. Instead of offering a new room she told me to put the heat on 70 and it would help somehow. It didn’t it was 80 degrees an hour later. We ended up giving up and just sleeping with the window. Not ideal at all, if I’m paying I should at least have working ac. Hot tub was also very dirty the foam in it. Lots of brown foam.

During my stay, they offered automatic pancake machine, sausage, country potatoes, scrabbled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, pastries, cereals, juices and coffee. I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay.

The check-in process was smooth, However, shortly after settling into the room, we encountered a plumbing issue — the toilet was not functioning properly. We informed the front desk, and we were asked whether we preferred to wait until the morning for maintenance or move to another room. We decided to move to another room for convenience.

Unfortunately, the second room also had a plumbing issue. When I attempted to take a shower, the water did not drain properly, and I had to stand in pooled water while showering. This was quite frustrating and disappointing, especially after already changing rooms once.

I hope you will look into these maintenance concerns, as they significantly affected the comfort of our stay. At this point, I am very disappointed with the experience.

It was absolutely miserable. They had the AC turned off and the room was extremely hot. They moved us to another room and opened a window and gave us a fan which did NO good at all. The hot tub was full of loud kids. At one point there were little girls intentionally throwing foam from the hotub in my hair. It was just miserable and we will never go back there!

The room was large and clean. However, the a/c did not work. The room was 83 degrees. The desk clerk said the a/c was not operational. She gave us a fan. The next morning the room was still 79 degrees. Miserable night.
The pool water was very cloudy. The hot tub was very foamy. We decided to not get in.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, which we appreciated. However, the room was uncomfortably hot, and the temperature controls did not seem to work, making it difficult to cool down. The hot tub also appeared to need more attention, as it was very foamy and likely requires better maintenance. Overall, there were some positives, but these issues affected our stay.
