The room was in very very poor condition it disguised me and make me sick . I had to ask to ge transfer to another room that was slightly better but in poor condition sofa , walls were stained and damage . I couldn’t leave even though I wanted to because they would not give a a refund and I would have also loose the $200 dollars they hold on my account which btw does not gets returned until after 35 days which is a very very long time . In my life I would want to go back there

Staff was nice but the property is old and dated, some bugs in the room (roaches) moldy smell, walls need painting, holes in trim, carpet should be replaced looks like a bug was killed with a shoe and walls were not cleaned. Mentioned this to staff and they didn't seem surprised, couldn't find another room at 7pm so had to tough it out.

The staff was courteous. The hotel looked like an old apartment complex. You had to walk around through a dark landscaped square and then carry your suitcase up the outside stairs to get to your room. The tub did not drain, and there was mold on the caulk.

Pros: quiet, clean, nice front desk people. Problems: absolutely NO cooking equipment of any kind...no pans, no spatulas, no strainer, nothing but a few plates and cups. We had to ask for pans to cook, and they gave us two beat up old pans. Why would someone rent a place with a full kitchen and then not cook? In addition, the place is aging and fraying around the edges. Pool is not heated. They only gave us two towels and we had to go to the desk to ask for more. Breakfast is fine, but nothing special. Same eggs and pork sausages every day. Bed was too soft for us, but that's a matter of taste. The additional $5 per day parking fee was just .... irritating. If it was downtown somewhere that might make sense.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and overall, the place looked like it needed a renovation. The sofa bed was comfortable but pretty springy. In the shower, the bottom of the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The charging spot by the sink didn’t work, and I had to do my hair next to the bed, which wasn’t really practical. On the second night I found a cockroach by the bathroom door, which had never happened in my experience with hotels. I will say that the staff was very helpful and accommodated our needs. But the only lace didn’t really look like the picture of online. If you’re honestly just going to stay there to sleep at night, then it’s okay, but if you’re going to stay a long time, I would say to think about it.

The rooms are outdated. The manager (short Asianooking lady) is rude and tried to get loud with me in front of other customers, after she admitted the pull out sofa in my room was broken and they have been asking corporate for things that they are not getting, and even showed me a list of things. She refused to switch my room, and expected my son to sleep sitting in a chair the entire weekend because they only have one maintenance guy that wasn't there. Instead of her switching the room she refunded my day and told me I could go somewhere else (referenced me to go to the Extended Stay at Summit Tower). They had a Christmas party in the dining area for guest and didn't bother to think about the homeless families and children living there.

Room was ok. I liked it that there was a separate kitchen, although there were almost no kitchen utilities. I did not cook so I did not miss it, but having glasses/cups and some big plates would be nice.
If you need internet, do not make a reservation here. Internet in building 15 was terrible!!!! The reception lady told me to call a 1-800 nummer if I had internet problems. I could not believe it!!!!
After 5 days I finally found a place in the room where I could sit and connect my laptop to the internet.
I had booked a 10 night stay there because it was conveniently located (near the Sanlando park for tennis camp) but because of the poor internet I cut it short to 6 nights. They wanted me to swith rooms but since they could not guarantee that the internet in that room would be ok, I just declined and left.

Some of the staff need training. A lot of training. One example is one of the check in clerks deceived me when I brought up the issue of I could not get into my room something was wrong with the latch on the door. He said I must be doing it wrong. I asked for another room. The new room was right next door and during my stay I saw 2 or 3 new tenants have the same trouble. I don't like to be lied to. I guess he was trained to lie by management. I can't imagine he came up with the idea himself. Some of the rooms are next thebasketball court. They can borrow a basketball from the office and are allowed to play until 10 pm. That was unplesant. It got very loud.

The space was large and accommodating, the A/C was nice and cold, and the beds were firm and comfortable, but the furniture was old and worn, the decor was dated, and the unit was not very clean. There was a lot of dust, there were toothpaste stains on the cabinet in the bathroom, dirty smudges on the door entryways and kitchen wall, there was a burn hole in the sofa cushion, and the whole unit smelled of cigarette smoke. The telephone did not work, the toilet was very low, while the water level in the bowl was too high, and the water temperature in the downstairs bath ranged from very hot to scalding; there was no colder water to be had. The breakfast was very good, with lots of options. The daytime reception staff person could have been more friendly and professional. I was very surprised that the Marriott name was associated with this property, as it did not live up to my expectations of what the Marriott brand stands for and what I have experienced at other Marriott properties.

The best part was the staff and the bed.
After that, the lamp was broken, the threshold between the kitchen and carpet was broken all the way across and was sharp, the bathroom fan sounded like a machine gun, the TV signal was pixelated 80% on every channel, the breakfast ABSOLUTELY SUCKED. The potatoes were hard and dried out.

Pros: The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. the bathroom vanity is spacious and there are plenty of mirrors.
Cons: The room was not well supplied with the items promised such as: no hair dryer, only 3 hangars, not enough towels,water cups, or coffee. No dish washing soap or bathroom hand soap. There was no remote for the tv. Requests for several of these items had to be made more than once.
Very disappointing, I would not recommend this property.

Only stayed one night. This hotel is old, but the room was clean. It just shows wear and tear. The staff were so nice. After we checked out of our hotel, my husband couldn't find his watch. I called back to the hotel and the lady who answered the phone went the room, which fortunately was located next to the office. She did not fine the watch, but I felt that was really good customer service. We found his watch when we got home.

It is located in a quiet area. There is a Waffle House next to the hotel that you can walk to.

The check in process was great was able to check in before the actual check in time. Front desk staff was great.
The room was clean. The only gripe I have with the room, the room had a slight musty smell, but took care of that with carpet cleaner. The tub wasn't really cleaned had to clean it myself. The pillows were horrible had to purchase pillows.
A few of the house keeping team were a bit rude, especially the men driving in the golf carts. When asking for fresh towels didn't get it, had to go to front desk to retrieve them after an hour of asking.
But other then those mini little hiccups, I would come back again.

The room was great — clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. The only downside was that the WiFi was down during my entire stay, which made things difficult since I needed it for schoolwork. I had to go to McDonald’s to get online. I’d stay again if the WiFi issue is resolved.

When we arrived they had lost power and we had to wait an hour to check in. I do have to say the breakfast was very good. We will not be staying there again .

Aging property but good for the price.

This Residence Inn is an aging property. The room had a musty odor, but was otherwise clean. You have to ask for dishes, pots, pans and event dishwashing soap and sponge. The sidewalks are buckling and the pile of cigarette butts stayed at the bottom of the stairs most of the week.

The staff was friendly and I did appreciate the breakfast which changed slightly from day to day. The location is great, walking distance from several restaurants and right next to the interstate. I didn't have any issues with noise and the bed was comfortable.

The reason I chose this place was price. It is affordable and what you get for the price is reasonable, but nothing fancy.

Would I stay here again? Sure, but only if price is a greater concern than comfort.

No housekeeping services for an entire 6 night stay, room door was extremely difficulty to open, overall cleaniness was subpar, room flooe had hole and indintation that were a trip hazard. This property is a little outdated however it is fairly clean. I noticed in the kitchen that the refrigerator looked like it had not been cleaned or wiped down, I noticed that the mirrors could’ve used a good wipe down as well. Other than that, the place was clean and provided enough room for our family of four. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a kitchen and living room, the living room provided a pullout couch. If anyone is checking in, I would go ahead and be aware that they do charge $20 per night for incidentals. They collect that upfront and hold it until you check out once you check out as long as there are no damages they then refund the money. They also charge $5 per night for parking. This property is located in a wonderful spot with anything you need nearby. There are plenty of dining options, grocery stores, convenient stores and plenty of shopping in the surrounding areas.
