I have never stayed in such a filthy hotel room. I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies to come back and spend an hour and a half wiping all of the surfaces in the room that I knew that I would be touching. I’m very thankful that I had indoor shoes to wear on the dirty carpet. To your credit the beds were clean with fresh white linens. The breakfast available was not much to write home about. The water to make the oatmeal was cold. I had to ask to go into the staff room to use the microwave. The muffin options all had bio engineered food ingredients. There was not even a table to sit at nor a bench outside. I ended up carrying my stuff over to my car and sat in it. Quite frankly, I ended up giving my breakfast to the nearby squirrels. What really floored me was when I logged onto the website and the rooms were $20 $30. Cheaper per night than what I paid. I had made reservations weeks in advance. Needless to say, I will never stay at another one nor will I use the hotels.com service.

Did have a decent night rest, staff were nice during check-in/check-out. Improvement areas: Amenities should be in better condition than they were. When I entered the room, I found what appeared to be blood in the toilet that would not flush. The towels also had noticeable yellow and red stains, and there was a cockroach in the room. These conditions were unacceptable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation.
Additionally, I did not feel safe or comfortable in the lobby area, as several individuals were sitting there barefoot. Because I was traveling with children, I made the decision to check out immediately and find alternative accommodations.
I clearly informed the front desk attendant that I was checking out and handed over both room keys. However, the following morning I was told that I had not been properly checked out. As a result, the manager approved only a partial refund. I found this response disappointing, especially given the circumstances. Unfortunately, the manager was not helpful in resolving the matter.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property.

First off the room was really run down and even could feel the weak spots in the floor. The bed was not.comfortable and I had the room next to the stairs. The door to the stairs slammed when it was shutting each time. I heard this all night long. My room had a kitchen. I didnt use this as I was justvl there to sleep and catch an early flight. The sink kept girgling really loud about every hour. I would not stay here again!

I’ve stayed in some sketchy hotels and this one by far was one of the worst. We were booked for 2 nights and there was no way I was staying the second night. There are people that live here full time and I get that but there is no feeling safe at this place. They prop the exterior doors open with rocks so anyone can just walk into the hotel at any give time. People are yelling and stomping around everywhere, smoking pot in their non smoking rooms that you can strongly smell in the hallways. The hallways are dimly lit making it seem like it comes right out of a horror movie. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

In town to visit a friend in hospice and got in late. I feel saying that breakfast is offered is false advertising since it is just snack bars and help yourself coffee. Asked for late check out and got the ok. Was just double checking everything to make sure we didn’t forget anything when the housekeeper came to the room at 11:59am and said if you don’t return your keys by noon, you’ll automatically be get charged a late fee and there’s nothing that staff can do to prevent this This was not mentioned when I asked for a late checkout and either at check-in maybe even an extra day desk at checkin helpful

The hotel is in serious need of major repairs and upgrades. Our room had a strong mildew smell that was overwhelming. The refrigerator did not keep our food cold, and the microwave would burn our food instead of heating it properly.
We complained to the front desk and were told it would be “written down.” No one offered to change our room. We were instructed to come back in the morning to speak with a manager, which we did. At that time, we were told the hotel was overbooked and were handed a can of spray as a solution — completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, my brother arrived late (after 11:00 PM) for a business meeting and we were unaware that the front desk closes at 11:00 PM. Guests are expected to use an after-hours phone, but no one answered. We also called the hotel office number from our cell phones repeatedly for at least 40–45 minutes, with no response.
I would absolutely not stay at this hotel again and will warn anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. I have never had an experience like this before.

There’s no nice way to say this place is just gross!! Our room had chewed corners from previous dogs. The shower head was subpar because it sprayed everywhere but on me, water pressure was awful, and the “hot” water wasn’t even close to hot. The burners on the stove were completely rusted out - though I didn’t use them - I wouldn’t have felt safe to use them. The price I paid was nowhere near what it was worth. I paid $100 more than I should have. Never again.

Needless to say we immediately went back to the front desk and was given a different room. Whike there was not a smell the room left a lot to be desired. After everything we had already been through, this was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

We found three roaches within the first five minutes we were there. We immediately let the front desk know that we were not staying. Left and got charged for 2 days. We still have mot received a refund OR any offers to reimburse or honor our stat elsewhere

Overall it was ok for few nites. Just some of their policies wacky. To extend a day you need to check-out then wait to check back in. Early check-in in my view was an additional day charge. I felt after really reviewing rates is pricey for what you get.

The property itself is run down and it smells throughout. Even after changing rooms it still had an odor and the room itself needs upkeep. The dead roach in the kitchen cabinet was horrific. The stove did not work either and the kitchen was dirty. I left to find another hotel, and I find it unfair and unacceptable that Expedia and the hotel will not refund my money based on the fact that everything I have stated is factual with pictures as proof. The Manager, Tina had absolutely no empathy and never apologized. In fact she told me that there isn't a roach problem and basicallytold ne thetecis a no regund policy. Neither Expedia or Extended Stay America will take responsibility for me paying for garbage.
