I have learned a lesson, cheap does not mean good. I was not happy the moment I checked in and was told there is no front desk person after 10pm, no breakfast, no gym. The hallways smell ‘funny,’ my room smelled like it was recently sprayed for bugs. The kitchen area looks outdated, drawers were missing handles, and there was trash under my bed. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.

Wasn't able to check in. Got in late after being at Daytona Speedway. They lock the lobby doors at 11:00PM and I was not able to check in. Had vagrant people hanging outside and I could loud chaos from inside the hotel. Tries stepping in to find clerk. no One onsite and hallway has dirty and had foul order. I did not feel safe. Decided to leave & stay at nicer hotel nearby.

Upon arriving in our room, was greeted at the door by 2 roaches crawling across the floor. Immediately called the front desk, of which it took forever to get ahold of someone as it was late. Upon getting ahold of the guy, when I told him what was wrong he didn’t have a response and by his body language you could tell he wasn’t surprised. They didn’t offer anything to us for the issue. Would not recommend this to anyone!

They said are room which was reserved wasn't available. They wanted to split My family of 4 with 2 kids into 2 rooms instead. We waited about an hour for a room to be available. The property is completely outdated, musty. My husband got a Sinus Infection from being in that musty room. We didn't have enough pillows or bedding. They only gave us 2 towels for 4 people, then wanted to charge us for more towels. We specifically reserved this hotel for the kitchen, which had no pots, pans, utensils, or dish soap available. Reservation included free Wi-Fi, yet we were charged for wi-fi. Reservation said kitchen fully equiped, it had nothing! It said it was a non-smoking facility, the whole place reeked of cigarette smoke. Never Again!

My review of the stay: The room was stinky, the carpet smelled bad, and the room had a lot of humidity; it seemed like the carpet was damp. There was also dust on the ceiling and walls near the A/C duct. Additionally, the very dark colors created a depressing atmosphere in the room. There was very little lighting. The carpets in the hallways were dirty and in poor condition. The lobby doors were in bad shape, and the appearance of the reception area was poorly presented with a very dirty plexiglass to greet customers. We left early due to the bad experience with the place. I expected something different since the hotel is in a very nice city.

Old and dirty carpets, old and worn out furniture, pull out couch was in rough shape and unusable... it seemed like a great price, but it was too good to be true. It is important to note that the advertising photos are out of date.

They do not provide utensils and pots and pans unless you pay extra. No papertowels or soap. Just one bar of soap for the sink none for the shower.

Ac was broken and the tv stop work the second day . The water doesn’t drain out the tub when you take a shower . No ice machine. Overall this was a good place to stay. They unfortunately don't have a pool and they don't provide things like shampoo and conditioner just a bar of soap in the bathroom. Also ask about early morning checkout if your checking out early. I had to leave by 5:30am and when I got down there the front desk gate was closed and the red phone didn't work. I had to leavey room keys in the room and then call before 11am when my flight landed to let them know I had left and needed to check out.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
They got you with a really reasonable price - the photos are misleading.
The property itself is in terrible condition. Filth all over the parking lot, trashed out cars & people hanging out in & sitting around them in camping chairs - smoking & drinking all day & night.
The check in process was bizarre - upon checking in they present you with a printed sheet with all the new charges & changes including:
No breakfast
No room service
No towel replacement - unless you pay for them
No coffee in room
No pots, pans, plates, cups or utensils to cook or eat with - unless you buy them for $39.99 & $19.99
No amenities
And perhaps most bizarre - no front desk staff overnight - just a red phone in the lobby you can call another property for help if you need it. In fact, they go so far as to install a roll cage that rolls down at 10pm.
We didn’t have a choice given the time of our arrival - so we checked in hoping the room would be better… but it wasn’t.
The room itself was FILTHY.

No building safety - doors propped open and any door to the building could be accessed without a room key.
This hotel was absolute garbage & I would feel completely comfortable telling anyone to STAY AWAY.
They got you with a really reasonable price - the photos are misleading.
The property itself is in terrible condition. Filth all over the parking lot, trashed out cars & people hanging out in & sitting around them in camping chairs - smoking & drinking all day & night.
The check in process was bizarre - upon checking in they present you with a printed sheet with all the new charges & changes including:
No breakfast
No room service
No towel replacement - unless you pay for them
No coffee in room
No pots, pans, plates, cups or utensils to cook or eat with - unless you buy them for $39.99 & $19.99
No amenities
And perhaps most bizarre - no front desk staff overnight - just a red phone in the lobby you can call another property for help if you need it. In fact, they go so far as to install a roll cage that rolls down at 10pm.
We didn’t have a choice given the time of our arrival - so we checked in hoping the room would be better… but it wasn’t.
The room itself was FILTHY.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have been in. The floors were filthy with stains. The smell of dog feces and urine was through out the whole building. There was even a police officer called to the property for some reason. It actually felt unsafe. Not a place for families at all. Just dont go there.

The carpets in the hotel are filthy. A roach was crawling on the fridge this morning. I was so grossed out that I didn't want to take a shower because I didn't trust that the towels were clean. There were no instructions for check out. I just left my key in the room hoping I will be checked out. Others dropped their keys on the floor near the front desk. I knew from the photos online that the kitchen area was very outdated. I didn't mind that because I wasn't staying for long, but they should update the kitchen area. I know \"you get what you pay for\" but the hotel shouldn't be filthy.

This is a hotel if you're trying to save money.
I got the room for my daughter, granddaughter & 2 yo great grandson, and didn't know until we got there, that you have to pay for extra towels, a sheet, blanket, pillows, etc. Everything is a-la-carte, for what i spent going to Walmart to buy at least a couple of extra towels, and other things didn't have in the room that normal hotels have, we could have just stayed in a real hotel and it wld have been cheaper. The only good thing is everything I bought my family got to keep. Never again...
