The pictures look nothing like the property. We checked out immediately at seeing the location and room. The staff said they would process the refund when we were there in person but then was completely unresponsive when the refund never showed up. When hotels.com/expedia tried to contact them they either lied and said we stayed the whole time or wouldn't answer their phone. This location is listed as a Motel 6 but the sign has been changed to something else as well. Motel 6 couldn't get anyone to answer the phone either. Eventually hotels.com gave us the refund on good faith but I hope they follow up and get the money from the hotel. This property should not be allowed to be a part of a reputable website.

As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I saw prostitutes and a drug dealer hanging out in front of the hotel selling their wares. Check in was easy. I asked for a few extra towels and the attendant brought them to my room. The room was ok. It needs to be cleaned better. There was a dirty, used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The toilet had hair, piss and dirt all around the base of it. The floors were sticky and there were dirty hand prints on the walls. Some lamps didn’t have bulbs. The sheets had dirt in them. The shower was extremely hard to turn on and off because the faucet handle was broken. All night long we heard people screaming, arguing and stomping. There are a lot of nefarious activities going on at this place all hours of the day and night. I didn’t feel safe being there alone. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The rooms weren’t all the way up to par, however compared to other places I scene online. That was cheap for the amount of days it wasn’t bad, it definitely needs work. They need to make sure they keep the rooms cleaned and inspected before the next guest arrives. Plus making sure everything is washed thoroughly too many stains stains on sheets and towels.The current owners are upgrading the building and are open to constructive feedback. I have hope that the new owners will make this a five star hotel.

Staff was friendly. Overall, I could do it again if I had to, BUT, there were small roaches everywhere… i only took my shoes off when in bed, but absolutely did not walk without shoes.

In all fairness, the shower was nice (remodeled), nice water pressure and super hot water.

There was no toilet paper, 1 bed had a comforter and the other did not.

For the price, it is worth it because it was cheap, but if I had to change 1-3 things, invest in pest control, do a better job mopping the floors, and paint the doors every now and then.

I am at a different hotel across the street, and for $20 more, there is no noise, NO BUGS, everything is in order, and my shoes are off.

My ex wife and family would definitely NOT stay here, but once you kill all the roaches, you’re good.

Didn't Like: The check-in started with dirty floor because they gave me the wrong room, the internet was so bad, the Breakfast was limited and the items disappeared during the stay, i asked for Room service 3 times, only 1 time they arrive, 3 days before the end of my stay, they informed me that the police took over the property and i have to check-out without other explanation, i was going to Disney on that day, and there was no time to pack and go to any other hotel, they mention refunding, but since i booked a package including the Flight & Car and i wont get anything, after spending time arguing, they accept to shift my stay to another hotel under the same management, still lost couple of stuff of my items and almost half day of the Disney visit, on of the things i lost as well, a package suppose to reach to the facility but since i was forced out they didn't accept it, and till date trying to get the refund.

All guest had to leave hotel no clear reason was informed either I accepted the credit for two days or transferred to another Baymont hotel 15 miles away...it was 8pm when I returned from work on Friday the 28th...I am a 70 year old that continues working and have traveled all over the World this \"situation \" has never happened before. Returned the next morning to pick up a coffee mug that I forgot and the hotel room was occupied by guests that checked in on Friday !!! Why ??? I am considering informing the press regarding this matter...

The property looked nothing like the photos, it was damaged and the building was falling apart. The ceiling tiles where lose and falling down exposing wires and lights, the cat walks were cracked and the walls were damaged. The building looked like it hasnt been properly maintained in years. The elevator was disgusting and they had almost nothing out for breakfast. There was one empolyee in the qhole building at the counter. They kicked everyone out on saturday because the \"building was closing\" whatever that means, no explainations given and wouldnt give refunds to people who still had exisiting days left to be there. We had pack all of our items to leave at 7pm. It was an absolute mess and i will continue to fight for my refund

My second time staying at this property. Once again, the staff were absolutely delightful. Friendly, kind, willing to help and always available. I booked a second time here because I enjoyed my stay last year, but sadly I wouldn’t stay again. There appears to be lots of people actually living here, revving their car engines outside in the car park all evening which was annoying. The TV in my room didn’t work so I couldn’t watch it. Reported to maintenance but nobody came. The bed was clean and comfortable but just like last year, the floors were filthy and I had to throw my socks away after my stay. The rooms are large but just need some TLC. They’re shabby, need painting and the doors replacing. They don’t even fit the frame properly and you can see daylight through the gaps. The whole place has turned rather depressing. Ideal for a cheap one night stay, but anything more is a struggle.

Bathroom and shower were good, fridge and AC both worked well. The place is just noisy and needs a really good clean!

Once again, it was the employees that made it for me. They’re all lovely!

They had someone in the room restocking a couple items at a time as you walked in. It worked for the purpose I needed, but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

First the ok - seemed clean except for a mold and mildew on the tile. No wash cloths, no hand towels, no tissues. Shower had a leak that sprayed in your face. Only way to contact the desk is by text can be up to 30 min if they respond. Breakfast is carb loaded processed prepackage. Requested no emails - prob got 10 regarding the check in etc. never could get a zero balance receipt. Would never stay here again and not recommend.

First, check in was eternal. They charge you a deposit instead of pending until you checkout and say they will refund. After checking in, got to the room to realize it wasn’t the room we reserved. One bed for 3 adults, we went back and another guest also had the same issue and there was an outstanding line. Had to wait again to get the room changed. Got to the room and found a small roach in the bathroom. There was only 2 towels and no phone in the room. The floors were pretty dirty that even walking a few minutes with socks only made them dark with dirt. Didn’t even try the WiFi but I heard other guest complain it wasn’t working while waiting for our room change. The breakfast was pretty limited and not really refilled as often as necessary given the quantity of guests that were coming in a different times. I would not recommend staying here if you can help it.

There were roaches in our room. I had to keep killing them. The highway noise is no problem at all for me as my brain registers it as natural background noise, but as i was trying to get enough sleep for an event the following day, i couldn't sleep due to noise from some people yelling out front for several hours, followed by somene smoking weed in their room for hours and it seeping into our room. Just overall not a great experience. Also... get some dang protein in your breakfast... it's nothing but carbs and unhealthy junk.

We reserved two rooms. Both were really dirty - hair all over, floors that made your socks/ feet black, and a smell that was a combination of smoke, wet dog, and must. When we checked in, we were also asked if we wanted towels.

Drove 16 hours and they wouldn’t even let us check in 15 min early. Once we did get checked in our room smelled really moldy and musty, didn’t have any towels and when asked it took 45 minutes and had to ask 2 different people to get them. Only 2 pillows per bed never received any more. Shower head was poorly screwed together. Breakfast was a joke nothing like the pictures we ran to the McDonald’s that’s 0.5 miles away for breakfast every morning. Also SUPER loud like a 2 inch gap between the door and door frame. Nothing like the pictures do not recommend for anyone not a great neighborhood either.

Poor service received from both hotels.com and the hotel staff. My flight was cancelled by the airline and was unable make it for my reservation. There was no consideration or empathy for me as a customer. They did not try to make it right in anyway. They simply denied any kind of refund, credit, or even points to be used on a future booking. Will never book this hotel or with hotels.com again they do not care about their customers.

Photo makes the place look beautiful and it’s nice in a sense. Room did not have towels or tissue as soon we got there I had to call service within 5 minutes of checking in. Walls are super paper thin. They had to move us- Then the room they moved us to had another door that basically connected to the next room over. I did not like that. I booked and paid for a handicapped room. When I arrived as a facility, not only was it not marked properly as in no signage. I found out the room I'd paid for was given away.It's seven o'clock at night. I was off your room on second floor with no handicap facilities or nothing. At two a m that morning, I was woken with a loud pounding on my door. Tried to call the front desk notice.D suddenly then there there was no phone inside the room. I called for my cell and got no answer.The line was busy. I called for a half an hour, got no response. I returned to the room on my 2nd day of the booking. To have them, move me to a disabled room. There was no walk in shower. There was a high tub with one bar. Inside the tub. At check out I and another guest discovered. We had both had our rooms accosted. On different nights, it seems it was not and abnormal occurs for this hotel. As they were not shocked at all. And offer no excuse for why there was no one at the desk. I was not given my deposit back of a hundred dollars that they requested at check in. Due to the fact that I had to transfer from one room to another. When I had booked a room handicapped to begin with. Very poor service, very poor location, very poor rundown hotel. Beware, you get what you pay for at this place and it is not safety.
