Had a gaping hole in the middle of the door that shows directly into the room. Door doesn’t close well & there was a broken latch lock on the inside. The beds had stains on them. I brought the concern to front desk/along with pics & was told only to stick tissue thru the hole (which is quite obvious to someone on the outside) & that there was no more rooms available, even though parking lot was completely empty. Front desk was nothing helpful or apologetic. WONT BE BACK!

Place looked like a ghetto and the people sraying too is old, outfstex a weird things goung on like an old employee couple that I gueds does maintenance seemed to be bringing stuff from inside to their gray SUV car, the front desk a mess the employees at front desk not even presentable and a group of men that looked like gangsters on premises interacting and talking and walking back and forth weird! The room was clean though! The lock be on door did t feel safe!

The lobby or main office appears to be delivering a message to me, like please don't stay. I mean the looks and smell wasn't pleasant, felt like I was a cast in a scary movie. The door key they handed me wasn't opening my door, I had to call the staff and wait outside for the correct one. Overall, the price was good for a student.

Didn’t know there was a hot tub. Pool was poorly kept as was the deck. The ice machine was in good working condition. The room looked nice when you walked in. However, once you were in it was obvious the condition was not really as good as it appeared. Your feet stuck to the floor and the faucet had buildup on it. When you closed the bathroom door there was dirt on the floor behind it.

The mini fridge was in working order, even the little freezer inside. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The first night was cool, the heater in the room worked.

The female desk clerk was very cordial and helpful. The gentleman however, almost pushed the lady out of the way and was very rude. We actually left. Reassessed. Decided to go ahead and book and went back.

All in all, for the price it’s still so-so. I expect dated, which it was. However, I don’t think clean is to much to ask for at any price.

Bathroom and floors were gross and we were given 2 pillows for a king size bed. Plus I asked the front desk for references to get something to eat in the area and his response was for me to google it. Being a tourist area i never expected that type of response so I didnt feel comfortable asking for more pillows or blankets because he was rude and this place should really improve the blankets because two thin ass sheets we had sucked! Never staying here again! Be lucky i was too tired to complain!!!

First there was a surprise \"Tourism Tax\" from Seminole County that added a daily fee to your stay. Upon entering the room, I notice that the smoke detector is wrapped up in a plastic Dollar General bag. I called the front desk and the guy tells me to leave it alone, because of some nonsense about moisture ??? No vending machines and all ice machines were broken/non-functioning. Bought food and all went bad, because the refrigerator quit working at some point in the night. Try to extend stay and Expedia confirmed the wrong dates and the hotel would NOT work with me and I was stranded looking for another place on Valentine's Day... The people were non-cooperative and had horrible attitudes. Stay Away !!! Far Away !!! :(

If I could leave zero stars I would. I only ever write reviews if they are good but I hope sharing this can help save someone time and money in the future. This was the dirtiest hotel I ever walked into. I couldn’t breathe as soon as I opened the hotel door. Walked right back out after we walked in. They also charged us $80 for the deposit when it was stated as $50 at key pick up. The sheets weren’t washed- none of the bedding was. The floor was filthy. And so much more so please just know this place is not worth any amount of your money.

There were a lot of homeless people around the building and next-door to the building. Upon entering the room, the door was hard to open and I should’ve known right then and there to turn around and leave, but as we entered the room, we did a little inspection. the floors were dirty. There were dead bugs on the floor. We went into the bathroom and there were live cockroaches, crawling all over the bathtub. We went and got a refund as soon as possible, left and went to a different hotel.

There was one car in the entire lot and they put us on 4th floor opposite the elevator. the room had not been used for a while because there were dead bugs in the corners and everything was dusty. the staff was not friendly and the lady told us at check out that not enough customers were there to have coffee or any thing out for breakfast no coffee for travelers what! thank god only 1 night.

Staff wa not great. The Wyndham name does not belong to this place. Breakfast was Non existent shold be call coffee and a bagel. Parking was ok. But I felt Not safe. Strong semlell of marihuana although it says smoking strick5ly prohibeted and sthe charge of the card for incidentals its like a joke Am I ae a tv or a bath tub??? It o ly talks about the kind of people who stays at the place.

I got a king bed that was extremely comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The room was spacious and very clean. Heavy drapes kept the room dark and fairly quiet. A large Samsung TV with plenty of channels was a plus. So all good for the most part:
WiFi was not working for my 3 day stay and the tub was extremely slippery. I would definitely stay there again.

This place is an absolute dump. I booked my room for 5 days through the hotels app. The inn keeper tried to tell me that i only booked 4 days and tried to charge me the last night cash. He even deactivated my room key with my stuff still in the room. After arguing with him and a hotels.com rep calling him he reactivated my key so i could sleep on my last night. The fridge was making a really bad noise ans i had to unplug it to sleep. The room is really worn down and there were people just hanging out outside by their cars in the parki g lot.

Room was filthy, it looked like a place where there was a lot of illegal stuff happening. The bed had hair on it, we complained and they tried to accuse us of planting it. The hair was a long black straight hair, I have short red curly hair. They refused to give us our money back we were there not even an hr.

We rented another room at the Ramada ran late to our engagement because of it. Came back the next morning to speak to management and to no surprise they were just as unprofessional as the man from the night before. Needless to say I had to cal law enforcement, they unfortunately could not get us our money back because it is a civil matter, but they express how the place was a dump and that they are not surprise we went through that, and that they re called there often.

From the rude staff to the nasty dirty room. Walked in to bugs crawling everywhere, stank , floor dirty look like it hadn’t been sweep. Wifi code given did not work . So I returned to inform front desk staff he was concerned at all stated he couldn’t refund me and I could go somewhere else and pay money because none of the rooms would be to my standard. He always advised me well you did only pay $50 for the room what did you expect. Horrible experience!

Roaches, mold, dirty sheets dirty floors and less than helpful staff. Came to the hotel late at night after arriving late at the airport. My family and I were greated by a very standoffish employee who interacted with us through a window that was taped up(red flags 1&2). our rooms were disgusting. Stained dirty sheets, mold in the shower, roaches in the room, and a stained floor is what greated us. We complained to the front desk to get some new sheets and pillow cases. After giving us a set of sheets for both beds, he said he was going to look for sheets. I waited 20 minutes and never saw him again. We emailed the manager (who was not on site mind you. When we requested a manager we were told they wouldn't be available until after 12pm. We called at 3 and still weren't there) trying to get a refund for the following night we booked with them. They pretty much told us to pound sand. Do not stay here. $20 a night more then their rate got us a beautiful room at La Quinta.

Okay Stay for One Night

The hotels.com app however stated that our total would $86 per night but when we got to the hotel they took a $75 deposit (expected) and $5 per night “tourist fee” (NOT expected) which disappointed me because for 1) we are NOT tourists we just needed a place to rest and 2) this was not mentioned to us previous to making the reservation. We later read in the fine print so beware of this.

When we got to our room, at first glance everything looked okay and spacious. There were hairs everywhere (on the bed, on the swivel desk chair and on the towels). The bathroom was NOT as spacious or as accommodating as the description said. The bed was way too far away from the A/C which made it warm to sleep and I for one tend to sweat in my sleep. Because of this I had to set the A/C to 65 degrees Fahrenheit. The blow dryer did NOT work at all so I had to sleep with my hair wet. They didn’t have a lot of soap or towels or tooth brushes in the room so we had to make do. The toilet was loose on the bottom. Felt like it would break.

That said, the bed was actually comfy. The place was quiet and relaxing. They had wifi but we didn’t use it as we didn’t need to.
They serve breakfast onsite but we didn’t eat there. The staff was professional but didn’t go above and beyond they were just okay. Parking spaces were available and the elevator was in close proximity to our room.

For a one night stay, it wasn’t too bad. They just need better cleanliness and better space in the bathroom.

My dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Despite your establishment's reputation, the services offered during my stay were far from satisfactory. The room was in an unhygienic condition and had various maintenance issues that reflected negligence. Such as unclean bedding, the lack of toiletries, encounter cockroaches in room, Unfriendly, Unhelpful Staff , unexpected extra fees, problems with elevators, and other hotel infrastructure the hotel doesn't match the online description .
