I stayed 4 nights and had no house keeping at all. No ice machines work anywhere on property. Roaches in room. The breakfast is just a little bit of cereal. No juice no nothing. The property is in bad shape.

My stay with the Days Inn was very mediocre. The room was decent, but it just did not feel clean. The entire hotel did not seem very clean, but I guess you get what you pay for. It was decent for the 2 days I needed to be in Orlando for, but I would not go out of my way to stay here again.

So they do have ice however, whenever you go to ask the front desk or they give you literally like 10 pieces of ice and don’t fill your bucket up all the way. It’s the perfect for a construction worker or if you’re not really looking for anything super nice but the property could definitely use some upgrades and some tender love and care or even just some basic cleaning. The room was OK, but there was definitely visual evidence from the person that stayed before me. Like the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. You could still see where the last person had their soap and things.. The sink wasn’t wiped down. You could still see water spots everywhere from that and the floor definitely could’ve used a good sweep. It wasn’t bad but it was like staying at your dirty friends house and the moment you get home you just wanna take a shower. The staff was really amazing. I really can’t complain about that check in was easy.

Room was still dirty. Blankets are grey looking from being so old and worn out. Pool was closed down however there was no notification of it. People always rent places for the pool when u get there and u can’t use it, that defeats the damn purpose! The front staff was not very nice. The breakfast was water, coffee or milk with cereal, bagels or muffins! NO JUICE!!! What kind of continental breakfast has no types of breakfast juice!

Dirty sheets , dirty sheets . This property does not change thier bed sheets . Checked in the night before . Found multiple hairs on pillow and bed sheets and roaches crawling on floor.. staff over there are rude and disrespectful, especially for one staff that looks a like a men and bald headed lady was cursing me out and threatening to shoot me with her gun and using foul language towards me . Her and her supervisor lady was cursing me out . Due to a late check out I requested upon checking in with the night clerk . He failed to note it and let the morning shift aware of it . And them two ghetto hood ladies cursing me out and making threats, repeatedly to me and kept telling me to get the fuk off the property . This place is very ghetto and very unprofessional. And upon checking I witnessed one of the house man just spraying the bed sheets and fluffing the pillow without changing any bed sheets and that was a check out room . SMH. This place is filthy and nasty and nasty ghetto staff. Stay away from this property by all means . Don’t waste your money . This place needs to be investigated for sure . All over a late check out that I requested upon checking in and night staff failed to note that . And morning staff threatened to keep my $75 dollars deposit.

At check-in, I was required to pre-sign a form saying I accepted charges for damages to the room-- not possible future damages, but actual extant damages. Apparently, they've had a lot of destructive guests here, and this is their way of protecting themselves. That's unfortunate for them, but their current arrangement (as of 21 May 2026) is an outrage. It's rather nice place otherwise (for the price), but I would not stay here again.

I checked in, went to my room and as soon as I walk in the bugs are walking around and there was such a strong smell of bleach in the whole room that I couldn’t breathe. I was with my son and we took our stuff went back in our car and to the office to let them know we couldn’t stay there due to the circumstances and to cancel our reservation and now I’m fighting to get my money back smh.

The room and property were filthy beyond belief. Bugs that I can only imagine are bedbugs were all over the bed, clumps of hair in the shower, roaches in corners of the room, and plenty of other cleanliness issues, such as stains. The property is unkept and feels very unsafe from the moment you arrive. My partner and I had to leave after less than an hour in the room to another hotel across town that was much more expensive than what we anticipated on spending. We keep our expectations for most hotels low, but this was absolutely such a negative experience for us. We are fighting for a refund from the Days Inn, with little to no hope that we will receive it. Upon speaking on the phone with an employee from the property, they immediately told me no manager was on site and proceeded to hang up on me when I was asking more questions. We are not hard people to please, but this experience has been beyond frustrating for guests who spend their hard earned money to get a proper hotel stay. This is a truly unfortunate way of running a business that involves the health and safety of your guests.

WiFi was horrible. The area Maitland is really nice and high class in my opinion! They gave me a dirty room at first and I immediately asked to be moved to another room. The second was sooo clean I can smell the bleach as soon as I walked in which is completely ideal! Everything was great. The breakfast is just muffins, yogurt, bagels, coffee, water and cereal. Overall it was good I would stay here again! If you’re looking for something cheap and comfortable this is your place. Just make sure you check the room first. Prepare to buy breakfast & have hotspot.

I confronted them that day begore the room key was redone not 1x, not 2x but 3X walking back & forth!!
A \"\"\"Deposit -or' Hold\"\"\" should have been noted, NOT A STRAIGHT PURCHASE??
Conveniently 5 days later, still no return on the $75 \"\"Hold\": because they intentionally placed it originally on the card as a Purchase!!
The next day, they we spoken to and adked as well. I got a snotty attitude and was told that my bank would take the normal 2 - 3 days to put it back, but thats how \"\"They\"\" write up their deposits/holds??

This Scammy Days-Inn location in Fern Park, FLLocation should be flagged w/a warning ⚠️ from Expedia.com and ALL OTHER TRAVEL BOOKING SIGHTS.

Had a gaping hole in the middle of the door that shows directly into the room. Door doesn’t close well & there was a broken latch lock on the inside. The beds had stains on them. I brought the concern to front desk/along with pics & was told only to stick tissue thru the hole (which is quite obvious to someone on the outside) & that there was no more rooms available, even though parking lot was completely empty. Front desk was nothing helpful or apologetic. WONT BE BACK!

Place looked like a ghetto and the people sraying too is old, outfstex a weird things goung on like an old employee couple that I gueds does maintenance seemed to be bringing stuff from inside to their gray SUV car, the front desk a mess the employees at front desk not even presentable and a group of men that looked like gangsters on premises interacting and talking and walking back and forth weird! The lobby or main office appears to be delivering a message to me, like please don't stay. I mean the looks and smell wasn't pleasant, felt like I was a cast in a scary movie. The door key they handed me wasn't opening my door, I had to call the staff and wait outside for the correct one. Overall, the price was good for a student.

Didn’t know there was a hot tub. Pool was poorly kept as was the deck. The ice machine was in good working condition. The room looked nice when you walked in. However, once you were in it was obvious the condition was not really as good as it appeared. Your feet stuck to the floor and the faucet had buildup on it. When you closed the bathroom door there was dirt on the floor behind it.

The mini fridge was in working order, even the little freezer inside. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The first night was cool, the heater in the room worked.

The female desk clerk was very cordial and helpful. The gentleman however, almost pushed the lady out of the way and was very rude. We actually left. Reassessed. Decided to go ahead and book and went back.

All in all, for the price it’s still so-so. I expect dated, which it was. However, I don’t think clean is to much to ask for at any price.

Plus I asked the front desk for references to get something to eat in the area and his response was for me to google it. Being a tourist area i never expected that type of response so I didnt feel comfortable asking for more pillows or blankets because he was rude and this place should really improve the blankets because two thin ass sheets we had sucked! Never staying here again! Be lucky i was too tired to complain!!!

First there was a surprise \"Tourism Tax\" from Seminole County that added a daily fee to your stay. Upon entering the room, I notice that the smoke detector is wrapped up in a plastic Dollar General bag. I called the front desk and the guy tells me to leave it alone, because of some nonsense about moisture ??? No vending machines and all ice machines were broken/non-functioning. Bought food and all went bad, because the refrigerator quit working at some point in the night. Try to extend stay and Expedia confirmed the wrong dates and the hotel would NOT work with me and I was stranded looking for another place on Valentine's Day... The people were non-cooperative and had horrible attitudes. Stay Away !!! Far Away !!! :(

If I could leave zero stars I would. I only ever write reviews if they are good but I hope sharing this can help save someone time and money in the future. This was the dirtiest hotel I ever walked into. I couldn’t breathe as soon as I opened the hotel door. Walked right back out after we walked in. They also charged us $80 for the deposit when it was stated as $50 at key pick up. The sheets weren’t washed- none of the bedding was. The floor was filthy. And so much more so please just know this place is not worth any amount of your money.

There were a lot of homeless people around the building and next-door to the building. Upon entering the room, the door was hard to open and I should’ve known right then and there to turn around and leave, but as we entered the room, we did a little inspection. the floors were dirty. There were dead bugs on the floor. We went into the bathroom and there were live cockroaches, crawling all over the bathtub. We went and got a refund as soon as possible, left and went to a different hotel.

There was one car in the entire lot and they put us on 4th floor opposite the elevator. the room had not been used for a while because there were dead bugs in the corners and everything was dusty. the staff was not friendly and the lady told us at check out that not enough customers were there to have coffee or any thing out for breakfast no coffee for travelers what! thank god only 1 night.

I got a king bed that was extremely comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The room was spacious and very clean. Heavy drapes kept the room dark and fairly quiet. A large Samsung TV with plenty of channels was a plus. So all good for the most part:
WiFi was not working for my 3 day stay and the tub was extremely slippery. I would definitely stay there again.

This place is an absolute dump. I booked my room for 5 days through the hotels app. The inn keeper tried to tell me that i only booked 4 days and tried to charge me the last night cash. He even deactivated my room key with my stuff still in the room. After arguing with him and a hotels.com rep calling him he reactivated my key so i could sleep on my last night. The fridge was making a really bad noise ans i had to unplug it to sleep. The room is really worn down and there were people just hanging out outside by their cars in the parki g lot.

Room was filthy, it looked like a place where there was a lot of illegal stuff happening. The bed had hair on it, we complained and they tried to accuse us of planting it. The hair was a long black straight hair, I have short red curly hair. They refused to give us our money back we were there not even an hr.

We rented another room at the Ramada ran late to our engagement because of it. Came back the next morning to speak to management and to no surprise they were just as unprofessional as the man from the night before. Needless to say I had to cal law enforcement, they unfortunately could not get us our money back because it is a civil matter, but they express how the place was a dump and that they are not surprise we went through that, and that they re called there often.
