The primary and most significant issue was the presence of multiple roaches in the room, which is an unacceptable violation of basic hygiene standards.
In addition to the pest problem, we experienced several other serious deficiencies during our brief time there:
• Fire Alarm: The fire alarm was continuously sounding, creating a disruptive and concerning environment.
• Amenities Failure: The advertised television services were entirely unavailable.
• Security Concerns: We observed suspicious activity outside the property that strongly suggested drug-related behavior, contributing to an overall feeling of insecurity.
The combination of significant cleanliness issues, facility failures, and safety concerns made our stay impossible. We urge management to address these severe issues immediately to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all guests.

Arriving after dark couldn't really tell what the office was.. Got to the room the latchlock was broken completely missing half of it, room was hot, it looked clean. Realized it was only surfaced clean as behind the door ,in front of the sink and all around the edge , a foot up completely fell there was roaches , which I did not notice until the following night, i didn't notice when I took my shoes off floor sticky.( informed office they came in with bleach to clean whilecwe were out. * first time ever there eas no soap, no gel, no nothing--not even a simple small bar of soap!
* There was no cup. No glass. Not even a simple plastic cup to get a drink of water from the tap. I had to drink water the old fashioned way--from my cupped hands.
* There was not even a cup of coffee in the morning. No for free, and not even for a tip. Nothing. Never even have I see that before.
I might as well just have slept in my car and washed up in a fast-food bathroom somewhere!!

Went to visit my daughter for College Family Weekend and horrible; once the lights went on the roaches scattered. There was what looked like blood dripped into the tub. The smell was ferocious. It took me 10 mins to run back to the office and get the heck out of dodge. Oh-and charged me a $100 deposit fee-I don’t know what in the room was worth $100. We went to Embassy Suites up the block and couldn’t be more satisfied.

My door would not open, front desk says to jerk hard upward on door, you literally had to almost break your hand jerking upward. Made all my 3 occupants show their driver license to stay in room. Room smelled like bug spray, odor was bad, bathroom door splitting in half , when you shut the door it wouldn' open, and received a parking citation for backing my truck into the space, it does state that on the parking pass on bottom in small writing, the front desk should of stated that upon check in. Won't be staying here again and isn't worth the $65 night they charge, def a $40 night all day long

The AC was set at 68 but the temperature in the room was unbearable 78 degrees. My key stopped working after one night and had to get it fixed. There was no ice machine. They had a refrigerator and freezer but no ice cube trays. Very poor location compared to other Red Roof locations. Very disappointed

I was a little annoyed that the property did not accommodate early check in. They did not even attempt to help even though I expressed how tired I was from my long drive. The room, though appearing to be clean, had an overpowering mildew smell. The bathroom needed a deep scrub to remove mold and mildew from around the floor and walls. The room came equipped with a microwave and cooktop but there were no dishes or utensils.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Upon checkout on Friday 3/21, I showed the desk clerk a video I had taken on my phone of the roaches in my room. She apologized and said that he credited my credit card one night's stay. I hope Expedia doesn't fight me over issuing this credit to my credit card.

But those plans changed because of 1) roaches!! 2) Inspection of your room once a week on either of 2 days, at whatever time they want! On top of that they then chose another day to come take out the fridge, stove, etc anytime between 9am and 4pm like what?! $1500 a month for this bull! They act like you’re there free of charge and always in your space! Annoying is an understatement! Worried about my service dog, they should be worried about the roaches!!
