The positive- The property was peaceful and picture. It sat in the middle of a beautiful forest area. The room was clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The room offered floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the forest. It had rubber backed drapes and an electric window shade to keep the room dark and/or private when wanted. The negative- the room lacked basic amenities that one would expect. No mini-fridge. (I have daily medication that requires refrigeration). No trash can other than one in the bathroom about 12\" tall. No microwave. The tub was apparently a soaker and one could hardly step over the edge. The toilet had no privacy (no doors) and parking can be a bit trying. We were there for a week. It would probably be perfect for a weekend get away. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and we'd recommend the hotel for those who were looking for a quick get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It’s a very peaceful and quiet place, set in beautiful park. It’s very much a seminar and activities oriented complex, that takes away a bit of the hotel feel but that’s my personal opinion. Staff is great, breakfast good so otherwise no complaints.

Stayed one night here, overall a really nice hotel set in a lovely woodland, it’s quite a big woodland brilliant for an evening stroll or an after breakfast walk before setting off, with a really nice breakfast. The staff all in all where polite. The room rate was reasonable and the comfort and decor of the room seemed nice and it was clean and tidy. The only downside I would say was I had no WiFi in the room but it can be a blessing sometimes. Would recommend as a nice place to stay. The town it’s self isn’t to far away and has all the big store and a few nice cafes and restaurants.

This facility is more for bigger groups, companies rather than you staying there. It's okay for a night but nothing special. The room has an open concept with a wall diverder between the bed and bathroom area but a wall not all the way to the ceiling... a toilet with no door... Not my thing. The bed was good, the room simple. Breaksfast was okay although many reviews said great, not really. Strange to have end of breakfast time and check-out the same..

Landgoet de Horst is located on a sprawling estate with forest, a pond and art work throughout. We stayed in building 8 and loved the large room, comfortable bed, bathtub (rare in Europe!) and blackout curtains and shudders. Friendly staff answered all of our questions and provided us with bikes and the breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend!

L'hôtel est facilement accessible en bus, il y en a un toutes les 15 minutes environ. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, rien d'industriel. Mention spéciale pour le granola maison. Tout près des chambres, il y a un espace boissons froides et chaudes mises gratuitement à disposition 24h/24. C'est génial ! Le restaurant propose quelques plats à des prix corrects pour ce très bel établissement et c'est délicieux.

Heel anders dan een gewoon hotel, allemaal huisjes met diverse kamers. Economisch kamer (1 persoon) is nogal klein maar voldoet als je maar een nachtje een plek moet hebben. Diner is prima maar je krijgt maar een kinder-portie. En slechts 3 gerechten op de menukaart.. Wel lekker, kaasplankje als toetje en je buikje is vol. Mooie omgeving!!

Dit landgoed heeft de verschillende accommodaties verspreidt over een groot terrein. Dus minder geschikt voor niet zo fitte gasten.
De lakens zijn niet aangepast aan de bedden. Mijn onderlaken was te kort voor de lengte van het bed waardoor ik vaker op het matras sliep.
Rust is niet gegarandeerd wanneer er een partij georganiseerd is op het landgoed.

De eenpersoonskamers zijn sober en simpel - maar prima. Locatie is rustig en groen. Doordeweeks druk in het restaurant ivm trainingen, maar in het weekend andere sfeer.

Kamers zeer gehorig, kon niet slapen door lawaai en geschreeuw van de buren. Poster met groot gezicht in de kamer vreselijk. Feit dat je badkamer en toilet geen aparte kamer is was ook vreselijk. Te weinig parkeergelegenheid bij de kamers. Ontbijt buffet keuze was zwaar ondermaats vergeleken met andere hotels. En de scrambled eggs was klaargemaakt met teveel melk want het smaakte voor geen meter en de bacon was taai en niet goed knapperig doorgebakken. Geen harde broodjes, te weinig vleeswaren keuzes, geen optie tot brood roosteren. Al met al geen plek om terug te komen, viel erg tegen.

Gebouw waarin ik verbleef zag er niet bepaald aantrekkelijk uit, leek wel wat op een ouderwetse huurflat. De kamer was erg klein, maar wel netjes en visueel een stuk aantrekkelijker. Wij vonden (Stel 50 ) een mooie rustige plek. Wij hadden de locatie geboekt op basis van de mooie foto van het landgoed en (maar dat is geheel onze eigen fout) hadden gedacht dat we daarbinnen zouden overnachten. We boekte een minder valide kamer die op zich met een goederen lift prima bereikbaar was maar als tip willen we wel meegeven om MIVA kamer op de begane grond te houden. Wat we goed vonden is de rust en stilte van de omgeving en ook het ontbijtbuffet was uitstekend en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Wat we minder goed vinden is de kamer indeling. Er was bijvoorbeeld niets om op te zitten behalve een heel klein bankje wat deels ook nog zonder leuning was. Dus waren wij veroordeeld om op het bed te zitten echter staat dan de TV weer op een onlogische plaats zodat één van de twee moeilijk kan kijken. Verder was de aankleding van de kamer minimalistisch te noemen en kan het licht vanuit het bed niet worden uitgedaan. Dat is voor mindervaliden ook niet handig.
