Great boutique hotel with a lovely atmosphere and perfect location. The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel clearly makes an effort to be environmentally friendly, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, I do need to mention one downside. After our stay, we received a WhatsApp message from a chatbot at 4:18 in the morning confirming our check-out and then requesting a review, around 17 hours after we had already checked out. While I understand the intention, receiving an automated message at such an early hour felt intrusive and unnecessary.

Overall a very nice hotel, but I would suggest adjusting the timing of automated WhatsApp messages to avoid disturbing guests.

Pretty good.

It was highly satisfactory. The lift was broken but I was offered help with my luggage. Maps of city were offered. There was a pleasant outdoor area where I had lunch. Soup was delicious. Good location. Would have liked some more anglophone channels on TV. Also a non-slip shower mat would help to avoid falls. At my conference I met a Dutch man who was able to point out his Grandfather in a procession of legal dignitaries.

I was in Utrecht for a conference and opted to stay here rather than near the train station. The hotel was great value for a contemporary, spotless room in a very lovely location. One block away from the Dom (at the back) but very quiet street and area. I walked to the bus stop daily (10 minutes) for travel to conference held at the Science Centre- very convenient and a lovely walk to start the morning.

Only negative was the breakfast - expensive for what you get. There are better options nearby. Beware of ordering water at the restaurant...5,75 for \"Ecotapwater\" !

There are major staff shortcomings. I was charged twice for the same stay. Very noisy. There are parties in the restaurants on the ground floor, and all this spills over into the rooms. I wanted to avoid the big chain hotels for a more local experience, but I would not recommend this hotel for a stay in beautiful Utrecht.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The strong smell of sewage as you enter the hotel is so off putting. Room air conditioning wasn't working and temperature wouldn't change from 27degrees so a very uncomfortable night.

The hotel was modern, elegant and unique. The room large, had confortable beds and was exclusively decorated. It was right in the center of the historic city next to the cathedral and tower. One of the hotel receptionists was so friendly and helpful, he went far beyond his normal duties to make our trip a success.

Thoroughly relaxing and in a lovely part of the city, where it is a joy to be woken by the sound of the intricate church bells from the impressive Dom.

Quiet comfort in the centre of Utrecht.

Well located, close to the buzzing centre of Utrecht, but in a relatively quiet street. We had no issue finding the hotel. The room was well proportioned and well equipped for our needs. Plenty of storage space available. Being able to open the full length window/doors was an advantage. Reception staff were welcoming and happy to answer questions/requests.

The room was exactly as pictured. Fantastic location- about a 15 minutes walk from train station and close to Domtower. Luckily weather was around 20C as room seemed to get hot and we could cool it with opening an outside door. We could not figure out how to set thermostat but didn’t ask for help. We faced back into courtyard. The church bells ring every 15 minutes with a longer ring on the hour- the bells a heard throughout the area. It had a restaurant that we didn’t try - we heard it was good from a local. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived about 1 pm and we were given an early checkin as room was ready- very appreciated after an overnight flight.

Good hotel in the very centre of Utrecht. The air conditioning in the room was not working meaning we faced temperatures of nearly 30 degrees Celsius in the room, but the staff was very apologetic and offered fans to cool it down. Our room was facing the street and it was a bit noisy at times with people and deliveries. All in all though, we would stay again!

Great location. Since I am an attorney, the Court with its judge and lawyer photos and connections to the court were just fun and comforting to me. Friendly service, a super good convenient breakfast, very comfortable bed and good looking room too. All good. But , somehow I rushed out to make my flight and forgot my receipt.

Lovely stylish decor, the bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff. Excellent location close to Oudegracht and approx 15 mins from centraal station. The hotel had a very nice atmosphere, fun and enjoyable, yet cool and stylish too. A lovely large courtyard area to have drinks or a meal. It was a little noisy in the rooms at the front, and a fridge in the room would have been a good addition.

The hotel looks nice and is in a great location, however, it is also noisy, looks poorly maintained (while I was there, elevators were broken down, and the shower was throwing water in all directions), and the restaurant has gone down a lot in quality. This was once a really nice hotel, I don't think it still is.

We stayed in the \"Romantic Room\" which was a short walk from the main hotel in a converted wharf arch. Gorgeous view, right on the water. The negatives were a rather shabby room with lights wonky on walls, a weird grass arrangement, various heaters, badly patched up walls. The biggest negative was the rather depressing lighting - a handful of wall lights which made the place look gloomy and was useless for putting on make up. We were out a lot and only there for one night so it didn't matter too much but, in my opinion, not great value for money. The parking is also a 5 min walk away and we weren't given the option to park elsewhere - and charged 30 Euros for an overnight stay!

Just finished 3 weeks in Europe and this was the most comfortable room we stayed in. The bike rack in the courtyard which is locked overnight made us feel safe leaving our rental bike overnight, and the staff was very helpful in extending our stay and providing laundry service.

This hotel was perfectly placed in the city Centre and the service as perfect. The hotel even called my taxi for me as it was time for me to check out. The water was hot in the shower. The only draw back was the room took a little bit of time to get warm, as it was a cold night in November.

We stayed at Hotel Court for one night. It was in a great location to the city center as well as the train station. The room was considerably larger than other hotels we stayed at in Europe. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was helpful and courteous! Would definitely recommend!

Hotel was ok. Nice room, spacious, but a bit dusty. The main issue I had was the noise on Friday night. Huge party of night club noise kept me awake for several hours between 1-3 am. Super annoying, since the rest of the nights were ok. but I left a day early because of this, and they were not even offering to reimburse me.

My main concern was about the hotel reception. Staff ranged from excellent to disinterested but the design of the reception area was totally unwelcoming. This coloured my attitude to the hotel as a whole and made me more aware of flaws in my room and general need for maintenance. I understand that improvements are in the process of being made. That’s good news as the hotel has such great potential if it could be made more welcoming. The design is interesting and it is brilliantly situated in the lovely old town. I wish Court the very best.

The rooms were very dusty and dirty. The toilet water was yellow and it didn't flush properly. The furniture in the room and hotel area were used and some of them didn't work properly. The room doors didn't close properly which led to all guest constantly needing to smash their doors. If you didn't the door would be left open with an annoying alarm going off. The noise level was unbearable. I could hear every low-voice conversation on the street. Not to mention the louder noises caused by the restaurant/bar visitors downstairs, the garbage collectors in the early morning and every single car that passed by. When I mentioned to the receptionist that I had a horrible stay, she just gave me a forced \"sorry to hear that\" and didn't even ask why. When I look at the price of this hotel and the stars it seems to have, I really don't understand why anyone should stay here. There are other hotels in the same area in the same price/star category that are soooo much better.

Lovely City Centre hotel

A neat and tidy little hotel in the city centre, our room was actually the one in the promotional pictures and was as spotless and tidy as you see there.

The bar was reasonably priced and the staff were lovely.
We never had time to eat unfortunately but the restaurant was always very busy and the smell was amazing.

Lovely stay.

This was a great location in the old part of the city, within easy walk of mist places of interest. The hotel was well kept and the associated bar & restaurant well regarded by both hotel guests and other visitors. There is no on-site gym and the agreeement to use a local one (7 min walk away) is an administrative hassle. Still we’d happily stay again (and make our own gym/spa arrangements).

Good location, nice hotel

The hotel is excellently located, close to the centre and cathedral, and not far from the canals area. Beautifully air conditioned room and a decent size with lots of storage space and a fridge. Arrived at 12.30 pm and were able to check within 15 minutes, discovering later that check in was not until 3pm! Very lovely friendly staff. All in all a very pleasant stay.

One of the best hotels I've ever visited!

This is a great hotel in the center of the old city of Utrecht.
The hotel's restaurant is good and the prices are reasonable.
The rooms are clean with a modern design. The stuff is very friendly and keen to help. It seems that the entire hotel stuff cares about the guests and this approach is across all the employees, from check in to check out. One day I left the \"Do not disturb\" sign all day long and when I got back at night, I found a bag with fresh towels and soaps waiting for me outside the door, without even asking. Also, I tried asking the housekeeper something and she didn't understand me. She ran down to the lobby and brought someone from the front desk to translate. These seem to be small things, but at the end of the day, I felt welcome, and I will visit this hotel again during my next visits on Utrecht.

I've stayed for 3 nights at the Court Hotel. The hotel is located at the center of Utrecht just near the Dom Tower. It's really close to several historical places and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in the surroundings. The hotel rooms are very clean and the heating/cooling also works great. The Wifi was very good allowing me to use skype to talk with the familiy with no problems. Down side for me was the bed, it's too soft for me but this is my personal taste. The breakfast is tasty and has good quality but the variety is not great. The staff is very friendly and makes us welcome at the hotel. There is a restaurant available for lunch and dinner but i didn't try it. This is definitely a good place to be for who want's to visit the town center.
