We liked the room, bed was big and comfortable, and the floor to ceiling glass walls provided views and light. Enjoyed the spa on 11th floor. Great location, old town 5 mins walk away.

The second bathroom on the family room of 5 needed an in depth cleaning; I didn’t address with the hotel. The staff was courteous, hotel was good, great location, beds were a bit hard, but seems to be an European standard.

Amenities were very much lacking.

1. TV did not work. Told the front desk and they said it they would send someone the next day to fix. It was not fixed for the second night and when I called down they said they had no one to fix it.

2. 2/3 cardio machines in the gym where out of service.

3. Shower ran ulout of hot water after 4 minutes both days

4. What looked like blood stains on my quilt

5. Bathroom sink extremely dirty. There were even chunks of toothpaste stuck to the side. I asked for a proper clean after the first night and when I returned that night the sink still had toothpaste all over the side

6. Soap dispenser in washroom was empty.

Reasonable place to stay. My husband and I were given 2 single beds joined together. Mattress was not comfortable. Good pillows. Quiet. Basics like hair conditioner and tissues not provided. Breakfast very good. Lunch and dinner menus limited but lots of choice close by

Amazing hotel find!

I found this hotel due to its proximity to the station as I wanted to be close for travelling by train. I've not stayed in an Inntel Hotel before but would gladly stay again. The whole experience was one of the best I've had anywhere. All the staff were brilliant and super helpful. The hotel was in a great place, fully modernised, nice big comfy rooms and it has a really nice pool. Don't be put off by how close it was to the station as we had a room directly over looking the trainline and you couldn't hear a sound. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed with two kids. The room w two extra twin beds was very spacious and had two toilets. Comfortable room with fridge. Nice staff let us check in at 12:30 and check out late. Only downside was some minor train noise. Kids had fun with rooftop pool. Right next to train station and a close 10 min walk to canals.

The family room was spacious, clean, and everything we needed for our stay with our family. Unfortunately some of the lights didn't work in the child room, and although the front desk staff made the request to the electricians, it wasn't fixed during our stay. Other than that hiccup, everything was wonderful. Location was perfect. Spa was a real treat.

I was only there for a night stop but I wish I would have stayed longer.
The hotel was very well located, nice and clean. It was also pretty quiet when I was there and I slept very well.
And I arrived pretty late because of a train delay but the staff were super nice and understanding.

BUT very very soft bed! Very soft mattress on a very soft base.

I thought everyone knew nowadays this is bad for the back?
Might not matter to someone age 20something, but no use to most older people.

I slept ok as I put the mattress directly on the floor (ie not leaving it on the very soft base).

Hotel can cheaply fix this issue by buying bed-sized plywood boards to put between the mattress and the base. Then hire someone who understands physiology & orthopaedics!

Pity as everything else was great, but I won't trust this chain again.

The “wellness room” that we had was beyond our expectations - sauna and whirpool bath in the room. Lucky to have a great view of the train tracks for our 21-month-old to stare at the many trains passing by.

Great location

While checking in close to midnight I was told my booking was cancelled. Only because I insisted for 10 minutes, I received a room.
The room was very large, nice and comfortable bed. clean shower. Breakfast was okay, fresh and yet very standard. Hotel is 5 minutes' walk from the train station which was very convenient to me.
The wellness area is nice and clean, swimming pool is very small (not for swimming...)

Lovely property with a good view. minutes away from the main train station, tram and buses. Bike riding is a real thing here and it is lovely to people watch just going about their day on the bicycles. Also the largest bike park is next to the hotel. A lovely shopping center is a couple minutes walk from the hotel.

The spa room was perfect. Lovely and quiet. The buffet breakfast was lovely too…although I do enjoy baked beans with my sausage..egg and bacon lol..not a complaint..just missed those at the buffet breakfast 😊😉.
Staff were super friendly. I’d recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Amsterdam central is easily accessible with the train station so close to the hotel.

One night family stay

We arrived around 11:00 after travelling from 04:30 and were delighted that our room was ready for us. (Check in is from 16:00 I think)? Lovely warm, comfortable hotel. Our room was a great set up (family room). Two bedrooms, two showers and two toilets and a seated area where we could dine.Location was excellent too, especially for families, very close to shopping, train station and landmarks a short walk away.

I had a room on a high floor which was large and bright but I could tell tht the bins had not been cleared from the last person. However worse of all is the fact tht the walls are very thin and you can hear noise from other rooms. One night, i thought tht someone came into my room.. tht was how loud the noise was. I also wanted to send some clothes for laundry service but the person at the desk told me tht there was no service in the weekend although the form in the room said tht there was no service on Sunday and public holidays. It was a Saturday! The receptionist directed me to a laundromat instead telling me tht it had laundry service, which it didn’t. The bright side is the location. It was very close to the station and the mall.. I recommend staying in the Crowne plaza instead!

'City View' was a view to central train station

I booked a City Room based on the description here that it's soundproof room and it has a City View.

Unfortunately it wasn't the case , and they gave me a room that sits basically over the Utrecht Centraal Train station and you can clearly hear the trains during late evening and night, which meant I couldn't sleep at all.

Wellness room was enormous with a great view. Very clean and great service downstairs. Decent toiletries provided which is great for work travel. Beware if you are 10th floor in the corner you are below the gym so find out if room 10.19. noisy until about 10.30 at night but then completely silent. Pillows need replacing they felt like cotton wool. But otherwise v comfortable and obviously great location

Lovely hotel. Unexpected find directly beside Central train station. Just go out of the main concourse and down in the elevator to street level. Really enjoyed the infinity pool which was a delightful surprise.

It is 3 mins walkable distance to the central station of Utrecht. It is located right across the shopping mall and surrounded by bistros. There is a Grocery store nearby. The hotel itself is great, very spacious for two people and the staff was great. We had an early checking and they accommodated us on the spot. Thank you for our memorable stay.

The room was clean and large, the only minor complaint is that there was only 1 chair to sit on.
The fitness room was basic, and the pool nice enough. The plus was that it was on the roof, with an small open terrace with a view
