The hotel was great and we would definitely stay again. Our room was enormous which makes a nice change from tiny city rooms. Things to improve would be bathrobes and slippers in the rooms and a more powerful shower. Also, the pillows could do with an upgrade.

This is an amazing hotel with comfortable rooms. The restaurant and gym/pool area are also fantastic. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever had in a hotel (on par with the breakfast at the Grand Hyatt in Taipei!). Location is just OK, being a mile or 2 from town and customer service was a bit poor when it came to getting the invoice I required, but I would happily stay there again.

More of a business location than a tourist location but the tram is next door to the hotel which provides quick access to city center but you are in a quiet peaceful part of city. This posh hotel is in great condition: very large and comfortable rooms; gym with very good equipment; swimming pool and sauna is great too. Breakfast variety is nice and restaurant/ bar options are very decent. Minor point is that service is slow and could be improved. They have some minor service details that - if improved - turn this hotel into an awesome one. Anyway, it is my favorite choice in Utrecht and the place where I am staying often. I recommend without any hesitation.

Brilliant hotel in Utrecht. I have stayed at least 10 or 20 times over the past year on business and can highly recommend. A few comments below:
Everything is brand new, modern and clean (they opened last year).
Standard and deluxe rooms are quite similar (deluxe is slightly larger and you get a couch) - the suites however are a different world (themed rooms with built sauna, steam room, living room, bedroom) - unfortunately you can't book them on hotels.com.
Good restaurant and breakfast.
Top floor gym with great views of the city.
Good service - they have actually improved a lot since they opened.
The only downside is the location, it's on the more industrial side of town and not really walking distance to the centre.

I stayed in this particular hotel many times. Very clean environment, excellent service. Just slightly away from city center but a quick hop on bus and you can be in the centre in 20 min. I only other complain is the room doors. The damper is probably not great it makes a loud thud noise when the doors close behind you.

This is a great hotel for a business stay. It is away from any tourist spots but is self contained and the bar, restaurant and gym are good. The rooms are comfortable without any fussiness and have good sound proofing so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. This is without doubt my favourite hotel chain

This is a new Hotel in Utrecht. It's a little bit away from the city center but the bus and tram stations are really close by. The rooms are big and quite comfortable and in the upper floors the view is great. The WiFi works like a charm. The breakfast is also pretty good with a lot of variety. For those like me that like quiet room to sleep this hotel is perfect. It's so quiet inside the room that I've had really good night sleeps. The only downside for now is that the gym is still under construction.

Really disappointed about this hotel. Room was not bad but with a view on the highway. Staff was really not helpful. No measures related to Covid are taken… Staff does not wear masks at reception or restaurant. Forks and knifes are in a big basket where all guests need to pick, same for plates. Late check is not free, I was coming for a fair that has been cancelled last minute due to covid measures, and staff has been everything but helpful. Room service waiter came with no mask and needed to be paid in room. She also brings the main dish together with ice cream… which of course melted when I had it. I left the tray outside my room and although I called them 2 times to pick it up it stayed there from the night til the time I left the hotel at noon the day after which is quite dirty. Staff really not at the level and not trained. I do not recommend at all.

Stayed for one night so did not use the facilities. They sent me a mail saying they would upgrade me but finally didn't! Room Service ordering process is tedious. Restaurant's food was below average and breakfast was standard. The property itself is gorgeous and staff are friendly. Would probably stay on a one night trip but if longer, I'd probably chose something more central.
