Very stylish hotel that is modern and very clean. Check in was so quick and easy and staff are always so helpful.
Breakfast is a good buffet with lots of selection and bar/restaurant serves great food in the evening.
Room was very big and had a kettle as well as a coffee machine.
I will stay here again when im back in the area. Staff are so great in all areas.

Some good, some bad! Large rooms. Nice bathroom and a large bath and shower, although the toilet was in something akin to a closet. I do not think the housekeepers change the duvet cover, but just make the bed. Bottled water is provided in the room, except that for 3 days it was never replaced, (I finally had to ask for some). Nice deck outside the bar. Average restaurant for lunch and dinner, but a great breakfast, but no toaster. The staff were excellent. Unfortunately, there is nothing near the hotel except for industrial buildings. It is a 30 minute walk into the centre of town, if like me, you do not have a car, (Uber 20 Euros). No swimming pool. The hotel is above the 2 storey parking lot and the elevator to reception stops at 10pm and the barrier at the entrance to the parking lot is down, so you cannot get a car into the parking area, so you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs, which would be difficult with luggage or if you have a disability.

This is truly a luxury hotel. I enjoyed my stay due to the staff being so friendly, the rooms are big and nicely decorated, and I love that you get a bath and large walk-in shower - decisions decisions! The only things I could complain about were a poor selection of complimentary teas in the room, and that there was no door hanger to say you did not want your room to be cleaned. My bed was made and bins emptied, but my bath mat was removed without being replaced, and a mug I had used was not removed or replaced. Minor gripes that I'm sure would have been dealt with promptly had I complained (I didn't need to as only staying 2 nights). Breakfast superb, and an easy 10min walk from local Veenendaal de Klomp train station. Would highly recommend.

Loved the deep soaking tub and the space in the room. Free parking was a bonus and the staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. Hotel is located in a more industrial area, but it was close to my customer and also a very reasonable drive to Utrecht. Only bad mark was for the restaurant server who seemed somewhat disinterested in serving me and more interested in side conversations with other staff as she not-so-gently dropped off plates and cups on my table. Perhaps she was having a bad day, and it seemed to be at variance with all other servers I observed.

Business trip and chose hotel based on location. Did not disappoint. Easy to find, park and great service. Initial hiccup when given a used room, resolved quickly and free drink offered. Not able to redeem for chosen drink but didn't affect stay overall. Room was spacious and bathroom huge with freestanding bath, separate shower and toilet. Hotel looks funky as appears to be all on stilts and as usual the Dutch people switch effortlessly into English for us

This is a new hotel and so the rooms are of a high standard although a little impersonal like a lot of modern hotels. We did not find the staff very friendly - particularly in the restaurant or bar. The hotel is on the edge of an industrial area and some way from the centre of Veenendaal.

Leuke plek met een ruime kamer en goed bed. De suite is wel wat verouderd. De infraroodsauna werkte niet goed de bediening lijkt stuk en de rode lampen gingen niet aan. Ook de airco maakte het eerder koud dan warm. Verder was het bad aangenaam en heb ik goed geslapen.

Vi var hele familen afsted på en weekend tur og alle 5 nød opholdet på hotellet. Der var absolut intet at sætte en finger på, alt gik som det skulle. Indtjekningen gik helt uden problemer, værelserne var helt perfekt. Morgenmaden var rigtig lækker med et stort udvalg, dog opstod der hurtigt kø ved kaffemaskinerne.
Inden vi rejste hjem nåede vi også et smut i det lille wellness område, som var rent og nydeligt.
Så alt i alt en rigtig dejlig oplevelse.

Sauna ist frei zugänglich und für die späten Abend Stunden empfehlenswert. Bei anderen van der Valks gibt es gegen pfand ein Körbchen mit Bademänteln. An sich gibt es 5 Sterne, da die Zimmer wirklich schön sind, es ist gut erreichbar und die Aussicht auf die Autobahn lichter ist hammer.
