I was almost a little afraid of making this booking because the price was so reasonable. The facility was quite nice and the staff very friendly. They kept our baggage safely tucked away in a closet for our Amazon tour and it was in good hands. The receptionist had good English skills to help us out. It was an easy walk to the historic downtown Theatre and there was plenty of places to eat within a short walk. For the money, this was perfect for our family.

Excellent Stay

Eco Suites Hotel Manaus is ideally located for those who want to see charms of the old Manaus with its Streets full of hawkers and vendors. It is a short walk to the Indoor Municipal Markers where you can enjoy a traditional home made cooking at an extremely low price. Across the road is the busy river front - well worth observing the hustle and bustle of daily life.

This is an affordable, nice and clean hotel. The reception agent, Priscilla, greeted me warmly with a smile despite my midnight arrival to the hotel. My assigned room was large and clean. The hot water and air conditioning both worked great.

Booked hotel for day-time use after an Amazon cruise, before a late night flight. It was a short walk from the main boat terminal. Room was large, clean but spartan, with good air conditioning. The area was bustling during the day but very quiet after dark and devoid of any activity. We were allowed to check-in early (8am) after telling them that we'd checkout early as well (8pm); otherwise there was an up-charge of 50% of the daily rate.

Good location, nice staff

Centrally located between the river/port and the Teatro Amazonas, all the main attractions are within walking distance of this hotel. It's getting a little old and shabby now, but the rooms are big and clean. It's a little noisy during the day because of all the shops lining the street, but they all close by 5.30pm. In fact, if you want anything to eat after then, you'll have to head up to the restaurants near the Teatro.
Reception is staffed 24hrs by very helpful English speaking staff. This hotel is great value for money.

Great hotel in the middle of the city.

Great hotel in the middle of the city. There are a lots of store around it, nice restaurants, the breakfast is included and they serve fried eggs, biscuit, sandwich, coffe, milk or tea, natural juice, fresh fruit, the staff speak english and portuguese and there was a girl who speak spanish too, the staff are friendly.

Budget hotel clean and adequate

Only needed this hotel as a base whilst touring in the area . Breakfast was simple but adequate, the room was clean and uncluttered , would have been good to have the ability to make hot drink in room. The area was a little off putting arriving late in the day but seemed a bit better by day. Staff were helpful when asked .

Friendly English speaking staff. Very helpful. But hotel is located in terrible surrounding. All the home less people in the city live near by the hotel. Hotels located in a middle of narrow junction. Felt fear to go out after 6pm because of those 2 reasons. Wifi connection are really really bad. No enough signal strength to room. Changed the room once. But no wifi anywhere. And hotel should think about their breakfast more seriously. Other than providing Everyday same tasteless buns. Anyway fairly comfortable nice and clean rooms.

Great staff, clean lodgings

I stayed here two nights, and the staff was incredibly helpful to me. I don't speak Portuguese, but with their help I was able to get a taxi to the airport and order food.

The rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious for the price. The TV even had an option for English on some channels, which was welcome but unexpected. The breakfast options were very nice. My boyfriend is going to Manaus in a few months, and he will also be staying here. It was lovely!

Clean hotel with great staff

I enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff were very helpful with all my questions. It was great that they spoke good to very good English as I know little Portuguese. I liked the location as I was able to walk everywhere easily. It may feel unsafe to some people but I was never harassed. I returned to the hotel every night around 10pm. The breakfast was the same everyday. It was a lot and delicious. I did have to ask the front desk to have my room cleaned after the first night. After that it was not an issue.

Affordable and comfortable enough

The breakfast is alright, just that the fare is rather limited. The bathroom is rather squeezy, especially since the bedroom itself is rather spacious, you can't sit on the toilet bowl normally, you have to do it diagonally.

Basic accommodation in the heart of Manaus

This is a sort of business hotel that was more than comfortable but without any particular charm. Also, not sure where the \"Eco\" label came. Manaus itself is a city with very little to offer having all of the issues associated with an urban environment but no redeeming character. At night the location of the hotel is a bit unsettling but that would probably be true anywhere. The only reason to come here is to see the amazon jungle and of course that means getting out of the city as quickly as possible which we did!

Fiz a reserva e o pagamento do hotel pelo site do expedia, porém, ao chegar ao hotel às quase 1h da manhã, o recepcionista me informou tranquilamente que não havia nenhuma reserva no meu nome. Mostrei os comprovantes de reserva e de pagamento, e mesmo assim ele afirmou que não teria como me hospedar ali. Ainda quis atender outras pessoas na minha frente e pediu pra que eu esperasse. Após muita insistência minha, dizendo que eu estava muito cansada e ainda iria trabalhar no outro dia de manhã, o recepcionista resolveu me alocar em um quarto péssimo. O quarto ficava no térreo e nos fundos, com janela pra uma parede. O café da manhã também era muito fraco. Pouquíssimas opções e não tinha mais ovo. Pedi para uma funcionária e ela me informou que não iria fazer mais... Definitivamente, não recomendo!!

A localização é boa, mas muito perto do comércio informal da cidade. A noite não é recomendado andar a pé próximo do hotel. Não tem restaurantes perto para comer. O café da manhã muito pobre. Pelo preço achei muito justo, quarto confortável e limpo e com café da manhã. Não gostei do leite do café da manhã ser em pó. O hotel tinha uma academia beeem básica, agora não tem mais. Não tem estacionamento, então tem que parar na rua ou pagar estacionamento. só é possivel para na frente do hotel após as 17, devido ao movimento no centro, antes disso, só pagando. À noite não é seguro caminhar pelo centro, mas é tranquilo chegar ao hotel, pois sempre há vagas pra estacionar em frente ao hotel.

O hotel é razoável, mas peca em vários aspectos. No meu quarto não tinha sabonete e não foi realizada a limpeza no primeiro dia da minha estadia. Além disso, a internet estava muito, muito ruim. A localização, porém, é boa, para quem quer ficar no centro, e o valor bastante barato, compensa se for algo bem rápido que se busca.

O hotel foi visivelmente reformado, mas a manutenção geral não tem sido feita. Faltou um estacionamento ou convênio com estacionamentos próximos. O entorno do hotel não é bom, me surpreendeu pois não aparecia na propaganda.

O hotel fica numa localização boa, mas o quarto desconfortável, colchão afundando, toalhas velhas, remendadas e encardidas, o café da manhã sempre a mesma coisa. pão de sal, pão de queijo, salsicha e ovos mexidos, frutas repetidas, o bolo oferecido era sempre o mesmo. A limpeza era do quarto era feita todos os dias, mas sempre esqueciam de deixar toalhas e sabonetes, chegando sempre tinha que ser solicitado na portaria. Quarto sem secador, sem touca para o cabelo. Pelo valor cobrado deveriam tratar melhor seus hospedes. Nota 10,0 para a recepcionista Joice, que sempre estava com um sorriso estampado no rosto e sempre muito prestativa

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die oberen Zimmer sind etwas schöner. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit und kann gut Englisch sprechen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht sonderlich reichhaltig, aber man kann sich ein Sandwich toasten.
Manaus hat eine schöne Altstadt in Laufweite.

UN HOTEL TRES BIEN SITUE. Petit déjeuner très sympa (possibilité d'avoir des tapiocas minutes!). Le personnel est très attentionné. Le seul bémol : la deuxième fois nous avons eu une chambre avec un ancien climatiseur, et donc très bruyant.

Preço justo e hotel próximo dos pontos turísticos

O hotel é bem localizado, no que diz respeito à proximidade com pontos de interesse turístico, mas o local, em si, principalmente no fim-de-semana, fica um pouco deserto e há a presença de numerorsos moradores de rua, o que deixa uma impressão de certa insegurança.

Bom para o preco, centro da cidade, wifi e cafe

Apesar de o hotel estar localizado no centro da cidade, que a noite torna-se um lugar deserto e cheio de mendigos dormindo, o hotel por si so surpreende pela qualidade do servico, decoracao nova, bom cafe da manha, atendimento exemplar e preco mais baixo de manaus.

Os atendentes super atenciosos. Mas, o quarto necessita de manutenção, pia não parou de vazar, acabamento do registro do banheiro caiu o tempo todo. A duchinha do banheiro baixa pressão. O cofre não foi usado porque estava sempre mostrando no visor a mensagem: \"pilha\".

Hotel razoável, entretanto fica em local perigoso.

Hotel é razoável limpo e funcional, tem o mínimo necessário para os clientes, fica no centro histórico, mas se faz necessário utilizar taxi para tudo principalmente a noite, pois está localizado em uma rua que a noite fica povoada de drogados e andarilhos, gera uma sensacao de insegurança muito grande, não recomendo este hotel caso vá levar esposa e filhos.
