The hotel was clean and also very next to tram stop which is going to city centres. Was surprised when they provide all of us with transport pass for the entire stay. Breakfast options are limited but very healthy foods. Rooms were spacious. Only thing noticed is bathroom doesn’t have a lock. But overall it’s a superb place to stay and would recommend anyone coming to Salzburg

Hotel near to bus station which is nice. Hotel itself is a bit dated and has dirty carpet smell in the corridor. Some free parking spots available but filled up pretty quickly. Overall it’s an average hotel, ok for a short stay

Decent hotel for the price point

Stayed here with my family. Appreciated the larger room size and the price point, but the room and hallways were carpeted with very old, worn dusty carpet. No hot water kettles in the room, which is atypical in Austria. The mini-fridge didn’t seem to keep our food very cold. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, so easy to get to other parts of Salzburg. Remember to ask the front desk to print a free transport voucher, valid for all travel within Salzburg province (even on regional trains)

Convenient Hotel,

the beds are comfy, the staff were not as friendly or well trained as I thought, It took the girl at least 5 minutes trying to locate my booking. And she told me that she could not find my findings. I have to tell her to search based upon last name and she suddenly found it. But, it took like 5 minutes. Very limited parking space and the garage downstairs space very tiny. It''s very easy to scraped the cars. Breakfast is ok.

Good, safe, and convenient location with easy access to public transportation (bus stop) just a minute away by walk. We took the Salzburg card and rode around (mostly lines 1 and 8). We drove from Munich and needed to park our car. They have parking right outside the hotel but the spots could get filled up quickly. The other option is to park in the garage which isn't free. The room was clean and spacious with modern amenities and we were well-rested after a full day of sightseeing. Not the best value and prices are a bit higher but we still went with it for the Fourside brand as it was our first time in Salzburg. Overall, we had an lovely stay!

This place was nice to stay at. The staff were great and very friendly helping us with anything we needed. The internet was not the best because of the thunderstorms that happened in our stay, so I would be aware of that if you are travel with work.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. My only complaint is that I was in a room facing the street. A festival, think Oktoberfest type, was ongoing just at the end of the street. The street noise was very loud as lots of people were walking to the festival, as well as cars driving by. This lasted until late at night. The a/c had not been turned on yet, so I had to keep the window open for air, so the noise was a big issue.

Breakfast was good (but costly) and the hotel generally is spacious and very friendly staff.
But they lack a lot of things like the basic toiletries, and no telephone in the room makes things more difficult. The rooms are not at all spacious. There was a suffocating smell when the room was opened for the first time.
Not even a kettle and coffee is available in the room. No drinks in the refrigerator either. And comparing the facilities we get for this price, it is definitely a no-deal.

Lovely place to stay. Has an on site restaurant and easy access via a tram stop at effectively their front door makes for easy access to the city.

Wished I had booked here first versus a pricy hotel near the train station.

I made a reservation with Breakfast included no one gave me any information about the breakfast and when i stand to ask reception where is the breakfast area they asked me if i have the breakfast cards i said no the one who was at the reception yesterday did not mention about it probably forgot or did not notice i have a booking with BB. Morning receptionist both of them keep telling me that i have room only! 3 times i said that hey i have a booking with Breakfast included please check Expedia after a few minutes finally found out that my booking was with BB.
It was not really good experience that i was standing at the reception to convince them i have a booking with BB!
My messages in here people needs to be careful when they book to this hotel if they have BB so they should have to mention about it otherwise they don’t give you the breakfast!

Worth a stay

Overall, the hotel was good. Our only complaint was the room was too warm for our liking. We asked the front desk to allow us to cool the room a little more and we were told that they couldn't change the temp. We like it 20⁰ C, the room could only go to 24⁰ C I believe. The staff was very friendly and seemed like they would have helped if they could have. Hotel was clean and in a good location.

Excellent service from the different receptionists. The room was bright and modern. Great walk in shower.
Negatives were the pillows and the plastic mattress protectors.
Going in to town, took us an hour. You can take the number 1 or 8 bus, but make sure the number 1 does go to Messe, not Europark, they don't all go Messe. Taxi from town was 10:80€

It was a very good stay, the best staff you could ever wish for, very helping and friendly. Room looks new, however, I was not notified it had a connection door which means mirror is far than outlet. Not comfortable.

It seems there are rooms with tub and rooms without, I did not know as well, and I got without which means the bathroom size is small and no shelf for your accessories or the towels.

Breakfast is good and service is great. I would visit again for sure, but I would be more selective of the room type.

The location was good, just out of town with easy to use local bus service or you could walk if you want to. We were on the end of 3 weeks of holiday and didn’t feel like walking. You can buy a 24hr bus ticket for 6 euro which is unlimited stops.
The room was very comfortable and clean. For the short distance out of town it was well worth the savings of hotels charging almost double to be near the centre of town.
We’d recommend the hotel and stay again if back in Salzburg.

This hotel is NOT 4 star as advertised on your website, it is far away from the main train station and town. Check in staff, cleaning staff unhelpful. Rooms do not have phones, laundry facilities unavailable, iron & ironing board unavailable. Bathrooms were not cleaned and toilet paper was not replenished. WiFi worked for a few hours on arrival. The lady in the restaurant was the nicest most helpful person. Please check your details before advertising false information. I am NOT impressed, Hotels.com, I have been a loyal customer for 10 years but may be finding accommodation through another website!

Bel hôtel, chambre familiale agréable, literie du lit principal parfaite, le tout avec un design industriel sympa. Petit déjeuner tres varié et qualitatif ! Seul bemol le quartier assez isolé pour dîner et loin des magnifiques batisses de la vieille ville. Les tarifs restent tres élevés mais ce sont les prix a Salzbourg apriori 😉

Kurzes Zwischenstopp, Top Zimmer, sauber, sehr nettes Personal. Bin zu spät am Abend ins Hotel gekommen, Küche war schon zu, aber Koch noch da - Kellner hat den Koch überredet, mir noch was kleines zu zubereiten…. War sehr dankbar! Sehr empfehlenswert, ganzes Packet, Freundlichkeit , Service, Sauberkeit! Gerne wieder!

Leider waren bei der Ankunft die Betten nicht neu bezogen. Unter der Bettdecke waren Haare der Vorgänger vorhanden. Das Personal hat frei slich reagiert und uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Dies war sauberer, aber immer noch ausbaufähig.
Abends hat es im Gang immer sehr nach Cannabis Konsum gerochen. Teilweise so extrem, dass es bis in die Zimmer durch die Tür gedrückt hat.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Design der Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen.
Folgendes hat uns gestört:
Das Bad war leicht dreckig in den Ecken und machte den Eindruck nicht richtig gereinigt worden zu sein.
Der Türrahmen hatte keine Dichtung, sodass die Glastür jedes Mal auf Metall geschlagen ist und
Bei zwei der fünf Lampen waren die Birnen defekt. Es war nur ein großes Handtuch vorhanden. Das konnten wir uns aber problemlos an der Rezeption besorgen.
