Convenient, free parking so you save 20 bucks a night on that. Breakfast is reasonable, basic but reasonably priced. Rooms reasonable size and balcony so thats all good. Nice to have a kettle for coffee when you wake up. Staff lovely and really helpful and congenial.
Would reco the gaff wholeheartedly.

Front desk staff was super friendly and very welcoming. If you're thinking about using Uber or taxi to get into downtown, don't. The bus stop was so convenient and extremely easy to use and navigate. It also felt extremely safe even at night. The one thing I would say could be improved is the pillows in the bed were quite bad. Beyond that great place for the price point

A long way out of town and limited choices for food. Much better places closer to the centre of Salzburg. Spend a bit more and enjoy your time in Salzburg. Car parking is not secure and in a dodgy area. Would not stay here again.

A close; just across the street; Billa grocery store.

This hotel was a perfect fit for our travels, easy to find off the autobahn, and a 15 min drive into the old city from the hotel. Parking was a slight challenge, although free, the lot was shared with other businesses which made it tricky to secure a spot, but it all worked out. Front desk staff was amazing, suoer helpful!

Very comfortable beds. Parking was confusing and not clear where we were allowed to park. We asked at the desk and sorted it, but because of a very busy restaurant nearby there was very little parking available. Nonetheless the parking was free, so that is a big plus compared to the prices of other hotels in town.

While the hotel seemed nice and was pleasing on the eyes. The stressful parking lot or lack of parking I may add for “free parking” as well as advertised “air conditioning” or lack there of. I picked this hotel based on the primary facts of Air Conditioning and Parking and this hotel failed me. I was told to give any feedback in the room tablet and I would be contacted. I did. Gave feedback and no response. Then upon checkout witnessed a young hotel agent argue with a Chinese couple about the price of breakfast. When in fact I was offered the same rate as the Chinese couple was and she charged them more then what the offer was.
This was a place to sleep. But won’t be back!!

The stay was great and the location was also convenient with the bus/tram service to the Old Time. The place looked like it was a long way to downtown, but with the bus/tram it only took 15 minutes. Also, the fact that there was a buffet restaurant next door and supermarket makes this location very convenient.

Super comfortable beds and fairly spacious rooms. Bathrooms seem brand new and really nice to use. We enjoyed our stay. We had our baby with us and a playpen was provided at no extra cost. Although it was a bit further away from the city, it was accessible by car.

The hotel is located away from the Salzburg old town but it's just a short drive away so no issues with the location! The facilities are very basic but sufficient for short stopover stays, the room was clean and comfortable with a small balcony that has a partial view of the nearby mountains! There was no complimentary bottled water provided which was a little disappointing, but the hotel does provide drinking water at the lobby!

We stayed for 3 nights. Was a little out of the central city but there is a busy stop across the street that take you into town within 20 minutes. Hotel was clean and the outside was being renovated but overall it that didn’t effect us. Also had free parking which was nice. Overall a good hotel if you don’t mind the short bus ride in and need to leave a car somewhere for free

Hotel is located in an ok area; nothing fancy or great views but a quick drive off thr autobahn. It has a couple restauarants right out the door. I think the best part about the location is that it is only a 10-15 bicyle ride to old town Salzburg. The desk staff was very friendly and spole good English. They didnt try to charge me any hidden fees upon checkout, only the local taxes that were clearly losted as still needing to be paid after booking. The room was very comfortable, modern, and very clean. Would stay there again for sure.

I am not sure if language was an issue, but the front desk wasn’t the most approachable and I had difficult making an international call which they couldn’t help out with.
And in the morning, it was a good thing I had the door chain on as someone opened the door and was trying to get in. Cleaning staff most likely but if we hadn’t checked out yet, why would they try the room? And I was offered a coffee when I brought it up with morning desk staff.

Stayed just for 1 night and was upgraded to a room with a balcony. I suggest you ask for one when you reserve and you may get it. There is not too many things near by to do and see but if you are going for the expo center it is a good location.

I think it was good enough location, and very clean hotel.
I'm not sure why ppl complain about size of the room and location.
There is bus right in front of the hotel, which take about 15 min to city center.
Room is small but very clean. Staff service is not too bad. Young lady helped us through out the stay.
This hotel is good for the money, especially with free on-site parking.

Counted 8 tour buses. That will tell you something. Breakfast room was packed full with line up out the door. Disappointing when you are far out of town and have no other close options. Air conditioning was not working. They were trying to get me to reset it for them. Still didn't work. They said it was and left it at that. Oh yes he did give us a couple free drinks. As if that will make our sleep better, having to have the window wide open, listen to the traffic and have the tour bus start up his engine right below first thing in the morning. The staff were very gracious and tried their best to appease. I understand they couldn't do much about the situation. It would be up to management to fix the issues. Hopefully they will be resolved for future guests.

Beware of hidden fees!

Rooms had a modern look, was very close to the bus line 4 (Liefringer bus stop) which takes you straight to Mirabellplatz. Comfortable, clean. All of the staff EXCEPT the manager were pleasant and friendly. This would have been a positive review if it hadn't been for the unfriendly manager and the 70 euros in hidden fees we had to pay. We booked through Expedia and it said all taxes & fees were included. Not true!!! Beware!!!

Great hotel for sleeping

This hotel is on the outskirts but easily accessible by the Number 4 bus >\"Lifering.\".
Breakfast was a little crowded because hotel serves tour groups but you get to meet people from other places. Also the tour bus people are early to bed and the hotel was very quiet at night for good sleeping. Bus stop into Salzburg is just across the street and the Number 4 bus stops at \"Hanusplatz\" will bring you within 100 feet of Mozart's Birthplace and all other Altstadt {Old Town} sites that you definitely will want to see. Old town parking is expensive and hard to find. I had a third floor room with a balcony overlooking Untersperg Mountain.

Bra frukost är alltid en tacksam start på dagen. Eftersom vi genom receptionen också fick bussbiljetter att enkelt och smidigt ta sig in till centrum så blev vistelsen den vi hade önskat. Salzburg är ju också en fantastiskt fin stad att besöka. Rummet på hotellet var också väldigt rymligt.

Super godt hotel lidt uden for Salzburg. Alt er som forventet, god service, fine værelser- og ikke mindst god og sikker parkering
