The lack of staff made it strange to enter and exit hotel. I watched many struggle with the codes on their phones. Ventilation in the rooms was non-existent so temperature and humidity was impossible to adjust.

Interactive check in is convenient. But you have to rely on your cellphone in order to go in and out, which isn't always reliable when using roaming.
There is a plastic room card, which unfortunately didn't work when I tried it. Another guest confirmed it didn't work when she tried it either. Apart from that a very good hotel experience.

Stayed here for 2 nights for Fibo, and as much as the room and location were fantastic, I had a harder time than expected.

I must admit, I prefer a hotel with a reception and member of staff to speak to about any issues. This is a very staff-less hotel, which is fine when it works, but when it doesn't can be frustrating.
Secondly, I paid for breakfast on both of my two days at TOR1 next door. I went down, to be turned away by a man who spoke no English saying 'Nein'. Granted, I should have used Google translate to speak with him clearly, but at the same time... Why is it so hard and complicated to find and eat the breakfast I paid for?
The room is superb, it was gorgeous. Clean, tidy and 10/10. The room went almost pitch black at night which was great, and I slept fantastic.
Just a let down regarding breakfast and access. If they made these two things clearer, and simpler especially for overseas visitors like myself, I'd have enjoyed my stay a little more.
Anyway, superb hotel, really enjoyed my stay, just feel like this is important to potential customers to know prior to arrival.

We were staying near friends in the same compound so it was very convenient. Everything is automated and quite self-explanatory. We had a corner room so had cross ventilation, other wise there was no air conditioning. The hotel is sustainable therefore no amenities of any kind are offered but there is a kiosk on the small street outside

I requested a king size bed but instead I got two twin size bed next to each other. It just makes for uncomfortable sleep.
Shower floated due to clog on the drainage tube. I had to remove it myself in order to get showered.

Lovely idea for a place. No way to interact with someone for issues. Such as no idea where thermostat for temp control is- if it exists… unable to sleep because of heat wave and no discernible process of ameliorating the situation. Safe was locked and not able to use. Scanning documents took excessive amount of time and many attempts to get it to work properly.

Horrible signage! Couldn’t find the hotel entrance. Electronic sign-up experience- keypad screen was total junk and wouldn’t register keystrokes, add to that no translation for foreigners, and no one around to assist. Incredibly frustrating and annoying. However, once checked in to the room it’s excellent. Checking in was a total pain, but in the end the place is great.

Die App konnte nicht heruntergelanden werden und unter der Hotline hat sich stundenlang keiner gemeldet, so dass man mitten in der Nacht nicht in das Zimmer konnte. Wenn digital, dann aber so, dass es ausnahmslos funktioniert oder man zu 100% Erreichbarkeit hat. Nicht zu empfehlen.

All keys are via a web-app, that worked flawlessly for the front doors, but not for my room. The hotel being without a reception, I had to call and it took me a while to get through to anyone able to help. I eventually got an old traditional key and all worked from there.
A good breakfast is available at a very nice little café in the street outside the complex where the hotel is located at the top.

Kontaktloser Check-In hat nicht sofort funktioniert, das lag aber vermutlich am Betreiberwechsel zwischen Buchung und Aufenthalt. Uns wurde schnell und unkompliziert via Telefon geholfen. Zimmer sind sauber, neu und funktional. Lage ist sehr gut, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Geschäfte und Restaurants/Kneipen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen..

Ich hatte 4 Zimmer gebucht und das würde auch bestätigt. Kurz vor dem Aufenthalt hat der Besitzer gewechselt. Eine Email versicherte, dass alles bleibt, wie gebucht. Tatsächlich waren nur 2 Zimmer verfügbar. Dadurch mussten wir 2 Stunden durch die Kölnern Nacht fahren, um ein anderes Hotel zu finden. Herr Gerhardt vom Hotel Clouth hat uns sehr freundlich unterstützt und schließlich ein Alternativhotel für uns gefunden. Danke.

Zimmer war sauber und schön. Check-In war eine Katastrophe. Der Automat ließt nicht alles vom Personalausweis aus und es dauert dann einfach nur lange. Vorallem wenn mehrere Leute einchecken wollen. Zimmer war aber an sich sauber. Die nächste Haltestelle war auch in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Preis Leistung ist gut. Alles in allem ist es weiter zu empfehlen, nur der Check In Automat ist Verbesserungs würdig.

Känns inte helt tryggt!
Vet inte riktigt vad jag ska säga om detta receptionslösa boende. Förra gången jag bodde här var det bråk i korridoren på morgonen och på natten var det spring, skrik och bråk utanför rummet och polis fick tillkallas. Även denna gång hade polis tillkallats eftersom det var icke-boende som klättrat in på hotellområdet. Så hotellet känns allt annat än tryggt när man reser ensam.
Rummen däremot är jättefina! Sköna sängar, rymliga rum, och fina badrum. Det som behövs är närvarande personal så man kan känna sig trygg! Utan detta är det svårt att sätta det fina betyg på hotellet som rummen faktiskt förtjänar.

Das Hotel hat zwar kein Frühstück o.ä. dabei, aber es gibt vor Ort verschiedene Cafés/Restaurant, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Hotel ist in einem Neubaugebiet, alles sehr sauber. Schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett und es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit kühlen Getränken. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden. Das einchecken funktioniert einwandfrei durch einen Automaten.

This is not a hotel. It has no reception. They should advertise it as like an rb&b. I arrived at 11 at night and there was a notice pasted on the door saying that to enter I had to enter the code that came to my email. Despite the fact that there are no money refunds and that my reservation was due at 12 the next day, they had canceled my reservation by mail. At that time with 4 suitcases, without taxis in the area, I had to find a hotel. One of the worst travel experiences of my life. With minutes to search for a hotel, I ended up in one far away with no air conditioning with terrible hot.
