Everything was absolutely stunning and great about the hotel. Absolutely beautiful decor and the cleanliness was the best I’ve ever seen. And it was cute that they served a little continental breakfast although they are equipped for so much more when it comes to food, full-size little restaurant, which has the potential for so much more would’ve loved an omelette or something a little bit more with extra protein but all in all it was absolutely spectacular. I would stay there 100% and recommended 500% as a matter of fact, I already did.

Wonderful stay at Soprano Suites. The entire staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel is clean and well maintained in an area with a neighborhood feel with lots of local dining and shopping options, but still within walking to all of the main attractions. Loved the eclectic, and artistic decor of the property and my suite. I opted to include breakfast for my stay and it included a nice variety of options - everything was fresh and the cafe staff/barista was super nice.

Excellent location and overall very friendly staff. A bit disappointed that our terrace was not available due to safety reasons and we were only advised 2nights before. They did give us a small discount in lieu but would have preferred the terrace as planned. Staff at desk were really nice and the breakfast was good. Room was big and full of quirky vintage finds. Bathroom lights were limited but great amenities. Would highly recommend if you want a great location.

We adored this quirky and beautiful suite! It was conveniently located, on the \"other\" side of the Arno, which was quieter and had more dining options that seemed less touristy. The bed was enormous and comfortable, the bathroom lovely, and there was a huge closet for your suitcases and clothes, plus a lovely outdoor terrace. The breakfast was very good and of course included delicious coffee.

Brunella was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, with thorough email responses to my questions even before we arrived. Breakfast is on a very small range of choices of items to pick from to eat. Beds are comfortable but very noisy when you turn in bed. We had a good stay. The location was great. Just outside the city center but an easy close walk. The rooms are comfortable but we had no view. The windows are very tall and it would be hard to see out if there was a view. Also be aware there are a lot of steps. There is an elevator but it is pretty small and slow so we opted for the stairs most of the time. The breakfast was nice and we appreciated the leftover snacks in the afternoon.

We had a great time staying at the Soprarno Suites. The location was perfect - a little more tranquil than other areas, but an easy walk to all of the famous attractions. Our room was lovely and we greatly appreciated that it had an A/C unit that we could control. The staff was exceptionally helpful from arranging cab pick ups to helping us make dinner reservations. We would absolutely stay here again.

Both Soprarno Suites and their sister property (Ad Astra) located in the Otrarno neighborhood across the Arno from the city center are exceptional hotel experiences. If you want to stay away from the crowds and uber-shopping Tornibuoni district, this is your place. The ambiance of each property is chic old-firenze and the pace of your stay will leave you satisfied that you got everything you wanted from a classic Florence visit. This is my second time at this property and I don’t have enough nice things to say. First, the interior decor is absolutely stunning. I love the eclectic choices and beautiful pieces chosen, which was only highlighted by frescoed ceilings and free standing lion clawed bath tubs. The breakfast is quite nice with both an Italian sensibility and continental flair. Brunella at front desk (I hope that’s her name!) is so kind and helpful. This palazzo is literally 5 minutes from the Pitti Palace and Boboli gardens. If you prefer the more artsy neighborhood this is for you. I will be back. 😊

Comfortable bed and large room. Staff was very helpful and nice. We liked the location also which was outside the main tourist area but we were very close and able to easily walk to everything. Pitti Palace was right around the corner and there was a row of restaurants across from the Palace which had good food. The only thing we didn't like was coming back one night to a sewer smell in the room. Apparently many of the bathrooms in Florence do not have P-traps which inhibit sewer gas from backing up into the room. We were advised to run the shower and bath sink faucets and that would make the smell go away in 10 minutes or so. It worked and we were able to enjoy the room with no further smell. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Soprarno suites. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable with all the facilities we needed. The decor was unique and different to the usual style you find in a hotel. Location is perfect, tucked away across the river but within easy walking distance of all the main sights. Lots of very good bars and restaurants close by too.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We needed to check out early in the morning and they very kindly provided us with some breakfast items the night before.

I had been booked in advance for 3 nights at Soprarno Suites, but about a month prior the hotel contacted me with notification that unfortunately they would not be able to accommodate me due to closure & renovations taken place that week. The promptly offered me accommodation at one of their sister hotel The Splendide Oltrarno and even offered me an upgrade to King Deluxe Double Room. I arrived and Davide checked me in and was pleasant and helpful. Other staff were wonderful and nice to chat with as well! The suite was exquisite with beautiful view of the Duomo, Tuscan hill and city. Lovely continental breakfast and eclectic artsy decor. 1 1/2 blocks from bridge and many cool bars near by. Easy to walk around Florence and get to Train station and Uffizi. Highly recommend and would absolutely return to either of their hotels.

This is really nice, cozy and cool place to stay very close to everything in the city center. Artistic touch is everywhere, nice cool decor, bath in the room, all this makes Soprano Suits very pleasant to stay in. Moreover, they have also very friendly personal, super kind porter Alberto was really helpful with all our needs or answers to cover.
i would definitely recommend this place to select as to stay in a comfortable place in the city center of Florence not only for few days but also for a long stay.
