Lovely, quiet apartment (room 5) with view of the Basilica di Santo Spirito.
Clean, well equipped, perfect for a 3-night stay. Very comfortable bed.
Hosts very helpful and knowledgeable.
Local Trattoria Sant'Agostino well worth a visit for dinner.
Would stay here again.

The accommodations were great! Location is very central, can walk to anything. Probably the best hotel of our vacation in that regard.

Word of caution if arriving with a car, this hotel is located \"deep\" inside a ZTL, or limited transit zone. The hotel/staff make no accommodation for this. We arrived on a weekend and ZTL was open. Hence we were able to unload at the hotel. Check out a very different story, ZTL was \"attivo\". 70-80 Euro fine if going through ZTL. Hotel passed this off to the parking garage and parking garage washed their hands of us once we paid. So long story, we had to find a place to pull over \"illegal park\" and one person wait while the other walked luggage to the car. Quite the unplanned ordeal.

This is in the middle of the historic district of Florence. So convenient and a large apartment! The surprise for us was the deck/balcony with the view of the church. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. This is not a place to have a car, although they do provide suggestions for where to park if you need it.

They staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They gave good recommendations. The location was impeccable with a wine window less than a block away. Good gelato not far away and a fun bar around the corner Spirituum Spirits Bar had excellent espresso martinis. I would skip Braceria as the other food outside the steak was mid. But the hotel itself is beautiful and has a lift but still some stairs in the event you need a fully accessible hotel. The terrace views were great and it was a large space.

We were welcomed with a warm greeting and friendly smile. The person who checked us in provided us with a map and several suggestions.
The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was small, but it was fine for us.
The best part was that we were only a few minutes from the wine window!
All of the attractions were walkable too.

Great location,it was close to a lot of restaurants and shops, it was clean and we had a balcony. We could see the church’s bell tower which it sounded really loud but it didn’t bother us since we were up by 8:30am. But if you like to sleep in it will wake you up because it’s pretty loud. Other than that I would highly recommend this place.

The apartments are nice, clean and very comfortable. However, we reserved a one level apartment and they gave us an “upgrade” to a two level flat that due to our age was very inconvenient but we accepted it because at least it had a bathroom at each level. The problem was that it was very difficult to flush the toilet and they know it because it had a small sign saying “push it fast”. It was not a matter of pushing fast; you had to flush it 5, 6, and even 10 times to make it work. The next day my hand hurt, we complained, and were moved to the one level apartment originally booked. The other problem we had was that they control the air conditioning and it was set to work only for heating, and not cooling although weather was hot. The solution provided was to open the windows, but it was very noisy outside and, although bed is big and comfortable, we didn’t sleep well.

And spacious. Bed upstairs was extremely comfy but the sofa bed you could feel the bar and coils (so just be aware if you’re traveling with someone who doesn’t sleep well on a pull out bed) otherwise would absolutely stay here again because it was such a lovely space and fantastic location and wonderful manager!

Novella welcomed us at the property. She was incredibly friendly, very informative, and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

The flat was spotless and very well set up. Additional towels were provided, and we really appreciated the little extras like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. The kitchen was fully functional too, with everything we needed.

I highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for a quieter neighbourhood that still has all the amenities nearby. The apartment is really spacious, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus. We stayed for three nights and walked everywhere. It was freezing outside, but the apartment was warm and cosy, which we really appreciated.

The location is excellent and the area is lovely, perfect for exploring the city. My only suggestion would be to add felt pads under the chair legs, as moving the chairs can be a bit noisy. We will definitely be back!

Great location to all attractions, restaurants, station, grocery, and laundromat. An elevator is available, very secure and safe in getting in the hotel. Room size was great with a functioning kitchenette. The basics are provided and is acceptable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The only thing that prevented me to give it a 5 star is that you have no control of the rooms' temperature because the AC is locked to the hotel's setting, so if you want some air you have to either have a portable fan or open the windows. Thank god there weren't any mosquitoes or bugs that came in whenever we did need to open it.( the thin curtain acted as a screen/net). Will definitely still return and stay again.

Palazzo Mannaioni was the perfect place to stay in Florence, walkable to everything, but nestled away from the crowds. Set in the Oltrarno district, there was a grocery store around the corner, a couple of wine bars down the street, lots of reasonable eateries in the area, and the most tasty and well-priced gelato 5 minutes away. Everyone on staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Our apartment was clean and modern, with a lovely view out the window to a courtyard across from a church. We couldn’t have picked a better place!

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spacious and well equipped and the staff is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately there is absolutely no soundproofing in the rooms. If someone just moves a chair above you, you feel like the furniture is moving and the noise from the street is also great. It is not possible to sleep on the sofa bed. It is incredibly uncomfortable.

Very nice property located on the other side of the river from the major attractions. For us this was optimal is it allowed us to relax and get away from the mass of humanity near all of the major attractions. Lots of locals hanging out near the nearby bars and restaurants plus a great vibe in the immediate area. Staff was very helpful and the amenities were very good.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It was not in the tourist area, rather with the locals but walkable to all the key locations.

The staff were amazing and did a great job getting us oriented to the city. They provided us with phenomenal recommendations for food. We tried almost all of them- we loved each one and greatly enjoyed the atmosphere. They also gave us activity recommendations.

We felt very blessed to have such a great experience and largely due to their staff’s recommendations. We had friends who were in town the same days as we were but didn’t eat as well as we did.

It is a bit of a walk to the main attractions - maybe 20 min. We enjoyed the stroll, crossing the bridges and taking in the sites.

The room as nice, spacious by European standards. Very clean. AC was ok, but we are American and are used to freezing with our AC in. Matress was very firm- probably my only negative.

We have friends traveling to Florence within the next year and strongly suggested that they stay here.

The room was nice and the location is excellent.
However, two things really ruined our stay. There was ongoing construction next door and having a jackhammer going at 9am is not pleasant to say the least. I understand that the hotel cannot control this, but it would have been nice to have been made aware so we could have decided for ourselves.
The biggest problem was that the AC barely worked. We told the front desk and they said they would have it checked. Nothing was changed or fixed. When we asked again about it we told that “we checked it and it works fine”. It was so warm in the room that we were sweating at night and it was difficult to sleep.

This property had a 4-star rating, which had a big factor in choosing them. The rooms weren’t offered a cleaning during our stay. We stayed 3 nights. The WiFi was the worst part. It was the lowest speed, bare minimum requirement for wifi. I couldn’t load simple webpages. I had to keep topping off my eSIM since I could not use their wifi. I wasted a lot of money due to their wifi being so inadequate. The front desk women was kind. But had no resolution when approached with the wifi issue: even their main lobby had poor signal. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is okay, but there is no check-in office available 24/7. The room has A/C, but you cannot use it in the spring, and there was construction (or maintenance, as they call it) at 8 am, which, since we had to keep our windows open so the room was not so hot, was very annoying. We complain to the manager and nothing was done.

Great location and communication with proprietors. They were very helpful. Our room was clean, large and well stocked. My only issue was the room that our friends had. It was not set up like ours for the same price level. Their room was much smaller and the shower had no regular shower head, just a wand. I realize the rooms were built in a very old building but I wish they’d gotten a comparable room to ours. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

Arrived a bit late and the staff at Palazzo Mannaioni waited and checked us in promptly. We were very excited to see the space, super spacious and windows that you open the shutters and Florence is all around you. Very authentic, very satisfying.

At one point we lost our key after hours and they arranged a new one immediately. That was a huge relief.

Only issue was getting wifi in order. It can be a bit slow when the building is full and everyone is online. But that's not we're in Florence for : )
